本发明公开了无钥匙物联电池盒锁,包括锁体,所述锁体的上端设置有盖板,所述盖板的一端设置有蓝牙芯片,所述盖板的另一端设置有触点开关,所述锁体的内部设置有步进电机,所述步进电机的下端通过齿牙啮合有齿轮B,所述齿轮B的一侧啮合有齿轮A,所述齿轮A的一侧啮合有齿条,所述齿条滑动安装在锁体内,所述齿条的一侧设置有锁舌,所述锁舌与锁体通过滑孔滑动连接;所述齿轮B通过齿轮B定位销转动安装在锁体内,所述齿轮A通过齿轮A定位销转动安装在锁体内;本发明的开锁方式为蓝牙开锁,APP开锁或授权开锁,唤醒式开锁,蓝牙,APP开锁、授权开锁、关锁,且锁体隐藏安装在电池盒上从而进一步减少电池盒被偷盗打开的现象。

技术领域
本发明属于电动车锁技术领域,具体涉及无钥匙物联电池盒锁。
背景技术
近年来互联网、信息技术与制造业的迅速发展,国内的两轮电动车市场也出现了一些新的变化,主要消费群体变成了90后、00后,主流消费者对产品的品质、智能化、高端化、个性化等元素要求也提高了。物联锁利用物联网技术全新推出一款无钥匙智能定位锁,为两轮电动车实现智能化、高端化增加新亮点。无钥匙智能定位锁+手机APP+云平台三位一体。
目前电池盒锁采用实体锁具,在日常使用时实体锁具防盗级别太低容易被打开盗走电池,给电池的保存带来被偷盗隐患,亟需设计一种无钥匙物联电池盒锁解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供无钥匙物联电池盒锁,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:无钥匙物联电池盒锁,包括锁体,所述锁体的上端设置有盖板,所述盖板的一端设置有蓝牙芯片,所述盖板的另一端设置有触点开关,所述锁体的内部设置有步进电机,所述步进电机的下端通过齿牙啮合有齿轮B,所述齿轮B的一侧啮合有齿轮A,所述齿轮A的一侧啮合有齿条,所述齿条滑动安装在锁体内,所述齿条的一侧设置有锁舌,所述锁舌与锁体通过滑孔滑动连接。
优选的,所述齿轮B通过齿轮B定位销转动安装在锁体内,所述齿轮A通过齿轮A定位销转动安装在锁体内。
优选的,所述锁体的内侧对应齿条的位置设置有卡片,所述卡片卡合在齿条的一侧。
优选的,所述盖板的俯视形状与锁体的顶部相匹配,所述盖板的一端对应蓝牙芯片和触点开关的位置设置有安装口。
优选的,所述齿轮B的形状与齿轮A的形状相同,所述齿轮B的下端啮合在齿轮A的上端。
优选的,所述锁体的一侧设置有密封圈,所述密封圈套设在锁舌上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的开锁方式为蓝牙开锁,APP开锁或授权开锁,唤醒式开锁,蓝牙,APP开锁、授权开锁、关锁,且锁体隐藏安装在电池盒上从而进一步减少电池盒被偷盗打开的现象,本发明为两轮电动车实现智能化、高端化增加新亮点,配合无钥匙物联电池盒锁、手机APP、云平台三位一体使电池盒锁更加安全。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:无钥匙物联电池盒锁,包括锁体1,锁体1的上端设置有盖板4,盖板4的一端设置有蓝牙芯片3,蓝牙芯片3的型号为TI-CC2541,通过蓝牙芯片3与其他设备如智能钥匙手机等进行物联操作,盖板4的另一端设置有触点开关2,锁体1的内部设置有步进电机7,步进电机7的下端通过齿牙啮合有齿轮B12,齿轮B12的一侧啮合有齿轮A13,齿轮A13的一侧啮合有齿条9,齿条9滑动安装在锁体1内,齿条9的一侧设置有锁舌11,锁舌11与锁体1通过滑孔滑动连接,通过蓝牙芯片3远程连接手机APP、遥控钥匙等授权设备,从而配合蓝牙芯片3启动步进电机7,使步进电机7通过输出轴一端齿牙带动齿轮B12转动,齿轮B12带动齿轮A13转动从而带动齿条9滑动,齿条9拉动锁舌11滑动位置,从而对电池盒的盒盖进行开关;锁体1的内侧对应齿条9的位置设置有卡片8,卡片8卡合在齿条9的一侧,在使用时方便对应齿条9移动定位带动锁舌11滑动。
从上述描述可知,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的开锁方式为蓝牙开锁,APP开锁或授权开锁,唤醒式开锁,蓝牙,APP开锁、授权开锁、关锁,且锁体隐藏安装在电池盒上从而进一步减少电池盒被偷盗打开的现象。
实施例二:
请参阅图1和图2所示,在实施例一的基础上,本发明提供一种技术方案:齿轮B12通过齿轮B定位销6转动安装在锁体1内,齿轮A13通过齿轮A定位销5转动安装在锁体1内,在使用时齿轮B12和齿轮A13安装使用时更加稳定;盖板4的俯视形状与锁体1的顶部相匹配,盖板4的一端对应蓝牙芯片3和触点开关2的位置设置有安装口,在使用时方便蓝牙芯片3和触点开关2安装使用;齿轮B12的形状与齿轮A13的形状相同,齿轮B12的下端啮合在齿轮A13的上端;锁体1的一侧设置有密封圈10,密封圈10套设在锁舌11上,方便对锁舌11的位置进行密封减少外部水分进入。
采用上述技术方案,本发明为两轮电动车实现智能化、高端化增加新亮点,配合无钥匙物联电池盒锁、手机APP、云平台三位一体使电池盒锁更加安全。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:在使用时把锁体1安装在电池盒上,且锁体1的下端隐藏在电池盒内,锁体1的上端触点开关2从电池盒上端露出,在使用时通过蓝牙芯片3远程连接手机APP、遥控钥匙等授权设备,从而配合蓝牙芯片3启动步进电机7,使步进电机7通过输出轴一端齿牙带动齿轮B12转动,齿轮B12带动齿轮A13转动从而带动齿条9滑动,齿条9拉动锁舌11滑动位置,从而对电池盒的盒盖进行开关。

1.无钥匙物联电池盒锁,包括锁体(1),其特征在于:所述锁体(1)的上端设置有盖板(4),所述盖板(4)的一端设置有蓝牙芯片(3),所述盖板(4)的另一端设置有触点开关(2),所述锁体(1)的内部设置有步进电机(7),所述步进电机(7)的下端通过齿牙啮合有齿轮B(12),所述齿轮B(12)的一侧啮合有齿轮A(13),所述齿轮A(13)的一侧啮合有齿条(9),所述齿条(9)滑动安装在锁体(1)内,所述齿条(9)的一侧设置有锁舌(11),所述锁舌(11)与锁体(1)通过滑孔滑动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙物联电池盒锁,其特征在于:所述齿轮B(12)通过齿轮B定位销(6)转动安装在锁体(1)内,所述齿轮A(13)通过齿轮A定位销(5)转动安装在锁体(1)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙物联电池盒锁,其特征在于:所述锁体(1)的内侧对应齿条(9)的位置设置有卡片(8),所述卡片(8)卡合在齿条(9)的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙物联电池盒锁,其特征在于:所述盖板(4)的俯视形状与锁体(1)的顶部相匹配,所述盖板(4)的一端对应蓝牙芯片(3)和触点开关(2)的位置设置有安装口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙物联电池盒锁,其特征在于:所述齿轮B(12)的形状与齿轮A(13)的形状相同,所述齿轮B(12)的下端啮合在齿轮A(13)的上端。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙物联电池盒锁,其特征在于:所述锁体(1)的一侧设置有密封圈(10),所述密封圈(10)套设在锁舌(11)上。
