技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于生活品质的提高,爱美又是人的天性,彩妆和护肤品成为大多数女性日常必备之需。彩妆包含油性眼影、口红、底妆膏、眼线、睫毛膏等,会添加成膜防水性强的成分,所以需要分两三个步骤去卸妆和清洁皮肤。如果清洁不到位,皮肤表面和毛孔深处会残留一些化妆品和油脂污垢,日积月累会堵塞毛孔,导致毛孔粗大、肤色暗淡、粉刺痘痘等,影响肌肤的健康。为了对面部有效的清洁,人们专门发明了卸妆水、卸妆油膏、洗面奶等各种专门用于清洁面部的清洁用品,帮助女孩子在晚上休息前要做好卸妆和清洁工作,最好的呵护皮肤。
然而市面上销售的要么是专门卸妆的产品如卸妆水、卸妆油、卸妆膏等,要么是专门洁面的产品如洗面奶、洗面膏、洗面慕斯等,功能单一,需要叠加在一起使用。但是护肤步骤就比较繁琐,并且无法深层清洁淤堵在毛孔的白头和黑头。
发明内容
针对现在技术存在的不足,本发明意在提供一种油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫及其制备方法,搭配硅胶刷头,将物理摩擦助力与表面活性剂的卸妆、洁肤相结合,保证温和卸妆与洁面二合一的效果,同时可达到深层清洁毛孔中白头、黑头的作用
为达到以上目的,提供如下方案:
一种油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫,包括去离子水58%-60%、保湿剂1.5%-2.5%、增稠剂及稳泡剂0.1%-0.2%、表面活性剂组分18%-26%、有效卸妆组分8.5%-13.5%、防腐剂 0.07%-0.1%、植物深层毛孔清洁调理剂4%-6%、PH调节剂0.15%-0.25%和螯合剂0.04%-0.06%;
所述保湿剂包括甘油1.5%-2.5%和丁二醇0.3%-0.6%;
所述增稠剂及稳泡剂为黄原胶0.1%-0.2%;
所述表面活性剂组分包括月桂酰谷氨酸TEA盐11%-15%、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱5%-7%和椰油酰甘氨酸钾或椰油酸钾2%-4%;
所述有效卸妆剂组份包括椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠5%-7%、橄榄油酰谷氨酸纳或椰油酰谷氨酸二钠2%-4%、PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类1.5%-2.5%;
所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠;
所述防腐剂包括辛酰羟肟酸0.03%-0.04%、甘油辛酸酯0.02%-0.03%和1,2-己二醇 0.02%-0.03%;
所述植物深层毛孔清洁调理剂包括按质量分数比例混合的水25份、北美金缕梅水20 份、辣薄荷叶提取物15份、五月牛蒡根提取物10份、肥皂草叶提取物5份、甘油5份、药鼠尾草叶提取物5份、香蜂花叶提取物5份、欧刺柏果提取物5份、白果槲寄生果提取物3 份和1,2-己二醇2份;
所述PH调节剂为柠檬酸。
一种制备如权利要求1所述油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫的方法,步骤如下:
S1.制备去离子水;
S2.将去离子水加入至经消毒清洁的乳化锅中,对去离子水进行搅拌,乳化锅的温度为 85-100摄氏度,搅拌速度为8-10转/分钟,保温灭菌25-40分钟;
S3.将乳化锅升温至90摄氏度,开启乳化锅均质3000转/分钟,依次将保湿剂、螯合剂、增稠剂及稳泡剂加入乳化锅进行搅拌,搅拌转速10-14转/分钟,并对乳化锅进行降温;
S4.将乳化锅温度下降至75-85摄氏度,以此将表面活性组分、有效卸妆组分加入乳化锅中搅拌,乳化锅煎板速度为10-14转/分钟,并对乳化锅进行降温;
S5.乳化锅温度下降至40摄氏度以下,加入防腐剂、植物深层毛孔清洁调理剂至乳化锅中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为10-14转/分钟,制成半成品;
S6.向乳化锅中加入PH调节剂,调节半成品的10%水溶液的PH至6.0-7.0;
S7.将调节PH值完毕的半成品过500目以上极细滤网出料,并静置24小时,制成成品产品;
S8.对成品产品进行理化指标、微生物指标检测;
S9.对监测完毕的成品产品进行灌装,并同步进行生物检测。
进一步,步骤S1中去离子水的制备步骤如下:
A1.过滤,使用精密的外松内紧结构的PP聚丙烯纤维滤芯和含量高达80%的高效柱状活性碳滤芯对水进行过滤;
A2.反渗透,采用反渗透膜去除水中的细菌,病原体毒,金属离子等杂质;
A3.纯化,采用专用核子级离子交换树酯,深度除盐,除去水中无机物离子,使纯水电阻率降低;
S4.杀菌采用双波长紫外消解灭菌仪,杀灭细菌和降低有机物。
本发明的工作原理及优点在于:通过本制备方法能够制备出油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫,本洁面泡沫能够有效地对人体面对进行卸妆和洁面,温和地保护人体的面部皮肤,同时能够深层地清洁人体面部的毛孔中的白头、黑头的污物。

一种油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫,包括去离子水59.115%、保湿剂2.4%、增稠剂及稳泡剂0.15%、表面活性剂组分22%、有效卸妆组分11%、防腐剂0.085%、植物深层毛孔清洁调理剂5%、PH调节剂0.2%和螯合剂0.05%;
所述保湿剂包括甘油2%和丁二醇0.4%;
所述增稠剂及稳泡剂为黄原胶0.15%;
所述表面活性剂组分包括月桂酰谷氨酸TEA盐13%、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱6%和椰油酰甘氨酸钾或椰油酸钾3%;
所述有效卸妆剂组份包括椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠6%、橄榄油酰谷氨酸纳或椰油酰谷氨酸二钠3%、PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类2%;

S4.将乳化锅温度下降至80摄氏度,以此将表面活性组分、有效卸妆组分加入乳化锅中搅拌,乳化锅煎板速度为12转/分钟,并对乳化锅进行降温;
S5.乳化锅温度下降至40摄氏度以下,加入防腐剂、植物深层毛孔清洁调理剂至乳化锅中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为12转/分钟,制成半成品;
S6.向乳化锅中加入PH调节剂,调节半成品的10%水溶液的PH至6.0-7.0;
S7.将调节PH值完毕的半成品过500目以上极细滤网出料,并静置24小时,制成成品产品;

所述表面活性剂组分包括月桂酰谷氨酸TEA盐14%、月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱6.5%和椰油酰甘氨酸钾或椰油酸钾3.5%;

去离子水的制备方法为:
A1.过滤,使用精密的外松内紧结构的PP聚丙烯纤维滤芯和含量高达80%的高效柱状活性碳滤芯对水进行过滤;
A2.反渗透,采用反渗透膜去除水中的细菌,病原体毒,金属离子等杂质;
A3.纯化,采用专用核子级离子交换树酯,深度除盐,除去水中无机物离子,使纯水电阻率降低;
S4.杀菌采用双波长紫外消解灭菌仪,杀灭细菌和降低有机物。
经过以上4大处理方式,得出水的含盐量降至1mg/L以下,电导率降至1μS/cm以下,以及微生物也符合化妆品卫生标准:细菌总数不得大于10CFU/ml,而粪大肠菌群、绿脓杆菌和金色葡萄球菌不得检出。
对成品产品进行灌装时:
应清洗消毒好灌装所用器具及灌装机;
检查料体桶盖上是否有合格贴,以及半成品标签是否与实际相符。
1.操作人员每隔半小时用75%酒精去手部进行消毒,避免产品被二次染菌
2.灌装抽料管扎500目滤网过滤,每隔两小时清洗消毒灌装机管道,确保灌装出来的成品清澈无杂质。
3.灌装完每瓶称重,确保净含量无误。
4.装箱前对产品进行最后全方位检测(包装外形,标贴字迹,打码及内容物等)。
本油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫中,所述的黄原胶又称黄胶、汉生胶,是一种由黄单胞杆菌发酵产生的细胞外酸性杂多糖。集增稠、悬浮、乳化、稳定于于一体,性能最优越的生物胶,具有增稠和稳定泡沫的作用,帮助本产品泵出的泡沫更加坚挺稳定。
所述的橄榄油酰谷氨酸纳(椰油酰谷氨酸二钠),是来源于油橄榄果和甘蔗提取的有机认证的植物氨基酸表面活性剂。其通过浓缩橄榄油脂肪酸与甘蔗来源谷氨酸,合成形成一个阴离子的亲油亲水的橄榄油酰氨基酸结构。橄榄油脂肪酸的亲油基团富含84%油酸和亚油酸,油酸是皮肤最丰富的脂肪酸之一,亚油酸是皮肤神经酰胺的构筑材料,两者结合可以兼顾溶解彩妆油污和养肤滋润的效果;甘蔗来源的谷氨酸钠具有高亲水性能,中性的ph值决定了它的性能温和,良好的配伍性。
所述的椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠是一个椰子油来源的植物两性基的表面活性剂,长碳链脂肪酰基团和亲水二乙酸二钠赋予了非常优异的油脂溶解效果和亲水起泡效果。
所述的植物深层毛孔清洁调理剂:(北美金缕梅水、辣薄荷叶提取物、五月牛蒡根提取物、肥皂草叶提取物、甘油、药鼠尾草叶提取物、香蜂花叶提取物、欧刺柏果提取物、白果槲寄生果提取物),是一个八种植物复合的毛孔清洁剂,可以深层溶解导出毛孔的黑头白头,针对毛孔粗大有比较及时收敛效果。肥皂草叶富含皂苷,可以洁肤;鼠尾草具有平衡油脂分泌的功能;香蜂花叶、牛蒡根、辣薄荷叶协同配合,可以抗菌消炎镇静;金缕梅和白果槲寄生果可以收敛毛孔,提亮肤色。
针对本油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫的温和度、洁面效果,进行测试如下:
1.该油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡泡的PH值控制在精准范围6.0-7.0,为弱酸性,接近人体皮肤的PH值,因此非常温和。产品经过泵头挤压泵出的细腻丰富的泡沫,泡沫能坚挺持久半小时,且触感柔软厚实如奶油般,在遇到面部的彩妆油脂后,泡沫不容易塌消,可以保持足够的接触面积,因此卸眼部彩妆时,不容易流进眼睛引起刺激。
2.对比测试一:寻找30名不同肤质的志愿者,在脸上涂抹防水底妆和防水眼妆:半边脸使用油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡泡(配合硅胶刷头的物理摩擦),另外半边脸使用市面上传统弱酸性氨基酸洗面奶、眼药水级卸妆水对比。进行一次卸妆洁肤的使用,观察洗完后入眼刺激和皮肤的舒适度,其中,“+”标记表示肯定有效果,使用测试结果如下:
测试结论如下:
(1)、本油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫泵出细腻丰富的泡沫,泡沫柔软坚挺,质量轻,浮于皮肤表面,不容易进入眼睛,因此30人均感觉卸眼妆和底妆比较温和不刺眼。
(2)、传统的弱酸性氨基酸洗面奶和眼药水级卸妆水,都无法形成丰富、细腻、轻质的泡沫,因此均有不同层度入眼刺激。
(3)、使用油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫清洗后,滋润度明显优于传统弱酸性氨基酸洗面奶和眼药水级卸妆水。
3.对比测试二:寻找30名不同肤质的志愿者,在脸上涂抹防水底妆和防水眼妆:半边脸使用本油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫(配合硅胶刷头的物理摩擦卸妆),另外半边脸使用市面上传统弱酸性氨基酸洗面奶和眼药水级卸妆水对比。进行一次卸妆洁肤的使用,观察卸效果和毛孔清洁效果,使用测试结果如下:
结合图1和图2所示,测试结论如下:
(1)、本油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫泵出细腻丰富的泡沫,配合硅胶刷头的物理摩擦力, 30人一次性卸防水底妆、防水眼妆效果完全干净,并且有20人能不同层度达到深层清洁毛孔白头的效果。
(2)、传统的弱酸性氨基酸洗面奶和眼药水级卸妆水,只能溶解部分浮于皮肤表面的部分彩妆和油污,无法一次深层清洁到毛孔的油污。

2.一种制备如权利要求1所述油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫的方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
S1.制备去离子水;
S2.将去离子水加入至经消毒清洁的乳化锅中,对去离子水进行搅拌,乳化锅的温度为85-100摄氏度,搅拌速度为8-10转/分钟,保温灭菌25-40分钟;
S3.将乳化锅升温至90摄氏度,开启乳化锅均质3000转/分钟,依次将保湿剂、螯合剂、增稠剂及稳泡剂加入乳化锅进行搅拌,搅拌转速10-14转/分钟,并对乳化锅进行降温;
S4.将乳化锅温度下降至75-85摄氏度,以此将表面活性组分、有效卸妆组分加入乳化锅中搅拌,乳化锅煎板速度为10-14转/分钟,并对乳化锅进行降温;
S5.乳化锅温度下降至40摄氏度以下,加入防腐剂、植物深层毛孔清洁调理剂至乳化锅中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为10-14转/分钟,制成半成品;
S6.向乳化锅中加入PH调节剂,调节半成品的10%水溶液的PH至6.0-7.0;
S7.将调节PH值完毕的半成品过500目以上极细滤网出料,并静置24小时,制成成品产品;
S8.对成品产品进行理化指标、微生物指标检测;
S9.对监测完毕的成品产品进行灌装,并同步进行生物检测。
3.根据权利要求2所述的油橄榄氨基酸卸妆洁面泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中去离子水的制备步骤如下:
A1.过滤,使用精密的外松内紧结构的PP聚丙烯纤维滤芯和含量高达80%的高效柱状活性碳滤芯对水进行过滤;
A2.反渗透,采用反渗透膜去除水中的细菌,病原体毒,金属离子等杂质;
A3.纯化,采用专用核子级离子交换树酯,深度除盐,除去水中无机物离子,使纯水电阻率降低;
S4.杀菌采用双波长紫外消解灭菌仪,杀灭细菌和降低有机物。
