Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a member management method for multi-state membership according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The member management method of multi-state membership provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining at least one state, setting state identification for each state, and setting state identification for each state.
In a specific implementation scenario, acquiring at least one state that the business entity needs to set in the system, each state including at least one membership. For example, business entities support property and store businesses and beauty salons, where each business includes general meetings, VIP meetings, and employee meetings. And setting a unique corresponding business state identifier for each business state, and setting a unique corresponding membership identifier for each membership of the business state.
The enterprise main body can edit, modify, delete or add the enterprise state identification and the membership identification according to the actual requirement. For example, the business entity adds an enterprise-wide business, or the business entity closes an enterprise-wide business.
S102: and acquiring the business data of the member, adding the business state identifier and the membership identifier for the business data according to the business state information and the membership information of the business data, and storing the business data.
In a specific implementation scenario, a member may have registered in only one of the states, may have registered in multiple states, or may not have registered in any one of the states. Acquiring business data of the member client, wherein the business data is generated after operations are carried out in one or more business states corresponding to the business states, and the operations can be at least one of registration, consumption, contract signing, card checking, comment issuing and the like.
The business data includes business state information including what kind of operation the member performs in which business state, and the business data further includes membership information including which kind of membership the member performs in. The member performs 5000-yuan consumption operation in the identity of the VIP member. And adding a corresponding business state identifier and a corresponding membership identifier to the business data according to the state information and the membership information, and storing the business data added with the identifiers in a preset physical space.
Further, in order to facilitate the intercommunication between service data with different status identifiers, when the service data is stored, the service data is stored according to a uniform data structure and a uniform field format.
S103: and acquiring the unique identification of the member, acquiring basic data of the member and business data of the member in each business state according to the unique identification of the member, and drawing a member portrait and a data view of the member.
In a specific implementation scenario, the unique id of the member is obtained, and the unique id of the member may be obtained at the same time of obtaining the service data of the member. And acquiring basic data of the member according to the unique identity, wherein the basic data comprises at least one of the name, the age, the birthday, the identity card number, the membership card number, the contact way, the address and the registration age of the client member. The base data is obtained when a client member performs an operation in any of the business industries for the first time. Either actively provided by the customer member or obtained through a registration process (e.g., registration with a micro-signal) by the customer member.
The service data of the member in each business state is acquired, for example, the consumption history, the consumption total amount, the consumption time, the consumption content and the like of the member in each business state can be acquired, and the member portrait and the data view of the member are drawn by combining the service data and the basic data. According to the member portrait and the data view, the consumption habits and the personal habits of the members can be rapidly acquired, so that better services can be provided for the members.
In other implementations, the marketing content of at least one business state is pushed to the member according to the member representation and the data view after the member representation and the data view are acquired.
For example, if the member image and the data view of the member A like to buy the discount commodity, the sales promotion marketing content corresponding to each member system is pushed to the member A. Further, the portrait and data view of the member in each business state can be obtained, and marketing content in the business state can be recommended to the member. And if the member portrait and the data view of the member A in the B system are like to buy luxury goods, the marketing content of the luxury goods promotion corresponding to the B system is pushed to the member A. Therefore, the preference and the demand of the members in different systems are considered simultaneously.
The member has good evaluation in one business state (for example, the membership system is labeled as high liveness, strong purchasing power and no after-sale dispute), and other business states matched with the member portrait and the data view of the member can be selected from other business states of the same enterprise main body as the business state to be marketed, and the business state to be marketed is recommended to the member, so that the drainage of the member is realized.
The marketing needs of the to-be-marketed business states can be acquired, for example, the two business states a and B belong to the same enterprise main body, the business state B needs to purchase strong and highly active members, the members (for example, member a) with the member images and the data views are acquired in the business state a as marketable members, and the marketing content of the system B is sent to the member a, so that the member a is interested in the business state B, and then the consumption or transaction business is performed in the business state B.
And when the marketable member generates interest in the system of the to-be-marketed membership according to the marketing content, consuming in the system of the to-be-marketed membership, acquiring a consumption request of the marketable member in the system of the to-be-marketed membership, acquiring basic data of the to-be-marketed member according to the consumption request, and registering for the member A in the system of the to-be-marketed membership. Since the basic data of the member nail is already existed, the registration can be directly performed according to the basic data. Therefore, the member does not need to apply for the system to be marketed again, the member can be attributed to the multi-membership status to be marketed by operating the background directly, the efficiency of member registration can be effectively improved, the operation complexity is reduced, the customer experience is improved, and the cost of member registration is reduced.
It can be known from the above description that, in this embodiment, the business data is added with the business status identifier and the membership identifier and then stored according to the business status information and the membership information of the business data, thereby effectively realizing the isolation and management of the business data in different business statuses, maintaining independent operation, and not needing to set up a plurality of systems for respective management, thereby reducing the cost of the business main body in multiple statuses for operation management, obtaining the basic data of the member and the business data of the member in each status according to the unique identification, drawing the member portrait and the data view of the member, getting through the barriers between the statuses, effectively improving the data utilization efficiency, and effectively reducing the member operation management cost of the business main body in diversified or multi-brand operation.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a member management method for multi-mode and multi-membership in a second embodiment according to the present invention. The member management method for multi-business and multi-membership provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s201: and acquiring a member interest rule set for each state, and adding the member interest rule to the state identifier of the state to which the member interest rule belongs.
In one specific implementation scenario, membership equity rules may be set for each business state by a multi-business entity. For example, how the level of general members is raised, how the rate of paid members is reduced, how members enjoy a mail packing service, and the like. The membership rights rule can be modified or added or deleted.
And adding the status identification of the status to which the member interest rule belongs. For example, the member interest rule of the A system is added with the state identification of the A system. Further, the member rights identifier may be added with a regular identifier so as to be distinguished from the service data.
S202: the method comprises the steps of obtaining at least one state, setting state identification for each state, and setting state identification for each state.
S203: and acquiring the business data of the member, adding the business state identifier and the membership identifier to the business data according to the business state information and the membership information of the business data, and storing the business data.
In a specific implementation scenario, steps S202 to S203 are substantially the same as steps S101 to S102 in the first embodiment of the member management method for multi-state affiliate provided by the present invention, and are not described herein again.
S204: and acquiring the member rights of the member in each state according to the member rights rule and the service data of the member in each state.
In a specific implementation scenario, the member rights and interests of the member in each state are obtained according to the member rights and business data of the member in each state. The membership benefits include at least one of virtual asset benefits (e.g., points, merchandise redemption coupons, vouchers, etc.), service benefits (e.g., free delivery to the home, package mail, subscription exemptions, etc.), qualification benefits (e.g., proprietary merchandise, proprietary discounts, etc.). For example, the member A can enjoy free delivery service in the A system, can enjoy exclusive 8.8 discount coupon in the B system, and has a 200-yuan threshold-free voucher in the C system.
S205: acquiring at least two interaction statuses selected by the member from at least one status, and redeeming the member interest of one of the interaction statuses into the member interest of the other interaction statuses according to a preset redeeming proportion and a redeeming rule between the at least two interaction statuses.
In a specific implementation scenario, a member may select at least two business states registered by the member as an interactive member system, and an enterprise main body to which the business states belong sets a preset exchange ratio and an exchange rule for any two business states. For example, a member must exchange points in the a-state to the B-state in excess of 500 points, and the exchange ratio of the points in the a-state to the points in the B-state is 5.
And according to the selection of the member, exchanging the member rights of the member in one interactive member system in the two interactive business states into the member rights of the other business states. For example, the user may choose to exchange at least some of the member rights in the a-business for member rights in the B-business, or may exchange at least some of the member rights in the a-business for member rights in the B-business, with at least some of the remaining member rights being exchanged for member rights in the C-business. For example, the points of the member in the a business state may be redeemed for the B business state, the exclusive discount of the member in the a business state may be redeemed for the exclusive discount of the C business state, and the points of the member in the a business state may be redeemed for the voucher of the C business state. That is, the types of the member equity to be redeemed and the member equity to be redeemed may be the same or different, and may be set by the enterprise main bodies to which a plurality of business states belong.
In other implementations, a member's member rating in one of the interaction states may also be mapped to a member rating of the remaining interaction states. For example, the member level of the member in the a-state is a platinum level, and the member level is mapped to the B-state through a preset mapping relationship, and the member level of the member is a gold level. When the member level in a certain business reaches a preset level (such as gold level, VIP level, etc.), the corresponding member level may be mapped in other businesses in the business entity to which the business belongs. Alternatively, when the member level in one business reaches a predetermined level and another business belonging to the same business entity is registered, the member level in the business entity is mapped to another business entity. Thus, the same member can directly acquire a new member grade by virtue of the member grades in other business states without growing from the lowest grade in different business states of the same enterprise body. The client viscosity can be effectively enhanced, and the client satisfaction degree is improved.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, at least two interaction statuses selected by the member from the at least one status are obtained, and the member interest of one of the two interaction statuses of the member is exchanged into the member interest of the other interaction statuses according to the preset exchange ratio and the exchange rule between the at least two interaction statuses, so that the flexibility of using the user interest can be further improved, the user viscosity is effectively increased, and the maintenance cost is saved.
