Abstract
本发明公开了一种长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏及其制备方法。其中,所述润唇膏的配方按重量份计包含以下组分:植物油70.5份~81.425份、合成蜡10份~15份、合成脂2份~10份、植物羊毛脂1份~5份、抗氧化剂0.50份~5份、金盏花提取物0.01份~0.20份、迷迭香提取物0.01份~0.20份、燕麦仁油0.001份~0.100份。本发明所述的长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏能有效滋养、保湿唇部并促进唇部损伤的修复。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
矿物油、矿脂、矿物蜡一直作为护肤品和彩妆的主要成分,应用在化妆品中。不仅是因为其成本低,还因其较稳定,但矿物油、矿脂、矿物蜡都是封闭型的,透气性极差,应用在化妆品中,涂抹于皮肤上,皮肤无法呼吸,亦无法直接改善干燥受损的肌肤,也影响肌肤的正常代谢。也无法全面地改善唇部由于环境、季节、天气等原因引起的干燥、开裂、脱皮、疼痛、无光泽等等问题,给人们的生活带来许多烦恼和不愉快的体验。为使唇部远离干燥、开裂、脱皮、疼痛、无光泽等问题,大多数人们会选用一些护理唇部的产品,如润唇膏、口红、唇蜜等。
但这些产品保湿滋养效果短暂,或功能单一,或成分大多来源于化工合成。随着人们生活水平的提高和对回归自然的要求,越发认识到化妆品成分采用天然的重要性,传统产品现很难满足消费者需求,因此需要研发出一种既能长效保湿滋养又能损伤修复的润唇膏。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏及其制备方法,此润唇膏能有效滋养、保湿唇部并促进修复损伤的唇部。
本发明的技术目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
本发明所述的长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏,按重量份计包含以下组分:植物油70.5份~81.425份、合成蜡10份~15份、合成脂2份~10份、植物羊毛脂1份~5.份、抗氧化剂0.50份~5份、金盏花提取物0.06份~0.20份、迷迭香提取物0.01份~0.20份、燕麦仁油0.001份~0.100份。
本发明进一步地,按重量份计所述润唇膏包含以下组分:植物油70.5~81.425份、合成蜡10~15、合成脂3份~8份、植物羊毛脂2份~5份、抗氧化剂0.50份~3份、金盏花提取物0.01份~0.20份、迷迭香提取物0.01份~0.20份、燕麦仁油0.005份~0.100份。
本发明进一步地,所述植物油可选自甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油、蓖麻油、橄榄油、乳木果油、霍霍巴油、白池花籽油,葵花籽油、太阳花籽油中的一种或两种以上。
本发明优选地,所述植物油可为甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油、乳木果油和霍霍巴油,其在润唇膏总配方中所占重量份分别为:甜杏仁油34.50份~46.425份、葡萄籽油10份~20份、乳木果油3.00份~20.00份、霍霍巴油6份~12份。
本发明进一步地,所述合成蜡可选自小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、木蜡、葵花籽蜡中的一种或两种以上。
本发明优选地,所述合成蜡为葵花籽蜡、小烛树蜡和巴西棕榈蜡,其在润唇膏总配方中所占重量份分别为:葵花籽蜡6份~7份、小烛树蜡3份、巴西棕榈蜡3份~4份。
本发明进一步地,所述合成脂选自可可脂、牛油果树果脂、鳄梨脂、芦荟脂、芒果脂、大红橘脂中的一种或两种以上。
本发明优选地,所述合成脂为芦荟脂,其在润唇膏总配方中所占重量份为3份~8份。
发明进一步地,所述抗氧化剂选自TBHQ、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、VE中的一种或两种以上。
本发明的配方还可以包括如下活性物:胡萝卜根提取物、积雪草提取物、山金车花提取物中的一种或两种以上。
本发明的另一技术目的是提供一种上述长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、按配方量称取各原料组分,将所述合成蜡与植物油混合并加热至80~85℃,搅拌至完全溶化;
2)、降温至70~75℃后加入所述合成脂、植物性羊毛脂、VE,搅拌溶解至均匀;
3)、降温至68~70℃加入所述金盏花提取物、迷迭香提取物及所述燕麦仁油搅拌溶解至均匀即得。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
1)、使用本发明所述润唇膏,唇部皮肤角质层含水量升高:实施例1各时间点的皮肤角质层水份含量上升了43.1%,38.7%,29.68%和18.32%;实施例2各时间点的皮肤角质层水份含量上升了50.1%,45.7%,30.01%和20.21%;实施例3各时间点的皮肤角质层水份含量上升了58.02%,50.15%,32.21%和20.95%;而对照例1分别上升了40.83%、33.63%、17.25%和14.83%。
2)、使用本发明所述润唇膏,检测其水份流失值有下降趋势,在T30min,T60min,T120min,T240min各时间点的皮肤水份流失增长率与基线值(T0)对比分别为:
实施例1各时间点的皮肤水份流失增长率为-2.06%、-8.67%、-3.16%和-10.19%;
实施例2各时间点的皮肤水份流失增长率为-6.12%、-14.67%、-7.98%和-12.19%;
实施例3各时间点的皮肤水份流失增长率为-11.35%、-23.57%、-15.28%和-18.40%;对照例1各时间点的皮肤水份流失增长率为-1.06%、-8.67%、+0.21%和-7.19%;可见使用本发明有保湿和锁水功效。
3)、通过消费者长达1个月试用反馈,本发明能够满足消费者对润唇膏需求。
4)、本发明在长期的使用过程中可修复损伤的唇部,防止唇部干燥、开裂、脱皮,达到长效保湿、滋养、修复、柔润、美化唇部的目的,使唇部富有光泽及弹性。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体较佳实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不仅限于以下的实施例。本发明中配方中的重量份代表千克或公斤。
本发明润唇膏的组分:葡萄籽油、乳木果油、甜杏仁油、霍霍巴油、芦荟脂、葵花籽蜡、小烛树蜡、VE、植物性羊毛脂、巴西棕榈蜡、金盏花提取物、迷迭香提取物、燕麦仁油均为市售产品。
本发明所述葡萄籽油具有滋养保湿、柔软肌肤的功效;其地清爽不油腻,能抵抗紫外线的侵害、预防皱纹;抗氧化、淡化色斑,且具有杀菌消炎,适用任何肤质。
本发明所述的乳木果油具有极佳的保湿特性,含有非常均衡的植物甘油三脂成分、具有保湿度高的油酸比例(40-70份);含有一定比例的Omega-6脂肪酸(亚麻酸,6-10份)、具有天然活性功效;含有三萜烯酯类,可有效对抗炎症、UV损伤及环境造成的皮肤问题、保护胶原蛋白、延缓衰老、同时也能够刺激胶原蛋白的生成;并维护配方的稳定性、增加配方体系粘度和柔软度,使得配方更稳定、提供皮肤感官特性。
所述的杏仁油是舒缓抗敏、保湿剂,含有多种维生素、蛋白质和多元不饱各脂肪酸、矿物质和葡萄糖苷,肤感轻柔、润滑、不油腻,具有隔离紫外线的作用,温和易吸收,特别适合于娇嫩的唇部,同时具有滋养与保湿,舒缓与抗过敏的作用。
所述的芦荟脂能够在接触皮肤后迅速融化,赋予产品柔润高保湿效果,且具有杀菌消炎的功效,可修复唇部损伤及唇部敏感问题。
所述的葵花籽蜡是通过葵花籽油氢化所得到,其保留了葵花籽油中含有的甾醇、维生素、亚油酸等多种对人体有益的物质,其中天然维生素E含量在所有主要植物油中含量最高,是人体必须的不饱和脂肪酸,可以促进人体细胞的再生和成长,可以柔软修复唇部损伤,令唇部更富有弹性及光泽
所述的VE是天然的抗氧化剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂,对唇部有较好的滋润保湿效果,可使唇部更加柔软水润富有弹性,保持唇部水分,促进伤口愈合,预防唇部问题;作为抗氧化剂,可以安定油脂,避免油脂酸败,隔离紫外线对唇部的伤害
所述的植物性羊毛脂比天然的羊毛脂具有更好的热稳定性,其粘度不随温度、氧气、光照和久置等因素而变化。它的吸水性较高,至少达170份,应用在唇膏中可使唇部持续的柔软作用,与肌肤的粘附性良好,且肤感舒适。
所述的金金盏花提取物具有杀菌、收敛伤口、治理发炎暗疮、毛孔粗大等问题,还可以镇定肌肤,改善敏感性肤质,同时还能滋润干燥唇部,促进皮肤新陈代射,尤其对干燥的肌肤,有高度的滋润效果。
所述的迷迭香提取物是浸泡在高浓度的高油酸太阳花油中通过二氧化碳超临界萃取的,含有酚类双萜分子如鼠尾草酚和鼠尾草酸,单萜分子及其衍生物,咖啡酯衍生物(迷迭香酸)黄酮类。迷迭香提取物具有紧实肌肤,促进皮肤血液循环,强化血管收缩和扩张,还能清除人体自由基抑制性蛋白的降解,从而保持肌肤的弹性和光泽,具有修复、强力保湿功能及易被吸收的优势,还可以改善唇部干燥、粗糙、脱皮等问题。具有较强的抗氧化能力,其抗氧化活性是BHT和BHA的五倍,且耐高温,可以抑制脂质过氧化,增强皮肤屏障功能,抗敏,延缓衰老等等。
所述的燕麦仁油富含多种活性成分:含生育酚类的物质、含神经酰胺、卵磷脂类、富含与皮肤相同的脂质体、含亚油酸Omega-3与Omega-6,具有强效滋润、修复皮肤屏障、舒缓、抗衰老、抗氧化的功效,可被皮肤迅速吸收,带来滋润干爽的肤感。
所述的甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油、乳木果油、霍霍巴油、芦荟脂、葵花籽蜡、小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、植物性羊毛脂、VE、金盏花提取物、迷迭香提取物、燕麦仁油均为市售产品。
一、长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏的配方
实施例1
实施例1所述长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏的配方如下:甜杏仁油46.425份、葡萄籽油20.00份、乳木果油3.00份、霍霍巴油12.00份、芦荟脂3.00份、葵花籽蜡6.00份、小烛树蜡3.00份、巴西棕榈蜡4.00份、植物性羊毛脂2.00份、VE 0.50份、金盏花提取物0.06份、迷迭香提取物0.01份、燕麦仁油0.005份。
实施例2
实施例2所述长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏的配方如下:甜杏仁油36.27份、葡萄籽油20.00份、乳木果油10.00份、霍霍巴油12.00份、芦荟脂5.00份、葵花籽蜡6.00份、小烛树蜡3.00份、巴西棕榈蜡3.00份、植物性羊毛脂2.00份、VE 2.50份、金盏花提取物0.12份、迷迭香提取物0.10份、燕麦仁油0.01份。
实施例3
实施例3所述长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏的配方如下:甜杏仁油34.50份、葡萄籽油10.00份、乳木果油20.00份、霍霍巴油6.00份、芦荟脂8.00份、葵花籽蜡7.00份、小烛树蜡3.00份、巴西棕榈蜡3.00份、植物性羊毛脂5.00份、VE 3.00份、金盏花提取物0.20份、迷迭香提取物0.20份、燕麦仁油0.10份。
实施例1~3所得润唇膏既可做成铝灌装,也可做成棒状,携带、使用都很方便。
二、长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏的制备方法
(1)按配方量称取葵花籽蜡、小烛树蜡、巴西棕榈蜡与葡萄籽油、甜杏仁油、霍霍巴油混合后,加热到80-85℃,搅拌至完全溶化,
(2)温度降到70-75℃加入芦荟脂、植物性羊毛脂、VE,搅拌溶解均匀,
(3)温度降到70℃左右加入活性物质:金盏花提取物、迷迭香提取物、燕麦仁油搅拌溶解均匀
(3)灌装到包材,冷却后即得所述的长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏。
此润唇膏既可做成铝灌装的,也可做成棒状的,都是非常便于携带,使用起来也很方便。
三、效果测试
对照例1为市售普通唇膏,其配方为:白油35.00份、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯18.00份、合成角鲨烷13.00份、聚异丁烯10.00份、棕榈酸异丙酯10.00份、地蜡7.00份、微晶蜡5.00份、蜂蜡3.00份。
3.1理化指标
实施例1~3的理化指标如下:
1)、性状:膏状。
2)、本发明所制成的润唇膏外观呈浅黄色到黄色,涂展性良好,粘度适中,滋润舒适。
3.2耐热耐寒试验
将实施例1~3制备而成的润唇膏装于包材中,预先将冰箱调节到-5℃~-10℃,将试样置于冰箱内。24h后取出,恢复至室温后,将试样少许涂擦于手背上,目测观察其使用性能,能正常使用,继续测试2个月左右观察无冒汗无变味现象。于45±1℃保持24h,恢复至室温后,无出汗现象;继续测试2个月左右观察,膏体无分层、冒汗、变味等现象。
3.3室温放置实验
将实施例1~3所制成的长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏置于包材中,室温静置考察3个月,外观无冒汗软化现象,气味亦无变化,涂抹后感觉无明显变化。
3.4综合效果考察
采用民意调查评分法:选取100名,最小年龄:22岁,最大年龄:48岁;平均年龄36岁年龄段的人作为试用对象,任意等分成4组。
分别使用对照例1及用实施例1~3配方所制备的润唇膏,使用时间为1周,一天涂2次,每次持续时间为3h。
各项使用效果采用5分制:最高分为5分,表示很好,非常满意;4分为较好,3分为中等可以接受,3分以下为不好,不能接受。每组得分取增均值,结果如表1所示:

从实施例1~3与对照例1的统计结果来看,表明实施例1~3润唇膏能很好地滋润、保湿唇部、修复柔软唇部,特别是实施例3的效果更明显。
3.5长效保湿功效
3.5.1测试方法
本发明所述的润唇膏的长效保湿功效可采用如下测试方法来体现:
受试者在恒温恒湿(温度(22±1)℃、湿度(50±10)%)环境中休息30min并选取合适的涂样区域,测量T0(使用产品前)时的初数据;
按照随机表在其唇部对已选取的区域进行涂样,按(2.0±0.1)mg/cm2测试样品的用量进行单次涂抹,整个试验过程均在恒温恒湿环境中进行,并分别在涂抹产品后T30min,T60min,T120min,和T240min对受试部位进行无创性仪器测定、测量唇部皮肤的含水量,水分流失率并记录。
3.5.2试验结果分析
3.5.2.1、唇部皮肤角质层含水量分析(CAP)
临床使用Corneumeter测定唇部皮肤角质层含水量。含水量数值越高,表示唇部皮肤角质层含水量越高,表明产品的保湿效果越好。
3.5.2.2、唇部皮肤角质层含水份流失分析(TEWL)
临床使用Tewameter测定唇部皮肤角质层水份流失。水份流失值越小,表示唇部皮肤屏障越好,表明产品的锁水效果越好。

结论:
使用本发明实施例1~3所述润唇膏,唇部皮肤角质层水份含量明显升高,含水量上升程度明显高于对照例1,表明护本发明唇膏的保湿功效优于对照例1。
使用本发明实施例1~3唇部后,唇部皮肤失水率明显下降,下降程度明显低于对照例1,表明本发明实施例1~3能保护皮肤和锁水能力,具有锁水能力优于对照例1,可见本发明有保湿锁水功效。
从测试结果来看:该长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏能解决市面上唇膏存在的问题,并可在长期使用的过程中修复损伤的唇部,使唇部逐渐恢复柔软、弹性,越来越有光泽,饱满而诱人。另外本发明所述配方中还可以添加胡萝卜根提取物、积雪草提取物、山金车花提取物中的一种或两种以上,可以取得更好的保湿、滋养及损伤修复效果。

Claims (4)
1.一种长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下组分组成:植物油70.5份~81.425份、合成蜡12份~15份、合成脂2份~10份、植物羊毛脂1份~5份、抗氧化剂0.50份~5份、金盏花提取物0.06份~0.20份、迷迭香提取物0.01份~0.20份、燕麦仁油0.001份~0.100份;所述植物油为甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油、乳木果油和霍霍巴油,其在润唇膏总配方中所占重量份分别为:甜杏仁油34.50份~46.425份、葡萄籽油10份~20份、乳木果油3.00份~20.00份、霍霍巴油6份~12份;所述合成蜡为葵花籽蜡、小烛树蜡和巴西棕榈蜡,其在润唇膏总配方中所占重量份分别为:葵花籽蜡6份~7份、小烛树蜡3份、巴西棕榈蜡3份~4份;所述合成脂为芦荟脂,其在润唇膏总配方中所占重量份为3份~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏,其特征在于,按重量份计包含以下组分:植物油70.5~81.425份、合成蜡12份~15份、合成脂3份~8份、植物羊毛脂2份~5份、抗氧化剂0.50份~3份、金盏花提取物0.06份~0.20份、迷迭香提取物0.01份~0.20份、燕麦仁油0.005份~0.100份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂选自TBHQ、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、VE中的一种或两种以上。
4.一种如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的长效保湿滋养损伤修复的润唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)、按配方量称取各原料组分,将所述合成蜡与植物油混合并加热至80~85℃,搅拌至完全溶化;
2)、降温至70~75℃后加入所述合成脂、植物羊毛脂、抗氧化剂,搅拌溶解至均匀;
3)、降温至68~70℃加入所述金盏花提取物、迷迭香提取物及所述燕麦仁油搅拌溶解至均匀即得。
