Abstract
本发明适用于洗涤剂技术领域,提供了一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,包括以下重量份的原料:氨基酸表面活性剂1~3份、阴离子表面活性剂8~10份、两性表面活性剂3~5份、非离子表面活性剂12~20份、植物抑菌除螨液2~5份、助剂8~12份、去离子水60~75份。本发明还提供了一种抑菌除螨洗衣液的制备方法。本发明的洗衣液以去污能力强阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂作为主力,还添加有温和亲肤、清洁能力一般的氨基酸表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂,泡沫丰富细腻,去污能力强,易漂洗,pH值为中性,手洗机洗均适用,不含磷类、苯类等化学品,无荧光增白剂,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率分别为99.66%、99.99%,99.99%,除螨率为100%。

技术领域
本发明属于洗涤剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种抑菌除螨洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平不断提高,人们对家居环境日益严格,寝具家纺的卫生越来越被重视,对洗涤产品也有更高的要求,去污的同时达到抑菌除螨的效果。而目前大部分传统洗涤产品只能起到去污的功效,对清除家纺面料中的细菌和尘螨效果不理想。
市售的杀菌除螨剂,其主要成分大都由次氯酸盐、氯酚类、二苯脲类以及季铵盐类等,虽然可以实现杀菌除螨,但都存在对皮肤有一定的刺激、环境友好度不佳、且配伍性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,旨在解决上述背景技术中存在的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,包括以下重量份的原料:
氨基酸表面活性剂1~3份、阴离子表面活性剂8~10份、两性表面活性剂3~5份、非离子表面活性剂12~20份、植物抑菌除螨液2~5份、助剂8~12份、去离子水60~75份。
优选地,所述氨基酸表面活性剂为月桂酰肌氨酸盐或月桂酰基甘氨酸盐。
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂为乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、月桂醇硫酸盐或a-烯基硫酸盐中的一种。
优选地,所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱。
优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合物。
优选地,所述植物抑菌除螨液包括以下重量份的原料:
PEG40氢化蓖麻油4~8份、乙基己基甘油4~8份、迷迭香提取物1~5份、玫瑰花提取物1~5份、苦参提取物13~18份、去离子水65~70份。
优选地,所述植物抑菌除螨液包括以下重量份的原料:
PEG40氢化蓖麻油6份、乙基己基甘油6份、迷迭香提取物3份、玫瑰花提取物3份、苦参提取物15份、去离子水67份。
优选地,所述植物抑菌除螨液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将新鲜采摘的迷迭香叶子洗净,去茎,冻干,粉碎至40-80目,避光备用,按照迷迭香:70%乙醇=1:20的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡30分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至40-60目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得迷迭香提取物;
S2、将采摘的新鲜玫瑰花冻干,粉碎至40-80目,避光备用,按照玫瑰花:90%乙醇=1:5的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡80分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至40-60目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得玫瑰花提取物;
S3、将迷迭香提取物、玫瑰花提取物与PEG40氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油混合乳化,获得溶液A;
S4、将苦参根茎洗净,干燥,粉碎至60-80目,避光备用,按照苦参:60%乙醇=1:12的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡3小时,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得粗提取物,将粗提取物用1%稀盐酸溶解,调整pH值1~6,将溶液过滤,再过强酸性阳离子交换树脂,然后用去离子水洗树脂,直至水洗液pH值为6~7,将20%乙醇洗脱树脂,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸膏,用15%盐酸溶液将浸膏溶解,然后使用10%氢氧化钠调整溶解液pH值为9~11,溶液分层,将下层水抽除,上层放置结晶,过滤,得苦参根提取物;
S5、将苦参提取物加入去离子水中,搅拌直至完全溶解,然后边搅拌边倒入溶液A,混合均匀,得到所述植物抑菌除螨液。
优选地,所述助剂包括增稠剂、抗冻剂、抗再沉结剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、pH值调节剂。
优选地,所述增稠剂为氯化盐,抗冻剂为丙二醇,抗再沉结剂为聚丙烯酸盐,螯合剂为谷氨酸二乙酸四盐,防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮,pH值调节剂为柠檬酸。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种抑菌除螨洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将一部分的去离子水升温后,加入阴离子表面活性剂,混合均匀得到混合液;
S2、在S1的混合液中加入两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
S3、将一部分的去离子水、植物抑菌除螨液、助剂混合均匀,得到混合物B;
S4、待混合物A降温后,加入混合物B,混合均匀,再加入剩余原料和去离子水,调节pH值至6~8,即可得到所述抑菌除螨洗衣液。
优选地,S1中,所述升温至45~50℃;
S4中,所述降温至15~25℃。
本发明实施例提供的一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,其中添加有去污能力强阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂作为主力,还添加有温和亲肤、清洁能力一般的氨基酸表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂,可以提升手洗时洗手液的手感,泡沫丰富细腻,去污能力强,易漂洗,pH值为中性,手洗机洗均适用;植物抑菌除螨液中的玫瑰花提取物含有丰富β-苯乙醇,与乙基己基甘油复配增效,对真菌和细菌具有广谱抗菌性,苦参提取物含有苦参碱、母菊碱等成分,是一种广谱杀虫生物碱,对螨虫具有触杀、胃毒作用,具有很好的杀菌除螨效果,同时迷迭香提取物含有迷迭香酚,具有很好的抗氧化抑菌的效果,对另外两个植物成分的抑菌除螨性起到增效保持的效果,复配得到的抑菌除螨洗衣液性能温和,去污能力强,易漂洗,无残留,绿色环保,抑菌除螨效果好;该洗衣液成分中不含磷类、苯类等化学品,无荧光增白剂,经过第三方检测机构测试,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率分别为99.66%、99.99%,99.99%,除螨率为100%。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实现进行详细描述。
实施例1
一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取100kg原料:其中,月桂酰肌氨酸钠2kg、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6kg、椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱5kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5kg、烷基糖苷2kg、a-烯基硫酸钠8kg、丙二醇3kg、柠檬酸钠2kg、氯化钠2kg、聚丙烯酸钠2kg、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠1kg、植物抑菌除螨液2kg、防腐剂(异噻唑啉酮)0.2kg,余量为水;
(2)将一部分的水升温至45℃,加入a-烯基硫酸钠,混合均匀;
(3)加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷和聚丙烯酸钠,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将一部分的水、丙二醇、柠檬酸钠混合均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将混合物A降温至15℃,加入剩余的原料,混合均匀;
(6)调节PH值至6~8,即得;
其中,植物抑菌除螨液的制备方法具体如下:
S1、将新鲜采摘的迷迭香叶子洗净,去茎,冻干,粉碎至60目,避光备用,按照迷迭香:70%乙醇=1:20的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡30分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至50目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得迷迭香提取物;
S2、将采摘的新鲜玫瑰花冻干,粉碎至60目,避光备用,按照玫瑰花:90%乙醇=1:5的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡80分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至50目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得玫瑰花提取物;
S3、将迷迭香提取物、玫瑰花提取物与PEG40氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油混合乳化,获得溶液A,其中PEG40氢化蓖麻油为6份、乙基己基甘油为6份、迷迭香提取物为3份、玫瑰花提取物为3份;
S4、将苦参根茎洗净,干燥,粉碎至70目,避光备用,按照苦参:60%乙醇=1:12的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡3小时,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得粗提取物,将粗提取物用1%稀盐酸溶解,调整pH值1~6,将溶液过滤,再过强酸性阳离子交换树脂,然后用去离子水洗树脂,直至水洗液pH值为6~7,将20%乙醇洗脱树脂,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸膏,用15%盐酸溶液将浸膏溶解,然后使用10%氢氧化钠调整溶解液pH值为9~11,溶液分层,将下层水抽除,上层放置结晶,过滤,得苦参根提取物;
S5、将苦参提取物加入去离子水中,搅拌直至完全溶解,然后边搅拌边倒入溶液A,混合均匀,得到植物抑菌除螨液,其中苦参提取物15份、去离子水67份。
实施例2
一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取100kg原料:其中,月桂酰肌氨酸钠2kg、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8kg、椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱4kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4kg、烷基糖苷3kg、月桂醇硫酸钠8kg、丙二醇3kg、柠檬酸钠2kg、氯化钠2kg、聚丙烯酸钠2kg、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠1kg、植物抑菌除螨液3kg、防腐剂0.2kg,余量为水;
(2)将一部分的水升温至50℃,加入月桂醇硫酸钠和椰子油脂肪酸,混合均匀;
(3)加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷和聚丙烯酸钠,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将一部分的水、丙二醇、柠檬酸钠混合均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将混合物A降温至20℃,加入剩余的原料,混合均匀;
(6)调节PH值至6~8,即得;
其中,植物抑菌除螨液的制备方法具体如下:

S3、将迷迭香提取物、玫瑰花提取物与PEG40氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油混合乳化,获得溶液A,其中PEG40氢化蓖麻油为5份、乙基己基甘油为5份、迷迭香提取物为2份、玫瑰花提取物为5份;
S4、将苦参根茎洗净,干燥,粉碎至70目,避光备用,按照苦参:60%乙醇=1:12的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡3小时,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得粗提取物,将粗提取物用1%稀盐酸溶解,调整pH值1~6,将溶液过滤,再过强酸性阳离子交换树脂,然后用去离子水洗树脂,直至水洗液pH值为6~7,将20%乙醇洗脱树脂,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸膏,用15%盐酸溶液将浸膏溶解,然后使用10%氢氧化钠调整溶解液pH值为9~11,溶液分层,将下层水抽除,上层放置结晶,过滤,得苦参根提取物;
S5、将苦参提取物加入去离子水中,搅拌直至完全溶解,然后边搅拌边倒入溶液A,混合均匀,得到植物抑菌除螨液,其中苦参提取物13份、去离子水70份。
实施例3
一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取100kg原料:其中,月桂酰肌氨酸钠2kg、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5kg、椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱4kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7kg、烷基糖苷2kg、a-烯基硫酸钠8kg、丙二醇2kg、柠檬酸钠1kg、氯化钠1.5kg、聚丙烯酸钠2kg、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠0.5kg、植物抑菌除螨液3kg、防腐剂0.2kg,,余量为水;
(2)将一部分的水升温至48℃,加入a-烯基硫酸钠和月桂醇硫酸钠混合均匀;
(3)加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷和聚丙烯酸钠,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将一部分的水、丙二醇、柠檬酸钠混合均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将混合物A降温至25℃,加入剩余的原料,混合均匀;
(6)调节PH值至6~8,即得;
其中,植物抑菌除螨液的制备方法具体如下:
S1、将新鲜采摘的迷迭香叶子洗净,去茎,冻干,粉碎至80目,避光备用,按照迷迭香:70%乙醇=1:20的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡30分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至80目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得迷迭香提取物;
S2、将采摘的新鲜玫瑰花冻干,粉碎至80目,避光备用,按照玫瑰花:90%乙醇=1:5的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡80分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至60目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得玫瑰花提取物;

S4、将苦参根茎洗净,干燥,粉碎至80目,避光备用,按照苦参:60%乙醇=1:12的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡3小时,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得粗提取物,将粗提取物用1%稀盐酸溶解,调整pH值1~6,将溶液过滤,再过强酸性阳离子交换树脂,然后用去离子水洗树脂,直至水洗液pH值为6~7,将20%乙醇洗脱树脂,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸膏,用15%盐酸溶液将浸膏溶解,然后使用10%氢氧化钠调整溶解液pH值为9~11,溶液分层,将下层水抽除,上层放置结晶,过滤,得苦参根提取物;
S5、将苦参提取物加入去离子水中,搅拌直至完全溶解,然后边搅拌边倒入溶液A,混合均匀,得到植物抑菌除螨液,其中苦参提取物18份、去离子水68份。
实施例4
一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取100kg原料:其中,月桂酰基甘氨酸钠1kg、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8kg、椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱3kg、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8kg、烷基糖苷4kg、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠8kg、丙二醇4kg、柠檬酸钠2kg、氯化钠2kg、聚丙烯酸钠2kg、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠1kg、植物抑菌除螨液2kg、防腐剂(异噻唑啉酮)0.5kg,余量为水;
(2)将一部分的水升温至45℃,加入a-烯基硫酸钠,混合均匀;
(3)加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷和聚丙烯酸钠,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将一部分的水、丙二醇、柠檬酸钠混合均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将混合物A降温至15℃,加入剩余的原料,混合均匀;
(6)调节PH值至6~8,即得;
其中,植物抑菌除螨液的制备方法具体如下:
S1、将新鲜采摘的迷迭香叶子洗净,去茎,冻干,粉碎至60目,避光备用,按照迷迭香:70%乙醇=1:20的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡30分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至50目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得迷迭香提取物;
S2、将采摘的新鲜玫瑰花冻干,粉碎至60目,避光备用,按照玫瑰花:90%乙醇=1:5的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡80分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至50目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得玫瑰花提取物;
S3、将迷迭香提取物、玫瑰花提取物与PEG40氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油混合乳化,获得溶液A,其中PEG40氢化蓖麻油为6份、乙基己基甘油为6份、迷迭香提取物为3份、玫瑰花提取物为3份;
S4、将苦参根茎洗净,干燥,粉碎至70目,避光备用,按照苦参:60%乙醇=1:12的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡3小时,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得粗提取物,将粗提取物用1%稀盐酸溶解,调整pH值1~6,将溶液过滤,再过强酸性阳离子交换树脂,然后用去离子水洗树脂,直至水洗液pH值为6~7,将20%乙醇洗脱树脂,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸膏,用15%盐酸溶液将浸膏溶解,然后使用10%氢氧化钠调整溶解液pH值为9~11,溶液分层,将下层水抽除,上层放置结晶,过滤,得苦参根提取物;
S5、将苦参提取物加入去离子水中,搅拌直至完全溶解,然后边搅拌边倒入溶液A,混合均匀,得到植物抑菌除螨液,其中苦参提取物15份、去离子水67份。
性能测试:
将实施例1制备得到的洗衣液送检,送检单位为中科检测技术服务(广州)股份有限公司,进行除螨、9985重金属,荧光增白剂的试验检测,得到结果如图1所示,其中,对照组是NY/T1151.2-2006除螨检测标准中不含有被检测液体的螨虫培养皿;
进行去污力、pH的试验检测,得到结果如图2所示;
进行抑菌性能(金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538、大肠杆菌8099、白色念珠菌ATCC0231)的试验检测,得到结果如图3所示;
通过检测结果可以看出,该洗衣液为中性洗衣液,其中重金属含量低、无增白剂,去污力强,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率分别为99.66%、99.99%,99.99%,除螨率为100%。

Claims (10)
1.一种抑菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
氨基酸表面活性剂1~3份、阴离子表面活性剂8~10份、两性表面活性剂3~5份、非离子表面活性剂12~20份、植物抑菌除螨液2~5份、助剂8~12份、去离子水60~75份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,所述氨基酸表面活性剂为月桂酰肌氨酸盐或月桂酰基甘氨酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、月桂醇硫酸盐或a-烯基硫酸盐中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺胺丙基甜菜碱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,所述植物抑菌除螨液包括以下重量份的原料:
PEG40氢化蓖麻油4~8份、乙基己基甘油4~8份、迷迭香提取物1~5份、玫瑰花提取物1~5份、苦参提取物13~18份、去离子水65~70份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,所述植物抑菌除螨液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将新鲜采摘的迷迭香叶子洗净,去茎,冻干,粉碎至40-80目,避光备用,按照迷迭香:70%乙醇=1:20的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡30分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至40-60目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得迷迭香提取物;
S2、将采摘的新鲜玫瑰花冻干,粉碎至40-80目,避光备用,按照玫瑰花:90%乙醇=1:5的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡80分钟,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸出膏,将浸出膏冻干,粉碎至40-60目,放入萃取容器,控制温度40℃,压力10MPa,CO2流量8kg/h,萃取3小时,获得玫瑰花提取物;
S3、将迷迭香提取物、玫瑰花提取物与PEG40氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油混合乳化,获得溶液A;
S4、将苦参根茎洗净,干燥,粉碎至60-80目,避光备用,按照苦参:60%乙醇=1:12的比例,放入容器中搅拌均匀浸泡3小时,过滤获得浸出液,将浸出液进行70℃减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得粗提取物,将粗提取物用1%稀盐酸溶解,调整pH值1~6,将溶液过滤,再过强酸性阳离子交换树脂,然后用去离子水洗树脂,直至水洗液pH值为6~7,将20%乙醇洗脱树脂,获得洗脱液,将洗脱液减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,获得浸膏,用15%盐酸溶液将浸膏溶解,然后使用10%氢氧化钠调整溶解液pH值为9~11,溶液分层,将下层水抽除,上层放置结晶,过滤,得苦参根提取物;
S5、将苦参提取物加入去离子水中,搅拌直至完全溶解,然后边搅拌边倒入溶液A,混合均匀,得到所述植物抑菌除螨液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,所述助剂包括增稠剂、抗冻剂、抗再沉结剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、pH值调节剂。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将一部分的去离子水升温后,加入阴离子表面活性剂,混合均匀得到混合液;
S2、在S1的混合液中加入两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,混合均匀,得到混合物A;
S3、将一部分的去离子水、植物抑菌除螨液、助剂混合均匀,得到混合物B;
S4、待混合物A降温后,加入混合物B,混合均匀,再加入剩余原料和去离子水,调节pH值至6~8,即可得到所述抑菌除螨洗衣液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的抑菌除螨洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,所述升温至45~50℃;
S4中,所述降温至15~25℃。
