Researchers have conducted a lot of researches on pathogenic bacteria or parasites of fruits and vegetables, which indicates that the fruits and vegetables may be polluted if contacting with the pathogenic bacteria or parasites in the production, transportation, sale and other links. According to the results of Luxian-like researches, the food-borne parasite pollution condition in the food sold in Shenzhen market in 2006-2013 is shown, wherein the detection rate of 95 parts of raw fruits and vegetables is 8.42%, and the detection rate of 207 parts of cold vegetable salad is 1.93%; the Wangcheng and the like sample 130 parts of fresh vegetables on site from 13 local Yangzhou varieties, and the results show that: the detection rate of roundworm eggs is 13.85%, the detection rate of whipworm eggs is 3.08%, the detection rate of hookworm eggs is 1.53%, the total detection rate of vegetables reaches 21.54%, particularly the detection rate of caraway is as high as 70%, and the detection rate of green vegetables is 40%, which indicates that the vegetables are generally polluted by parasites; the district Relay force and the like detect parasites which can eat fresh vegetables supplied in Guangzhou city and the condition that the parasites and eggs are polluted, totally detect 8 kinds of 365 kinds of vegetables which can be eaten raw, wherein the total detection rate is 21.37 percent, the detection rate of the ascarid eggs in the parasites and the ova is 4.93 percent, the detection rate of the cercaria is 11.23 percent, and the detection rate of finished products of the vegetables which can be eaten raw in the catering industry is 7.14 percent, which indicates that the parasite detection rate of the fresh vegetables which can be eaten raw is higher and the vegetables which can be eaten raw are dangerous to a certain extent; in order to solve the situation that protozoa are carried on the surfaces of fruits and vegetables in Zheng Bian area, henan province and the like, 363 parts of fruit and vegetable samples collected from farmer markets and farmlands are treated, 1 part of cryptosporidium and 26 parts of microsporidia are detected in total, and the carrying rates are 0.3% and 7.2% respectively. The four investigated fruit and vegetable samples, namely, young leaf lichens, rhizomes, solanaceous fruits and melons, all find the condition of carrying parasites, and the infection rates are respectively 6.3%, 7.1%, 17.4% and 10.0%. Two parasitic protozoa, cryptosporidium and microsporidium, are found on watermelon. The detected 26 microsporidian sequences are compared and analyzed, and four genotypes including known three genotypes of CD6, ebpA and CM8 are found, wherein one new genotype is named as GS1, and the genotype CD6 is the dominant genotype. Phylogenetic analysis shows that the edible uncleaned fruits and vegetables have infection risks.
Therefore, fruits and vegetables in people's daily diet may have pathogenic bacteria and parasites, which are at risk for uncooked food.

(1) Research on influence of different tea bran extract powder addition amounts on sterilization and pesticide residue removal of solid green fruit and vegetable washing products
Substantially the same as the process of example 1, the addition amounts of the camellia oleifera branch and leaf extract powder and the characteristic flavor liquid essential oil were fixed, the amounts of the camellia oleifera branch and leaf extract powder were changed to 10 parts, 20 parts, 30 parts, 40 parts, 50 parts, 60 parts, 70 parts, 80 parts, 90 parts and 95 parts of the total amount, and the results of the sterilization and pesticide residue removal effects were measured as shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 results of the sterilization and pesticide residue removal test of fruit and vegetable washing products by different amounts of tea bran extract powder
As can be seen from the above table, the better the sterilization and pesticide residue removal effects with the increase of the addition amount of the tea bran extract powder, the sterilization effect achieved reaches 99.92% when the addition amount of the tea bran extract powder is controlled at 90 parts, and the sterilization effect is continuously reduced with the increase of the addition amount of the tea bran extract powder, which may be: the tea bran solid extract has hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups in the interior, has surface active function only in aqueous solution, and if part of surface active molecules cannot contact water due to excessive concentration of the surface active agent, the part of the surface active agent does not play a role at all. The results show that the addition of the tea bran extract powder in 90 parts has better effect based on the effects of the tea bran extract powder and the pesticide residue removal, and the effects of the tea bran extract powder and the pesticide residue removal can be optimized based on the effects of the tea bran extract powder and the pesticide residue removal.
(2) Research on influence of different oil tea branch and leaf extract powder addition amounts on sterilization and pesticide residue removal of solid green fruit and vegetable washing products
Substantially the same as the process of example 1, the addition amount of the tea bran extract powder and the addition amount of the characteristic flavor and fragrance essential oil were fixed, the amounts of the tea-oil camellia branch and leaf extract powder were changed to 1 part, 3 parts, 5 parts, 10 parts, 15 parts, 20 parts, 25 parts, 30 parts, 35 parts and 40 parts of the total amount, and the results of the sterilization and pesticide residue removal effects were measured as shown in table 2 below.
Table 2 results of tests on sterilization and pesticide residue removal of fruit and vegetable washing products by adding different amounts of branches and leaves of camellia oleifera
Known by the above table, along with the increase of tea-oil camellia branch and leaf addition, bactericidal effect is better, and pesticide residue removes the effect and is lower, and when the control of tea-oil camellia branch and leaf addition at 10, the bactericidal effect who obtains has reached 99.9%, and along with the increase of tea-oil camellia branch and leaf, bactericidal effect nevertheless constantly reduces, and this probably is: the tea branch and leaf addition amount degradation fruit and vegetable pesticide residues cut off strong polar bonds of pesticide molecules by means of strong oxidizing capacity, so that small molecular components are generated and are gradually degraded into smaller molecules to be volatilized or dissolved into water, the effect that the molecular cutting and degradation cannot be achieved can be inhibited when the addition amount is too high, and the results show that the effect is better when the addition amount of the tea-oil tree branches and leaves is 10 parts.
(3) Research on influence of different characteristic essence and spice liquid essential oil addition amounts on sterilization and pesticide residue removal of solid green fruit and vegetable washing products
Substantially the same process as in example 1, the addition amount of the tea bran extract powder, the addition amount of the camellia oleifera branch and leaf extract powder, and the amounts of the characteristic flavor liquid essential oil were changed to 0.1 part, 0.3 part, 0.5 part, 1 part, 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, and 8 parts by weight, and the results of the effects of sterilization and removal of pesticide residues were measured as shown in table 3 below.
Table 3 results of tests on sterilization and pesticide residue removal of fruit and vegetable washing products by adding different special essences and spices
From the above table, it can be seen that, as the addition amount of the characteristic essence liquid essential oil increases, the sterilization effect is better, and the pesticide residue removal effect is lower, because the components of the characteristic essence liquid essential oil can slightly change the formula due to the limitation of the chemical properties, and in addition, if the special essence liquid essential oil is not used properly, the formula cannot be moistened, but the balance of the formula can be destroyed. The characteristic essence and spice liquid essential oil can play the role of the characteristic essence and spice liquid essential oil only by adding a proper amount of the essential oil, and the result shows that the effect is better when the adding amount of the characteristic essence and spice liquid essential oil is 0.5 part.
