s1, equipment is installed and debugged, and the square pressing block and the air inlet pipe are positioned outside an air outlet below the outer side of the aggregate bin;
s2, starting the servo motor A to enable the scraper to move to the lowest end of the separation area, measuring the interval between the scraper and the lower end face of the support plate to be L through an ultrasonic distance sensor, wherein the rotation stroke of the servo motor A and the displacement of the scraper are 1, and then resetting the scraper to the lower end of the support plate;
s3, when dust on the inner wall of the separation area needs to be scraped, the external controller controls the servo motor A to start, the scraper moves downwards, the ultrasonic distance sensor starts, when the difference between the displacement of the scraper and the rotation stroke of the servo motor A is monitored to be delayed by 2S, the servo motor A stops, and the external controller judges that caking dust occurs;
s4, starting a servo motor B, impacting 2-3 times through a columnar pressing block, crushing the dust of the blocks, and if the difference value disappears, driving the columnar pressing block to reset by the servo motor B and restarting a servo motor A;
s5, if a difference value exists, the lateral servo motor B drives the columnar pressing block to reset, the micro motor and the electric telescopic rod B are started synchronously, agglomerated dust is continuously impacted and ground through the angular scraping teeth, and after the difference value disappears, the servo motor A is started to cooperate with the angular scraping teeth to move for 10-cm, and then the micro motor and the electric telescopic rod B reset;
s6, circulating S3 until the scraper finishes moving L;
and S7, when the L does not pass through the two air outlets, the servo motor C starts to drive the square pressing plate and the air inlet pipe to switch upwards, and when the L is moved to the position between the two air outlets after the scraper finishes passing through the L, the servo motor C starts to drive the square pressing plate and the air inlet pipe to switch downwards, so that the circulation is realized.
