1. The vehicle-mounted double-cup double-control cold and hot cup holder with the lifting function according to claim 1, wherein the thermoelectric refrigerating and heating assembly (2) comprises a heat exchange cup body (21) arranged at the bottom of the fixed cup body (1), the bottom of the heat exchange cup body (21) is connected with a thermoelectric refrigerating and heating unit (23) through a cold guide and heating structure (22), a heat dissipation fan (24) is arranged at the bottom of the thermoelectric refrigerating and heating unit (23) far away from the cold guide and heating structure (22), the heat dissipation fan (24) is connected with a control module (51) arranged in the control box body (5), and a plurality of elastic clamping positioning structures (6) for positioning cups located on the circumferential inner side of the fixed cup body (1) are circumferentially arranged on the fixed cup body (1).

The vehicle-mounted double-cup double-control cold and hot cup holder with the lifting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electric sliding cover device (3) comprises a horizontal fixing frame (31) circumferentially arranged at an opening of the fixed cup body (1), a sliding connection frame (32) is connected to the upper end of the horizontal fixing frame (31) in a clamping manner, sliding door panels (34) capable of sealing the opening of the fixed cup body (1) are connected to two ends of the upper side of the sliding connection frame (32) in a sliding manner through sliding connection grooves (33), an electric gear sliding structure (8) is arranged between the middle of each sliding door panel (34) and the horizontal fixing frame (31), and sliding door panel decorative plates (35) are arranged at the upper ends of the sliding door panels (34).
