A solid dentifrice tablet according to claim 1 further comprising: calcium carbonate: 50-70 parts; silicon dioxide: 10-30 parts; xylitol: 5-10 parts; k12:1.5-5 parts; sodium lauroyl amide: 0.1-1.0 part; sorbitol (sugar) alcohol: 5-20 parts of a solvent; aromatic agent: 0.5-1.5 parts; preservative: 0.5-1.0 part; starch: 1.0-5 parts; magnesium stearate: 0.5-5 parts; baking soda: 0.5-2 parts.
3. A solid dentifrice tablet according to claim 1 further comprising: calcium hydrogen phosphate: 50-70 parts; silicon dioxide: 10-30 parts; xylitol: 5-10 parts; k12:1.5-5 parts; sodium lauroyl amide: 0.1-1.0 part; sorbitol (sugar) alcohol: 5-20 parts; aromatic agent: 0.5-1.5 parts; preservative: 0.5-1.0 part; starch: 1.0-5 parts; magnesium stearate: 0.5-5 parts; baking soda: 0.5-2 parts.
4. A method of making a solid dentifrice tablet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing the following components in parts by weight;
s2, sequentially adding the prepared materials in the S1 into a stirrer, and heating to 70 ℃ to obtain a mixed material A;
s3, dividing the mixed material A in the S2 into two equal parts to obtain a mixed material A1 and a mixed material A2;
s4, adding the mixed material A1 obtained in the step S3 into a preparation tank for pulse vibration mixing, and then standing for 5-10 minutes to obtain a mixed material B;
s5, dividing the mixed material B in the preparation tank obtained in the step S4 into an upper layer and a lower layer for distribution to obtain an upper layer mixed material B1 in the preparation tank and a lower layer mixed material B2 in the preparation tank;
s6, sequentially adding the mixed material B2 and the mixed material A2 in the S3 and the S5 into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred, gradually adding the mixed material B1 obtained in the S5 in the stirring process, and uniformly stirring to obtain paste toothpaste slice slurry C;
s7, conveying the pasty slurry C obtained in the step S6 to a material tray on an automatic toothpaste sheet conveying device, and conveying the material to a drying device through a conveying device to perform microwave steam drying for 15 minutes; to obtain solid toothpaste tablets.
