[ detailed description ] embodiments
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that like components are represented by like numerals throughout the following description.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the push method of the present invention is implemented by a push system 100, where the push system 100 includes a push server 1, a driving information collecting server 4 connected to the push server 1, a plurality of vehicle electronic devices 2 connected to the push server 1 and the driving information collecting server 4, and a billboard (not shown), and the push system 100 of the present invention is adapted to communicate with a plurality of handheld electronic devices 800 respectively corresponding to the vehicle electronic devices 2. The handheld electronic devices 800 are, for example, a plurality of smart phones respectively.
The driving information collecting server 4 is configured with a specific range and a predetermined push message (e.g. advertisement message), and in the first embodiment, the specific range is a specific geographic range. The billboard is arranged in the visible range of driving in the specific range, and the content of the billboard is related to the preset push message.
The driving information collecting server 4 stores a plurality of pieces of user data received from the vehicle electronic device 2 or the handheld electronic devices 800, and a piece of screening data for screening the user data. Each of the in-vehicle electronic devices 2 corresponds to one of the user data. The screening datagram contains one or more screening conditions. Each screening condition may be, but is not limited to, a user age range (e.g., 25 to 35 years), a user gender (e.g., male), or a driving style. The push server 1 and the driving information collecting server 4 belong to an advertising platform, for example. The advertising platform provider may be a content provider that allows the push service buyer to customize the filter data.
The electronic devices 2 are suitable for being mounted on a vehicle, and can generate a positioning data indicating the position of the vehicle according to, for example, GPS satellite signals, and transmit the positioning data to the driving information collecting server 4 in real time. The electronic devices 2 for vehicles are, for example, a plurality of driving recorders, but not limited thereto, and each electronic device 2 for vehicles may also be, for example, a navigation device for vehicles. When one of the vehicular electronic devices 2 is located within the specific range, the driving information collecting server 4 transmits a push request including the predetermined push message to the push server 1, so that the push server 1 transmits the predetermined push message to the vehicular electronic device 2 or to a handheld electronic device 800 corresponding to the vehicular electronic device 2. The steps performed by the first embodiment of the push method will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2. First, in step S101, the driving information collecting server 4 receives the positioning data from one of the electronic devices 2.
Next, as shown in step S102, when the driving information collecting server 4 receives the positioning data from one of the electronic devices 2, the driving information collecting server 4 determines whether the position indicated by the positioning data falls within the specific range, if not, the process is ended, and if so, step S103 is executed.
In step S103, after the driving information collecting server 4 determines that the position indicated by the positioning data falls within the specific range, the driving information collecting server 4 further determines whether the user data corresponding to the electronic device 2 for vehicle meets each screening condition of the screening data, if so, step S104 is executed next, and if not, the process is ended.
Step S104 is that when the driving information collecting server 4 determines that the position indicated by the positioning data falls within the specific range and the user data corresponding to the in-vehicle electronic device 2 meets each of the screening conditions of the screening data, the driving information collecting server 4 transmits a push request including the predetermined push message to the push server 1, and the push server 1 transmits the predetermined push message to the handheld electronic device 800 corresponding to the in-vehicle electronic device 2 that sent the positioning data according to the push request, so that the handheld electronic device 800 displays the predetermined push message. In other embodiments, the push server 1 transmits the predetermined push message to the in-vehicle electronic device 2 sending the positioning data, or to both the in-vehicle electronic device 2 and the handheld electronic device 800.
Therefore, when the vehicle provided with the vehicular electronic device 2 passes through the specific range, the driver not only receives the preset push message, but also watches the billboard with the content related to the preset push message, thereby increasing the impression of the driver on the content of the preset push message. When the predetermined push message is an advertisement message, the advertisement effect to the driver can be increased. In addition, by further screening the vehicles that are equipped with the vehicle electronic device 2 and pass through the specific range through the screening data, the object of the push server 1 for sending the predetermined push message can be more accurately limited to the driver who accords with the screening data. If the advertisement platform provider charges the buyer with the advertisement requirement by the number of the predetermined push message, the screening push technology of this embodiment can make the fee of the push service buyer more effective.
It is worth mentioning that the content of the billboard may include a barcode (for example, a QR Code) related to the predetermined push message, and the content of the barcode is a website for the driver to access to a webpage corresponding to the website through a mobile phone scan chain, wherein the size of the QR Code may be based on the distance between nearby streets, and at least the QR Code is maintained within 40 to 60% of the screen area of the handheld electronic device when the driver needs to scan the vehicle driving on the streets within the distance by using the handheld electronic device, and the webpage may be designed to be a questionnaire, registered as a member, or uploaded with a specific movie to draw a lottery or obtain a gift, for example. Therefore, interaction between the advertisement and the driver can be increased, and the advertisement effect is further improved. It should be noted that, one or more image capturing devices may be further added to the billboard, and the image capturing devices may be matched with an image recognition technology to collect information such as vehicle types, brands, colors, and the like of vehicles passing through nearby streets, and the image capturing devices cross and compare the questionnaire data with information such as vehicle types, brands, colors, and the like of passing vehicles according to the received information that members in passing vehicles scan the QR Code with the handheld electronic device 800, so as to increase the correctness of the coupon data, for example, if the coupon data indicates that the boarding time is 16 00pm and the vehicle color is white, and the image capturing devices determine that the vehicle color is black through image recognition at the boarding time (16 00pm), the color of the coupon data is modified to black. Therefore, correct data can be collected more accurately, and in addition, by means of the method, the related data of passing scattered households which are not members of the vehicle electronic device 2 can be collected, the comprehensiveness of the collected data is increased, and the possibility of accurately putting advertisements is increased on the basis of the increased comprehensiveness. The above examples are merely illustrative and not intended to be limiting.
It should be noted that, an advertisement demander can rent the billboard to place an advertisement on one hand and purchase a push service from the advertising platform provider on the other hand, and the purchased push service is set in the specific range near the billboard rented by the advertisement demander, so that a better advertisement effect can be obtained through the technology of the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a second embodiment of the push method implemented by a push system 100 according to the present invention is described below.
In the second embodiment, the push system 100 further includes a schedule planning server 3. The driving information collecting server 4 takes the user data as a plurality of driver profiles respectively associated with a plurality of drivers and provides the driver profiles to the route planning server 3. In addition, the driving information collecting server 4 stores the positioning data received from the electronic devices 2 into a plurality of driving route history records corresponding to the personal data of the drivers respectively and provides the driving route history records to the route planning server 3. The trip planning server 3 stores the screening data.
The vehicular electronic devices 2 and the driving information collecting server 4 support a short-range wireless communication protocol (such as bluetooth, but not limited thereto). The specific range is not a preset range of the driving information collecting server 4 in this embodiment, but a communicable range of the driving information collecting server 4 and the electronic devices 2 that can establish communication links via the short-range wireless communication protocol. The driving information collecting server 4 is adapted to be mounted on a vehicle.
The steps performed by the second embodiment of the push method are described below. First, in step S301, the route planning server 3 generates a plurality of target areas according to the driving route history records corresponding to the personal data of the drivers corresponding to the screening data of the target group of advertisement products, and target time periods corresponding to the target areas, respectively, wherein an estimated probability of the occurrence of the driver corresponding to the screening data in the target time period corresponding to each target area is greater than a predetermined probability threshold. In another embodiment, the estimated number of drivers in each target area meeting the screening data in the corresponding target time period is greater than a predetermined number threshold.
Next, in step S302, the route planning server 3 generates a round trip and a round trip route according to the target areas and the target time intervals, and the round trip route are used for guiding the vehicle equipped with the driving information collecting server 4 to travel through the corresponding target area in each target time interval.
After the vehicle equipped with the driving information collecting server 4 starts to travel according to the itinerant route and the itinerant route, in step S303, when one of the electronic devices 2 is located within the specific range, the driving information collecting server 4 establishes a communication link with the one of the electronic devices 2.
Next, as shown in step S304, the driving information collecting server 4 determines whether the user data corresponding to the vehicle electronic device 2 meets each of the screening conditions of the screening data, and if not, the process is ended, and if so, step S305 is executed.
In step S305, when the driving information collecting server 4 determines that the user data corresponding to the vehicle electronic device 2 meets each of the screening conditions of the screening data, the driving information collecting server 4 transmits a push request including the predetermined push message to the push server 1, so that the push server 1 transmits the predetermined push message to the handheld electronic device 800 corresponding to the vehicle electronic device 2 establishing a communication link with the driving information collecting server 4 according to the push request. In other embodiments, the push server 1 transmits the predetermined push message to the vehicular electronic device 2 establishing a communication link with the driving information collecting server 4, or to both the vehicular electronic device 2 and the handheld electronic device 800.
In the second embodiment, the advertisement board is installed on the vehicle installed on the driving information collecting server 4 to form an advertisement vehicle. Therefore, when the vehicle equipped with the vehicle electronic device 2 passes through the specific range through the vicinity of the vehicle equipped with the driving information collecting server 4, the driver receives the preset push message and views the content of the billboard related to the preset push message on the billboard, thereby increasing the impression of the driver on the content of the preset push message. When the predetermined push message is an advertisement message, the advertisement effect to the driver can be increased.
In addition, the estimated probability of the drivers who meet the screening data appearing in each target area in the corresponding target time interval calculated by the route planning server 3 is larger than a predetermined probability threshold, or the estimated number of the drivers who meet the screening data appearing in each target area in the corresponding target time interval is larger than a predetermined number threshold, which is beneficial to increasing the probability of meeting the advertising vehicle and the drivers who meet the screening data.
It should be noted that, in the implementation manner of the variation, the estimated probability of the driver who is in accordance with the screening data appearing in the target time interval corresponding to each target area is greater than a predetermined probability threshold and the estimated vehicle speed is less than a vehicle jam vehicle speed threshold, or the estimated number of the drivers who are in accordance with the screening data appearing in the target time interval corresponding to each target area is greater than a predetermined number threshold and the estimated vehicle speed is less than a vehicle jam vehicle speed threshold, so that the advertising vehicle can drive into the vehicle jam array to push the advertisement for driving in the vehicle array, and because of the vehicle jam state, the driver has more waiting time to watch the content of the advertising board of the advertising vehicle, thereby increasing the advertising effect.
It is worth mentioning that in a variant implementation, the trip planning server 3 further stores a plurality of questionnaire user data, a plurality of questionnaire filling locations respectively corresponding to the questionnaire user data, and a plurality of questionnaire filling times respectively corresponding to the questionnaire user data, and in step S301, the trip planning server 3 generates the target areas according to the questionnaire user data and the corresponding questionnaire filling locations and questionnaire filling times that conform to the screening data, in addition to the driving route history records corresponding to the personal data of the drivers that conform to the screening data. The questionnaire user data, the questionnaire filling locations, and the questionnaire filling times are obtained through questionnaires, and two obtaining methods are described below.
The first acquisition mode: in the first embodiment, the content of the barcode (for example, QR Code) of the billboard located at fixed point is a website, the website is used to connect to a questionnaire page for the user to upload the questionnaire user data, the time for uploading the questionnaire user data can be used as the questionnaire filling time, and the website has a billboard location indicating the location of the billboard, which can be used as the questionnaire filling location.
The second method is similar to the first method, except that the user scans the bar code of the billboard on the billboard of the billboard vehicle in the second embodiment, and the place where the billboard is located at the current questionnaire filling time is taken as the questionnaire filling place.
Referring to fig. 5, a third embodiment of the push method of the present invention is described below.
As in the first embodiment, the push method is implemented by a push system 100, each of the electronic devices 2 of the push system 100 generates a positioning data indicating its location, and transmits the positioning data to the driving information collecting server 4 in real time through a mobile communication network. For example, the electronic devices 2 for vehicles transmit the longitude and latitude coordinates thereof to the driving information collecting server 4 at regular intervals.
The steps performed by the third embodiment of the push method are described below. First, in step S401, the driving information collecting server 4 generates a plurality of real-time target areas according to the positioning data of the electronic devices 2 corresponding to the user data meeting the filtering data, and the number of the electronic devices 2 corresponding to the user data meeting the filtering data in each real-time target area is greater than a predetermined device number threshold.
Next, in step S402, the driving information collecting server 4 generates a real-time itinerant path according to the real-time target areas, wherein the real-time itinerant path is used for guiding the vehicle equipped with the driving information collecting server 4 to travel through the real-time target areas.
After the vehicle equipped with the driving information collecting server 4 starts to travel along the real-time itinerary, steps S403 to S405 are the same as steps S303 to S305, which will not be described herein. In the embodiment, the real-time target areas are generated by real-time analysis, and the number of the vehicle electronic devices 2 corresponding to the user data in each real-time target area and conforming to the screening data is larger than the predetermined device quantity threshold, which is favorable for increasing the probability of meeting the advertising vehicle and the driver conforming to the screening data.
In summary, in the push method of the present invention, when the driving information collecting server 4 determines that the position indicated by the positioning data of the vehicle electronic device 2 falls within the specific range, or when the driving information collecting server 4 establishes a communication link with one of the vehicle electronic devices 2, the driving information collecting server 4 transmits the push request to the push server 1, so that the push server 1 transmits the predetermined push message to the handheld electronic device 800 corresponding to the vehicle electronic device 2 that sent the positioning data, thereby providing the push system 100 with a mechanism for screening geographic positions; furthermore, when the driving information collecting server 4 determines that the position indicated by the positioning data falls within the specific range and the user data corresponding to the in-vehicle electronic device 2 meets each screening condition of the screening data, the driving information collecting server 4 transmits the push request to the push server 1, so that the push server 1 transmits the predetermined push message to the handheld electronic device 800 corresponding to the in-vehicle electronic device 2 that sends the positioning data, thereby enabling the push system 100 to have a dual screening mechanism of geographic position and user identity attribute; in addition, the billboard is arranged in the visible range of the specific range, so that the driver not only receives the preset push message, but also watches the billboard with the content related to the preset push message, thereby increasing the impression of the driver on the content of the preset push message.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily think of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and shall cover the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
