As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the invention provides a safety detection instrument for pesticide residues in perilla seeds, which comprises a cylindrical work box body 1 and a top adjusting operation box 2, wherein the top adjusting operation box 2 is arranged at the top of the cylindrical work box body 1, the safety detection instrument further comprises a transmission connecting mechanism 43, a material processing mechanism 44, a material detection mechanism 45 and a flushing transmission mechanism 46, the transmission connecting mechanism 43 is arranged inside the top adjusting operation box 2, the material processing mechanism 44, the material detection mechanism 45 and the flushing transmission mechanism 46 are all arranged inside the cylindrical work box body 1, a fixed side wall external groove 27 is formed in the bottom of the outer wall of one side of the cylindrical work box body 1, the perilla seeds are stirred and cleaned in water flow under the linkage action between the transmission connecting mechanism 43, the material processing mechanism 44 and the flushing transmission mechanism 46, so that the residual pesticides can be cleaned and treated, the problem that the use effect is poor due to adhesion between the perilla seeds can be avoided, the blockage of the inside of the safety detection instrument can be prevented, the material detection mechanism 45 carries out the cleaning and the stirred perilla seeds, whether the pesticide residues exist in the fused water or not only can be treated, the whole work flow is treated in the inside the safety detection instrument, the safety detection instrument does not need manual intervention of the purple seeds, the safety detection instrument can protect the perilla seeds, and can also can be used for improving the safety of workers and can be used for improving the storage mechanism and can be used for improving the dust pollution of the storage mechanism.

The outer wall of one side of the cylindrical work box body 1 is provided with an electrical control panel 26, the universal driving motor 3, the universal servo motor 8, the electrical control type opening and closing control valve 34, the cleaning water storage tank 36 and the electromagnetic control valve 41 are respectively and electrically connected with the electrical control panel 26 through conducting wires, the universal driving motor 3, the universal servo motor 8, the electrical control type opening and closing control valve 34, the cleaning water storage tank 36 and the electromagnetic control valve 41 adopted in the application are mature prior art, the working principles of the universal driving motor 3, the universal servo motor 8, the electrical control type opening and closing control valve 34, the cleaning water storage tank 36 and the electromagnetic control valve 41 are well known by persons in the technical field, the working principles are not described herein, the electrical connection conditions of all parts are well known by persons in the technical field, and are not labeled in the attached drawings.
General type driving motor 3 locates the outer wall of top regulation control box 2 one side, the output of general type driving motor 3 is located to rotation regulating spindle one 4, connect lift cover 6 and locate the top of fixed connection post 7, the one end of rotation regulating spindle one 4 is located the one side of connecting lift cover 6, rotation regulating spindle two 5 is located the opposite side of connecting lift cover 6, one side of top regulation control box 2 inner wall is equipped with the bearing frame, the inside of bearing frame is located to the other end of rotation regulating spindle two 5, the meshing is connected between the outer wall of initiative transmitting gear 10 and the outer wall of driven auxiliary gear 11, the user starts general type driving motor 3 through electrical control panel 26, rotation regulating spindle one 4 rotates under general type driving motor 3 effect, because the one side of connecting lift cover 6 is located the one end of rotating regulating spindle one 4, just can carry out lifting control through the rotation of rotating regulating spindle one 4, thereby connect lift cover 6 to drive transmission threaded rod two 12 through fixed connection post 7 and carry out the altitude mixture control, rotation regulating spindle two 5 play regulation and supplementary effect, thereby be convenient for carry out row material processing to the perilla seed.

When the special dust-proof device is used, a user pours the perilla seeds into the cylindrical working box body 1 through the L-shaped material placing pipe 16, and under the action of the top protective fence 17, the dust-proof protective effect is achieved, the situation that the perilla seeds are scattered during pouring is avoided, and the waste of the perilla seeds is reduced to a certain extent;
