The operating system of the electronic device at the mobile end, such as a smart phone, may include, but is not limited to, an operating system such as an android system, an IOS (operating system of an apple mobile phone), a Window system, and the like.
The method for leasing the equipment according to the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of a method for device leasing provided in the embodiment of the present application, applied to a platform server, may include the following steps S201 to S202:
step S201: and judging whether the use heat of the first equipment exceeds the preset use heat within a first preset time range according to the store information and the use condition of the first equipment in the store.
The number of the first devices may be one, or two or more, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The first device refers to a certain device that the store has rented. The usage of the first device may include a daily usage time, a daily usage time period, a total usage time period within a first preset time range, etc. of the first device. The first predetermined time range includes, but is not limited to, one week, one month, etc., and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto. The usage heat of the first device refers to data for measuring the usage degree of the first device by using the usage time and/or usage frequency and/or usage time of the first device. The preset use heat is a standard set in advance for use as a use heat for judging the demand of the shop. For example, when the usage degree of the first device is greater than the preset usage degree, it may be considered that the number of the first devices rented currently by the store is insufficient to meet the usage requirement of the first device, and more first devices need to be purchased or rented to meet the usage requirement of the first device. Or, when the usage heat of the first device is less than the preset usage heat, it may be determined that the number of the first devices rented currently by the store meets or exceeds the current demand for the first devices.
In a possible implementation manner, the step of judging whether the use heat of the first device in the first preset time range exceeds the preset use heat according to the store information and the use condition of the first device in the store comprises the following steps of A1-A3:
step A1: and acquiring the shop information and the service time of the first equipment within the first preset time range, wherein the shop information comprises business hours and the number of maintenance stations.
One way to obtain store information may be: after the store establishes a lease relationship with the manufacturer of the first device, store information (e.g., operating hours, number of maintenance stations, etc.) may be recorded in the database of the platform server. So that the information of the shop can be directly obtained from the database when the information of the shop needs to be obtained. The platform server may update the information of the store in the database when the information of the store changes. Another way to obtain store information may be: sending an information acquisition request to a shop, wherein the information acquisition request is used for requesting to acquire shop information; after receiving the information acquisition request, the shop sends the shop information to the platform server. It is understood that the information interaction between the store and the platform server (for example, receiving an information acquisition request sent by the platform server, sending store information to the platform server, etc.) means that the electronic device associated with the store and/or the first device rented by the store performs information interaction with the platform server.
Step A2: and obtaining the use heat according to the shop information and the use time.
One way of calculating the degree of heat may be:
Figure BDA0003811457390000051
where d represents a preset time range, for example: if the preset time range is one week, the value of d is 7; if the preset time range is one month, the value of d is 30.T is d And identifying the currently calculated specific use time of a certain first device in each day within a preset time range. T is a Indicating the business hours of the store for one day.
In practical situations, there may be apparatuses (possibly the first apparatus and possibly other apparatuses) in use at all the maintenance stations, and then there may be a case where the first apparatus needs to be used but cannot be used due to insufficient number of maintenance stations, and in this case, if the usage heat of the first apparatus is still calculated by using the above equation 1, it may not be enough to meet the practical situation. Therefore, the calculation method of the usage heat of the first device may be:
Figure BDA0003811457390000052
wherein d represents a predetermined time range, T d And identifying the currently calculated specific use time of a certain first device in each day within a preset time range. T is a Indicating the hours of operation of the store for one day. T is a unit of f Indicating the saturation time per day within a preset time frame. The saturation time is the time during which all maintenance stations are in use. K represents the possibility that there is a need to use the first equipment but that the first equipment cannot be used because the maintenance stations are all in use. K has a value range of [0,1 ]]。
Step A3: and judging whether the use heat exceeds a preset use heat.
By judging whether the use heat degree exceeds the preset use heat degree or not, the use requirement of the shop on the first equipment can be known really.
Step S202: and sending promotion information of a second device to the shop under the condition that the use heat degree exceeds the preset use heat degree, wherein the promotion information comprises at least one second lease strategy of the second device.
And when the use degree of the first equipment exceeds the preset use degree, the fact that the first equipment rented by the current shop does not meet the current use requirement of the shop is explained. That is, on the basis of rented first equipment, the store may need to rent second equipment (to distinguish from the rented first equipment, so the first equipment needing to be popularized is called the second equipment, and it can be understood that the second equipment and the first equipment are the same equipment) to meet the use requirement of the store for the first equipment. At this time, when the platform server determines that the usage heat of the store for the first device exceeds the preset usage heat, the platform server may transmit promotion information of the second device to the store. In addition, the use enthusiasm of the shop for the first device and the second device may be different, but if the same rental strategy is adopted for the first device and the second device, the use cost of the shop may be increased, and the shop is hesitant or unwilling to rent the second device, so that the use requirement of the shop for the first device cannot be met. Therefore, when the promotion information promoting the second device is transmitted to the shop, the second lease policy for the second device leased to the shop device included in the promotion information may be different from the first lease policy for the first device leased to the shop.
In one possible implementation, the at least one second lease policy may be obtained through the following steps B1-B4:
step B1: and acquiring a maintenance reservation history of the shop.
When a user reserves the maintenance service of the shop, a corresponding reservation record is generated on the electronic equipment of the shop. The platform server may send a maintenance reservation history acquisition request to the electronic device to acquire a maintenance reservation history of the store before promotion information of the second device needs to be sent to the store.
And step B2: and predicting the number of times of use of the equipment of the shop after the second equipment is added in the month according to the maintenance reservation history.
The increased use times of the equipment in each month refers to the difference between the total use times of the first equipment and the second equipment in each month and the total use times of the first equipment before renting the second equipment after the second equipment is additionally arranged. That is, the monthly average number of uses of the device is the monthly average number of uses of the second device. Illustratively, before the second device is added, the number of times of use of the first device per month is 300, and after the second device is predicted to be added, the total number of times of use of the first device and the second device is 400, the number of times of use of the device per month is 100.
The method for predicting the increased use times of the equipment in each month after the second equipment is added comprises the following steps: and obtaining the monthly average use times of the first equipment according to the maintenance reservation history, and obtaining the monthly average use times of each first equipment according to the monthly average use times of the first equipment and the number of the first equipment. Therefore, the number of times of use of the increased equipment can be predicted when the second equipment is additionally arranged. Illustratively, if the number of monthly average uses of the first devices obtained from the maintenance reservation history is 150, and the number of first devices rented by the store is 3, the number of monthly average uses of each first device is 50. Therefore, the number of times of use of the equipment increased by adding one second equipment can be predicted to be 50 in each month. In practical situations, after the second device is added, the monthly average usage number of the second device may not reach the monthly average usage number of the first device, so the monthly average usage number of the second device can be calculated by multiplying the monthly average usage number of the first device by a certain ratio. For example, sixty percent may be multiplied on a monthly average usage basis for the first device. Then, when the monthly average usage number of the first device is 50, the predicted monthly average usage number of each additional second device is 30.
And step B3: and obtaining the predicted income increase value of the shop according to the monthly increase use times of the equipment and the single use income.
One way to calculate the predicted revenue growth value may be to predict the monthly increase in the product of usage times and single use revenue.
In practice, the usage fees and thus the revenue for use may vary when different functions in the device are used. Thus, the predicted revenue growth value and the predicted monthly increase in the number of uses of the device may not be strictly linear. Therefore, the calculation method of obtaining the predicted income increase value of the shop according to the monthly increase use times of the equipment and the single use income includes but is not limited to: and acquiring the use cost of the function with the most frequently used preset function number in the plurality of functions, and obtaining the average use income of the rental equipment as the single use income according to the use frequency of each function and the use income of each function in the functions with the preset function number.
And step B4: and obtaining the at least one second leasing strategy according to the prediction income increase value.
Methods of deriving the second lease policy include, but are not limited to: the monthly fee for leasing the second equipment is determined based on the ratio of the predicted revenue growth value and the revenue value when leasing only the first equipment. For example, if the ratio of the predicted revenue growth value to the revenue value when only the first equipment is leased is 0.8, 80% of the lease price in the first lease policy may be used as the lease price in the second lease policy. Alternatively, when the predicted revenue increase value exceeds a preset predicted revenue increase value, the monthly fee for leasing the second equipment is determined according to a ratio of the predicted revenue increase value and a revenue value when only the first equipment is leased. When the predicted income increase value does not exceed the preset predicted income increase value, setting the cost of the second leasing equipment to be lower than the monthly cost of leasing the second equipment when the predicted income increase value exceeds the preset predicted income increase value. Or, the second lease policy further includes: on a per-charge basis (e.g., on a per-use function basis). That is, each time the store uses the second device once, a corresponding fee is incurred for renting the second device.
In a possible implementation manner, the following steps C1 to C2 may be further included:
step C1: receiving a second target rental policy selected by the store in a case where the store confirms the message to rent the second device.
After the shop receives the promotion information of the second equipment sent by the platform server, whether the second equipment is leased or not can be considered by combining the shop condition and the second lease strategy. In the case of confirming the rental of the second device, the electronic device of the store sends a message confirming the rental of the second device to the platform server, in which message the second target rental policy selected by the store among the at least one second rental policy as the rental of the second device by the store is included.
And step C2: and setting the second target leasing strategy as a leasing strategy for leasing the second equipment by the shop.
And after receiving the message which is sent by the shop and confirms the renting of the second equipment, the platform server rents the second equipment to the shop and sets the second target renting strategy selected by the shop as the renting strategy of the second equipment rented by the shop.
In a possible implementation manner, the promotion information further includes introduction information of a third device, and there is an association relationship between the function of the third device and the function of the first device.
In a practical situation, before or after using (a function of) a first device, a need for relevance may apply to (a function of) another device. Therefore, in the promotion information, introduction information of the third device may be further included. The third device is a device having a function associated with the function of the second device.
In a possible implementation manner, under the condition that the use heat does not exceed the preset use heat, at least one third lease policy is obtained according to the first lease policy of the first device.
In the case that the usage heat of the first device does not exceed the preset usage heat, the first device is stated to meet the demand of the shop for the first device, and may even be larger than the demand of the shop for the first device. When the first device (number) rented by the store is larger than the demand of the store for the first device, the store can cause the maintenance cost to increase because of the existence of the renting cost. But not leasing a sufficient number of first devices may result in the first devices being insufficient. In this case, the platform server may determine the lease policy of each first device according to the usage of each first device leased by the store. For example, for a first device with a usage heat greater than a preset usage heat, keeping a first rental policy unchanged; and for the first equipment with the use degree less than the preset use degree, changing the leasing strategy of the part of the first equipment from the first leasing strategy to a third leasing strategy. Wherein the third lease policy includes, but is not limited to: pay per time (e.g., per function used); or charging according to a certain proportion of the first leasing strategy, and the like. The method and the system can reduce the leasing cost of the first equipment leased by the shop, thereby reducing the maintenance cost of the shop.
In a possible implementation manner, the following steps D1 to D3 may be further included:
step D1: and sending the at least one third leasing strategy to the shop under the condition that the use degree does not exceed the preset use degree.
And under the condition that the platform server judges that the use heat of the first equipment rented by the shop does not exceed the preset use heat, sending at least one third renting strategy to the shop. Wherein, the third lease policy may be the lease policy shown in step S203.
Step D2: receiving a third target rental policy selected by the store.
After the shop receives at least one third leasing strategy sent by the platform server, a third target leasing strategy can be selected from the at least one third leasing strategy according to the situation of the shop, and the third target leasing strategy is used as a leasing strategy of the first equipment of which the use degree does not exceed the preset use degree.
And D3: and adjusting the lease strategy of the first equipment to be the third target lease strategy.
And after receiving a third target rental strategy selected by the shop, the platform server sets the third target rental strategy as the rental strategy of the first equipment which is rented by the shop and does not exceed the preset use heat.
The following describes an apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the drawings.
