Abstract
一种故障检测方法(100),包括:接收用户输入的故障描述(110);从故障信息数据库推送故障描述的检查表,检查表包括多个候选原因(120);记录用户对多个候选原因的检查项以及用户确定的根本原因(130);将根本原因和检查项更新至故障信息数据库中故障描述的检查表(140)。与现有技术相比,故障检测方法通过记录用户的故障检查过程,可以使故障信息数据库不断更新和完善,具备学习功能,提高故障检测的准确性和效率。
