The totally-enclosed single-carrier roller belt conveyor comprises a belt conveyor (1) and is characterized by comprising a protective cover (2), wherein the protective cover (2) covers the belt conveyor (1); the belt conveyor is characterized in that a bottom sealing plate (3) is arranged on the belt conveyor (1), a protective cover (2) is connected with the bottom sealing plate (3) in a sealing mode, a conveying channel is formed by the protective cover (2) and the bottom sealing plate (3), a heater and a refrigerator are arranged inside the protective cover (2), a volume control mechanism (4) used for controlling the containing amount of the conveying channel is arranged on the belt conveyor (1), a rotary type airtight control mechanism (5) is arranged on the protective cover (2), the rotary type airtight control mechanisms (5) are respectively located at two ends of the conveying channel, a partition plate (5 a) used for separating materials is arranged at the output end of each rotary type airtight control mechanism (5), airtight control mechanisms (6) used for spraying gas are arranged on two sides of each rotary type airtight control mechanism (5), and when the partition plate (5 a) is located between the two airtight control mechanisms (6), an air flow barrier is generated in a gap between the partition plate (5 a) and the airtight control mechanisms (6).

The fully-enclosed single-carrier-roller belt conveyor according to claim 1, wherein the belt conveyor (1) comprises a frame (1 a), a conveying roller (1 b) and a supporting roller (1 c) are respectively arranged at two ends of the frame (1 a), the conveying roller (1 b) and the supporting roller (1 c) are in transmission connection through a conveying belt (1 d), a plurality of carrier rollers (1 e) for supporting the conveying belt (1 d) and a first rotary driver (1 f) for driving the conveying roller (1 b) are further arranged on the frame (1 a).

A fully-enclosed single carrier roller belt conveyor according to claim 2, wherein the rotary type airtight control mechanism (5) comprises a rotary roller (5 b), the rotary roller (5 b) is arranged at one end of the protective cover (2), and the partition plate (5 a) is arranged on the rotary roller (5 b) in a surrounding manner; and
and the second rotary driver (5 c) is used for driving the rotary roller (5 b) to rotate, a notch is formed in the protective cover (2), one partition plate (5 a) is arranged on the rotary airtight control mechanism (5) to block the notch in the protective cover (2) in a normal state, and the other partition plate (5 a) is tightly attached to the bearing surface of the conveying belt (1 d).

A fully-closed single carrier roller belt conveyor according to claim 3, wherein an inner plate (5 a 2) is arranged inside the partition plate (5 a), the inner plate (5 a 2) is connected with the partition plate (5 a) in a sliding manner, a rubber sheet (5 a 3) is arranged on the inner plate (5 a 2), the inner plate (5 a 2) is elastically connected with the partition plate (5 a) through a tension spring (5 a 5), a connecting rod (5 a 6) is arranged on the inner plate (5 a 2), one end of the connecting rod (5 a 6) is hinged with the inner plate (5 a 2), the other end of the connecting rod (5 a 6) is connected with the partition plate (5 a) in a sliding manner, a control ring (5 b 1) is arranged inside the rotary roller (5 b), the control ring (5 b 1) is in transmission connection with the connecting rod (5 a 6), a sliding rod (5 b 2) is arranged on the control ring (5 b 1) in a rotating manner, and the stressed end of the sliding rod (5 b 2) is connected with the output end of the volume control mechanism (4).
8. The totally-enclosed single-carrier roller belt conveyor according to claim 7, characterized in that the volume control mechanism (4) comprises a connecting frame (4 a), the connecting frame (4 a) is arranged outside the protective cover (2); and
the fixing frame (4 b) is fixedly arranged on the rack (1 a), the connecting frame (4 a) is in sliding connection with the fixing frame (4 b), a screw rod (4 c) is arranged on the connecting frame (4 a), the screw rod (4 c) is fixedly connected with the connecting frame (4 a), a nut (4 d) is arranged on the fixing frame (4 b), the nut (4 d) is rotatably connected with the fixing frame (4 b), the screw rod (4 c) is in threaded connection with the nut (4 d), a third rotary driver (4 e) is arranged on the fixing frame (4 b), and the third rotary driver (4 e) is in transmission connection with the nut (4 d).
9. A totally enclosed single idler belt conveyor according to claim 8, wherein the link frame (4 a) is provided with a first rack (4 f); and
