Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art as described above, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a domestic coal-based synthetic liquid fuel including coal-based liquid wax, polymethoxy dimethyl ether, dimethyl carbonate, a combustion improver, and a pour point depressant. The fuel has high combustion heat value, full and stable combustion, basically does not generate black smoke and carbon deposit, and can meet the use requirement of civil fuel. Meanwhile, the fuel has higher flash point, is nonflammable under open flame, is clean and environment-friendly, and has better safety and cleanliness. Besides, the fuel gas can be stored, transported and used at normal temperature and normal pressure, a high-pressure steel cylinder is not needed, and the fuel gas is convenient to use. In a word, the civil coal-based clean fuel provided by the invention solves the problem that the existing civil fuel is difficult to consider high heat value and safety, cleanliness and convenience, can be used for replacing the traditional civil liquid fuel such as methanol, and is very suitable for occasions such as restaurants, hotels and families.
In order to better consider the high heat value, safety and cleanliness of the civil coal-based synthetic liquid fuel and make the civil coal-based synthetic liquid fuel have better convenience, in a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the coal-based liquid wax, the polymethoxy dimethyl ether, the dimethyl carbonate, the combustion improver and the pour point depressant in the civil coal-based synthetic liquid fuel is (90-95): (1-5): (2-5): (0.01-0.03): (0.05-0.1). The weight ratio is preferable, so that the cleaning property and the safety of the coal chemical product as liquid fuel are more facilitated. Meanwhile, the blending and improving effects of improving the combustion quality and the heat efficiency of the polymethoxy dimethyl ether and the dimethyl carbonate can be better exerted. On the basis of optimizing the main components of the liquid wax, the effects of eliminating smoke, supporting combustion and reducing the solidifying point of the fuel can be achieved by adding a small amount of combustion improver and pour point depressant, so that the cost is reduced, and the safety and cleanliness of the fuel are better ensured.
For the purpose of broadening the source of the fuel feedstock, the above-mentioned coal-based liquid waxes are preferably prepared by the Fischer-Tropsch reaction.
In order to enable a better adaptation of the coal-based liquid wax for use as fuel, in a preferred embodiment the coal-based liquid wax contains, in mass percent, 90-97% normal paraffins, less than 0.05% aromatics, and wherein sulfur is less than 1mg/kg. Wherein, more than 90 percent of normal alkane can provide excellent combustion heat value, and the low aromatic hydrocarbon concentration and the low sulfur concentration can better ensure that the fuel has lower sulfur emission in the combustion process, so that the fuel can better meet the requirements of clean energy and energy conservation and emission reduction.
In order to further improve the combustion performance of the domestic coal-based synthetic liquid fuel, preferably, the distillation range of the coal-based liquid wax is 180-310 ℃, the closed flash point is 70-80 ℃, and the condensation point is less than-5 ℃. The coal-based liquid wax with the preferable performance can provide higher flash point and lower condensation point for civil coal-based synthetic liquid fuel, so that the fuel meets the requirements of civil fuel.
The combustion improver may be selected as is conventional in the art, but in a preferred embodiment the combustion improver is ferrocene for the purpose of better enhancing the combustion performance of the fuel.
The pour point depressant may be selected as is conventional in the art, but in a preferred embodiment is one or more of poly (dodecyl methacrylate), poly (tetradecyl methacrylate), poly (hexadecyl methacrylate), poly (octadecyl methacrylate) for better function in lowering the freezing point of the fuel.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a domestic coal-based synthetic liquid fuel, comprising the steps of: mixing the coal-based liquid wax, the polymethoxy dimethyl ether, the dimethyl carbonate, the combustion improver and the pour point depressant, and stirring to obtain the civil coal-based synthetic liquid fuel. The fuel prepared by the method has high combustion heat value, full and stable combustion, basically generates no black smoke and no carbon deposit, and can meet the use requirement of civil fuel.
For the purpose of further simplifying the preparation flow of the domestic coal-based synthetic liquid fuel and reducing the production cost thereof, in a preferred embodiment, the preparation of the above domestic coal-based synthetic liquid fuel comprises the steps of: step S1, mixing a first part of coal-based liquid wax with polymethoxy dimethyl ether, and stirring to prepare a first mixed solution; step S2, mixing a second part of coal-based liquid wax with dimethyl carbonate, and stirring to prepare a second mixed solution; step S3, mixing and stirring a third part of coal-based liquid wax and a combustion improver to prepare a third mixed solution; step S4, mixing the fourth part of coal-based liquid wax with the pour point depressant, and stirring to obtain a pour point depressant mixed solution; and S5, mixing the fifth part of coal-based liquid wax with the first mixed solution, the second mixed solution, the third mixed solution and the pour point depressant mixed solution, and stirring to prepare the civil coal-based synthetic liquid fuel.
In order to further optimize the preparation flow of the civil coal-based synthetic liquid fuel, preferably, the fifth part of the coal-based liquid wax accounts for more than or equal to 50% of the mass ratio of the coal-based liquid wax.
