In step S110, the white blank is formed by laminating a plurality of thin density boards 110 to which the glue is applied, as shown in fig. 1. In the process of producing the white blank, the single surface of the thin density plate 110 is coated with glue, and then a plurality of thin density plates 110 are laminated together in sequence to form the white blank, so that the white blank is prevented from cracking in the bending hot-pressing process. The white blank is formed by laminating a plurality of layers of thin density plates 110, and the high-frequency hot press is used for hot pressing the white blank, so that each layer of thin density plate 110 of the white blank can be uniformly heated, and the improvement of the bonding quality of the thin density plates 110 is facilitated.
As an example, the white blank includes n sheets of thin density plates 110 laminated together, n being an integer. The first thin density plate, the second thin density plate and the third thin density plate (8230; and the nth thin density plate) are sequentially arranged on the plurality of thin density plates 110 which are stacked together from bottom to top. In some embodiments, in step S110, the current, the hot pressing time and the pressure maintaining time of the high-frequency hot press die are adjusted according to the thickness of the arc-shaped white blank product 100. The aforementioned currents include screen currents and gate currents. The heating temperature of the white blank is controlled by adjusting the current.
As one embodiment, taking a quarter arc gate with the production radius of 300mm as an example, the heating time is 420-600 s, the cooling and shaping time of the arc white blank product is 25min, the screen current is 1.2-2.0A, the grid current is 0.25-0.3A, and the pressure is 8-10 MPa.
In some embodiments, in step S130, the arc-shaped white blank is dried in a constant temperature and humidity manner, so that the rate of decrease of the water content of the arc-shaped white blank product 100 tends to be linear, and the cracking of the arc-shaped white blank product 100 is effectively avoided. Further, drying the arc-shaped white blank product at constant temperature and humidity until the water content of the plate in the arc-shaped white blank product 100 is controlled to be 6% -10%, so that the rebound deformation amplitude of the product is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the cracking of the arc-shaped white blank product 100 is avoided. It should be appreciated that the moisture content of the board is too low to make the wood electrically non-conductive, and thus the arc-shaped white blank product 100 cannot be electrostatically sprayed; the water content of the plate is too high, so that the condition of cracking caused by water vapor evaporation is easy to occur in the spraying process.
In step S140, the arc-shaped white blank product 100 is subjected to primer treatment using UV paint or water-based paint.
As one example, the surface of the arc-shaped white blank product 100 is subjected to primer treatment using UV paint. UV paints are known as UV curable coatings, abbreviated as UV paints. And (3) drying the UV paint coated on the surface of the arc-shaped white blank product 100, and then polishing the primer.
As one example thereof, the curved white blank product 100 is subjected to a primer treatment using a water-based paint.

It should be understood that the baking lamps on the concave side of the arc-shaped white blank product 100 can be located on the same plane, or can be arranged in a curved surface; similarly, the baking lamps on the convex side of the arc-shaped white blank product 100 may be located on the same plane or may be arranged in a curved surface.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in another embodiment of the present invention, a special mold 200 is disclosed, the special mold 200 includes a pressing plate assembly, the pressing plate assembly includes a first pressing plate 210 and a second pressing plate 220, the first pressing plate 210 and the second pressing plate 220 each have an arc-shaped pressing surface, the first pressing plate 210 and the second pressing plate 220 define a pressing cavity 230, and the pressing cavity 230 is used for placing a workpiece.
