The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the invention discloses an intelligent weighing, material supplementing and packaging system for natural rubber. The front end of the inclined belt conveyor is connected with a crushed rubber dry stirring outlet, and the inclined belt conveyor is mainly used for conveying crushed rubber; the weighing and material supplementing device is arranged below the discharge end of the inclined belt conveyor, so that the crushed rubber materials conveyed by the inclined belt conveyor can stably fall onto a main feeding conveying belt of the weighing and material supplementing device, the weighing and material supplementing device mainly weighs the crushed rubber materials conveyed by the inclined belt conveyor in real time, and simultaneously supplements the crushed rubber materials, so that the weight of the crushed rubber materials reaches the standard weight of 35kg +/-0.175 kg, and the weighing precision is guaranteed; the two hydraulic packing machines are respectively arranged at two ends of a conveying belt of the weighing and material supplementing device, so that a feed port of each hydraulic packing machine is positioned below two ends of the weighing and material supplementing device, rubber after weighing and material supplementing are ensured to enter a packing box of the hydraulic packing machine through the feed port, and the hydraulic packing machine is mainly used for receiving, extruding and packing rubber fragments after weighing and material supplementing are completed; the conveying roller that converges is arranged in hydraulic baling press ejection of compact roll table end, guarantees that the finished product after accomplishing the packing is glued the package and can flow in the conveying roller that converges through ejection of compact roll table, and the conveying roller that converges mainly connects the ejection of compact roll table of two hydraulic baling presses, and the finished product standard that comes out to two hydraulic baling presses is glued the package and is joined and carry to next stage process system. The sealing plate cylinder pushes the sealing plate to enable the sealing plate to seal the feeding hole, and the packing box is sealed into a sealed cavity; then, starting a hydraulic system, enabling a hydraulic pressure head to move upwards, and packing the crushed rubber by taking the sealing plate as a supporting bottom plate to finish the extrusion packing work of the rubber; when the hydraulic packing pressure reaches the extrusion rated pressure of the standard rubber bag, the hydraulic pressure head stays at the position for pressure maintaining, and then the hydraulic pressure head moves downwards to return to the initial zero position; then the sealing plate cylinder operates, the sealing plate is pulled back, the position of the sealing plate returns to the zero position, the opening of the sealing plate is ensured to be aligned with the opening of the upper bearing platform, and a space is made for the standard rubber bag to be taken out of the box; the hydraulic system is started again, the hydraulic pressure head moves upwards to the limit position of the hydraulic system, and the finished standard glue package in the packing box is pushed out; after the finished rubber packet is pushed out to the extreme position by the hydraulic pressure head, the driving motor of the material pushing plate is started, and the standard rubber packet which is packaged is pushed out to the discharging roller to complete the finished rubber packet discharging; after the discharging is finished, the driving motor of the material pushing plate is reversely started, so that the material pushing plate returns to the initial zero position; meanwhile, the hydraulic system is started, so that the hydraulic pressure head returns to the initial zero position, and then the next packing work is started; after the packaging is finished, the finished rubber packet flows into a confluence conveying roller through a discharge roller of the hydraulic packaging machine, and the finished rubber packet is conveyed to a next process system by the confluence conveying roller.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
i, conveying, weighing, packaging, feeding and discharging of rubber are achieved in an automatic mode, production efficiency of standard rubber bags is greatly increased, production capacity of the standard rubber bags is improved, production uniformity, standardization and unification of the standard rubber bags are improved, labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, manual carrying and feeding are avoided, damage risks and hidden dangers existing in manual intervention are reduced, system adaptability is high, arrangement is flexible, and disassembly and movement are convenient;
II, automatic feeding of the natural rubber is realized by adopting inclined belt conveying, and an initial manual carrying mode is omitted, so that the problem of high labor intensity of workers is solved, and the automation degree of the system is improved;
III, manual feeding is carried out by adding a feeding platform, so that the weighing precision of the system is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the traditional manual time-consuming and labor-consuming weighing mode is abandoned, so that the current feeding mode is easy and convenient, and the labor intensity is greatly reduced;

The invention relates to a system and a method for intelligently weighing, supplementing and packaging natural rubber, which can intelligently weigh crushed rubber conveyed from the previous process section (namely a rubber primary processing process section, also called a water line or a trunk process section), supplement the rubber in real time through a supplementing platform, convey the weighed natural rubber to a packaging machine for automatic packaging, finally form standard rubber packages with uniform quality, weight, size and the like, and automatically convey the standard rubber packages to the next production process system (namely a finished product packaging process section) through a conveying mechanism. The automatic weighing, supplementing and packaging process of the natural rubber is completed, and the problems of low automation degree, high labor intensity of workers and high potential safety hazard in the current natural rubber processing factory are solved. Can effectively improve the automation and intelligence level of natural rubber processing.
Example 1
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the intelligent weighing, supplementing and packaging system for natural rubber is mainly provided with an inclined belt conveyor 1, a weighing and supplementing device 2, a hydraulic packaging machine 3, a confluence conveying roller 4 and a PLC control system for realizing system linkage. Wherein:
oblique belt feeder 1 is equipped with one, weigh feed supplement device 2 and is equipped with one set, hydraulic baling press 3 is equipped with two, converges that conveying roller 4 is equipped with one.
The front end of the inclined belt conveyor 1 is connected with a dry stirring outlet of rubber crushed aggregates, the weighing and supplementing device 2 is arranged below the discharge end of the inclined belt conveyor 1, the two hydraulic packing machines 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the weighing belt 201 of the weighing and supplementing device 2, the feeding hopper 301 of the hydraulic packing machine 3 is positioned below two ends of the weighing and supplementing device 2, and the confluence conveying roller 4 is arranged at the tail end of the discharge roller 307 of the hydraulic packing machine 3.
As shown in fig. 3, the inclined belt conveyor 1 is composed of a feeding cover 101, a conveying belt 102 and an inclined belt frame 103, wherein the inclined belt frame 103 is a main support of the inclined belt conveyor 1; the feeding cover 101 is arranged at the lower end of the conveying belt 102 and is responsible for receiving the crushed rubber from the previous process section, and the crushed rubber can be uniformly distributed on the conveying belt 102 without leakage through the transition of the feeding cover 101; the conveyor belt 102 is set at a certain inclination, and the inclination angle can be freely set according to the size of the space available in the factory.
As shown in FIG. 4, the weighing and feeding device 2 is composed of a weighing belt 201, a pressure sensor 202, a weighing device frame 203 and a feeding platform 204. Wherein the weighing device frame 203 is used as a main supporting frame of the weighing feeding device 2; the four groups of pressure sensors 202 are respectively connected in series and fixed on four bearing upright posts of the weighing device frame 203, the four groups of pressure sensors are electrically connected with the weighing and material supplementing control device, and the weighing and material supplementing control device can measure the pressure in real time; the weighing belt 201 is fixed above the pressure sensor 202, the weighing belt 201 can reciprocate in the left direction and the right direction, and when the weighing and feeding device 2 finishes weighing the crushed rubber and reaches the standard weight, the weighing and feeding control device controls the weighing belt 201 to feed the two hydraulic packing machines 3 through bidirectional motion, so that the two hydraulic packing machines 3 work continuously in a coordinated mode; feed supplement platform 204 sets up behind weighing device frame 203, is equipped with the stair in the side of feed supplement platform 204 support to it prevents weighing down the net to be equipped with at stair epitaxy, is equipped with the protection network simultaneously around feed supplement platform 204, increases the security that prevents weighing down, and the workman's of supplementary feed supplement accessible stair goes to feed supplement platform 204 to go to carry out real-time feed supplement, guarantees rubber weighing accuracy. When the weighing and material supplementing device works, intelligent control is performed through the PLC control system of the whole line system, and the intelligent control method mainly comprises the following steps: the detection device on the weighing and material supplementing platform detects that no rubber material exists, the PLC control system operates immediately, the driving system of the front-section inclined belt conveyor operates to supply materials to the weighing and material supplementing platform, when the materials in the weighing and material supplementing platform reach the standard weight (reach the set value of the pressure sensor 202), the motor of the PLC control system is started, the weighing belt operates immediately, meanwhile, the front-end inclined belt conveyor stops supplying materials, the weighed rubber materials are conveyed into the packing machine, and automatic weighing and material supplementing of the rubber materials are achieved.
As shown in fig. 5, the hydraulic baler 3 mainly comprises an inlet hopper 301, a material pushing plate 302, a sealing plate 303, a baling box 304, a baler frame 305, a hydraulic cylinder 306, a discharging roller 307, a hopper full-load sensor 308 and a hydraulic baler control device. The packaging machine frame 305 is a main support, a bearing platform is arranged on the packaging machine frame 305, and the upper part of the platform is connected with an upper bearing platform through an upright post; the feeding hopper 301 is fixed on the upper bearing platform; the material pushing plate 302 is arranged on the upper layer bearing platform, and the reciprocating motion of the material pushing plate 302 can be realized by the reciprocating motion of a driving mechanism of the hydraulic baling machine control device; the sealing plate 303 is arranged on the lower end face of the upper-layer bearing platform and connected with a cylinder driving structure, reciprocating motion can be realized under the driving action of the cylinder, and the sealing and opening of a material inlet and a material outlet of the upper-layer bearing platform are realized; the packing box 304 is arranged on the bearing platform and is positioned below the sealing plate 303, namely the sealing plate 303 can reciprocate between the packing box 304 and the upper bearing platform, meanwhile, the sealing and opening of the packing box 304 are realized, and the size of the inner cavity of the packing box 304 can control the size of a finished product after rubber packing; the hydraulic oil cylinder 306 is fixed on the lower end face of the bearing platform, a packing push plate is arranged on the hydraulic push rod, the hydraulic push rod and the packing push plate can pass through the packing box 304 to perform lifting reciprocating motion, and the hydraulic oil cylinder 306 system can extrude and pack crushed rubber and can also push a finished rubber pack which is packed out of the packing box 304; the discharging roller 307 is fixed on the bearing platform, mainly comprises a fixed support and a powerless roller, and is responsible for conveying finished rubber bags. After the hydraulic packing machine 3 receives the rubber material conveyed by the weighing and feeding device 2, the hydraulic packing machine 3 receives a signal of material entering, an independent PLC control system of the packing machine starts to operate, and the rubber material is automatically packed and discharged. The PLC control system controls the sealing plate 303 to move to seal the packing box 304, after the detection device detects a sealing signal, the PLC system controls the packing box 304 to move to enable the packing box 304 to move upwards, after the upward movement detection device detects the signal, the PLC control system immediately controls the packing oil cylinder 306 to start to operate, rubber in the packing box 304 is extruded and packed, after extrusion and packing are completed, the PLC control system controls related devices to return to an initial position, meanwhile, the packing oil cylinder 306 is controlled to operate again, a packed standard rubber finished product is pushed out, after the discharging detection device detects the signal, the PLC control system controls the material pushing plate 302 to operate to enable the material pushing plate to push out the finished rubber, immediately, the PLC control system controls all other components in the hydraulic packing machine 2 to return to initial zero positions, and waits for the next packing process.
Example 2
The invention discloses an intelligent weighing, supplementing and packaging method utilizing an intelligent weighing, supplementing and packaging system for natural rubber, which comprises the following specific implementation steps of:
s1, the system starts to work, crushed natural rubber is conveyed by a previous-stage process system through a conveying belt, and uniformly falls on a conveying belt 102 of an inclined belt conveyor 1 through a feeding cover 101 of the inclined belt conveyor 1 without leakage to supply materials to a weighing and feeding device 2;
s2, conveying the crushed rubber materials onto a weighing belt 201 in a weighing and feeding device 2 by a conveying belt 102 of the inclined belt conveyor 1, weighing the crushed rubber materials conveyed by the conveying belt 102 in real time by the weighing belt 201, stopping the operation of the inclined belt conveyor 1 when a pressure sensor 202 in the weighing and feeding device 2 is close to 35kg, and intelligently feeding the materials by manpower on a feeding platform 204;
s3, stopping supplementing when the weight of the crushed rubber materials reaches 35kg +/-0.175 kg through manual supplementing, starting a weighing belt 201 in the weighing supplementing device 2, conveying the weighed crushed rubber materials to a feeding hopper 301 of the hydraulic packing machine 3 in an idle state, and enabling the crushed rubber materials to fall into a packing box 304 for extrusion packing;
and S4, after the rubber crushed aggregates are completely discharged, the hydraulic packing machine 3 starts to operate. The cylinder pushes the sealing plate 303 to enable the sealing plate 303 to seal the feeding hole, and the packing box 304 is sealed into a sealed cavity; then, the hydraulic oil cylinder 306 is started, the hydraulic pressure head moves upwards, the sealing plate 303 is used as a supporting base plate to pack the crushed rubber, and the extrusion and packing work of the rubber is completed; when the pressure of the hydraulic oil cylinder 306 reaches the extrusion rated pressure of the standard rubber packet, the hydraulic pressure head stays at the position for a period of several seconds, the rubber standard packet is subjected to pressure maintaining, and then the hydraulic oil cylinder 306 moves downwards to return to the initial zero position; then, the air cylinder operates to pull back the sealing plate 303, so that the sealing plate 303 returns to a zero position, the opening of the sealing plate 303 is ensured to be aligned with the opening of the upper bearing platform, and a space is made for the standard rubber bag to be taken out of the box; the hydraulic oil cylinder 306 is started again, the hydraulic pressure head moves upwards to the limit position of the hydraulic system, and the finished standard glue package in the packing box 304 is pushed out; after the finished rubber packet is pushed out to the extreme position by the hydraulic pressure head, the material pushing plate 302 drives the motor to start, and the standard rubber packet which is packaged is pushed out to the discharging roller 307, so that the finished rubber packet is discharged; after discharging is finished, the pushing plate 302 drives the motor to start reversely, so that the pushing plate 302 returns to the initial zero position; simultaneously, the hydraulic oil cylinder 306 is started to enable the hydraulic pressure head to return to the initial zero position to prepare for the next packing work;
s5, after the packaging is finished, the finished rubber bag flows into the confluence conveying roller 4 through a discharge roller 307 of the hydraulic packaging machine 3;
and S6, completing the automatic weighing, supplementing and packaging process of the rubber through the steps S1 to S5. Two hydraulic baling presses 3 can the concerted action, and when the productivity demand of rubber processing workshop was big, two hydraulic baling presses 3 worked jointly, and when the productivity demand of rubber processing workshop was little, one of them hydraulic baling press 3 was for reserve, only carries out packing work with one.

the inclined belt conveyor (1) is provided with one belt, the weighing and material supplementing device (2) is provided with one set, the hydraulic packer (3) is provided with two belt conveyors, and the confluence conveying roller (4) is provided with one belt conveyor;
the front end of the inclined belt conveyor (1) is connected with a dry stirring outlet of crushed rubber, the weighing and material supplementing device (2) is arranged below the discharge end of the inclined belt conveyor (1), the two hydraulic packing machines (3) are respectively arranged at two ends of the weighing and material supplementing device (2) and are positioned below the weighing and material supplementing device, and the confluence conveying roller (4) is arranged at the discharge end of the hydraulic packing machines (3);
the weighing and supplementing device (2) comprises a weighing belt (201) and a weighing and supplementing control device, and the weighing and supplementing control device is used for controlling the weighing belt (201) to quantitatively supply materials for the two hydraulic balers (3) through bidirectional movement and controlling the oblique belt conveyor (1) to supply materials;
the PLC control system is respectively connected with and controls the weighing and material supplementing device (2), the hydraulic packer (3) and the confluence conveying roller (4) to run cooperatively.
2. The natural rubber intelligent weighing, supplementing and packaging system according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the weighing material supplementing device (2) further comprises a pressure sensor (202), a weighing device rack (203) and a material supplementing platform 204; wherein: the weighing belt (201) is fixed above the pressure sensor (202), and the weighing device rack (203) is used as a support frame of the weighing material supplementing device (2); four groups of pressure sensors (202) are arranged and respectively fixed on four bearing upright posts of the weighing device frame (203) in series, and the four groups of pressure sensors are electrically connected with the weighing material supplementing control device.

the hydraulic baler (3) consists of a feeding hopper (301), a material pushing plate (302), a sealing plate (303), a baling box (304), a baler rack (305), a hydraulic oil cylinder (306) and a discharging roller (307); wherein: a bearing platform is arranged on the packer rack (305), the upper part of the bearing platform is connected with an upper bearing platform through an upright post, and a feeding hopper (301) is fixed on the upper bearing platform; the material pushing plate (302) is arranged on the upper-layer bearing platform, and the sealing plate (303) is arranged on the lower end face of the upper-layer bearing platform and connected with the cylinder driving structure to seal and open a material inlet and a material outlet of the upper-layer bearing platform; the packing box (304) is arranged on the bearing platform and is positioned below the sealing plate (303), and the sealing plate (303) can reciprocate between the packing box (304) and the upper bearing platform and simultaneously realize the sealing and opening of the packing box (304); the hydraulic oil cylinder (306) is fixed on the lower end face of the bearing platform, a packing push plate is arranged on the hydraulic push rod, the hydraulic push rod and the packing push plate penetrate through the packing box (304) and perform lifting reciprocating motion, and the hydraulic oil cylinder (306) system not only extrudes and packs crushed rubber materials, but also pushes finished rubber packages which are packed out of the packing box (304); the discharging roller (307) is fixed on the bearing platform, consists of a fixed support and an unpowered roller and is used for conveying finished rubber bags.

the hydraulic baling press (3) further comprises a hydraulic baling press control device and a hopper full-material sensor (308) arranged above the feeding hopper (301), wherein the hydraulic baling press control device is connected with the hopper full-material sensor (308) and a driving mechanism of the material pushing plate (302) and used for controlling the material pushing plate (302) to reciprocate until the hopper full-material sensor (308) sends a hopper full-material signal.

packing case (304) are upper and lower equal open structure in hydraulic baling press (3), and when the packing case connects the material, the bottom sealed the end mouth through the packing push pedal on the hydraulic pressure push rod for prevent that rubber crushed aggregates from flowing out the packing case.

the sealing plate (303) is of an opening structure, the sealing plate (303) retracts during feeding, so that the opening of the sealing plate (303) is aligned with the opening of the upper bearing platform, and crushed rubber can be directly dropped into a baling box; when rubber is packed, the sealing plate (303) moves to enable the solid part of the sealing plate (303) to seal the opening of the upper layer bearing platform and the upper opening of the packing box (304), and extrusion packing is completed in the sealed packing box (304) under the pushing action of the hydraulic oil cylinder (306).

the rubber material detection mechanism is arranged on the material supplementing platform (204) and used for detecting whether the rubber material on the material supplementing platform (204) is short of the material.

s7, when the capacity demand of the rubber processing workshop is large, the PLC control system controls the two hydraulic packing machines (3) to work together; when the capacity demand of the rubber processing workshop is small, the PLC control system controls one of the two hydraulic packing machines (3) to carry out packing work.
