Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle sharing method, a vehicle sharing platform, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a vehicle using request sent by a first terminal, wherein the vehicle using request is used for requesting to use a shared vehicle and comprises user information of a first user; responding to the vehicle using request, and determining whether the first user is a vehicle owner of the new energy vehicle according to the user information; providing shared vehicle use service for the first user in response to determining that the first user is the owner of the new energy automobile. Through the technical scheme, the defect that the owner of the new energy automobile cannot reach the destination due to insufficient power of the new energy automobile can be avoided, and the long-distance driving requirement of the owner of the new energy automobile can be met to a certain extent. In addition, the current situations of energy shortage and environmental pollution can be further relieved.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of vehicle technologies, and in particular, to a vehicle sharing method, a vehicle sharing platform, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
With the rapid development of the automobile industry in China, the automobile leasing industry is increasingly exploded in nearly two years, and the automobile leasing industry is favored by more and more users due to the advantages of no need of handling insurance, no need of annual inspection and maintenance, random replacement of automobile types and the like.
In addition, considering that the battery capacity of a new energy automobile, such as an electric automobile, is low and cannot meet the requirement of long-distance driving, and that the conventional charging of the battery is slow, the battery is damaged by the rapid charging, and the fuel cannot be added quickly and conveniently like a fuel automobile. Therefore, the user who purchases the new energy automobile may also need to rent other vehicles.

providing shared vehicle use service for the first user in response to determining that the first user is the owner of the new energy automobile.
Optionally, the vehicle using request further includes vehicle using city information and vehicle using time period information;
the providing shared vehicle use services for the first user comprises:
determining a fuel automobile capable of being used by the first user according to the vehicle using city information and the vehicle using time period information;
and if the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user exists, sending the vehicle information of the fuel automobile to the first terminal so that the first user can select a target fuel automobile which is expected to be used.
Optionally, the providing the shared vehicle usage service for the first user further includes:

Through the technical scheme, when the vehicle using request sent by the first terminal is received, whether the first user is the vehicle owner of the new energy vehicle is determined according to the user information of the first user included in the vehicle using request, and if the first user is the vehicle owner of the new energy vehicle, shared vehicle using service is provided for the first user. The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a vehicle sharing method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle sharing method may include the following steps.
In step 11, a vehicle using request sent by the first terminal is received, the vehicle using request is used for requesting to use the shared vehicle, and the vehicle using request comprises user information of the first user.
In the present disclosure, if a first user needs to use a shared bicycle, a user using request may be sent to a vehicle sharing platform through a terminal (referred to as a first terminal in the present disclosure), where the user using request is used to request to use the shared vehicle, and the user using request includes user information of the first user. The user information may be a user name of the first user or identity card information of the user, and is not limited in this disclosure. Accordingly, the vehicle sharing platform can receive the vehicle using request and can acquire the user information of the first user from the vehicle using request.
In an example, a first user logs in an APP (Application) corresponding to a shared vehicle on a terminal, clicks an "i want to use the vehicle" to enter a vehicle resource screening interface, and can fill in vehicle information after selecting the vehicle, and enjoy vehicle service. The APP can also display user order information, and after the user places an order, the user can click a specific order in an order list to enter a vehicle order detail interface if the user wants to know the specific information of the order. In addition, if the first user has a historical order, all order information contents can be checked in the vehicle order list, and if the first user does not have the historical order, the first user can check the vehicle order information after the order placement is completed.
In step 12, in response to the vehicle using request, whether the first user is the owner of the new energy vehicle is determined according to the user information.
After the vehicle sharing platform obtains the vehicle using request and obtains the user information of the first user from the vehicle using request, whether the first user is the owner of the new energy vehicle can be determined according to the user information. It should be understood that the worker may pre-store the user information of the owner who purchased the new energy vehicle in the form of a list in the vehicle sharing platform. In this way, after obtaining the user information, the vehicle sharing platform may determine whether the user information is included in a user information list of a preset vehicle owner who purchases the new energy vehicle, determine that the first user is the vehicle owner of the new energy vehicle if the user information is included in the list, and determine that the first user is not the vehicle owner of the new energy vehicle if the user information is not included in the list.
In step 13, in response to determining that the first user is the owner of the new energy automobile, the shared vehicle use service is provided for the first user.
If the first user is determined to be the owner of the new energy automobile, at this time, the sharing platform may provide the first user with shared vehicle use service, that is, the vehicle in the shared vehicle library is provided to the first user, so that the first user can conveniently use the vehicle to travel to the destination.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the vehicle using request sent by the first terminal is received, whether the first user is the owner of the new energy automobile or not is determined according to the user information of the first user included in the vehicle using request, and if the first user is the owner of the new energy automobile, shared vehicle using service is provided for the first user. Therefore, the defect that the owner of the new energy automobile cannot reach the destination due to insufficient power of the new energy automobile can be avoided, and the long-distance driving requirement of the owner of the new energy automobile can be met to a certain extent. In addition, the current situations of energy shortage and environmental pollution can be further relieved.
It should be noted that, in a case where the user information of the first user is not included in the list, whether the vehicle sharing platform provides the shared vehicle usage service to the first user may not be specifically limited in the present disclosure.
The existing leasing mode mainly comprises the following steps: the third party providing the shared vehicle meets the requirement of the user for renting the vehicle by purchasing the vehicle, or the third party and the vehicle factory cooperate to enable the vehicle factory to provide the vehicle for meeting the requirement of the user for renting the vehicle. Therefore, the existing rental model may result in the user who purchased the vehicle failing to take the vehicle in an idle state as a shared vehicle. In order to avoid the above problem, the vehicles in the idle state are fully utilized, and in the disclosure, the vehicle sharing platform may add the vehicles in the idle state to the shared garage according to the sharing request of the user, so as to meet the vehicle using requirements of other users. The vehicles added into the shared garage can be new energy vehicles or fuel vehicles.
The specific implementation manner that the owner of the shared vehicle adds the vehicle in the idle state to the shared garage may be: firstly, a vehicle owner of a shared vehicle sends a sharing request to a vehicle sharing platform, wherein the sharing request comprises sharing time interval information, a vehicle sending address, a vehicle taking address and vehicle information. And then, the vehicle sharing platform receives the sharing request, determines whether the vehicle is the vehicle shared for the first time according to the sharing request, if so, the vehicle sharing platform assigns a dispatcher to the position where the vehicle is located to authenticate the vehicle, and when the authentication is passed, the owner of the shared vehicle signs a protocol of the first time shared vehicle to confirm that the vehicle is shared, wherein the validity period after the authentication is passed is usually one year, and the vehicle needs to be re-authenticated after the vehicle is expired. And then, the sharing platform checks the sharing request, and if the checking is passed, the sharing platform sends the information that the checking is passed to the owner of the shared vehicle, and adds the vehicle into the shared garage. And if the audit is not passed, sending information that the audit is not passed to the owner of the shared vehicle. Therefore, the vehicles in the idle state can be added into the shared garage according to the requirements of the owners of the shared vehicles, and the utilization rate of the vehicles is improved.
It should be noted that, each time the owner of the sharing vehicle sends the sharing request, the sharing request may be recorded in the sharing vehicle request list. In this way, after the owner of the shared vehicle passes the review of the sharing request, the own sharing request and the historical sharing request can be found in the shared vehicle request list, and if the owner wants to further know the specific information of the sharing request, the owner can click the sharing request to enter the vehicle order detail interface.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the car using request may further include car using city information and car using time period information, and accordingly, the step 13 may specifically include the following steps.
In step 131, a fuel vehicle available for the first user is determined according to the vehicle city information and the vehicle using time period information.
The characteristics that the new energy automobile cannot meet the long-distance driving requirement due to limited power, and the fuel automobile has larger power and can finish fuel supplement in a very short time period are considered. In the present disclosure, one possible implementation is that the shared garage includes a new energy vehicle and a fuel vehicle. When the vehicle sharing platform receives the vehicle using request, the fuel vehicle which can be used by the first user is determined from the sharing garage according to the vehicle using city information and the vehicle using time period information which are included in the vehicle using request. In this way, the shared garage stores more vehicles, so that the workload of the vehicle sharing platform for determining the fuel vehicles available for the first user is greater.
Thus, a preferred embodiment is: the vehicle sharing platform only adds the fuel automobile into the shared garage, so that when the vehicle sharing platform receives the automobile using request, the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user is determined from the shared garage according to the automobile using city information and the automobile using time period information which are included in the automobile using request. Illustratively, according to the vehicle using city information and the vehicle using time period information included in the vehicle using request, it is determined whether a fuel vehicle exists in the shared garage, wherein the vehicle taking position is located in a city corresponding to the vehicle using city information, and the shared time period information conforms to the vehicle using time period information, if so, step 132 is executed.
In step 132, if there is a fuel vehicle available for the first user, the vehicle information of the fuel vehicle is sent to the first terminal for the first user to select a target fuel vehicle desired to be used.
In one case: if it is determined that there are a plurality of fuel automobiles available for the first user, the vehicle sharing platform may send the vehicle information of the determined fuel automobile available for the first user to the first terminal, so that the first user may select the fuel automobile desired to be used by the first user through the first terminal according to his/her preference or his/her own requirement, which is called a target fuel automobile.
By adopting the scheme, the fuel automobile is provided for the first user as the shared vehicle to ensure that the first user can drive to the destination, and in addition, after the fuel automobile capable of being used by the first user is determined, the vehicle sharing platform can further send the fuel automobile to the first terminal so that the first user can select the target fuel automobile expected to be used. Therefore, the first user can be ensured to travel to the destination, the first user can select the target fuel automobile according to the preference or the requirement of the first user, and the experience of the user in using the shared vehicle is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the step 13 may further include the following steps.

As described above, the first user can select a target fuel vehicle that the first user desires to use through the first terminal according to his/her preference or his/her needs. In another case, if the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user does not exist, sending a prompt message to the first terminal to prompt that the first user does not have a fuel automobile available currently; and/or if the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user does not exist, determining a new energy automobile which can be used by the first user, and if the new energy automobile which can be used by the first user exists, sending the vehicle information of the new energy automobile to the first terminal so that the first user can select a target new energy automobile which is expected to be used.
When a first user drives a new energy automobile to a destination, if the new energy automobile is insufficient in electric quantity and has no available fuel automobile, at the moment, the first user can only stay at the current position if the first user does not use a shared vehicle. In addition, considering that other new energy vehicles can reach the destination if the current position of the first user is not far away from the destination, in the disclosure, if no fuel vehicle available for the first user exists, in addition to prompting information to the first terminal, it may be determined whether a new energy vehicle available for the first user exists in the shared garage, and if so, vehicle information of the new energy vehicle is sent to the first terminal so that the first user can select a target new energy vehicle desired to be used.
Therefore, according to the actual situation, when no fuel vehicle which can be used by the first user exists, a new energy vehicle can be provided for the first user, so that the first user can drive to the destination, and the flexibility of vehicle sharing is improved.
In addition, in the existing vehicle rental modes, a user who needs to use a vehicle arrives at a specified position of the vehicle to pick up the vehicle, and after the vehicle is used, the vehicle is parked at the specified position. In the present disclosure, since the shared vehicles in the shared garage are individual vehicles in an idle state, the parking positions of each shared vehicle may be different, and for convenience of management, the shared platform may send corresponding information to the dispatcher terminal, so that the dispatcher can take the vehicle from the shared vehicle provider at a proper time and withdraw the vehicle from the user renting the vehicle.

A preferred embodiment for obtaining the parking position may be: after the target fuel automobile is determined, the vehicle sharing platform sends a parking position request of the target fuel automobile to a terminal of an owner corresponding to the target fuel automobile and receives parking position information fed back by the owner.
And then, determining the vehicle taking time information of the dispatcher according to the vehicle taking position information, the parking position information and the vehicle using time period information. After the parking position information of the target fuel automobile is obtained, the vehicle taking time information of the delivery person is determined according to the parking position information, the vehicle taking position information of the target fuel automobile obtained by the first user and the starting time of the vehicle using time period information, wherein the vehicle using request comprises the parking position information.
Specifically, the vehicle sharing platform determines a time period required by the delivery person to deliver the target fuel vehicle to the first user from the parking position information, the vehicle taking position information and the normal vehicle speed, and therefore the vehicle taking time of the delivery person can be obtained by subtracting the first time period from the starting time of the vehicle using time period information.
And finally, sending a car dispatching order to a second terminal, wherein the car dispatching order comprises parking position information, car taking time information and car taking position information, and the second terminal is a terminal held by the dispatcher.
After the vehicle taking time information of the dispatcher is determined, a vehicle dispatching order can be sent to a second terminal held by the dispatcher, and the vehicle dispatching order comprises parking position information, vehicle taking time information and vehicle taking position information, so that the dispatcher can take a vehicle from a vehicle owner of the target fuel vehicle at a proper time and reach the vehicle taking position at an initial moment of a user time period specified by a user, the target fuel vehicle is timely provided for the first user, and the waiting time of the first user is reduced.
In addition, when the first user finishes the car taking, the dispatcher can also arrive at the position where the first user finishes the car taking to retract the shared vehicle. One possible implementation is: the first user does not finish the vehicle using in advance, namely, the first user sends a vehicle using finishing request through the first terminal when the vehicle using time period is finished, the vehicle using finishing request comprises a request for finishing using the shared vehicle, and the vehicle using finishing request comprises vehicle using finishing position information. Correspondingly, the vehicle sharing platform receives the vehicle ending request and sends a vehicle receiving order to the delivery person, wherein the vehicle receiving order comprises the vehicle ending position information and the vehicle using time period information, and the delivery person can conveniently receive the shared vehicle when reaching the position corresponding to the vehicle ending position information at the ending time of the vehicle using time period corresponding to the vehicle using time period information.
Another possible implementation is: the first user finishes the car using in advance, namely, the car using finishing request is sent before the finishing time of the car using time period, and after the sharing platform receives the car using finishing request, the time corresponding to the car using finishing request is determined as the car using finishing time. In this way, the vehicle taking order sent to the delivery person includes the end vehicle using position information and the end vehicle using time, so that the delivery person can take back the shared vehicle when the end vehicle using time reaches the position corresponding to the end vehicle using position information.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a vehicle sharing platform. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a vehicle sharing platform according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle sharing platform may include:
the first receiving module 31 is configured to receive a car using request sent by a first terminal, where the car using request is used to request a shared vehicle to be used, and the car using request includes user information of a first user;
the first determining module 32 is configured to determine, in response to the vehicle using request, whether the first user is a vehicle owner of the new energy vehicle according to the user information;
and the service providing module 33 is used for providing shared vehicle use service for the first user in response to determining that the first user is the owner of the new energy automobile.
Optionally, the vehicle using request further includes vehicle using city information and vehicle using time period information;
the service providing module includes:
the determining submodule is used for determining a fuel automobile which can be used by the first user according to the automobile using city information and the automobile using time period information;
and the sending submodule is used for sending the vehicle information of the fuel automobile to the first terminal if the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user exists, so that the first user can select a target fuel automobile expected to be used.
Optionally, the service providing module further includes:
the receiving submodule is used for receiving vehicle using confirmation information sent by the first terminal, and the vehicle using confirmation information comprises information of the target fuel vehicle selected by the first user;
and the locking submodule is used for locking the use right of the target fuel automobile in the using period to the first user.
Optionally, the platform further comprises:
the first sending module is used for sending prompt information to the first terminal to prompt that the first user does not have available fuel automobiles if the fuel automobiles which can be used by the first user do not exist; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second determining module is used for determining a new energy automobile which can be used by the first user if no fuel automobile which can be used by the first user exists;
and the second sending module is used for sending the vehicle information of the new energy automobile to the first terminal if the second determining module determines that the new energy automobile capable of being used by the first user exists, so that the first user can select a target new energy automobile expected to be used.
Optionally, the car use request further includes: the platform is used for representing the first user to acquire the vehicle taking position information of the target fuel vehicle, and further comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring parking position information of the target fuel automobile, and the parking position information represents a vehicle taking place of a dispatcher;
the third determining module is used for determining the vehicle taking time information of the dispatcher according to the vehicle taking position information, the parking position information and the vehicle using time period information;
and the third sending module is used for sending a car dispatching order to a second terminal, wherein the car dispatching order comprises the parking position information, the car taking time information and the car taking position information, and the second terminal is a terminal held by the dispatcher.
Optionally, the platform further comprises:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a vehicle using ending request sent by the first terminal, wherein the vehicle using ending request is used for requesting to end the use of the shared vehicle, and the vehicle using ending request comprises vehicle using ending position information;
the fourth determining module is used for responding to the vehicle using ending request and determining the vehicle using ending time;
and the fourth sending module is used for sending a vehicle receiving order to the dispatcher, wherein the vehicle receiving order comprises the vehicle ending time information and the vehicle ending position information.
With regard to the vehicle sharing platform in the above embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device 400 according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 400 may include: a processor 401 and a memory 402. The electronic device 400 may also include one or more of a multimedia component 403, an input/output (I/O) interface 404, and a communications component 405.
The processor 401 is configured to control the overall operation of the electronic device 400, so as to complete all or part of the steps in the vehicle sharing method. The memory 402 is used to store various types of data to support operation at the electronic device 400, such as instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 400 and application-related data, such as contact data, transmitted and received messages, pictures, audio, video, and so forth. The Memory 402 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk or optical disk. The multimedia components 403 may include a screen and an audio component. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 402 or transmitted through the communication component 405. The audio assembly also includes at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 404 provides an interface between the processor 401 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 405 is used for wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 400 and other devices. Wireless communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IOT, eMTC, or other 5G, etc., or a combination of one or more of them, which is not limited herein. The corresponding communication component 405 may therefore include: Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth module, NFC module, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic Device 400 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for performing the vehicle sharing method described above.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the vehicle sharing method described above is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 402 described above including program instructions executable by the processor 401 of the electronic device 400 to perform the vehicle sharing method described above.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations will not be separately described in this disclosure.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. A vehicle sharing method, characterized by comprising:
receiving a vehicle using request sent by a first terminal, wherein the vehicle using request is used for requesting to use a shared vehicle and comprises user information of a first user;
responding to the vehicle using request, and determining whether the first user is a vehicle owner of the new energy vehicle according to the user information;
providing shared vehicle use service for the first user in response to determining that the first user is the owner of the new energy automobile.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle occupancy request further comprises vehicle occupancy information and vehicle occupancy time period information;
the providing shared vehicle use services for the first user comprises:
determining a fuel automobile capable of being used by the first user according to the vehicle using city information and the vehicle using time period information;
and if the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user exists, sending the vehicle information of the fuel automobile to the first terminal so that the first user can select a target fuel automobile which is expected to be used.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the providing the first user with the shared vehicle use service further comprises:
receiving vehicle using confirmation information sent by the first terminal, wherein the vehicle using confirmation information comprises information of the target fuel vehicle selected by the first user;
and locking the use right of the target fuel automobile in the using period to the first user.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user does not exist, sending prompt information to the first terminal to prompt that the first user does not have a fuel automobile available currently; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
if the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user does not exist, determining a new energy automobile which can be used by the first user, and if the new energy automobile which can be used by the first user exists, sending the vehicle information of the new energy automobile to the first terminal so that the first user can select a target new energy automobile which is expected to be used.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the car use request further comprises: for characterizing the first user obtaining pickup location information of the target fuel vehicle, the method further comprising:
obtaining parking position information of the target fuel automobile, wherein the parking position information represents a vehicle taking place of a delivery person;
determining the vehicle taking time information of a dispatcher according to the vehicle taking position information, the parking position information and the vehicle using time period information;
and sending a car dispatching order to a second terminal, wherein the car dispatching order comprises the parking position information, the car taking time information and the car taking position information, and the second terminal is a terminal held by the dispatcher.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a vehicle using ending request sent by the first terminal, wherein the vehicle using ending request is used for requesting to end the use of the shared vehicle, and the vehicle using ending request comprises vehicle using ending position information;
responding to the car use ending request, and determining car use ending time;
and sending a vehicle receiving order to the dispatcher, wherein the vehicle receiving order comprises the vehicle ending time information and the vehicle ending position information.
7. A vehicle sharing platform, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a vehicle using request sent by a first terminal, the vehicle using request is used for requesting to use a shared vehicle, and the vehicle using request comprises user information of a first user;
the determining module is used for responding to the vehicle using request and determining whether the first user is a vehicle owner of the new energy vehicle or not according to the user information;
and the service providing module is used for providing shared vehicle use service for the first user in response to the fact that the first user is determined to be the owner of the new energy automobile.
8. The platform of claim 7, wherein the request for use further comprises city information and time period information for use;
the service providing module includes:
the determining submodule is used for determining a fuel automobile which can be used by the first user according to the automobile using city information and the automobile using time period information;
and the sending submodule is used for sending the vehicle information of the fuel automobile to the first terminal if the fuel automobile which can be used by the first user exists, so that the first user can select a target fuel automobile expected to be used.
9. The platform of claim 8, wherein the provisioning service module further comprises:
the receiving submodule is used for receiving vehicle using confirmation information sent by the first terminal, and the vehicle using confirmation information comprises information of the target fuel vehicle selected by the first user;
and the locking submodule is used for locking the use right of the target fuel automobile in the using period to the first user.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
