After cutting, the end part of the steel wire is fixed, the second motor 3 drives the second screw rod 4 to rotate, so that the traction sliding seat 22 moves, the steel wire is further pulled to a winding drum, after the steel wire reaches a preset position, the rack electric cylinder 23 controls the rack 24 to slide, under the gear transmission, the gear 25 and the clamping traction seat 27 rotate together, the plate-shaped clamping plates are separated, the steel wire is exposed outside, and the clamping traction seat 27 rotates, meanwhile, the steel wire is pulled, so that the end part of the steel wire moves to the inside of the supporting cylinder 45 and is clamped and fixed; finally, the traction sliding seat 22 moves towards the direction of the winding drum again, so that the mandril 6 pushes the buckling seat 28, the buckling seat 28 moves and is buckled with the buckling block 32, the two clamping sliding seats 26 are separated from each other under the elasticity of the return spring 30, the traction sliding seat 22 returns to the initial position, and the steel wire is wound continuously; in the existing twisting equipment, after primary winding, a winding drum needs to be replaced manually, and a steel wire needs to be pulled to the winding drum again for fixed connection; when the winding drum is pushed out, the clamping assembly releases the end part of the steel wire, and then the winding drum can be pushed out.

A stainless steel wire multi-strand twisting device comprises a base (1), wherein a twisting component is rotatably arranged on the base (1) and is used for twisting multi-strand steel wires through rotation; an aggregation ring (20) used for aggregating steel wires is fixedly arranged on the base (1), a locking ring (21) is rotatably arranged on the aggregation ring (20), and through grooves are formed in the circumferences of the locking ring (21) and the aggregation ring (20); a cutting part for cutting off the steel wire is arranged on the base (1), and a replacing part for replacing the winding drum is arranged at one end of the base (1); the method is characterized in that: the base (1) is provided with a traction part in a sliding manner and used for clamping and traction the cut steel wire, the traction part comprises a traction sliding seat (22), the traction sliding seat (22) is provided with two clamping sliding seats (26) in a sliding manner, the clamping sliding seats (26) are rotatably provided with clamping traction seats (27), one end of each clamping traction seat (27) is fixedly connected with a gear (25), each clamping traction seat (27) consists of a cylindrical roller and a plate-shaped clamping plate, and the plate-shaped clamping plate is tangent to the circumferential surface of the cylindrical roller; a rack electric cylinder (23) is fixedly arranged on the traction sliding seat (22), a rack (24) is fixedly arranged on a telescopic rod of the rack electric cylinder (23), and when the rack (24) is meshed with a gear (25), the rack electric cylinder drives the clamping traction seat (27) to rotate; a buckle block (32) is slidably mounted on the clamping sliding seat (26), a buckling seat (28) is slidably mounted on the end surface of the traction sliding seat (22), and when the buckling seat (28) is buckled with the buckle block (32), the clamping sliding seat (26) is fixed; one end of the base (1) is provided with a winding part for winding the collecting steel wire; the winding part comprises a winding disc (44) rotatably mounted on the base (1), a supporting cylinder (45) is fixedly connected to the end face of the winding disc (44), hole sites are formed in the circumference of the supporting cylinder (45), a supporting electric cylinder (46) is fixedly mounted on the end face of the supporting cylinder (45), and a clamping assembly is fixedly mounted inside the supporting cylinder (45); the traction component draws the cut steel wire to the winding component, and the end part of the steel wire is clamped and fixed through the clamping component.

A stainless steel wire stranding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the twisting component comprises a turntable (7) rotatably mounted on the base (1) and a first motor (2) fixedly mounted on the base (1), and the first motor (2) is used for driving the turntable (7); fixedly connected with connecting axle (8) on the terminal surface of carousel (7), the one end fixed mounting of connecting axle (8) has spacing dish (9), offers the trench that is circular array and arranges on spacing dish (9), and rotatory mounting has baffle (18) on every trench, and the cover has torsional spring (19) that provide torsion on baffle (18).

The stainless steel wire stranding apparatus according to claim 4, wherein: the traction part comprises a second screw rod (4) rotatably mounted on the base (1), a second motor (3) and a sliding rail (5) which are fixedly mounted on the base (1), the second motor (3) is used for driving the second screw rod (4), and the sliding rail (5) is in sliding connection with the traction sliding seat (22); a return spring (30) for providing elasticity is arranged between the two clamping sliding seats (26), a buckle block spring (31) for providing elasticity is arranged between the buckle block (32) and the clamping sliding seats (26), and a buckling seat spring (29) for providing elasticity is arranged between the buckling seat (28) and the traction sliding seat (22).
