In step S20, member data of existing members in a plurality of channels is integrated and managed by connecting member accounts, member points, and member level rights and interests of members in a plurality of channels.
The universal member management method comprises potential clients, members, group leaders, business members and distributors (members capable of performing distribution operation), and covers the range from consumers which can become actual members of enterprises to members which form service relations with the enterprises, and then to distribution members which have deep cognition on the enterprises and are willing to become ecological partners, and supports the management of members with various identities, the conversion of identities and the complete operation mode of the members under each identity, so that the universal member management is realized, and the sustainable operation capability of the clients is improved.

Claims (12)

1. An application system for universal member management, comprising:
the member management module is used for integrating member data of a plurality of channels and managing the integrated member data;
the potential customer management module is used for acquiring and analyzing potential customer data and converting potential customers into members; and
the member distribution management module is used for managing and maintaining basic information data, distribution data and distribution user relationship of distribution members, and the distribution members are members capable of performing distribution operation; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the member distribution management module acquires member data of members capable of being subjected to distribution operation according to the data integration result, manages and maintains basic information data, distribution data and distribution user relationship of the members, and realizes universal member operation.
2. The application system of claim 1, wherein the member management module comprises a channel opening unit, a member data integration unit and a member data management unit, the channel opening unit opens the member account, the member points and the level rights and interests of each channel, the member data integration unit integrates the member data of the opened member account in each channel, and the member data management unit manages the integrated member data.
3. The application system according to claim 2, wherein the member management module further comprises a member identification subunit, and the member identification subunit is configured to identify the integrated member data and combine the member data of multiple accounts of the same member.
4. The application system of claim 1, wherein the member distribution management module further comprises a distribution audit management unit, a distribution data management unit and a distribution network relationship maintenance unit, wherein the distribution audit management unit is used for auditing members capable of performing distribution operation, giving distribution authority and rights to the members and managing basic information data; the distribution data management unit is used for managing distribution data of the distribution members, and the distribution network relationship maintenance unit is used for analyzing and maintaining member network relationships.

The application system of claim 2, wherein the member data management unit comprises a growth value configuration subunit, a level configuration subunit, an equity configuration subunit, a unified member equity subunit, and a loyalty analysis subunit, and the loyalty analysis subunit combines the member data analysis of the growth value configuration subunit, the level configuration subunit, the equity configuration subunit, and the unified member equity subunit to output loyalty data of the member.

The application system according to claim 5, wherein the member data management unit further comprises a loyalty optimization subunit, and the loyalty optimization subunit sets a member level progress scheme and a level rule according to the loyalty data outputted from the loyalty analysis subunit to optimize the loyalty data of the member.

The application system of claim 1, wherein the potential customer management module comprises a potential customer data obtaining unit, a potential customer grouping unit and a potential customer analysis unit, the potential customer data obtaining unit obtains potential customer data from a plurality of channels, the potential customer grouping unit groups potential customers according to the potential customer data, and the potential customer analysis unit analyzes the grouped potential customer data to convert the potential customers into members.

The application system of claim 7, wherein the potential customer analysis unit comprises a user identifier obtaining unit for obtaining a user identifier, a user channel identifier obtaining unit for obtaining a user channel identifier, a user enterprise identifier obtaining unit for obtaining a user enterprise identifier, and a member transformation unit, wherein the member transformation unit establishes a customer portrait according to the obtained user identifier, the user channel identifier, and the user enterprise identifier, obtains a similarity between the customer portrait and a preset member portrait, and transforms the potential customer into a member according to the similarity.
9. The application system of claim 7, wherein the potential customer management module further comprises a potential customer identification unit, and the potential customer identification unit identifies potential customer data of the grouped potential customers and combines a plurality of account data of the same potential customer.
10. A global member management system is characterized by comprising a channel system, an intelligent shopping guide system, a customer service system, a financial system, a marketing system, a commodity transaction system, a data analysis and label system, an office automation system and the application system of global member management as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the application system of global member management acquires member data and potential customer data of a plurality of channels from the channel system and is respectively connected with the intelligent shopping guide system, the customer service system, the financial system, the marketing system, the commodity transaction system, the data analysis and label system and the office automation system in an abutting mode, and global member management is achieved.
11. A method for global member management, comprising the steps of:
acquiring potential customer data through multiple channels, analyzing the potential customer data, and converting potential customers into members;
integrating and managing the existing members of a plurality of channels and the member data of the members converted by the potential customer management module;
and acquiring member data of the members capable of performing distribution operation according to the data integration result, and managing and maintaining the basic information data, the distribution data and the distribution user relationship to realize universal member operation.
12. The universal member management method as claimed in claim 11, wherein the member data of the existing members in the plurality of channels is integrated and managed by connecting member accounts, member points and member level rights of the members in the plurality of channels.
