In this embodiment, the ranges of the first additive and the second additive include the endpoints.
The first additive was 139FN, available from nanbao corporation.
The second additive model is RFE, available from nanbao corporation.
In this embodiment, the special gauze fabric refers to a gauze with a gold and silver powder effect or a colorful light-reflecting effect.
According to the special gauze fabric treated by the special gauze vamp treating agent, the first additive is composed of polyester and polyether polyhydroxy compound, the end group of the first additive is-OH or-NH 2 group, the viscosity is lower and is about 400-800cps, so that the special gauze fabric has stronger permeability, can permeate into gaps of the special gauze fabric more quickly and more, and is mutually occluded with the special gauze fabric after being solidified to form an anchoring effect. The second additive end group is-NCO. Isocyanate reacts with hydroxyl compound to generate carbamate, so that the crosslinking degree among polyurethane molecules is improved, the curing of the first additive is accelerated, the bonding performance is improved, and meanwhile, the moisture resistance is enhanced. After the upper fabric is compounded with the hot melt adhesive film, the upper fabric is welded with the processed special gauze fabric. Because the treating agent of the special gauze vamp is mutually occluded with the special gauze fabric, and the treated special gauze fabric and the upper fabric are welded together through the molten hot melt adhesive film, compared with the method only using the hot melt adhesive film, the adhesion is improved, the required standard is reached, the vamp with the special gauze fabric can also be processed by adopting the vamp fusing process, and compared with the sewing machine processing, the working time is saved, and the vamp with the special gauze fabric is more beautiful.
The embodiment also provides a processing method of the shoe upper, which comprises the following steps:
the vamp comprises a special gauze fabric and an upper layer fabric;
coating the treating agent of the special gauze vamp on one side of the special gauze fabric, and drying or naturally airing;
compounding a layer of hot melt adhesive film on the surface of one side of the upper layer fabric;
placing the upper fabric on the special gauze fabric, and enabling the surface of the upper fabric compounded with the hot melt adhesive film to be attached to the surface of the special gauze fabric printed with the treating agent of the special gauze vamp;
and putting the special gauze fabric and the upper fabric into a vamp fusing machine, and melting the hot melt adhesive film to fuse the special gauze fabric and the upper fabric into a whole.
Furthermore, the treating agent for the special gauze vamp is coated on the surface of one side of the special gauze fabric in a printing mode, so that the special gauze vamp treatment method is convenient and quick. The treating agent of the special gauze vamp adopts a printing screen plate with 140 meshes during printing, so that the treating agent of the special gauze vamp can better permeate into the special gauze fabric.
Further, when the treating agent of the special gauze vamp is coated, a first interval is reserved between the boundary of the area of the special gauze fabric coated with the treating agent of the special gauze vamp and the periphery of the special gauze fabric; and a second interval is reserved between the periphery of the hot melt adhesive film and the periphery of the upper layer fabric. Wherein the first interval and the second interval are both greater than or equal to 0.3mm. The arrangement can avoid the overflow of the adhesive on the vamp after the hot melt adhesive film is melted.

TABLE 1.1
TABLE 1.2
TABLE 1.3
TABLE 1.4
TABLE 1.5
Table 1.1 to table 1.3 show the tensile force value of the vamp after the vamp is integrally formed with the upper fabric by the processing method provided by the embodiment after the special gauze fabric is processed by the treating agent for the special gauze vamp with different value collocation of the first additive and the second additive in the value range of the embodiment.
Table 1.4 shows the tensile strength of the vamp after the special gauze fabric is not treated with the treating agent for the special gauze vamp, only one layer of hot melt adhesive film is compounded on the upper layer of the fabric, and then the special gauze vamp and the upper layer of the fabric are welded into the integrally formed vamp through the vamp fusing process.
Table 1.5 shows the tensile strength of the shoe upper after the shoe upper is formed by welding the upper layer fabric and the processing method of the shoe upper provided in this embodiment after the special gauze fabric is processed by the treating agent of the special gauze shoe upper in which the first additive and the second additive are matched with each other outside the value range of this embodiment.
The tensile data in tables 1.1-1.5 above were tested in the following manner: cutting a cut piece with the width of 5mm from the vamp, testing the tension value of the cut piece when a plurality of point positions enable the special gauze fabric to be separated from the upper fabric by using a tension machine, evaluating the adhesion force of the vamp by using the tension value, wherein the larger the tension value is, the larger the adhesion force is, the smaller the tension value is, and the smaller the adhesion force is. And calculating an average value according to the measured data to obtain final tension data, wherein the data in the table is the range of the tension value of the vamp obtained by testing for 3 times by adopting the method. According to the standard in the industry, the tensile force is qualified only if the tensile force is greater than or equal to 2.5.
According to the data in the table, the vamp of the special gauze fabric is not treated by the treating agent of the special gauze vamp, the range of the tension value is 2.0-2.3N, and the qualified standard is not met. According to the table 1.1-table 1.3, after the treating agent for the special gauze vamp provided by the implementation mode is adopted, the tensile force values of the vamp are all improved and reach the qualified standard, so that the vamp with the special gauze fabric can be processed by adopting a vamp fusing process. As can be seen from table 1.5, when the ranges of the first additive and the second additive are both outside the ranges provided in this embodiment, the tensile value of the upper, i.e., the magnitude of the adhesive force, is not as large as the ranges provided in this embodiment.
The description of the above specification and examples is intended to be illustrative, but not limiting, of the scope of the invention. Modifications, equivalents and other improvements which may occur to those skilled in the art and which may be made to the embodiments of the invention or portions thereof using a reasonable analysis, inference or limited experimentation, and which are made based on the teachings of the invention or the embodiments described above, together with common general knowledge, knowledge and/or knowledge of the skilled person, are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
