Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to A01N, in particular to a cleaning disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The main components of the disinfectant used as a common method for killing microorganisms are sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, peracetic acid and the like, wherein the amount of peracetic acid used as a cleaning disinfectant is gradually increased, but when the peracetic acid disinfectant is used, the disinfection effect cannot be fully exerted when the peracetic acid disinfectant is used for a smooth plane or a material with slits.
For example, CN111165478A discloses a foam type sterilization and air purifying agent, which is mainly prepared from 0.10-0.40% of peroxyacetic acid and 0.15-0.60% of hydrogen peroxide, and has long sterilization and disinfection action time.
However, the currently used disinfection solution has a low amount of peroxyacetic acid for improving the service life, and when preparing a foam disinfection solution, the higher peroxyacetic acid and acetic acid environment is not favorable for the stability of foam, and in addition, when the disinfection solution is used for fiber materials such as paper, cloth or wood, the material can be damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a cleaning and disinfecting solution, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 40 to 50 weight percent of hydrogen peroxide, 30 to 40 weight percent of glacial acetic acid, 0.3 to 3 weight percent of stabilizer, 0.3 to 5 weight percent of foaming agent, 1 to 3 weight percent of water-soluble mineral and the balance of water.
The hydrogen peroxide solution is hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, wherein the mass concentration of the hydrogen peroxide in the hydrogen peroxide solution is 40-60 wt%, the main component of the glacial acetic acid is acetic acid, and the mass concentration of the acetic acid in the glacial acetic acid is more than 99.5%.
In one embodiment, the cleaning and disinfecting solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15 to 17 weight percent of hydrogen peroxide, 18 to 19.9 weight percent of peroxyacetic acid, 15 to 18 weight percent of acetic acid, 0.3 to 3 weight percent of stabilizing agent, 0.3 to 5 weight percent of foaming agent, 1 to 3 weight percent of water-soluble mineral and the balance of water.
The inventor finds that hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid can be obtained by using high-content hydrogen peroxide and glacial acetic acid for reaction, a system in equilibrium with the peroxyacetic acid can be obtained, and when the reaction is in equilibrium, a high-content disinfectant with the peroxyacetic acid content of 18-19.9 wt% can be obtained, but the disinfectant has shorter service life due to the decomposition problem of the peroxyacetic acid and cannot meet the requirement of long-term storage use, and the invention is used for stabilizing the peroxyacetic acid by adding stability to improve the service life. In one embodiment, the stabilizer is selected from one or more of an organic phosphoric acid, an inorganic phosphate, an organic carboxylic acid.
In addition, in the using process of the disinfectant, for some uneven surfaces, the peroxyacetic acid system is difficult to be completely contacted with microorganisms to exert the disinfection effect, and the inventor finds that through adding a foaming agent, such as an anionic foaming agent, when the disinfectant is diluted and sprayed for use, foam can be generated, the wetting of the disinfectant on the uneven surfaces and the improvement of the disinfection effect of the microorganisms are promoted, and a high disinfection effect can be obtained at a lower concentration. In one embodiment, the blowing agent comprises at least one of a sulfonate, a sulfate, a carboxylate. Preferably a sulfonate.
And the inventor finds that the stabilizing agent is used alone, so that the content of the peroxyacetic acid is difficult to maintain, especially in the case that the content of acetic acid relative to the peroxyacetic acid is low after the reaction is balanced, the invention also promotes the adsorption of trace metal ions by adding water-soluble minerals, such as attapulgite, wherein the interlamellar macroanion structures of the water-soluble minerals promote the reaction of the peroxyacetic acid catalyzed by free metal ions during the volume expansion and water absorption processes of water, and promotes the stability of the disinfectant, and in one embodiment, the water-soluble minerals are selected from at least one of magnesium aluminum silicate, attapulgite and diatomite. Preferably attapulgite.
In order to remove the influence of impurities in the attapulgite on the reaction, the attapulgite is acid-activated attapulgite, wherein the acid activation method is a method well known in the art, and for example, the acid-activated attapulgite is obtained by putting the attapulgite into 1-3 mol/L hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, stirring for 20-30 min, washing and drying.
The inventor finds that a large amount of water is required for dilution during use, which also influences the performance exertion of the foam and the stability of the foam, and the inventor finds that when an alkyl aryl disulfonate foaming agent is selected and attapulgite is used, the disulfonate structure can well adsorb the positive charges at the edge of the attapulgite in the formed foam, thereby promoting the viscoelasticity improvement of the foam film and further promoting the stability of the foam. In one embodiment, the sulfonate is selected from one or more of aryl sulfonate, alkyl sulfonate, and alkylaryl disulfonate, such as benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecylxylene sulfonate, sodium didodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, disodium lauryl phenyl ether disulfonate, disodium decyl phenyl ether disulfonate, sodium tetrapropenyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, preferably alkyl disulfonate, such as disodium lauryl phenyl ether disulfonate, disodium decyl phenyl ether disulfonate.
And when polyethylene oxide and sulfonate are added as foaming agents, the inventor finds that the service life of the disinfectant is prolonged while foaming and foam stability are promoted, mainly because in a high-molecular environment, attapulgite with negative charge property is difficult to adsorb with the edge of attapulgite with positive charge property through charge in the process that the attapulgite expands under the action of water and acetic acid to form a card house structure, and when polyethylene oxide is added, the high-molecular environment can be improved by utilizing the interaction of ether bond of the polyethylene oxide and OH in water, acetic acid and peracetic acid, the polyethylene oxide with relative positive charge is formed, the attapulgite sheets are subjected to charge adsorption, and a card house-like structure is formed by utilizing proper molecular weight of the polyethylene oxide to promote the service life. In one embodiment, the blowing agent further comprises polyethylene oxide.
In one embodiment, the weight ratio of polyethylene oxide to sulfonate is 1: (2-3).
The inventor finds that because acetic acid, peracetic acid and other components in the disinfecting liquid are used for wooden materials, the wooden materials are damaged, especially by wiping and other methods, and the inventor finds that when polyethylene oxide with proper viscosity is added, in the process of diluting the disinfecting liquid to wipe the wooden materials, as the peracetic acid, acetic acid and other components slide along with attapulgite, hydroxyl, alkyl and acetal groups on the surface of the wooden materials, disulfonate and polyethylene oxide act, so that contact area between the peracetic acid and microorganisms is increased while the acetic acid and the peracetic acid are prevented from contacting the surface of the materials, thereby promoting sterilization and disinfection, reducing damage to the wooden materials, and the viscosity of the polyethylene oxide cannot be too high, otherwise, the service life is adversely affected. In one embodiment, the polyethylene oxide has a dynamic viscosity at 25 ℃ in a 1 wt.% aqueous solution of 80 to 600 mPas, preferably 500 to 2000 mPas, more preferably 1000 to 1500 mPas. As examples of the polyethylene oxide, there can be mentioned polyethylene oxides having dynamic viscosities of 80 to 120 mPas, 320 to 450 mPas, 1000 to 1500 mPas and 3000 to 4000 mPas in a 1wt% aqueous solution at 25 ℃.
In addition, the inventor finds that when a proper stabilizing agent is selected, such as organic phosphoric acid, the stabilizing agent can promote the coordination of trace metal ions in the disinfectant, improve the storage stability of peroxyacetic acid, simultaneously is beneficial to the action with polyethylene oxide, improve the density of a foam film, reduce gas penetration into foam and promote the improvement of the foam stability. In one embodiment, the stabilizer comprises an organic phosphoric acid, such as aminotrimethylene phosphoric acid, hydroxyethylene diphosphonic acid, triethylene tetramine hexamethylene phosphoric acid, diethylene triamine pentamethylene phosphoric acid, preferably an organic phosphoric acid having a phosphoric acid number of 5 or more and an organic phosphoric acid having a phosphoric acid number of 2 to 4, in a weight ratio of (1 to 2): (1-2).
