本公开实施例提供一种非陆地网络NTN的时间偏移值更新方法及装置、通信设备及存储介质。所述NTN的时间偏移值更新方法,所述方法由基站执行,所述方法包括:在满足更新条件时,更新时间偏移值。通过本公开提供的实施例可以减少静态的时间偏移值不适配导致的UE和NTN的基站之间的通信失败或者通信质量差的问题,提升了NTN小区的通信成功率和/或通信质量。
