Description

Upper apron frame for apron drafting device of textile machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to an upper apron for a apron drafting device of a textile machine, in particular a roving frame, such as a flyer roving frame and a spinning machine, such as a ring spinning machine or a rotor spinning machine, comprising: a apron guide unit for guiding an upper apron around an upper roll of the apron drafting device, having an apron guide for guiding the upper apron, wherein the apron guide has an input section for receiving and guiding the upper apron and a deflection section spaced apart from the input section for deflecting the guided upper apron; and an upper roller supporting unit for supporting the upper roll frame and positioning the apron guiding unit downstream of the upper roller in a circling direction of the upper apron.
Background
Many designs of drawing frames are known from the prior art. They are used to draw or stretch the fiber sliver, thereby achieving a reduction in the cross section of the fiber sliver. During drawing, the fibers must then be conveyed side by side as uniformly as possible in order to obtain the same fiber sliver, which is a prerequisite for the production of a uniform yarn.
For drafting the fibre sliver, the drafting device generally has a plurality of roller pairs arranged one behind the other, which grip the fibre sliver running between them and convey it next to one another. A roller pair here usually consists of a lower roller and an upper pressure roller which rests against the lower roller, one of the rollers being driven and the other roller being rotated by pressure contact. The drafting of the fibre sliver is achieved in that the peripheral speed increases between the roller pairs in the transport direction of the fibre sliver, which is determined by the direction of rotation of the rollers, where the different peripheral speeds of the roller pairs located one behind the other in the transport direction determine the drafting ratio.
The lower rollers are each mounted on a support device, in particular a drawing device carriage, which, arranged one after the other in the conveying direction of the fiber sliver, forms the lower part of the drawing device. Since the fibers of the fiber sliver lose their binding in the main drafting zone, in which the fiber sliver is drafted with a high draft value, it is known to design the drafting device as a apron drafting device, in which the fiber sliver is guided between the nip lines of the roller pairs that are immediately behind one another by means of the apron. In particular, the apron drafting device is widened here, in the region of the main drafting zone a apron is guided around the upper and lower rollers, which apron is deflected in the direction of the outfeed roller pair by the apron guide, so that the fibre sliver can be guided between the upper and lower apron.
Usually, the apron designed as an endless belt is also guided around a tensioning device, which holds the apron under the pretension required for operation. Known tensioning devices are generally oriented in the axial direction of the displacement direction and thus influence the depth of the guided apron in the displacement direction, which prevents precise distance adjustment. If the means for adjusting the tension of the apron should be dispensed with, this determines that the apron length error is small to ensure orderly operation.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention is based on the object of providing an upper apron for a apron drafting arrangement and a apron drafting arrangement comprising such an upper apron, in which errors in the apron length can be compensated quickly and variably in a simple manner.
The invention accomplishes this task by means of an upper apron frame and a apron drafting device.
The invention is characterized in that the apron guide unit has a receptacle associated with the inlet section for a replaceable tensioning element which can be brought into pressure contact with the inner side of the upper apron, and the tensioning element. The receptacle can preferably be designed in the region of the input section as an integral part of the apron guide or as a separate component which can be joined to the input section, for example by means of a bearing unit as will also be described in more detail below. The receptacle and the tensioning element, which is exchangeably accommodated in the receptacle, are designed in such a way that the upper leather ring is guided past the tensioning element and the deflecting section, spaced apart from the leather ring guide region enclosed by the tensioning element and the deflecting section. In other words, the upper apron is guided by the tensioning element in the operating state of the apron support, with the formation of air gaps between the tensioning element and the deflecting section and between the inner side of the upper apron and the opposite surface side of the apron guide. The guide plane, which is formed by the tensioning element and the deflecting section and corresponds to the inner surface section of the conveyed upper leather ring, extends at a distance from the surface section of the leather ring guide which is enclosed by the tensioning element and the deflecting section in the guide direction or along the guide plane. By means of the tensioning element, which, because it is arranged in the operating state inside the upper apron, can generate the same tension depending on its design, the apron tension is allowed to be individually adjusted depending on the tensioning element design. The tolerance in the length of the apron can be compensated by dimensioning the tensioning element, wherein the apron tension can be adjusted very precisely.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the apron guide has a further receptacle at its end forming the deflecting section, which further receptacle is designed to accommodate a replaceable deflecting element for deflecting the circumferentially guided upper apron and has the deflecting element. Thus, it is possible to support in a simple manner the upper apron being guided so as to project with respect to the surface side of the apron guide. The deflecting section or deflecting element with the other receptacle is therefore designed for the defined guidance of the apron. In particular, the use of a diverting member designed to be separate from the apron guide also allows the distance of the apron from the downstream pair of delivery rollers to be precisely adjusted, which is important for the same yarn and the same threading quality. By using the deflection element, the distance can be set reproducibly precisely. In addition, the deflection element can, depending on its design, form an additional tensioning element, whereby it can contribute to adjusting the tension of the apron with high accuracy.
The design of the tensioning element and its arrangement on the upper apron in the region of the feed section of the apron guide and the design of the deflection element and its arrangement on the upper apron in the region of the deflection section of the apron guide can basically be freely selected. However, according to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the receptacle and/or the further receptacle are formed by two guide means arranged at a distance from one another for laterally guiding the apron, and that the tensioning element or the deflection element is formed in the region of a guide bar arranged between the guide means, which extends in the direction of its longitudinal axis up to the receptacle or the further receptacle toward the guide means, wherein the two guide means are arranged in particular at one side edge of the apron guide and are formed in particular in one piece.
The orientation of the guide rods, which extend transversely to the circumferential direction of the upper apron, relative to the guide means thus ensures that a uniform application of the tensioning force exerted by the guide rods on the upper apron is ensured, wherein the transverse extension of the guide rods relative to the guide means, which guide the upper apron laterally, ensures that the guide rods do not exert any forces acting transversely to the direction of encircling of the upper apron on the upper apron. In particular, the rotation of the leather collar in the contact region with the guide bar is effectively prevented by the transversely extending orientation. In particular, it is preferred that the tensioning element or the deflecting element is accommodated in the respective receptacle or in a further receptacle perpendicularly to the circumferential direction of the upper collar, so that a pressure force is introduced which aligns the tensioning element and its receptacle or aligns the deflecting element and its further receptacle only in the guiding direction.
The arrangement of the tensioning element or the deflection element, in particular in the form of a respective or separately formed guide rod, can in principle be carried out in any desired manner. It is thus possible, for example, for the tensioning element or the deflecting element to be detachably mounted on the apron carrier in a positionally fixed manner, so that depending on the apron tension to be adjusted and/or depending on the distance to be adjusted from the delivery roller with respect to the deflecting element, differently designed guide rods with differently long contact surfaces can be used in order to thus achieve an optimum orientation of the apron.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the tensioning element and/or the deflection element has at least one retaining pin, wherein the receptacle or the other receptacle is designed to receive the retaining pin in order to accommodate said tensioning element or deflection element in an exchangeable manner, wherein said at least one retaining pin extends transversely to the guide web of the tensioning element or deflection element, which guides the upper leather collar. The tensioning or deflecting element, for example, in a preferred variant with only one retaining pin, forms a cross-sectional T-shape in a section of the guide web extending along the guide web and the retaining pin. In a particularly preferred variant with two retaining pins, this cross-sectional shape transitions to a pi shape, which allows a higher stability than a T-shaped cross section.
According to a preferred development of the invention, a support unit is provided which is assigned to the apron guide unit, forms a receptacle for the tensioning element and a further receptacle for the deflecting element and on which the tensioning element or the deflecting element, which is designed in particular as a link, is detachably mounted, wherein the support unit is supported on the upper apron carrier, in particular on the apron guide unit.
According to this embodiment of the invention, a bearing unit is provided on the upper cradle, which is designed to detachably and thus replaceably receive the tensioning element or the deflection element. This makes it possible to adapt the design of the tensioning means or the deflection means and to carry out a simple exchange thereof for adjusting the desired tension of the leather collar or for adjusting the distance from the delivery roll, thereby ensuring the use of the bearing unit. The bearing unit accommodating the tensioning or deflecting element is then supported on the upper apron at such a location that in the operating state of the upper apron it is ensured that the tensioning or deflecting element bears reliably against the inner side of the upper apron, while at the same time it can be replaced easily as required. The support unit is more preferably arranged in such a way that the receptacle or another receptacle is arranged adjacent to the side guide in the circumferential or guiding direction of the upper apron.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the tensioning element is mounted or accommodated in the receptacle and/or the deflection element in the other receptacle in a direction opposite the apron guide, i.e. in a manner prestressed against the upper apron, in particular prestressed by a spring. The pretensioning of the tensioning element or the deflecting element against the inner side of the apron ensures that it can be pretensioned in a particularly identical manner and that fluctuations occurring during operation can be compensated by the pretensioning force, in particular the spring pretensioning force, so that a particularly trouble-free operation of the apron drafting system equipped with the apron frame can be ensured.
In this case, it is particularly preferably provided that a spring unit is assigned to the receptacle and/or the further receptacle. The spring unit may further preferably be arranged in the receptacle or in another receptacle. The spring unit allows the tension element or the deflection element to be replaced as required while maintaining the pretension generated by the spring unit, so that a quick adaptation to different epithelial rings can be produced in a simple and comfortable manner. In this case, it is particularly advantageously provided that the spring unit is designed to adjust the pretensioning force acting on the tensioning element or the deflecting element.
The possibility of adjusting the pretension allows the adaptation to the apron length and the apron tension to be achieved or the distance from the downstream take-off roller to be carried out in a very precise and comfortable manner, without for this reason having to replace the tensioning or deflecting element in order to achieve the desired adaptation.
In addition or alternatively, it is provided according to a further preferred embodiment of the invention that the receptacle and/or the further receptacle is designed for the exchangeable accommodation of at least one adapter piece, wherein the at least one adapter piece can be coupled to the tensioning element and/or the deflection element in order to change or adjust the position of the tensioning element or deflection element relative to the belt surface section in the engaged accommodation state. According to this design of the invention, the tension of the apron can be adjusted individually by using different adapter pieces. By exchanging adapter pieces of different designs, the selected tension of the apron can thus be determined in a simple manner. The adapter fitting is therefore, for example, designed with a slot, so that it can be inserted into the tensioning element or the deflection element or the retaining pin associated with it and can be removed easily if necessary.
According to a further aspect of the invention, a apron drafting device for a textile machine, such as, for example, a roving frame, in particular a flyer roving frame, or a spinning machine, in particular a ring spinning machine or a rotor spinning machine, is proposed, comprising a first drivable roller pair and a second drivable roller pair for drafting a fiber sliver, wherein the first roller pair and the second roller pair are arranged at a distance from one another in the fiber sliver transport direction in order to transport the fiber sliver between the upper roller and the lower roller of each roller pair in a clamping manner, wherein the first roller pair and the second roller pair can be driven at different rotational speeds in the operating state of the apron drafting device in order to form a drafting zone between the first roller pair and the second roller pair, and an upper apron frame is arranged between the first and second roller pairs, which in the drafting zone guides an upper apron surrounding the upper roller of the first roller pair in the fiber sliver transport direction. The apron drafting device is characterized in that the upper apron is designed according to one of the above-described preferred embodiments.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows an upper apron frame 1, not shown here, of a apron drafting system according to an exemplary embodiment in a perspective view.
The upper roll support 1 has two upper roll support units 2 arranged at a distance from each other, which are connected to a main support 9 of the apron guide unit 4.
The apron guide unit 4 has an apron guide 11, which is delimited laterally by a web-like guide means 5, which in the operating state of the apron carrier 1 delimits a lateral travel of a circulating apron, not shown here. The upper apron is guided in operation via the upper roller 3 to the apron guide 11. For receiving the upper leather collar, the leather collar guide 11 has an input section 11a and, at a distance therefrom, a deflection section 6. The deflecting section 6 comprises a rod-shaped deflecting piece 6a, around which an upper collar extends. The deflecting element 6a is held replaceably in another receptacle, not shown. The deflection element 6a is designed as a guide rod. Depending on the design of the deflection element 6a, the distance from the upper roller, which is not shown, of the outlet roller pair of the apron drafting system and is arranged downstream in the sliver transport direction can be variably adjusted.
In order to generate the desired tension of the apron, a tensioning element 7 designed as a guide rod extends between the guide means 5, which tensioning element is detachably connected to the guide means 5. The tensioning element 7 rests against the inner side of the upper apron during operation and determines the apron pretensioning force via its contact surface. The tensioning element 7 is held in a replaceable manner in a receptacle 10, wherein the receptacle 10 is formed by the guide means 5 according to the preferred embodiment. As an alternative to this, according to an embodiment which is not shown, the receptacle can be a component of a bearing unit which is associated with the apron guide unit 4 and has the tension element 7 detachably mounted thereon, wherein the bearing unit is mounted on the upper apron 1. The receptacle can be arranged adjacent to or adjacent to the guide means 5 in the guiding direction.
The apron tension and also the distance from the delivery roll can be varied by arranging different adapter pieces 8a,8b,8c (see fig. 2a to 2 c) on the tensioning element 7 or the deflection element 6a, respectively, wherein the respective adapter piece 8a,8b,8c can be received by the receptacle 10 or another receptacle. The adapter pieces 8a,8b,8c, in the state of being received and engaged with the tensioning element 7 or the deflection element 6a, cause a change in their position relative to the apron surface section 11 and thus, depending on the adapter piece 8a,8b,8c used or its design, change the apron tension or the distance from the delivery roll accordingly. The adapter fitting 8a,8b,8c is detachably connected to the tensioning element 7 and/or the deflection element 6a, wherein it can be inserted and thus easily pulled out of it as required.
