a second retraction fork plate assembly comprising: a second fork plate which contracts along a third direction between a third position and a fourth position, and a second driving part which drives the second fork plate to contract along the third direction, wherein the second fork plate comprises a second top end and a second bottom end which are opposite in the second direction, the second fork plate is provided with a plurality of second fork teeth which are arranged along a fourth direction in a side-by-side and spaced mode at least at the second bottom end, the third direction is crossed with the fourth direction and defines the plane of the second fork plate, the first direction is crossed with the third direction, and the second direction is parallel with the fourth direction;
and a control component, connected to the first driving component and the second driving component, for controlling the working states of the first driving component and the second driving component, so as to change the relative positions of the first fork plate and the second fork plate, wherein,
when the first fork plate is located at the first position and the second fork plate is located at the third position, the first fork tooth and the second fork tooth are crossed with each other, and a trough for bearing the bar stock is arranged between the first fork plate and the second fork plate;
when the first fork plate is located at the second position and the second fork plate is located at the third position, the first bottom end of the first fork plate and the second fork plate are separated from each other, so that a first discharge port for enabling the bar stock in the chute to slide down along the plane of the second fork plate is formed;
when the first fork plate is located at the first position and the second fork plate is located at the fourth position, the second bottom end of the second fork plate is separated from the first fork plate, so that a second feed opening for enabling the bar stock in the trough to slide along the plane of the first fork plate is formed.
