Abstract
本发明提供一种长效保湿修护润唇膏及其制备方法。本发明的润唇膏,包括如下重量百分比的组分:1~10%紫草提取物,1~20%牛油果树果脂,2~20%山茶籽油,0.2~2%油菜甾醇类,0.02~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.45~2%生育酚乙酸酯,5~30%增稠剂,余量为润肤剂;其中,所述润肤剂中包含有椰子油。本发明在含有椰子油的植物油类润肤剂中添加具有修护功效的抗氧化活性成分,在保湿的基础上,使干裂的唇肤得到快速修护,同时添加少量的生育酚乙酸酯,可以与椰子油协同作用,显著提高活性成分与润肤剂基体的相容性,可以在润肤剂中添加较高含量的抗氧化活性成分,提高润唇膏的保湿和修护效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其是一种长效保湿修护润唇膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于环境以及人们自身对唇部的护理不当,唇部常出现干燥开裂、脱皮、唇色不均、唇色暗淡、出现唇纹、松弛衰老、黑色素沉积等问题。针对上述问题,应运而生的护肤品,取名为润唇膏。润唇膏是一种主要用于为双唇锁住水分提供屏障的常用日用品,作为唇部护理品,不仅需要能解决上述问题,而且安全性也非常重要。
目前市面上的唇部护理产品,有些存在保湿时间不够持久,抗抗菌消炎效果较差,无法行根本上解决唇部的干燥脱皮、干裂损伤的问题;有些使用高滋润性的油脂进行封闭唇部以阻止水分的蒸发,但油腻感强,滋润效果不好,对已发生唇部损伤的修复作用不明显;还有些产品以石油来源的凡士林、石蜡、白油和地蜡为主要成分或者添加主要成分意外还添加香精和精油,其涂抹于唇部,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有的润唇膏保湿效果及修护效果较差的缺陷,提供一种长效保湿修护润唇膏。本发明在植物油类润肤剂中添加具有修护功效的抗氧化活性成分,在保湿的基础上,使干裂的唇肤得到快速修护。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供所述长效保湿修护润唇膏的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种长效保湿修护润唇膏,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
1~10%紫草(ARNEBIA EUCHROMA)提取物,1~20%牛油果树(BUTYROSPERMUMPARKII)果脂,2~20%山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油,0.2~2%油菜(BRASSICACAMPESTRIS)甾醇类,0.02~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.45~2%生育酚乙酸酯,5~30%增稠剂,余量为润肤剂;其中,所述润肤剂中包含有椰子油。
本发明的润唇膏,以紫草(ARNEBIA EUCHROMA)提取物、牛油果树(BUTYROSPERMUMPARKII)果脂、山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油、油菜(BRASSICA CAMPESTRIS)甾醇类和麦卢卡蜂蜜为抗氧化活性成分,上述组分之间协同作用,尤其是麦卢卡蜂蜜与其它活性成分的协同作用,可以使干裂的唇肤得到快速修护。
由于润唇膏需要选择较难挥发的植物油类润肤剂为基体,而植物油类润肤剂与上述活性成分的相容性较差,导致制备得到的润唇膏的稳定性较差,而发明人通过大量研究发现,如加入少量的生育酚乙酸酯,可以与润肤剂中的椰子油协同作用,显著提高活性成分与润肤剂基体的相容性,可以在润肤剂中添加较高含量的抗氧化活性成分,提高润唇膏的保湿和修护效果。
紫草(ARNEBIA EUCHROMA)中含有萘醌类、酚酸类、生物碱类、三萜酸及甾醇类、黄酮类及多糖类。其主要活性成分为萘醌类及其衍生物,具有强烈的抗菌性,紫草提取物对组织蛋白酶活性有促进,可增强皮肤细胞的新成代谢;另外对自由基也有很好的消除作用,所以也具有抗衰作用。本发明优选新疆紫草提取物,还具有优异的抗菌性。
山茶(CAMELLIA JAPONICA)籽油,对比传统食用油的主要优势在于饱和脂肪酸少,而不饱和脂肪酸多,高达90%,比橄榄油还稍胜一筹。不饱和脂肪酸易吸收、易消化,不像饱和脂肪酸会造成脂肪沉积,茶油中的油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸含量达90%,是天然植物油之冠,还含有维生素E、角鲨烯、甾醇、山茶甙、茶多酚等活性成分。
牛油果树(BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII)果脂,是从牛油果树的果实中提取而成,含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,能够加强皮肤的保湿能力,对干性皮肤角质受损的肌肤加以滋润。
油菜(BRASSICA CAMPESTRIS)甾醇类具有保湿功效,同时具有一定的抗炎作用,用作抗炎剂。
麦卢卡蜂蜜中含有一种独特的活性抗菌物质-独麦素,它具有很强的抗菌消炎及抗氧化作用,可以促进机体伤口自然愈合。
椰子油中含有的脂肪酸,具有天然的综合抗菌能力,这种饱和脂肪酸同样也起抗氧化剂的作用。且,天然的椰子油具有淡淡的椰子香味,配方中不需要额外添加香精成分,提高产品的安全性。
上述成分综合作用,不仅具有很好的修护效果,而且还具有很好的抑菌性,因此在分发明的润唇膏中,无需添加防腐剂,进一步提高了产品的安全性。
生育酚乙酸酯的添加,不仅可以有效提高植物油的稳定性,还具有一定的抗氧化功效。
为了进一步提高润唇膏的保湿、修护效果,所述长效保湿修护润唇膏,优选包括如下重量百分比的组分:3~10%紫草提取物,6~20%牛油果树果脂,10~20%山茶籽油,1~2%油菜甾醇类,0.1~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.8~2%生育酚乙酸酯,14~30%增稠剂,余量为润肤剂。各组分在上述用量百分比的范围内,得到润唇膏具有更好的保湿、修护效果。
优选地,所述润肤剂选用难挥发的植物油,可具有较长时间的保湿效果。所述润肤剂为椰子油、向日葵籽油、霍霍巴籽油或甘油辛酸酯中的至少一种。其中,甘油辛酸酯不仅具有保湿性能,还具有抑菌效果,甘油辛酸酯的添加,可免去防腐剂的添加,提高润唇膏的使用安全性。
优选地,所述长效保湿修护润唇膏,包括如下重量百分比的组分:1~10%紫草提取物,1~20%牛油果树果脂,2~20%山茶籽油,0.2~2%油菜甾醇类,0.02~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.45~2%生育酚乙酸酯,5~30%增稠剂,0.2~15%霍霍巴籽油,2~50%椰子油,0.2~2%甘油辛酸酯,余量为向日葵籽油。
常规的增稠剂均可用于本发明中,所述增稠剂包括但不限于聚乙烯、蜂蜡或向日葵籽蜡中的至少一种。其中,选用聚乙烯、蜂蜡和向日葵籽蜡复配,可以降低润唇膏的油腻感,提高体验感。
优选地,所述长效保湿修护润唇膏,包括如下重量百分比的组分:1~10%紫草提取物,1~20%牛油果树果脂,2~20%山茶籽油,0.2~2%油菜甾醇类,0.02~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.45~2%生育酚乙酸酯,3~10%聚乙烯,2~15%蜂蜡,0.2~5%向日葵籽蜡,余量为润肤剂。
进一步优选地,所述长效保湿修护润唇膏,包括如下重量百分比的组分:3%紫草提取物,6%牛油果树果脂,10%山茶籽油,1%油菜甾醇类,0.1%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.8%生育酚乙酸酯,6%聚乙烯,6%蜂蜡,2%向日葵籽蜡,4%霍霍巴籽油,25%椰子油,0.6%甘油辛酸酯,余量为向日葵籽油。该配方下得到的润唇膏不仅具有优异的保湿、修护性能,而且没有油腻感,综合性能优异。
本发明还保护上述长效保湿修护润唇膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将紫草提取物、牛油果树果脂、山茶籽油、油菜甾醇类、麦卢卡蜂蜜、生育酚乙酸酯、润肤剂与熔融的增稠剂混合均匀,冷却固化后即可得到所述长效保湿修护润唇膏。
优选地,所述熔融的温度为90~100℃。
优选地,所述混合的温度为75~80℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在含有椰子油的植物油类润肤剂中添加具有修护功效的抗氧化活性成分,在保湿的基础上,使干裂的唇肤得到快速修护,同时添加少量的生育酚乙酸酯,可以与椰子油协同作用,显著提高活性成分与润肤剂基体的相容性,可以在润肤剂中添加较高含量的抗氧化活性成分,提高润唇膏的保湿和修护效果。

具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例和附图来进一步说明本发明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方法和设备。除非特别说明,本发明所用试剂和材料均为市购。
实施例1~4、对比例1~6
本发明提供一系列润唇膏,润唇膏的配方详见表1,所述润唇膏按照包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1.将增稠剂(聚乙烯、蜂蜡和向日葵籽蜡)加入到熔解锅中,加热到90度,直到完全融化;
S2.向步骤S1.得到的混合体系中,加入紫草提取物、牛油果树果脂、山茶籽油、油菜甾醇类、麦卢卡蜂蜜、生育酚乙酸酯、润肤剂(具体种类详见表1)在80℃下搅拌混合均匀;
S3.待步骤S2.的混合物完全熔化后,过150目筛,出锅,冷却至常温,即可得到所述润唇膏。

性能测试
对上述实施例和对比例得到的润唇膏的性能进行测试,取上述实施例和对比例制备得到的润唇膏作为试样:
1.外观性能:
取试样一份,开盖状态下,在室温和非阳光直射下进行目测,观察色泽均匀性、是否有分层现象,测试结果见表2;
2.感官评价:
采用调查评分法:选取110名25岁的女性志愿者等分成11组(每组10人),分别使用实施例1-4和对比例1-6的样品,剩下一组涂抹清水作为空白对照,使用时间为1周,一天涂2次,每次持续时间为3h,对感官效果(包括滋润性、延展性、光泽度和修护效果)进行评价,其中实施例1和对比例1的修护效果图详见图1~2。
上述各项使用效果(外观性能和感官评价的效果)采用5分制:最高分为5分,表示很好,非常满意;4分为较好,3分为中等可以接受,3分以下为不好,不能接受。每组得分取增均值,结果如表2所示:

3.保湿效果:
检测方法:受试者在恒温(22±1)℃、恒湿(50±10)%环境中休息30min并选取合适的涂样区域,测量使用产品前的初数据;按照随机表在其唇部对已选取的区域进行涂样,按(2.0±0.1)mg/cm2测试样品的用量进行单次涂抹,整个试验过程均在恒温恒湿环境中进行,并分别在涂抹产品后0h、0.5h、1h、2h、4h对受试部位进行无创性仪器测定、测量唇部皮肤的含水量,空白对照涂抹清水。
使用德国Courage+Khazaka公司制造的皮肤水份含量Corneometer测试探头)测定唇部皮肤角质层含水量,含水量数值越高,表示唇部皮肤角质层含水量越高,表明产品的保湿效果越好,测试结果详见表3。

按《化妆品卫生规范》中规定的方法检验,测试结果详见表4。
从上述结果可以看出:
本发明上述实施例制备得到的润唇膏能够达到使用安全标准,且具有很好的长效保湿性和修护性。
对比例1~6的结果进一步表明,本发明的润唇膏中的紫草提取物、牛油果树果脂、山茶籽油、油菜甾醇类和麦卢卡蜂蜜、椰子油和生育酚乙酸酯共同作用,可以制备得到长效保湿性和修护性的润唇膏。
对比例4中未添加椰子油,对比例6未添加生育酚乙酸酯,得到的润唇膏中各成分相容性较差,进而导致润唇膏的稳定性(表2中的色泽均匀性)较差,因此,使用效果较差。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种长效保湿修护润唇膏,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
1~10%紫草提取物,1~20%牛油果树果脂,2~20%山茶籽油,0.2~2%油菜甾醇类,0.02~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.45~2%生育酚乙酸酯,5~30%增稠剂,余量为润肤剂;其中,所述润肤剂中包含有椰子油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长效保湿修护润唇膏,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
3~10%紫草提取物,6~20%牛油果树果脂,10~20%山茶籽油,1~2%油菜甾醇类,0.1~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.8~2%生育酚乙酸酯,14~30%增稠剂,余量为润肤剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长效保湿修护润唇膏,其特征在于,所述椰子油的用量为2~50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长效保湿修护润唇膏,其特征在于,所述润肤剂为椰子油、向日葵籽油、霍霍巴籽油或甘油辛酸酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的长效保湿修护润唇膏,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
1~10%紫草提取物,1~20%牛油果树果脂,2~20%山茶籽油,0.2~2%油菜甾醇类,0.02~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.45~2%生育酚乙酸酯,5~30%增稠剂,0.2~15%霍霍巴籽油,2~50%椰子油,0.2~2%甘油辛酸酯,余量为向日葵籽油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的长效保湿修护润唇膏,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯、蜂蜡或向日葵籽蜡中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的长效保湿修护润唇膏,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
1~10%紫草提取物,1~20%牛油果树果脂,2~20%山茶籽油,0.2~2%油菜甾醇类,0.02~0.8%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.45~2%生育酚乙酸酯,3~10%聚乙烯,2~15%蜂蜡,0.2~5%向日葵籽蜡,余量为润肤剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的长效保湿修护润唇膏,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
3%紫草提取物,6%牛油果树果脂,10%山茶籽油,1%油菜甾醇类,0.1%麦卢卡蜂蜜,0.8%生育酚乙酸酯,6%聚乙烯,6%蜂蜡,2%向日葵籽蜡,4%霍霍巴籽油,25%椰子油,0.6%甘油辛酸酯,余量为向日葵籽油。
9.权利要求1~8任一项所述的长效保湿修护润唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将紫草提取物、牛油果树果脂、山茶籽油、油菜甾醇类、麦卢卡蜂蜜、生育酚乙酸酯、润肤剂与熔融的增稠剂混合均匀,冷却固化后即可得到所述长效保湿修护润唇膏。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熔融的温度为90~100℃;所述混合的温度为75~80℃。
