Abstract
本申请涉及一种滋润口红及其制备方法,本申请中减少了主要润肤剂的组分含量,对应加入了具有辅助润肤且与着色剂相容性较好的酯类,可以在保证润肤效果的同时,增强着色剂的附着力,不易出现脱妆的情况。本申请中还添加了皮肤调理剂、抗氧化剂、保湿剂、抗皱剂等可以调整嘴唇皮肤的状态,避免出现起皱、脱皮的情况;在本申请中为了进一步提升着色剂的分散性和相容性,加入了三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐可以降低着色剂表面张力,使更多的着色剂可以融入到二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石中,提高着色剂的附着力。本申请中还加入了紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800,可以提升着色剂与石蜡和合成蜡之间的融合性,可以避免着色剂与成型剂的分离,提升口红的着色效果。

技术领域
本申请涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种滋润口红及其制备方法。
背景技术
化妆是运用化妆品和工具,采取合乎规则的步骤和技巧,对人体的面部、五官及其他部位进行渲染、描画、整理,增强立体印象,调整形色,掩饰缺陷,表现神采,从而达到美化视觉感受的目的。
口红是一类唇用美容化妆品,其主要功能是赋予嘴唇以色调,强调或改变两唇的轮廓,显示出更有生气和活力。口红在整个妆面中的重要性是毋庸置疑的,美丽的唇色会为女性的整体面容来一支“点睛之笔”,增添气色,彰显个性,为美丽加分。随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者对化妆品的需求越来越大,对口红技术上的要求也开始从颜色、使用感觉和化妆效果而逐渐发展为对其功能性的需求,如:护理性等。与皮肤相比,唇部更为敏感,因此,一款好的口红,除了应具备良好的使用感觉和化妆效果之外,还应对唇部具有滋润、保湿功能,从而抑制唇部水分的流失,防止唇部干燥,使唇部保持健康。目前市面上的口红大部分容易引发唇部干燥、脱皮等,保湿功能差,为消费者带来不少困扰。然而,色牢度和滋润度是一对矛盾的组合,滋润度高的口红因为润肤剂的含量较高,因此色牢度不是很好,容易出现脱妆的现象。如果想要保证色牢度较好,润肤剂的量要大幅度减少,但与此同时口红的滋润度就会下降,使唇部的水分流失而出现细纹、干燥起皮等现象。因而如何保证口红的上妆效果,同时又能实现嘴唇的保湿是一个亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了提升保湿效果,本申请提供一种滋润口红及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种滋润口红,按照质量份数比,包括以下组分:

通过采用上述技术方案,本申请润肤剂的主要组成丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂和棕榈酸乙基己酯,是起到主要的润肤作用的,但是在本申请中降低了其总的含量,因而其不会对色牢度产生较大的影响,为了进一步提升润肤的效果,在本申请中加入了二聚季戊四醇六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯、十三烷醇硬脂酸酯、新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯这几种酯能够在皮肤表面形成一种高度保湿作用的保护膜,具有很强的锁水保湿效果,因而可以辅助润肤剂,提升其润肤效果,避免嘴唇出现干燥脱皮;而且对嘴唇的肤质有很强的附着力,与色粉相容性较高,因而可以保障色粉的色牢度。
本申请中还加入了二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石,二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石是球状内孔型微球体,使产品具有较好的丝滑质感;而且二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石属于气相二氧化硅,有效增稠体系的同时能形成三维网状结构稳定体系,可以使着色剂分散并锁定在三维网络结构中,降低着色剂的迁移率,从而保证提高着色剂的上色效果,避免出现脱妆情况。
本申请中还加入了多种皮肤调理剂(植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、生育酚、神经酰胺NP、胆甾醇、紫石英粉、蚕丝胶蛋白)可以起到调理皮肤的作用,从而改善皮肤的性质,使得润肤剂可以起到更好的效果。本申请中还制备了油溶性的透明质酸钠作为保湿剂,即(透明质酸钠、蓖麻(RICINUS COMMUNIS)籽油、氢化蓖麻油进行混合后,混合后发生作用,形成油溶性的保湿剂),三者的协同的作用,不仅具有很好的保湿效果,有助于提高皮肤的湿润性。本申请中还加入了火把莲(KNIPHOFIA UVARIA)花蜜和棕榈酰三肽-1,不仅可以调理皮肤而且可以有抗皱的作用,进一步保证口红的滋润效果。
通过本申请中口红各组分的复配,口红能够有效淡化唇部皱纹、改善唇部粗糙度和光泽度、修护唇部肌肤屏障、避免嘴唇出现干裂、脱皮的现象,同时减少口红晕妆现。
作为优选,所述的口红还包括有1~2份三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请中在口红的组分中加入三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐,其可以有效降低CI 16035,CI 77499和CI 15850三种着色剂粉体的表面张力,并且活化其表面,使其更易嵌入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石网络中,从而可以更好保证口红的着色效果。
作为优选,所述的组分中还包括有1~2份紫虫胶和0.5~1份的聚乙二醇800。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请中紫虫胶是具有两亲性,能够在着色剂和蜡类(成型剂)之间充当架桥的作用,而且其具有可电离的羧基,具备一定的聚电解质聚合物性质,可以同时提供双电子层稳定作用和空间位阻效应,在体系中的分散作用强,从而起到克制蜡质与着色剂分离作用;但是紫虫胶稳定性较差,因而其配合有聚乙二醇800使用,有助于提升其稳定性。
第二个方面,本申请中提供了一种滋润口红的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将透明质酸钠、蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油进行混合,加热+均质循环处理,直至溶液中看不到明显的透明质酸钠,得到油溶性的透明质酸钠;
S2:将CI 16035,CI 77499和CI 15850着色剂按照比例混合,接着加入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石研磨至混匀后,得到混合物1;将石蜡、合成蜡以及异十六烷加热呈溶液状态,得到混合物2,在搅拌条件下,将混合物1利用喷洒壶,喷入到混合物2的溶液中,混合后,室温下冷却凝固,得到包裹有色粉的成型剂;
S3:将丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、二聚季戊四醇六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯、十三烷醇硬脂酸酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯和二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯加入到熔炼锅中,进行加热搅拌混匀,接着降温至设定温度,加入步骤S2中的包裹有色粉的成型剂;搅拌混匀后,进一步降温至一定温度,接着加入步骤S1中的油溶性透明质酸钠,然后分批次,加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌混合后,注入到口红模具中,脱模后,即可得到滋润口红。
通过采用上述技术方案,因为透明质酸钠是水溶性的,直接加入,其很难在粘稠的液体中分散开,所述在本申请中首先将透明质酸钠与蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油进行均质,透明质酸钠会在蓖麻油中形成均匀的小液体,因而可以改善透明质酸钠的在口红中的分散性和相容性,从而提升其保湿效果。
本申请中的着色剂是与二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石进行球磨,保证其与二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石的充分接触,并且保证着色剂的粒度够细,然后石蜡进行溶解,在然后将着色剂与二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石喷洒至其中,硅石使本身是一种气凝胶,内部是有网络交联结构的,其与着色剂混合球磨过程中,部分着色剂会进行硅石的内部,喷洒至成型剂中,会被成型剂包裹,冷却后,着色剂会渗透至成型剂中;这样的处理方式,可以避免与其他组分一起加入时,出现着色剂析出结晶,出现脱妆现象。
作为优选,所述步骤S1中,每次加热温度为70~80℃,均质时间为2~5min。
通过采用上述技术方案,透明质酸钠在油溶性物质中溶解性较低,因而首先加热增大其溶解性,接着立马进行均质,通过高速的搅拌使溶解的透明质酸钠融入到油性溶液中,循环处理多次后,可以使透明质酸钠与蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油完全融合,得到油性相容的透明质酸钠。
作为优选,所述步骤S2中,如果组分中包含有三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐,需要在研磨的时候,将其加入;研磨需要研磨3~4遍。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请中对着色剂进行研磨,可以口红着色更均匀,也有利于其在组分之间的分散,是制备的口红不会有明显的颗粒感。
作为优选,所述步骤S2中,如果组分中有紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800,需要一起加热溶解制备混合物2;加热温度为60~70℃,喷洒完混合物1之后,需要继续搅拌20~40min;凝固后需要放置12h以上,才能用于后续步骤。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请中着色剂包裹完毕后,还需要进行放置,主要是利用溶剂异十六烷使着色剂与成型剂发生强力附着,避免在后续的过程工序中出现着色剂结晶析出的现象。
作为优选,所述步骤S3中,加热搅拌混匀的温度为80~90℃,设定温度为60~70℃,一定温度为40~60℃。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请中通过控制混合时的温度,可以保证组分混合均匀的同时,避免某些不耐高温的活性物质出现变质或溢散,从而提升口红的滋润效果。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.本申请中减少了主要润肤剂的组分含量,对应加入了具有辅助润肤且与着色剂相容性较好的酯类,可以在保证润肤效果的同时,增强着色剂的附着力,不易出现脱妆的情况。
2.本申请中还添加了皮肤调理剂、抗氧化剂、保湿剂、抗皱剂等可以调整嘴唇皮肤的状态,避免出现起皱、脱皮的情况、
3.在本申请中为了进一步提升着色剂的分散性和相容性,加入了三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐,三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐的加入可以降低着色剂的表面张力,使更多的着色剂可以融入到二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石中,提高着色剂的附着力。
4.本申请中还加入了紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800,可以提升着色剂与石蜡之间的融合性,可以避免着色剂与成型剂的分离,提升着色效果。
5.本申请中方法中,为了提升透明质酸钠的分散性,先将其与蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油进行处理,使得保湿效果可以进一步增强。本申请中的着色剂与成型剂也先进行混合,使着色剂和成型剂能够充分互渗,避免出现着色剂出现结晶析出的情况,影响上妆效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例中各组分的配比如表1所示,具体制备方法如下:

一种滋润口红的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将透明质酸钠、蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油进行混合,加热至75℃保温5min,接着进行均质2min,均质完毕后,75℃保温5min,然后均质2min,循环处理,直至溶液中没有明显不溶透明质酸钠,得到油溶性的透明质酸钠。
S2:将CI 16035,CI 77499和CI 15850着色剂进行混合,接着加入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石研磨4遍至混和均匀后,得到混合物1;将石蜡、合成蜡以及异十六烷加热65℃呈溶液状态,得到混合物2,在搅拌条件下,将混合物1利用喷洒壶,喷入到混合物2的溶液中,混合后,继续搅拌5min,然后室温下冷却凝固放置14h,得到包裹有色粉的成型剂。
S3:将丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、二聚季戊四醇六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯、十三烷醇硬脂酸酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯和二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯加入到熔炼锅中,进行加热85℃至搅拌混匀,接着降温至65℃加入步骤S2中的包裹有色粉的成型剂;搅拌混匀后,进一步降温至55℃,接着加入步骤S1中的油溶性透明质酸钠,然后分批次,加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌混合后,注入到口红模具中,脱模后,即可得到滋润口红。
对比例1
与实施例1基本一致,区别点在于,不加入二聚季戊四醇六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯,采用等质量的丙二醇二苯甲酸酯替代,即加入175g丙二醇二苯甲酸酯。
对比例2
与实施例1基本一致,区别点在于,不加入十三烷醇硬脂酸酯,采用等质量的丙二醇二苯甲酸酯替代,即加入150g丙二醇二苯甲酸酯。
对比例3
与实施例1基本一致,区别点在于,不加入新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯,采用等质量的丙二醇二苯甲酸酯替代,即加入145g丙二醇二苯甲酸酯。
对比例4
与实施例1基本一致,区别点在于,不加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯,采用等质量的丙二醇二苯甲酸酯替代,即加入169.7g丙二醇二苯甲酸酯。
对比例5
与实施例1基本一致,区别点在于,不加入二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯,采用等质量的丙二醇二苯甲酸酯替代,即加入205g丙二醇二苯甲酸酯。
对比例6
与实施例1基本一致,区别点在于,不加入异壬酸异壬酯,采用等质量的丙二醇二苯甲酸酯替代,即加入180g丙二醇二苯甲酸酯。
实施例2
与实施例1基本一致,区别点在于,制备方法中没有步骤S1,只是在步骤S3中直接加入透明质酸钠、蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油。
实施例3
与实施例1基本一致,区别点在,制备方法中没有步骤S2,在步骤S3中也是将对应的物质直接加热到熔炼锅中。
保湿效果测试:
根据轻工业行业标准QB/T4256-2011《化妆品保湿功效评价指南》,检测各实施例1~3及对比例1~6制备的口红的滋润保湿效果。测试方法:随机选择健康志愿者36名,年龄在20-50周岁,随机分成9组,每组4名,然后对应测试实施例1~3及对比例1~6制备所得的口红,在恒温环境(22±2℃),相对湿度50±5%,按7±0.1)mg的用量各实施例及比较例制备所得的口红的分别涂在受试者的唇部,同时测试,分别在涂完各实施例及比较例制备所得的口红后2h、4h、6h、8h测试皮肤的含水量,评价结果用水合度平均值表示。检测数据详见表2所示。
耐擦性能测试:
对实施例1~3、对比例1~6所制备的口红的擦拭情况进行测试,测试方法为:将口红样品涂抹于手臂内侧,静置5分钟,用化妆棉擦拭,直到完全擦去,记录完全擦拭干净所用次数,每个口红样品重复测试3次,最后取其平均值;实验结果如表3所示。

从表2中的润湿效果上来看,涂抹实施例1中的口红其润湿性会明显提升,随着时间的延长润湿效果会慢慢降低,这主要是因为时间延长,口红会逐步减少,因而其保湿效果会逐步降低。
从数据上来看,实施例1与对比例1~6相比,对比例1~6的润湿性能部分会略微优于实施例1,但是从整体上来看,润湿效果变化并不大,说明采用辅助的润肤剂也有较好的润肤效果,不会对润湿效果产生较大的影响。
实施例1与实施例2的比较上来看,实施例1优于实施例2,可能是实施例1中的方法,可以明显增加透明质酸钠的分散性和均匀性,因而可以更好的起到保湿作用,提升其滋润效果。
实施例1与实施例3相比,实施例1是略微优于实施例3,但差距不是很明显,可能是着色剂的分散性也会影响保湿效果。

从表3中的数据可以看出,对比例1~6中虽然润湿效果略微好一点,但是其附着能力是比较差的,因而其不耐擦拭的。实施例1中的耐擦拭效果是明显优于对比例的,说明实施例1在具有较好的保湿效果同时,其色牢度较佳。
实施例2与实施例1相比,耐擦拭性能相差不大;实施例3与实施例1相比,耐擦拭性能出现明显的下降,这可能是因为着色剂与成型剂的结合力度不够,因为在共混时,着色剂的融合性不好,从而降低其附着性能。
实施例4
本实施例中各组分配比,如表4所示,具体制备方法如下:

一种滋润口红的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将透明质酸钠、蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油进行混合,加热至80℃保温3min,接着进行均质2min,均质完毕后,80℃保温3min,然后均质2min,循环处理,直至溶液中没有明显的不溶的透明质酸钠,得到油溶性的透明质酸钠。
S2:将CI 16035,CI 77499和CI 15850着色剂进行混合,接着加入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石研磨4遍至混和均匀后,得到混合物1;将石蜡、合成蜡以及异十六烷加热70℃呈溶液状态,得到混合物2,在搅拌条件下,将混合物1利用喷洒壶,喷入到混合物2的溶液中,混合后,继续搅拌5min,然后室温下冷却凝固放置18h,得到包裹有色粉的成型剂。
S3:将丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、二聚季戊四醇六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯、十三烷醇硬脂酸酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯和二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯加入到熔炼锅中,进行加热90℃至搅拌混匀,接着降温至70℃加入步骤S2中的包裹有色粉的成型剂;搅拌混匀后,进一步降温至60℃,接着加入步骤S1中的油溶性透明质酸钠,然后分批次,加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌混合后,注入到口红模具中,脱模后,即可得到滋润口红。
实施例5
本实施例中各组分配比,如表5所示,具体制备方法如下:

一种滋润口红的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将透明质酸钠、蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油进行混合,加热至70℃保温8min,接着进行均质3min,均质完毕后,70℃保温8min,然后均质3min,循环处理,直至溶液中没有明显的不溶的透明质酸钠,得到油溶性的透明质酸钠。
S2:将CI 16035,CI 77499和CI 15850着色剂进行混合,接着加入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石研磨4遍至混和均匀后,得到混合物1;将石蜡、合成蜡以及异十六烷加热70℃呈溶液状态,得到混合物2,在搅拌条件下,将混合物1利用喷洒壶,喷入到混合物2的溶液中,混合后,继续搅拌5min,然后室温下冷却凝固放置18h,得到包裹有色粉的成型剂。
S3:将丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、二聚季戊四醇六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯、十三烷醇硬脂酸酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯和二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯加入到熔炼锅中,进行加热80℃至搅拌混匀,接着降温至65℃加入步骤S2中的包裹有色粉的成型剂;搅拌混匀后,进一步降温至50℃,接着加入步骤S1中的油溶性透明质酸钠,然后分批次,加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌混合后,注入到口红模具中,脱模后,即可得到滋润口红。
实施例6
与实施例1基本一致,只是在实施例1的基础上,加入了15g三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐;制备方法中,在步骤S2中,三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐与硅石和着色剂需要一起研磨。
实施例7
与实施例4基本一致,只是在实施例4的基础上,加入了10g三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐,制备方法中,在步骤S2中,三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐与硅石和着色剂需要一起研磨。
实施例8
与实施例5基本一致,只是在实施例5的基础上,加入了20g三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐,制备方法中,在步骤S2中,三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐与硅石和着色剂需要一起研磨。
实施例9
与实施例1基本一致,只是在实施例1的基础上,加入了15g紫虫胶和8g的聚乙二醇800;制备方法中,在步骤S2中,紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800需要与石蜡和合成蜡一起加热制备混合物2。
实施例10
与实施例4基本一致,只是在实施例4的基础上,加入了10g紫虫胶和5g的聚乙二醇800;制备方法中,在步骤S2中,紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800需要与石蜡和合成蜡一起加热制备混合物2。
实施例11
与实施例5基本一致,只是在实施例5的基础上,加入了20g紫虫胶和10g的聚乙二醇800;制备方法中,在步骤S2中,紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800需要与石蜡和合成蜡一起加热制备混合物2。
实施例12
与实施例6基本一致,只是在实施例6的基础上,加入了15g紫虫胶和8g的聚乙二醇800;制备方法中,在步骤S2中,紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800需要与石蜡和合成蜡一起加热制备混合物2。
实施例13
与实施例8基本一致,只是在实施例8的基础上,加入了15g紫虫胶和8g的聚乙二醇800;制备方法中,在步骤S2中,紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800需要与石蜡和合成蜡一起加热制备混合物2。
实施例4~13的保湿效果参照前序实验,每组4人,共40人,测试其保湿效果。实施例4~13的耐擦拭效果与前序测试方法一致。测试数据如表6和表7所示。

从表6中的数据可以看出,实施例4和5在制备方法和配方上的变动,其保湿性能也会有一定的变动,但是整体维持在一个比较好的水平。
实施例6~8中是在实施例1、4和5的基础上,加入三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐,其保湿效果会有小幅度的提升,可能是加入后,保证了着色剂的稳定性和分散性,增强了口红的综合性能。
实施例9~11是在实施例1、4和5的基础上,加入紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800,其效果也是有小幅度的提升,说明加入后也能增强其保湿性。
实施例12和13是在实施例6和实施例8的基础上进一步加入了紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800,其保湿效果略微提升,说明两者复配有进一步增效的效果。

从表7中的数据可以看出,实施例4和5改变组分比例和方法,会使得耐擦拭次数出现一定幅度的变化。实施例6~8中加入了三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐,其耐擦拭次数明显增加,说明其着色力明显增强;实施例9~11中加入了紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800,其耐擦拭次数也会明显增加,说明其着色力也会明显增强;实施例12~13中增加了两种组分,耐擦拭次数进一步增加,由以上数据可以说明三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐和紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800均可以明显提升其着色效果,两者协同后,效果更佳。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种滋润口红,其特征在于,按照质量份数比,包括以下组分:
丙二醇二苯甲酸酯 6~18份,聚羟基硬脂酸4~8份,卵磷脂1~4份,棕榈酸乙基己酯1~4份,异十六烷6~12份;石蜡6~12份,合成蜡 6~14份,CI 16035 6~8份,CI 77499 0.01~0.4份, CI 15850 2~4份;二聚季戊四醇六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯 4~8份,十三烷醇硬脂酸酯 1~5份,新戊二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯 1~5份,十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯 3~7份,二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯 6~11份,异壬酸异壬酯 4~9份,植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯 0.05~3份,生育酚 0.01~1份,神经酰胺 NP 0.01~0.5份,胆甾醇 0.6~1份,生育酚乙酸酯 0.01~1份,苯氧乙醇 0.01~1份,紫石英粉 0.1~2份,二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石 0.1~5份,透明质酸钠0.01~2份,蓖麻籽油 0.01~2份,氢化蓖麻油 0.01~2份;蚕丝胶蛋白 0.1~3份,火把莲花蜜 0.1~2份,棕榈酰三肽-1 0.1~3份,聚甲基倍半硅氧烷 2~8份,金刚粉 0.01~1份,迷迭香提取物0.01~3份;
所述的口红中还包括有1~2份三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐,1~2份紫虫胶和0.5~1份的聚乙二醇800。
2.一种根据权利要求1中所述滋润口红的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将透明质酸钠、蓖麻籽油和氢化蓖麻油进行混合,加热+均质循环处理,直至溶液中看不到明显的透明质酸钠,得到油溶性的透明质酸钠;
S2:将CI 16035,CI 77499 和CI 15850着色剂按照比例混合,接着加入二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石研磨至混匀后,得到混合物1;将石蜡、合成蜡以及异十六烷加热呈溶液状态,得到混合物2,在搅拌条件下,将混合物1利用喷洒壶,喷入到混合物2的溶液中,混合后,室温下冷却凝固,得到包裹有色粉的成型剂;
S3:将丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、聚羟基硬脂酸、卵磷脂、棕榈酸乙基己酯、二聚季戊四醇六辛酸酯/六癸酸酯、十三烷醇硬脂酸酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯和二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯加入到熔炼锅中,进行加热搅拌混匀,接着降温至设定温度,加入步骤S2中的包裹有色粉的成型剂;搅拌混匀后,进一步降温至一定温度,接着加入步骤S1中的油溶性透明质酸钠,然后分批次,加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌混合后,注入到口红模具中,脱模后,即可得到滋润口红;
所述步骤S2中,三异硬脂酸异丙氧钛盐在研磨的时候加入;研磨需要研磨3~4遍;
所述步骤S2中,紫虫胶和聚乙二醇800一起加热溶解制备混合物2;加热温度为60~70℃,喷洒完混合物1之后,需要继续搅拌20~40min;凝固后需要放置12h以上,才能用于后续步骤。
3.根据权利要求2所述滋润口红的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,每次加热温度为70~80℃,均质时间为2~5min。
4.根据权利要求2所述滋润口红的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,加热搅拌混匀的温度为80~90℃,设定温度为60~70℃,一定温度为40~60℃。
