Detailed Description
It should be noted that, if directional indication is involved in the embodiment of the present invention, the directional indication is only used for explaining the relative positional relationship, the motion situation, and the like between the components in a certain posture, and if the certain posture is changed, the directional indication is changed accordingly.

Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In addition, the meaning of "and/or" appearing throughout is to include three juxtapositions, exemplified by "A and/or B" including either scheme A, or scheme B, or a scheme in which both A and B are satisfied.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 9, the present invention provides a vehicle equipped with an air conditioning system, the air conditioning system includes an interior heat exchanger disposed inside the vehicle and an exterior heat exchanger disposed outside the vehicle, a refrigerant flows between the interior heat exchanger and the exterior heat exchanger, the refrigerant absorbs heat inside the vehicle and releases heat outside the vehicle to adjust the temperature inside the vehicle. It will be appreciated that the external heat exchanger, i.e. the condenser, requires a very good heat removal system to ensure proper operation of the air conditioning system. In the prior art, the condenser is mounted at the head of the vehicle and is cooled by means of air extracted by the fan 30. In addition, the air inlet grille is required to be arranged on the vehicle head in the fuel vehicle type so as to increase the cooling effect, and the design enables the wind resistance of the whole vehicle to be larger when the vehicle runs at a high speed, so that the fuel economy of the vehicle is not facilitated. After the later electric vehicle type does not need the air inlet grille, the fan 30 is also needed to be configured to realize effective cooling, which also causes the problem of higher energy consumption
To this end, the vehicle for the present invention includes a vehicle air-conditioning heat dissipation system 1, and specifically, with continuing reference to fig. 1 to 12, the vehicle air-conditioning heat dissipation system 1 includes a housing 10, a heat sink 20, a fan 30, and a control device. In this embodiment, the first liquid guiding cavity 110 is disposed in the heat dissipating fin 20 for flowing a cooling liquid, and the flowing air flow takes away heat from the surface of the heat dissipating fin 20 to dissipate heat of the air conditioning system, so as to ensure normal operation of the air conditioner. Casing 10 is used for fixed mounting vehicle air conditioner cooling system 1, and casing 10 sets up in automobile body 100 to be formed with heat dissipation wind channel 101, casing 10 sets up the orientation air intake 11 in automobile body 100 the place ahead and orientation the air exit 12 at automobile body 100 rear, air intake 11 with air exit 12 with heat dissipation wind channel 101 intercommunication sets up. When the vehicle runs, the generated relative air flow enters the air inlet 11, flows through the heat dissipation air duct 101, and flows out of the air outlet 12. The heat dissipation fins 20 are disposed in the heat dissipation air duct 101 and located between the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12, so that heat on the surfaces of the heat dissipation fins 20 is quickly taken away by air flowing through the heat dissipation air duct 101, and heat dissipation of the air conditioning system is realized.
In the present embodiment, the heat dissipation fins 20 extend in the front-rear direction. In the present invention, the arrangement of the heat dissipation fins 20 extending in the front-rear direction means that most of the outer surfaces of the heat dissipation fins 20 are arranged substantially parallel to the front-rear direction, so that when air flows through the gaps between the heat dissipation fins 20, the air is subjected to a small wind resistance, and can quickly flow over the surfaces of the heat dissipation fins 20, thereby achieving a good ventilation and cooling effect on the heat dissipation fins 20. As described above, in the present embodiment, the cooling function of the heat sink 20 by the relative airflow automatically generated when the vehicle travels is realized by the arrangement of the case 10 and the heat sink 20.
Further, the fan 30 is disposed on the housing 10, and is configured to drive the airflow in the heat dissipation air duct 101 to flow from front to back. The type of the fan 30 is not limited, and may be, for example, an axial fan 30 or a centrifugal fan 30. It can be understood that the fan 30 is driven by the motor to rotate the wind wheel, and drives the airflow in the heat dissipation air duct 101 to flow, so as to realize heat dissipation of the heat dissipation fins 20. When the fan 30 works, it needs to be disposed in the heat dissipation air duct 101 to drive the airflow in the heat dissipation air duct 101 to flow. The fan 30 does not always work, but only works when the vehicle stops or runs at a low speed, specifically, the control device is electrically connected to the fan 30, the control device is used for controlling the fan 30 to work when the vehicle speed is lower than a preset vehicle speed value so as to enable the radiating fins 20 to radiate heat in an air flow driven by the fan 30, and the control device is also used for controlling the fan 30 to stop working when the vehicle speed is higher than the preset vehicle speed value so as to enable the radiating fins 20 to radiate heat in a relative air flow formed in the running process of the vehicle. In this embodiment, the preset vehicle speed value may be set as needed at the time of factory shipment. In the embodiment provided by the invention, when the vehicle runs at a high speed, the fan 30 stops working, relative airflow generated by running flows through the heat dissipation air duct 101 along the front-back direction to take away heat dissipated by the heat dissipation fins 20, the heat dissipation effect is good, and due to the structural arrangement of the shell 10 and the heat dissipation fins 20, the wind resistance is small in the running process, and the normal running of the vehicle is not influenced. When the vehicle stops or runs at a low speed, the fan 30 works to drive the airflow in the heat dissipation air duct 101 to flow, and takes away the heat generated by the heat dissipation fins 20, so as to ensure the refrigeration effect of the vehicle air conditioner. In this embodiment, when the vehicle is running at a high speed, the relative airflow generated by the running of the vehicle itself is used for heat dissipation, the fan 30 does not need to be started, the heat dissipation energy consumption is low, the wind resistance is low, and the heat dissipation effect is good.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the air inlet 11 may be arranged in a flaring shape, so as to increase the air inlet volume of the air inlet 11, so that the heat dissipation duct 101 can intake more air flow, and enhance the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation fins 20. Moreover, the cover 80 may be disposed at the air inlet 11, so as to close the air inlet 11 when the relative airflow heat dissipation is not needed, thereby preventing the heat dissipation duct 101 from increasing the wind resistance during the vehicle driving process.
It is understood that the fan 30 may be disposed between the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12, and when the fan 30 stops working, the relative airflow generated by the vehicle running and flowing through the heat dissipation air duct 101 naturally flows through the fan 30, so as to drive the wind wheel to rotate naturally. However, the air resistance is large during the running of the vehicle, and the running of the vehicle is affected. Thus, in the preferred embodiment, the fan 30 is movably disposed in the housing 10 to have an active position inside the heat-dissipating air duct 101 and a sleep position outside the heat-dissipating air duct 101. Therefore, when the vehicle runs at a high speed, the fan 30 can be switched to the dormant position, relative airflow is not influenced by the fan 30 when flowing through the heat dissipation air duct 101, the wind resistance is small, and the influence on the running of the vehicle is small. When the vehicle runs at a low speed or stops, the fan 30 is switched to the start position in the heat dissipation air duct 101 and starts to rotate, and the driving airflow flows through the heat dissipation air duct 101 to dissipate heat of the heat dissipation fins 20. Thus, the heat dissipation of the air conditioning system under different driving conditions can be realized, and the wind resistance caused by the vehicle air conditioning heat dissipation system 1 can be reduced as much as possible when the vehicle runs at a high speed.
In another embodiment, please refer to fig. 9 and 10 in combination, the vehicle air-conditioning heat dissipation system 1 further includes an exhaust air duct 40 communicated with the outside of the housing 10, an air inlet end of the exhaust air duct 40 is communicated with the heat dissipation air duct 101 and is located between the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12, the fan 30 is disposed in the exhaust air duct 40, a control valve 50 is disposed at the air inlet end, the control valve 50 is configured to open the air inlet end and close the air outlet 12 when the vehicle speed is lower than a preset vehicle speed value, and the control valve 50 is further configured to close the air inlet end and open the air outlet 12 when the vehicle speed is higher than the preset vehicle speed value. Therefore, when the vehicle runs at a high speed, the control valve 50 controls to block the air inlet end, the air outlet 12 is opened, relative air flow generated by running of the vehicle flows through the heat dissipation air channel 101 quickly, heat dissipation of the heat dissipation fins 20 is achieved, the fan 30 is not arranged in the heat dissipation air channel 101, the overall wind resistance of the vehicle air conditioner heat dissipation system 1 is small, and the heat dissipation effect is good. When the vehicle runs at a low speed or stops, enough relative airflow does not exist to dissipate the heat of the heat dissipation fins 20, at the moment, the control valve 50 controls to block the air outlet 12 and open the air inlet end, the fan 30 works to drive the airflow to flow into the heat dissipation air duct 101 from the air inlet 11 and flow out from the air outlet duct 40 to dissipate the heat of the heat dissipation fins 20, and thus, the heat dissipation fins 20 can be dissipated when the vehicle runs at a low speed or stops.
It can be understood that the vehicle air-conditioning heat dissipation system 1 provided in this embodiment only needs to guide the relative airflow to flow through the heat dissipation air duct 101 when the air-conditioning system is cooling, and does not need to use the vehicle air-conditioning heat dissipation system 1 to dissipate heat when the air-conditioning system is not operating or heating. Meanwhile, when the housing 10 is far away from the vehicle body 100, more intake air can be obtained, so that a better heat dissipation effect is achieved, and when heat dissipation is not needed, the vehicle needs to have a smaller volume so as to obtain smaller wind resistance and better vehicle trafficability (to prevent the housing 10 from colliding with obstacles passing through the vehicle during driving). To this end, in a preferred embodiment, please refer to fig. 3 to 8, the housing 10 is movably disposed on the vehicle body 100 to have a first working position close to the vehicle body 100 and a second working position far from the vehicle body 100. In the present embodiment, when heat dissipation is required by using relative airflow generated by high-speed running of the vehicle, the housing 10 is moved away from the vehicle body 100 to the second working position to obtain better heat dissipation effect. And when the heat dissipation by the relative airflow generated by the high-speed running of the vehicle is not needed, such as the stopping or low-speed running of the vehicle, or the heating of the air conditioning system, or the non-operation of the air conditioning system, the air conditioner moves to the first operation position close to the vehicle body 100, so as to obtain smaller wind resistance and better vehicle trafficability. In this embodiment, the liquid inlet 61 and the liquid outlet 62 communicating with the first liquid guiding chamber 110 can be connected with a refrigerant pipeline in the vehicle body 100 through a flexible pipeline.
Based on the previous embodiment, the specific installation manner of the housing 10 may be various, and in an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 to fig. 5, the housing 10 is disposed at the bottom of the vehicle body 100, and is disposed on the vehicle body 100 in a liftable manner so as to have the first working position that is lifted to be close to the chassis and the second working position that is lowered to be far away from the chassis. Specifically, the housing 10 may be connected to the vehicle body 100 through a lifting bracket, preferably, a driving motor is disposed on the vehicle body 100, the driving motor is drivingly connected to the lifting bracket and electrically connected to the controller 90 on the vehicle body 100, and the controller 90 controls the driving motor to drive the lifting bracket to lift according to a command, so as to drive the housing 10 to move between the first working position and the second working position. The structure is simple and reliable, the vehicle air conditioner cooling system 1 is integrally positioned at the bottom of the vehicle body 100, and the vehicle appearance is simpler and more attractive.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the housing 10 is disposed on at least one side of the vehicle body 100 in the transverse direction, and is rotatably disposed on the vehicle body 100 to have the first working position turned to be close to one side of the vehicle body 100 and the second working position turned to form an angle with one side of the vehicle body 100. Specifically, the housing 10 may be connected to the vehicle body 100 through a rotating connection structure, preferably, a driving motor is disposed on the vehicle body 100, the driving motor is drivingly connected to the rotating connection structure and electrically connected to the controller 90 on the vehicle body 100, and the controller 90 controls the driving motor to drive the rotating connection structure to drive the housing 10 to rotate between the first working position and the second working position according to the instruction. The structure is simple and reliable, the vehicle air conditioner cooling system 1 is integrally located on the side portion of the vehicle body 100, the cooling effect is better, the height of a vehicle chassis is not affected, and the vehicle trafficability is good.
In addition to the above embodiments, it can be understood that the housing 10 may be provided separately from the heat sink 20, and only serves as a support and connection structure for the heat sink 20. In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 11 and 12, a large arrow indicates an air flow direction, a small arrow indicates a refrigerant flow direction, a first liquid guiding cavity 110 for flowing the refrigerant is formed in the heat sink 20, a wall of the housing 10 is hollow to form a second liquid guiding cavity 120 communicated with the first liquid guiding cavity 110, a liquid inlet 61 and a liquid outlet 62 are formed on the housing 10, and the liquid inlet 61 and the liquid outlet 62 are respectively communicated with the second liquid guiding cavity 120. In this embodiment, the housing 10 itself serves as a part of the heat dissipation structure to conduct the refrigerant, so as to increase the heat dissipation area and obtain a better heat dissipation effect, and reduce the overall size of the vehicle air-conditioning heat dissipation system 1 to obtain better vehicle trafficability. The specific structure of the refrigerant can be various, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 11, the housing 10 includes a first bottom plate 111 and a second bottom plate 112 arranged at an interval, the heat sink 20 extends between the first bottom plate 111 and the second bottom plate 112, the heat sink 20 is arranged in a matrix shape and has a plurality of fins, two ends of a first liquid guide cavity 110 in the heat sink 20 are respectively communicated with a second liquid guide cavity 120 in the first bottom plate 111 and the second bottom plate 112, the liquid inlet 61 is arranged on the second bottom plate 112, and the liquid outlet 62 is arranged on the first bottom plate 111, so that the refrigerant has a longer flow path, the heat dissipation amount in the flow process is larger, and the heat dissipation effect is better.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 12, the housing 10 includes a first bottom plate 111 and a second bottom plate 112 arranged at an interval, the heat dissipation fins 20 extend between the first bottom plate 111 and the second bottom plate 112, the heat dissipation fins 20 are arranged at intervals in multiple rows, two ends of a first liquid guiding cavity 110 in the heat dissipation fin 20 are respectively communicated with a second liquid guiding cavity 120 in the first bottom plate 111 and the second bottom plate 112, the liquid inlet 61 is arranged on the second bottom plate 112, and the liquid outlet 62 is arranged on the first bottom plate 111, so that the refrigerant has a longer flow path, and the heat dissipation amount during the flow process is larger, and the heat dissipation effect is better.
In an embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 9 to 11, a first liquid guiding cavity 110 for flowing a refrigerant is formed in the heat sink 20, the first liquid guiding cavity 110 is communicated with the outside of the housing 10 through a liquid inlet 61 and a liquid outlet 62, the liquid inlet 61 is disposed close to the air outlet 12 relative to the liquid outlet 62, and the liquid outlet 62 is disposed close to the air inlet 11 relative to the liquid inlet 61. When the refrigerant flows through the vehicle air conditioner cooling system 1, in order to avoid that secondary temperature rise in the refrigerant backflow process affects the cooling effect due to the high temperature of the air outlet section of the cooling air duct 101, in this embodiment, the liquid outlet 62 is relatively close to the air inlet 11 with low air temperature, so as to further ensure the cooling effect of the vehicle air conditioner cooling system 1.
It can be understood that, when the vehicle air-conditioning and heat dissipating system 1 provided in this embodiment is installed on the vehicle body 100, the air inlet position may be blocked by the structure of the vehicle body 100, and therefore, in a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the vehicle air-conditioning and heat dissipating system 1 further includes an air inlet duct 70 extending in the front-rear direction, a rear end of the air inlet duct 70 is communicated with the air inlet 11, and a front end of the air inlet duct 70 is located at the front end of the vehicle body 100 and is disposed toward the front of the vehicle body 100. Preferably, the front end of the air inlet pipe 70 is flared to obtain a better air inlet amount, so that, in this embodiment, the relative air flow is introduced into the heat dissipation air duct 101 through the air inlet pipe 70 to avoid the shielding effect of the structure of the vehicle body 100 on the air inlet, so as to obtain a better heat dissipation effect.
When the relative airflow is used for heat dissipation, the air inlet end of the air inlet pipeline 70 needs to be exposed and away from the vehicle body 100, so that more air inlet amount can be obtained, better heat dissipation effect is achieved, and when the heat dissipation is not needed, the vehicle needs to have a smaller volume so as to obtain smaller wind resistance and better vehicle trafficability. Therefore, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the front end of the air intake duct 70 is movably disposed on the vehicle body 100 to have a retracted state close to the vehicle body 100 and an extended state away from the vehicle body 100. In this way, when the relative airflow heat dissipation is required, the air intake pipeline 70 is switched to the expanded state to introduce the airflow into the heat dissipation air duct 101, and when the relative airflow heat dissipation is not required, the air intake pipeline 70 is retracted to obtain smaller wind resistance and vehicle trafficability.
In a preferred embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 1, a cover 80 is further included, and the cover 80 is openably and closably disposed at the front end of the air intake pipeline 70. In the present embodiment, the air inlet pipeline 70 is closed by the cover 80 when heat dissipation relative to the air flow is not required, so that the air inlet pipeline 70 and the heat dissipation air duct 101 are prevented from increasing the wind resistance during the running process of the vehicle.
