Meanwhile, the invention also provides two structures of the horizontal gas-liquid cyclone tower 2, the first structure is shown in fig. 5, and comprises a liquid storage tank 21 and a plurality of liquid distribution disks 22, the liquid distribution disks 22 are made of high polymer materials, the upper parts of the liquid distribution disks are provided with a plurality of pits or bulges so as to facilitate water to be attached to the surfaces of the liquid distribution disks 22, the liquid distribution disks 22 are all sleeved on the rotating shaft 23, a gap is kept between every two adjacent liquid distribution disks 22, the rotating shaft 23 is installed on a support in the liquid storage tank 21, one end of the rotating shaft 23 is in power connection with a first speed motor, the lower parts of the liquid distribution disks 22 are used for being submerged below the liquid level of the liquid storage tank 21 when in use, and further, when the rotating shaft 23 is driven by the speed reducing motor to rotate, the liquid distribution disks 22 synchronously rotate along with the rotating shaft 23, so that the liquid in the liquid storage tank 21 is continuously taken out of the liquid level and attached to the liquid distribution disks 22 to form a gas-liquid film so as to be in contact with flowing air. The aforementioned pits, protrusions, and lower holes on the liquid distribution disk 22 all achieve the same functional objectives. At present, each liquid distribution plate is practically provided with 2460 small holes, and each horizontal gas-liquid cyclone tower is provided with 46 liquid distribution plates in total.
The structure of the second horizontal gas-liquid cyclone tower 2 is shown in fig. 6, and comprises a fiber filter element 24 and a liquid storage tank 21, wherein the fiber filter element 24 is placed in the liquid storage tank 21, and the lower part of the fiber filter element 24 is submerged below the liquid level of the liquid storage tank 21, so that the sterilizing liquid in the liquid storage tank 21 can be adsorbed and uniformly distributed above the liquid level; thereby facilitating the contact with the air flow and realizing the instant mineralization and inactivation of the air. The fiber filter element 24 can be formed by folding a fiber layer, and the folding density of the lower part of the fiber filter element is larger than that of the upper part of the fiber filter element, so that the fiber filter element 24 can absorb the water in the liquid storage tank 21. And through the variable diameter structure of design fibre filter core 24 difference in size from top to bottom to "let" air outlet duct in the shell body inside, make the inner structure of module compacter and reasonable.
As described with reference to fig. 7, in the present invention, in order to facilitate control of the power components, such as the fan 3, the driving motor, the decelerating motor, and the like, a central processing unit may be further used, the central processing unit is connected to the power module, the motor of the fan 3, the decelerating motor, and the feeding driving motor are all connected to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit may further be connected to a temperature and humidity sensor, a particulate matter sensor (such as PM2.5/PM 10), and the light sensor, the temperature and humidity sensor and the particulate matter sensor collect the temperature and humidity and the particulate matter concentration in the current environment, and transmit the collected values to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit determines in advance according to a built-in threshold to control start, stop, rotation speed, and forward and reverse rotation of the fan motor and the decelerating motor, thereby forming a closed-loop control system. Based on the thought sensor, sensors of substances such as formaldehyde values HCHO, TVOC, carbon dioxide and the like can be additionally arranged, and the use mode is the same as that of the sensor. Since such control schemes are well established in the art, the principles of the aforementioned closed-loop control system will not be described in detail. When a plurality of air purification modules are used in a linkage manner, one central processing unit can be used for simultaneously controlling power elements in the plurality of air purification modules.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in practical use of the above preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the preparation of the disinfecting and sterilizing liquid medicine is completed, under the action of the central processing unit, the fan 3 is controlled to rotate to generate negative pressure, so that the air flow enters from the air inlet 11 and is discharged from the air outlet 12, during the foregoing process, the air flow passes through the composite filter element 8 and the horizontal gas-liquid cyclone tower 2 in sequence to complete the disinfection of solid-state filtration and gas-liquid contact, during the foregoing process, the decelerating motor drives the plurality of liquid distribution discs 22 of the horizontal gas-liquid cyclone 2 to rotate in the liquid storage tank 21, so that the water film attached to the liquid distribution discs 22 is always maintained during the process that the air flow passes through the air duct, and the continuity of the mineralization reaction is ensured; meanwhile, the numerical values in the air collected by the sensors are transmitted to the central processing unit as judgment basis.
The functions can be uniformly controlled by the central processing unit in the operation process, and the software control logic suitable for the air purification module can also be specially designed, and the details are not described herein.
On the other hand, because the air purification module provided by the invention is arranged in an air duct of a central air conditioner and a fresh air system for use, continuous water sources are required to be used for adding water into the liquid distribution box in a timed and quantitative mode, external water sources are directly added into the liquid distribution box 6 through a water adding pipeline, an electromagnetic valve can be arranged on the water adding pipeline, in order to avoid water leakage caused by failure of an electronic valve, the electromagnetic valve can adopt a redundant design, and water of the external continuous water sources can flow into the liquid distribution box 6 by controlling the on-off of the electromagnetic valve without manual water addition. In the use process of the module, the composite filter element 8 is replaced regularly and the liquid distribution box 6 is cleaned regularly without manual participation.
