Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural medicines, in particular to an insecticidal agricultural composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The regional catastrophe of major crop diseases and insect pests in China is frequent, and the grain production loss caused by diseases, insect pests and weeds in each year reaches more than 30 percent. Although chemical control plays an important role in controlling diseases, pests and weeds of crops, the problems caused by excessive and frequent use of the chemical control, such as pesticide residues in agricultural products and the environment, the drug resistance and rampant resistance of the diseases, the pests and the weeds of the crops, and the like, force people to continuously find new safe and environment-friendly alternative control means. The method for preventing and controlling crop diseases, pests and weeds by using measures which are friendly to environment, harmonious in ecology and beneficial to food safety is a green sustainable treatment means and has wide development prospect. Biological resources with natural inhibition or antagonism to crop diseases, insect pests and weeds widely exist in the nature, and play an important role in promoting ecological balance. The development of biological agricultural drugs from biological resources for comprehensive prevention and control of crop diseases and insect pests is an effective way for realizing green sustainable development of agriculture, and the large-scale application of the biological agricultural drugs can reduce the use of chemical pesticides, help to guarantee food safety, improve ecological environment, enhance the protection effect on soil and reduce the generation of drug resistance of crop diseases, insect pests and weeds.
At present, some biogenic pesticides appear in the market, but the components are single, the duration is short, the comprehensive control effect is not ideal, and the popularization in production practice is difficult.

The screening method aiming at the plutella xylostella and the cotton bollworm is a conventional artificial feed surface coating method, specifically, a 24-hole cell culture plate is adopted for activity evaluation, 300 microliters of artificial feed is added into each hole, and the amount of the liquid medicine added into each hole is 20 microliters; the aphid screening method is a conventional immersion method. The concentration of the screened liquid medicine is 400 mug/mL, 200 mug/mL and 100 mug/mL (specifically, 1000 mug/mL of mother liquor is prepared by using acetone to prepare the agricultural insecticidal composition, the Bacillus thuringiensis and the neem extracts in the examples 1-9, and then 400 mug/mL, 200 mug/mL and 100 mug/mL of serial mass concentrations are respectively prepared by using water containing 0.1% of Tween), the three times of repetition are carried out, the test results are respectively compared with blank control and positive control, and statistics is carried out according to different grades, wherein the mortality rate of 0-30% is 0, the mortality rate of 30-50% is 3, the mortality rate of 50-70% is 5, the mortality rate of 70-90% is 7, and the mortality rate of 90-100% is 9. TABLE 1 pesticidal Activity of the pesticidal agricultural compositions of the different examples
The data in Table 1 show that the control effect of part of the insecticidal agricultural composition on the tested pests under the test concentrations (400 mu g/mL, 200 mu g/mL and 100 mu g/mL) is remarkable, and the death rate can reach more than 70%; particularly, part of the compositions (examples 1, 4, 5, 8 and 9) can simultaneously have good control effects on lepidoptera pests and piercing-sucking mouthparts pests under the tested concentration, and the insecticidal effect is obviously superior to that of a single-component control group of bacillus thuringiensis and neem extracts. The results show that the insecticidal composition can be used as a broad-spectrum insecticide in the comprehensive control process of pests, provides a new means for solving the resistance of the existing insecticide, and can become one of the key technologies of the reduction and the synergism of the current pesticides.
