Abstract

The environment-friendly vegetable oil-based book and periodical printing ink comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15% of organic pigment, 25% to 35% of linseed oil, 10% to 15% of tung oil, 3% to 5% of water-based acrylic resin, 1% to 5% of an anti-friction agent, 5% of a gelling agent, 10% of an additive, 10% of quick-drying water and 10% of varnish, wherein the organic pigment is any one of azo pigment, lake pigment, phthalocyanine pigment and quinacridone pigment, and the gelling agent is one or more of aluminum isopropoxide and derivatives thereof, aluminum isooctanoate, lower aluminum carbonate and active organic aluminum compounds. Through using linseed oil and tung oil mixed use, performance is environmental protection more, and simultaneously inside waterborne acrylic resin and the antifriction agent and the quick drying water that add for accomplish the deinking very degradation processing easily when retrieving, make the whole ductility of printing ink, wearability and quick drying nature all obtain good promotion moreover.

s4, adding 1-5% by mass of a friction-resistant agent, 5% by mass of a gelling agent, 10% by mass of quick-drying water and 10% by mass of ink mixing oil into the ink mixture obtained in the step 3, and uniformly stirring to obtain environment-friendly plant oil-based book and periodical ink;
and S5, detecting each index of the environment-friendly plant oil-based book and periodical printing ink obtained in the step 4.
