Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of parking air conditioners, in particular to a parking air conditioner and a transport vehicle.
Background
In the related art, the parking air conditioner mostly adopts an overhead type mounting structure. The installer needs to climb the roof and install the parking air conditioner above the cab, so that the installation difficulty and the danger are high. In addition, the parking air conditioner is installed at the top of the cab, and is easy to damage the original streamline of the vehicle, so that the air resistance of the vehicle is increased when the vehicle runs.

In some embodiments, the air conditioner body further has a peripheral side connecting the top side and the bottom side thereof, the peripheral side of the air conditioner body is provided with an indoor air inlet and an outdoor air inlet, the indoor air inlet and the indoor air outlet are communicated, the outdoor air inlet and the outdoor air outlet are communicated, and the indoor air inlet and the outdoor air inlet are arranged on different sides of the air conditioner body.
In some embodiments, a side of the air conditioner body on which the outdoor air inlet is provided abuts against a side wall of the cab.

The air conditioner body 10 is configured in an outer shape suitable for being disposed below a rest area of the cab. In some embodiments, the air conditioner body 10 may also have a peripheral side 10c connecting the top side 10a and the bottom side 10b thereof. The peripheral side 10c of the air conditioner body 10 may be provided with an indoor intake opening 13 and an outdoor intake opening 14, the indoor intake opening 13 and the indoor outlet opening 11 are kept communicated, the outdoor intake opening 14 and the outdoor outlet opening 12 are kept communicated, and the indoor intake opening 13 and the outdoor intake opening 14 are disposed on different sides of the air conditioner body 10. Here, the indoor air inlet 13 may introduce the indoor air in the cab into the air conditioner body 10, and the introduced air is conditioned by the indoor side heat exchanger 162 and then returned to the cab through the indoor air outlet 11; the outdoor air inlet 14 may introduce outdoor air from outside the cab into the inside of the air conditioner body 10, and the introduced air is re-discharged to the outside environment outside the cab through the outdoor air outlet 12 after being heat-exchanged with the outdoor side heat exchanger 172.
In some examples, the side of the air conditioner body 10 on which the outdoor air inlet 14 is provided may abut against a side wall of the cab. Accordingly, an air inlet portion may be provided on a corresponding side wall of the cab, and the outdoor air inlet 14 and the air inlet portion are connected to be opposite to each other to introduce outdoor air outside the cab. Through the arrangement, the position between the outdoor air inlet 14 and the air inlet part is compact, and the introduction speed and efficiency of outdoor air are improved.
In some examples, the indoor intake vent 13 and the indoor outtake vent 11 may be disposed adjacent to each other; therefore, the air flow between the indoor air inlet 13 and the indoor air outlet 11 can be shortened, and the return air circulation speed and the heat exchange efficiency are improved. In some examples, the outdoor intake vent 14 and the outdoor outlet vent 12 may be disposed adjacent to each other; thus, the air flow between the outdoor air inlet 14 and the outdoor air outlet 12 can be shortened, and the outdoor air circulation speed and the heat exchange efficiency can be improved. In some examples, the indoor intake vent 13 and the outdoor intake vent 14 may be disposed at opposite sides of the peripheral side 10c of the air conditioner body 10, such that the indoor side heat exchange cycle and the outdoor side heat exchange cycle are separated at opposite ends of the air conditioner body 10, increasing the space utilization rate of the air conditioner body 10 in a specific size direction, and making the appearance of the air conditioner body 10 more regular and easy to manufacture.
In some embodiments, the side of the air conditioner body 10 where the outdoor air outlet 12 is provided may abut against a side wall of the cab. Correspondingly, an air outlet part can be arranged on the corresponding side wall of the cab, and the outdoor air outlet 12 and the air outlet part are oppositely connected so as to discharge the outdoor air after heat exchange with the outdoor heat exchanger 172 to the outdoor environment. Through the arrangement, the position between the outdoor air outlet 12 and the air outlet part is compact, and the discharge speed and efficiency of outdoor air are improved.
The actual positions of the indoor air outlet 11 and the outdoor air outlet 12 on the air conditioner body 10 can be determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit this. In some embodiments, the indoor outlet 11 may be disposed on the top side 10a of the air conditioner body 10, and the outdoor outlet 12 may be disposed on the bottom side 10b of the air conditioner body 10. Thus, when the air conditioner body 10 is installed on the bottom wall of the cab, the indoor air outlet 11 can supply air upwards, and the outdoor air outlet 12 can directly discharge air to the outdoor environment through the air outlet part on the bottom wall of the cab, so that the arrangement relationship between the air conditioner body 10 and the cab is relatively simple and compact.
In some embodiments, the indoor air outlet 11 may directly supply air into the cab. In other embodiments, the parking air conditioner may further include an air supply duct disposed outside the air conditioner body 10, one end of the air supply duct may be connected to the indoor air outlet 11, and the other end of the air supply duct is adapted to extend inside the cabin; therefore, the air sent out by the indoor air outlet 11 can reach the required position in the cab through the air supply pipe, and the temperature adjusting effect on different areas is improved.
In some embodiments, the air conditioner body 10 may include a casing 15, and the casing 15 is internally provided with an indoor side heat exchange air duct 161 and an outdoor side heat exchange air duct 171. Here, the indoor-side heat exchange air duct 161 and the outdoor-side heat exchange air duct 171 may be kept separated. An indoor heat exchanger 162 and a first fan blade 163 are arranged in the indoor heat exchange air duct 161, and an outdoor heat exchanger 172 and a second fan blade 173 are arranged in the outdoor heat exchange air duct 171. Here, both the indoor heat exchanger 162 and the outdoor heat exchanger 172 are components of the refrigeration circuit, and the refrigerant circulates through the indoor heat exchanger 162 and the outdoor heat exchanger 172. Accordingly, the indoor outlet 11 and the indoor inlet 13 are respectively disposed at both ends of the indoor-side heat exchange air path 161, and the outdoor outlet 12 and the outdoor inlet 14 are respectively disposed at both ends of the outdoor-side heat exchange air path 171.
When the air conditioner works, the first fan blade 163 rotates to provide negative pressure required by the indoor side heat exchange air duct 161, so that indoor air in the cab is forced to flow into the indoor side heat exchange air duct 161 and then is supplied after exchanging heat with the indoor side heat exchanger 162, and indoor air circulation is achieved; the second fan 173 rotates to provide negative pressure required by the outdoor heat exchange air duct 171, so as to force indoor air in the cab to flow into the indoor heat exchange air duct 161 and then exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger 162 for air supply, thereby realizing outdoor air circulation.
The first fan 163 and the second fan 173 may be driven by a driving device, such as an electric motor, a hydraulic motor, etc., respectively, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. In some examples, the air conditioner body 10 may include a dual-shaft motor 18, and one end of the dual-shaft motor 18 is connected to the first fan 163 and the other end is connected to the second fan 173. Thus, one double-shaft motor 18 can be used for driving the first fan blade 163 and the second fan blade 173 at the same time, so that the number of required motors is reduced, the device cost and the installation space are saved, and the structure of the air conditioner body 10 is compact. For example, the dual-shaft motor 18 may be disposed on a partition wall between the indoor-side heat exchange air duct 161 and the outdoor-side heat exchange air duct 171, so that the structure is more compact.
The shape of the housing 15 can be determined according to actual needs, and may adopt an external shape such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder, or other special shapes, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In some examples, the housing 15 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a length dimension parallel to the horizontal direction and a height direction parallel to the vertical direction. Accordingly, the indoor air outlet 11 and the indoor air inlet 13 may be separately provided at opposite sides of the housing 15 in a length direction thereof.
The structure of the housing 15 may be determined according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. In some examples, the housing 15 may include a base 151, and a rear case 152 and a front panel 153 respectively disposed on the base 151, which form a receiving space to accommodate the above components. For example, the indoor intake 13 may be disposed on the front panel 153, the indoor outlet 11 may be disposed on the top of the rear case 152 in a region adjacent to the front panel 153, the outdoor intake 14 may be disposed on the rear case 152 on a side opposite to the front panel 153, and the outdoor outlet 12 may be disposed on the base 151 in a region adjacent to the outdoor intake 14.

The parking air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the indoor air intake opening and the indoor air outlet opening are disposed adjacent to each other; the outdoor air inlet and the outdoor air outlet are arranged adjacently; the indoor air inlet and the outdoor air inlet are arranged on two opposite sides of the peripheral side of the air conditioner body.
5. The parking air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein a side of the air conditioner body on which the outdoor air outlet is provided abuts against a side wall of a cab.
6. The parking air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the indoor air outlet is provided at a top side of the air conditioner body, and the outdoor air outlet is provided at a bottom side of the air conditioner body.
7. The parking air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising a blast pipe provided outside the air conditioner body, one end of the blast pipe being connected to the indoor air outlet, the other end of the blast pipe being adapted to extend in the cabin.

The parking air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the air conditioner body comprises a shell, an indoor side heat exchange air duct and an outdoor side heat exchange air duct are arranged inside the shell, an indoor side heat exchanger and first fan blades are arranged in the indoor side heat exchange air duct, and an outdoor side heat exchanger and second fan blades are arranged in the outdoor side heat exchange air duct.
9. The parking air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the air conditioner body further comprises a double-shaft motor, one end of the double-shaft motor is connected with the first fan blade, and the other end of the double-shaft motor is connected with the second fan blade.
