and the operation management system receives the temporary operation transfer information and controls the operation of the nuclear power plant equipment according to the temporary operation transfer information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises: a maintenance management system, the executing the handoff instructions further comprising: maintenance handover information;
wherein the method further comprises:
the debugging management system hands over the maintenance hand-over information to the maintenance management system;
and the maintenance management system receives the maintenance handover information and maintains the nuclear power plant equipment according to the maintenance handover information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the system further comprises: a plant management system;
wherein the method further comprises:
the building and security management system acquires factory building handover information;
the building and security management system hands over the plant handing-over information to the plant management system;
and the plant management system receives the plant handover information and monitors the nuclear power plant according to the plant handover information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the installation management system stores therein first handover procedure information;
wherein the commissioning management system hands over the isolation handover information and the as-installed status report to the commissioning management system comprises:
the construction safety management system hands over the isolation hand-over information and the as-installed status report to the commissioning management system based on the first hand-over flow information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the debug management system has second handover flow information stored therein;
wherein the handing over of the temporary operation handover information to the operation management system by the debug management system includes:
the debugging management system hands over the temporary operation hand-over information to the operation management system based on the second hand-over flow information.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the debug management system further stores third handover procedure information;
wherein the commissioning management system handing over the maintenance handover information to the maintenance management system comprises:
the debugging management system hands over the maintenance hand-over information to the maintenance management system based on the third hand-over flow information.
