After finishing the final polishing, the lifting clamp 36 releases the clamping of the section bar, the controller controls the material pushing device 8 to push the section bar, so that the section bar is conveyed to the next process through the rear conveyor 4, and simultaneously the controller controls the lifting clamp 36 to descend below the reference table 7, and controls the linear driving group 31 to act to reset the driving seat 35, so as to carry on the next section bar.
Taking the second row of suspensions 5 as an example for tapping the profile, when the profile is machined, the other groups of linear driving groups 31 clamp other profiles to respectively perform drilling, reaming and polishing processes below the first row of suspensions, the third row of suspensions and the fourth row of suspensions, namely, four processes are performed synchronously. The time for synchronous processing of the four processes depends on the process time with the longest working time when the four processes are processed separately.

Since the polishing machine 65 polishes only the screw hole of the sectional material, the processing process thereof does not interfere with the stroke of the reamer 64, and thus the polishing and reaming operations can be combined, thereby saving the installation space of the hanger 5. However, before the process is combined, the total processing time of the polishing process and the reaming process needs to be considered, when only one wire through hole exists, the total processing time of the two processes is shorter than that of the tapping process, the two processes can be combined to save the installation space, and once the number of the wire through holes is larger than or equal to two, the processing time of the polishing process and the reaming process exceeds that of the tapping process, at the moment, the combining process reduces the overall processing efficiency of the profile, so that the combining of the polishing process and the reaming process is not recommended at this moment.
In this embodiment, three positioning sensors are sequentially mounted in a front-rear direction below the first row of suspensions 5, the distance between the front and rear positioning sensors in the row of three positioning sensors is equal to the lateral distance between the pair of mounting holes, and the middle positioning sensor is mounted just in the middle between the front and rear positioning sensors. The front positioning sensor and the rear positioning sensor are used for processing and positioning a pair of mounting holes in the width direction of the sectional material, and the middle positioning sensor is used for processing and positioning the wire passing hole. A pair of positioning sensors are arranged below the second row and the fourth row of suspensions 5 in a front-back sequential manner, and the distance between the two positioning sensors is consistent with the distance between the front positioning sensor and the rear positioning sensor in the first row of suspensions. Three positioning sensors are arranged below the third row of the suspension 5, the distance between the front and the rear positioning sensors in the row of the three positioning sensors is equal to the transverse distance between the pair of mounting holes, and the middle positioning sensor is arranged in the middle of the front and the rear positioning sensors. The front positioning sensor and the rear positioning sensor are used for polishing and positioning two rows of mounting screw holes, and the middle positioning sensor is used for reaming and processing and positioning the wire passing hole.
