Description

Wall-mounted air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioners, in particular to a wall-mounted air conditioner.
Background
In the related art, an air inlet of a wall-mounted air conditioner is disposed at a top portion of the wall-mounted air conditioner, and in order to meet a requirement for air inlet at the top portion, the wall-mounted air conditioner must be spaced apart from an indoor ceiling by a large distance, so that an indoor space utilization rate is low, and an indoor space is more narrow. Furthermore, the wall-mounted air conditioner in the related art has a drawback of low heat exchange efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is based on the discovery and recognition by the inventors of the following facts and problems:
in the related art, as shown in fig. 4, an air inlet of a wall-mounted air conditioner 1' is formed at a top portion thereof, and the top portion of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1' must be spaced apart from an indoor ceiling wall 3 by a relatively large distance to form an air inlet space, so that the wall-mounted air conditioner 1' cannot be closely attached to the indoor ceiling wall 3. The heat exchanger 10' of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1' is disposed around the cross flow wind wheel 20 '. Specifically, a first part 11 'of the heat exchanger 10' in a general inverted V shape is located above the cross-flow wind wheel 20', and a second part 12' of the heat exchanger 10 'is located in front of the cross-flow wind wheel 20'.
A drip tray 30' is provided below the rear lower end 111' of the first portion 11 '. The water receiving tray 30' is opposite to the rear lower end 111' of the first part 11' in the vertical direction, and the water receiving tray 30' is positioned between the rear lower end 111' of the first part 11' and the cross-flow wind wheel 20 '. The inventor has recognized that the rear lower end 111' of the first portion 11' is shielded by the drip tray 30', and thus the rear lower end 111' of the first portion 11' does not substantially exchange heat with air, resulting in waste and reduced heat exchange efficiency.
The second portion 12 'defines an inlet air duct 50' with the front panel 40 'of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1'. However, the inventor has recognized that since most of the space of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1' in the front-rear direction is occupied by the heat exchanger 10', the cross-flow wind wheel 20' and the scroll casing 60', the intake duct 50' is made narrower, that is, the flow rate of air flowing through the intake duct 50' is made smaller, thereby making the heat exchange efficiency of the second section 12' low.
The present invention is directed to solving, at least in part, one of the technical problems in the related art. To this end, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wall-mounted air conditioner.
A wall-mounted air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the heat exchanger is arranged in the shell, an air duct is arranged in the shell, the air duct is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and at least one part of the air inlet is positioned on the front side of the shell.
At least one part of the air inlet of the wall-mounted air conditioner is positioned on the front surface of the shell, so that air (inlet air) in the environment can enter the air duct from the general front of the shell. For example, air (intake air) in the environment may enter the air duct from the front of the casing, may enter the air duct from the front upper side of the casing, and may enter the air duct from the front lower side of the casing. Further, air in the environment may enter the air duct from at least two directions of the front of the cabinet, the front upper side, and the front lower side.
That is, ambient air may not have to enter the duct from directly above the cabinet. Therefore, the distance between the wall-mounted air conditioner and the indoor top wall can be greatly reduced or eliminated, the indoor space utilization rate can be improved, and particularly for an indoor (room) with low height, the sense of oppression of the indoor space can be effectively reduced or eliminated.
Therefore, the wall-mounted air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention has very low requirements on the installation space, the installation space only needs to be capable of accommodating the lower wall-mounted air conditioner, an air inlet space does not need to be reserved above the wall-mounted air conditioner, and the application range of the wall-mounted air conditioner can be expanded.
Moreover, in the top air intake scene, the top space is often limited and narrow, so that the air intake is limited due to the narrow top space. According to the technical scheme, at least one part of the air inlet is located on the front face of the shell, so that air entering the air channel through the air inlet can directly flow through the heat exchanger, and heat exchange can be fully carried out between the air inlet and the heat exchanger. That is, the air intake of the wall-mounted air conditioner is not limited by the narrow space at the top, and air is supplied from the front of the casing, so that the air intake can be effectively increased, the flow of the air flowing through the heat exchanger can be remarkably improved, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger can be greatly improved.
In this application, at least a part of air intake is located the front of casing, need not to set up the heat exchanger of the shape of roughly falling V in the below of air intake, just also need not to set up the water collector that the width is greater than or equal to the width of the heat exchanger of roughly falling V at the lower tip department of the heat exchanger of roughly falling V just so as to avoid causing because of the water collector shelters from that some of heat exchanger does not basically carry out the heat transfer with the air. At least one part of the air inlet is positioned on the front side of the machine shell, so that the water-containing tray can not prevent the airflow from flowing to the heat exchanger, for example, the water-containing tray can not flow to the flow path of the heat exchanger through the airflow, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger can be greatly improved. Optionally, the water-tray is disposed below the heat exchanger.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A wall-mounted type air conditioner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 10 and a heat exchanger 20, the heat exchanger 20 being provided in the cabinet 10. The housing 10 has an air duct 30 therein, and the air duct 30 has an air inlet 311 and an air outlet 312, wherein at least a portion of the air inlet 311 is located on the front surface 11 of the housing 10.
The front face 11 of the casing 10 is a surface of the casing 10 that can be viewed from a horizontal rearward line of sight, that is, the surface of the casing 10 that can be viewed from a horizontal rearward line of sight is the front face 11 of the casing 10. For example, when the eyes of the observer and the casing 10 are located at substantially the same level and the observer is located in front of the casing 10, the surface of the casing 10 that the observer can see is the front face 11 of the casing 10.
The front-back direction is indicated by an arrow a in fig. 1, and the up-down direction is indicated by an arrow B in fig. 1. For example, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 may be installed on a wall surface 2. The direction of keeping away from wall 2 along the horizontal direction is just before, and the direction of keeping away from wall 2 along the horizontal direction is just after.
At least a portion of the air inlet 311 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is located on the front surface 11 of the cabinet 10, so that ambient air (inlet air) can enter the air duct 30 from the substantially front of the cabinet 10. For example, the air (intake air) in the environment may enter the air duct 30 from the front of the cabinet 10, may enter the air duct 30 from the front upper side of the cabinet 10, and may enter the air duct 30 from the front lower side of the cabinet 10. In addition, air in the environment may enter the air duct 30 from at least two directions of the front, the upper front, and the lower front of the cabinet 10.
That is, the air in the environment may not necessarily enter the air duct 30 from directly above the cabinet 10. This can greatly reduce or eliminate the distance between the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 and the indoor ceiling wall 3, and can improve the indoor space utilization, and particularly, for an indoor (room) with a low height, can effectively reduce or eliminate the sense of oppression of the indoor space.
Therefore, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has very low requirements for the installation space, and the installation space only needs to accommodate the lower wall-mounted air conditioner 1, so that it is not necessary to leave an air intake space above the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, and the application range of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be expanded.
In some alternative embodiments, the portion of the air inlet 311 located on the front surface is inclined obliquely upward toward the wall surface 2 (which may be understood as a mounting surface) with respect to the vertical surface. In this way, when the user stands on the indoor floor, the user cannot see the inside of the cabinet 10 (wall-mounted air conditioner 1) through the air inlet 311, and the internal structure of the cabinet 10 (wall-mounted air conditioner 1) is not exposed to the user, which can improve the visual comfort of the user.
Moreover, in the top air intake scene, the top space is often limited and narrow, so that the air intake is limited due to the narrow top space. In the technical solution of the present application, at least a portion of the air inlet 311 is located on the front surface 11 of the casing 10, so that the air entering the air duct 30 through the air inlet 311 can directly flow through the heat exchanger 20, so as to sufficiently exchange heat with the heat exchanger 20. That is, the air intake of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is not limited by the narrow space at the top, and the air is taken in from the front 11 of the casing 10, so that the air intake can be effectively increased, the flow rate of the air flowing through the heat exchanger 20 can be remarkably increased, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 20 can be greatly improved.
In the present application, at least a portion of the air inlet 311 is located on the front surface 11 of the casing 10, and there is no need to provide a heat exchanger in a substantially inverted V shape below the air inlet 311, that is, there is no need to provide a water pan having a width greater than or equal to that of the heat exchanger in the substantially inverted V shape at a lower end portion of the heat exchanger in the substantially inverted V shape, so as to avoid that a portion of the heat exchanger 20 does not substantially exchange heat with air due to shielding of the water pan. At least a part of the air inlet 311 is located on the front face 11 of the casing 10, so that the water pan 50 may not prevent the air flow from flowing to the heat exchanger 20, for example, the water pan 50 may not pass through the flow path of the air flow to the heat exchanger 20, which may greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 20. Optionally, a drip tray 50 is provided below the heat exchanger 20.
Therefore, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 of the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of convenient installation, improved indoor space utilization rate, wide application range, high heat exchange efficiency and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 10 and a heat exchanger 20. The cabinet 10 may be installed on a wall surface 2 in a room.
In some alternative embodiments, when the casing 10 is installed on the wall surface 2, the distance between the top surface of the casing 10 and the indoor top wall 3 is less than or equal to 20cm. In other words, the minimum distance between the cabinet 10 and the indoor ceiling wall 3 in the up-down direction is 20cm or less. This can further improve the indoor space utilization.
Alternatively, the distance between the top surface of the casing 10 and the indoor ceiling wall 3 is 15 cm or less. Alternatively, the distance between the top surface of the casing 10 and the indoor ceiling wall 3 is 10 cm or less. Alternatively, the distance between the top surface of the cabinet 10 and the indoor ceiling wall 3 is not more than 8 cm. Alternatively, the distance between the top surface of the casing 10 and the indoor ceiling wall 3 is 5 cm or less. Alternatively, the top surface of the cabinet 10 is in contact with the indoor ceiling wall 3, i.e., the distance between the top surface of the cabinet 10 and the indoor ceiling wall 3 is equal to 0cm. This can further improve the indoor space utilization.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the upper edge of the front side 11 of the cabinet 10 meets the back side 13 of the cabinet 10 through the top side 12 of the cabinet 10. The lower edge of the front 11 of the casing 10 is directly connected to the back 13 of the casing 10, or the lower edge of the front 11 of the casing 10 is connected to the back 13 of the casing 10 through the bottom 14 of the casing 10. This makes the cabinet 10 and the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 more neat and beautiful.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the front surface 11 of the casing 10 is a curved or bent surface protruding forward. The area of the front surface 11 can be increased so as to form a larger air inlet 311 on the front surface 11, and more air enters the air duct 30 through the air inlet 311, so as to increase the air intake of the air inlet 311, and thus the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 has a large air intake and a high air intake efficiency.
The front surface 11 of the bending surface may include a plurality of portions, a plurality of the portions may be arranged in the up-down direction, and a plurality of the portions may also be arranged in the longitudinal direction (e.g., the C direction in fig. 3) of the air duct 30. Each of the portions may be planar, and adjacent two of the portions may lie in different planes. Each of the portions may also be curved. Alternatively, some of the portion(s) may be planar and other of the portion(s) may be curved.
Alternatively, the front face 11 of the casing 10 is a forward convex arc-shaped face. Thus, not only can the larger air inlet 311 be formed on the front surface 11 to further increase the air intake amount and the air intake efficiency of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, but also the housing 10 can be easily manufactured.
Optionally, the front face 11 of the casing 10 includes an upper portion, a lower portion, and an intermediate portion connecting between the upper portion and the lower portion. Specifically, the upper edge of the middle portion is connected to the lower edge of the upper portion, and the lower edge of the middle portion is connected to the upper edge of the lower portion.
Wherein, this intermediate part is the arcwall face, and this upper portion is the inclined plane of backward tilt up, and this lower part is the inclined plane of backward tilt down. That is, the upper portion and the lower portion are both sloped, the upper portion extending rearwardly and upwardly from the intermediate portion, and the lower portion extending rearwardly and downwardly from the intermediate portion. Further, the intermediate portion may be a vertical surface.
The top surface 12 may be horizontal, i.e., the top surface 12 may extend horizontally rearward from the front face 11 such that the top surface 12 is not visible by a horizontal rearward line of sight. Further, the top surface 12 may be a slope inclined downward rearward. That is, the top surface 12 may be a sloped surface, and the top surface 12 may extend rearwardly and downwardly from the front surface 11 such that the top surface 12 is not visible from a horizontal rearward line of sight.
The bottom surface 14 may be a horizontal surface, i.e., the bottom surface 14 may extend horizontally rearward from the front surface 11 such that the bottom surface 14 is not visible by a horizontal rearward line of sight. Further, the bottom surface 14 may be a slope inclined rearward and upward. That is, the bottom surface 14 may be a sloped surface, and the bottom surface 14 may extend upwardly and rearwardly from the front surface 11 such that the bottom surface 14 is not visible from a horizontal rearward line of sight.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the front face 11 of the cabinet 10 directly meets the back face 13 of the cabinet 10. This makes the external appearance of the cabinet 10 and the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 more concise.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a heat exchanger 20 is provided within the cabinet 10. The casing 10 has an air duct 30 therein, and the air duct 30 has an air inlet 311 and an air outlet 312, at least a portion of the air inlet 311 being located on the front face 11 of the casing 10 so as to allow at least a portion of air (intake air) to enter the air duct 30 from a substantially front side of the casing 10.
Optionally, the outlet port 312 is positioned lower than the inlet port 311. In other words, at least a portion of the outlet vent 312 is located below at least a portion of the inlet vent 311. This makes the structure of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 more reasonable.
The heat exchanger 20 is disposed in the air duct 30, and the heat exchanger 20 is opposite to the air inlet 311. This allows air to flow more directly through the heat exchanger 20, which further improves the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 20 and the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 further includes a wind wheel 40 disposed in the air duct 30, and the heat exchanger 20 is disposed between the air inlet 311 and the wind wheel 40. The wind wheel 40 is disposed in the wind tunnel 30 to increase the flow rate and velocity of the air flowing through the heat exchanger 20, so as to further improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 20 and the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the air duct 30 includes an air inlet duct 321 and an air outlet duct 322, and the wind wheel 40 is disposed at a junction of the air inlet duct 321 and the air outlet duct 322. This makes the structure of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 more reasonable. For example, a portion of the wind wheel 40 may be disposed in the air inlet duct 321, and the remaining portion of the wind wheel 40 may be disposed in the air outlet duct 322.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in a vertical plane orthogonal to the length direction (the direction C shown in fig. 3) of the air outlet duct 30, the projection of the air outlet duct 322 may include a first side 3221 and a second side 3222, and the projection of the air inlet duct 321 may include a first side 3211 and a second side 3212. The length of the air duct 30 is indicated by arrow C in fig. 3. Here, the length direction of the air duct 30 may be the same as the length direction of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, that is, the length direction of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is along the direction of arrow C in fig. 3.
Optionally, at least a portion of the first side 3221 is positioned rearward of at least a portion of the second side 3222, and at least a portion of the first side 3211 is positioned above at least a portion of the second side 3212. This makes the structure of the air duct 30 more reasonable.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a first projected side 3221 of the air outlet duct 322 intersects with a first projected side 3211 of the air inlet duct 321 at a first intersection point F, and the rotation axis of the wind wheel 40 intersects with the vertical plane at a base point O. Wherein a first included angle θ 1 between a first line L1 between the base point O and the first boundary point F and a horizontal line L2 forward from the base point O is equal to or greater than 60 degrees and equal to or less than 150 degrees. That is, a first horizontal line passes through the base point O, the first horizontal line including a front horizontal section located in front of the base point O, and a first included angle θ 1 of the front horizontal section and the first connection line L1 is 60 degrees or more and 150 degrees or less.
Thus, at least a part of the air inlet (the opening of the air outlet duct 322 adjacent to the air inlet duct 321) of the air outlet duct 322 is opened forward and upward, and the air flowing through the air inlet 311 and the air inlet duct 321 can enter the air outlet duct 322 more smoothly, so as to improve the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1. In other words, at least a portion of the air outlet of the air inlet duct 321 (the opening of the air inlet duct 321 adjacent to the air outlet duct 322) is opened downward, so that the air in the air inlet duct 321 can enter the air outlet duct 322 more smoothly, and the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be improved.
Optionally, the first included angle θ 1 is greater than or equal to 70 degrees and less than or equal to 130 degrees. Alternatively, the first included angle θ 1 is equal to or greater than 80 degrees and equal to or less than 120 degrees. Alternatively, the first included angle θ 1 is equal to or greater than 90 degrees and equal to or less than 110 degrees. Thus, the air flowing through the air inlet 311 and the air inlet channel 321 can enter the air outlet channel 322 more smoothly, and the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further improved.
Alternatively, the first included angle θ 1 may be, for example, but not limited to, 60 degrees, 65 degrees, 70 degrees, 75 degrees, 80 degrees, 85 degrees, 90 degrees, 92 degrees, 95 degrees, 100 degrees, 102 degrees, 105 degrees, 110 degrees, 115 degrees, 120 degrees, 125 degrees, 130 degrees, 135 degrees, 140 degrees, 145 degrees, or 150 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the axis of rotation of wind rotor 40 may be perpendicular to the vertical plane; or the vertical plane is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and the axis of rotation of wind rotor 40 is parallel to the horizontal plane. The first intersection point F and an end point of the first side 3221 far away from the air outlet 312 may be the same point.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in a vertical plane orthogonal to the length direction of the air duct 30, a minimum distance H1 between a first side 3221 of the projection of the air outlet duct 322 and the outer contour 41 of the projection of the wind wheel 40 is greater than or equal to 4 mm and less than or equal to 8 mm. In this way, the space occupied by the duct 30 can be reduced while ensuring the flow rate of air flowing through the outlet duct 322 (the air output amount of the outlet duct 322), and the space occupied by the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be reduced.
Optionally, a minimum distance H1 between the first side 3221 of the projection of the air outlet duct 322 and the outer contour 41 of the projection of the wind wheel 40 is greater than or equal to 5 mm and less than or equal to 7 mm. Or, the minimum distance H1 between the first side 3221 of the projection of the air outlet duct 322 and the outer contour 41 of the projection of the wind wheel 40 is greater than or equal to 5.5 mm and less than or equal to 6.5 mm. Or, the minimum distance H1 between the first side 3221 of the projection of the air outlet duct 322 and the outer contour 41 of the projection of the wind wheel 40 is greater than or equal to 5.6 mm and less than or equal to 5.9 mm. In this way, the space occupied by the duct 30 can be reduced while ensuring the flow rate of air flowing through the outlet duct 322 (the air output amount of the outlet duct 322), and the space occupied by the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be reduced.
Alternatively, the minimum distance H1 between the projected first side 3221 of the outlet air duct 322 and the projected outer contour 41 of the wind wheel 40 may be, for example, but not limited to, 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 5.6 mm, 5.7 mm, 5.75 mm, 5.8 mm, 5.9 mm, 6 mm, 6.5 mm, 7 mm, 7.5 mm, or 8 mm.
The minimum distance H1 between the first side 3221 of the projection of the air outlet duct 322 and the outer contour 41 of the projection of the wind wheel 40 is: the minimum distance between any point on the first side 3221 and any point on the outer contour 41.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in a vertical plane orthogonal to the length direction of the air duct 30, a second included angle θ 2 between a central line L3 of the air outlet duct 322 and a central line L4 of the air inlet duct 321 is greater than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 85 degrees. This prevents the air in the air duct 30 from changing its flow direction significantly, so as to reduce the flow resistance of the air, and to enable the air to flow smoothly in the air duct 30, thereby further improving the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Optionally, the second included angle θ 2 is greater than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 80 degrees. Alternatively, the second included angle θ 2 is 40 degrees or more and 75 degrees or less. Alternatively, the second included angle θ 2 is 60 degrees or more and 75 degrees or less. Alternatively, the second included angle θ 2 is 70 degrees or more and 75 degrees or less. This makes the air flow more smoothly in the air duct 30, and can further improve the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Alternatively, the second included angle θ 2 may be, for example, but not limited to, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees, 35 degrees, 40 degrees, 45 degrees, 50 degrees, 55 degrees, 60 degrees, 65 degrees, 70 degrees, 71 degrees, 72 degrees, 73 degrees, 74 degrees, 75 degrees, 76 degrees, 77 degrees, 78 degrees, 79 degrees, 80 degrees, or 85 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in a vertical plane orthogonal to the length direction of the air duct 30, a third included angle θ 3 between the central line L3 of the air outlet duct 322 and the vertical upward direction is greater than or equal to 120 degrees and less than or equal to 155 degrees. The vertical upward direction is shown by arrow D in fig. 1.
Therefore, the air leaving the air outlet duct 322 can flow downwards and forwards, that is, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can discharge cold air (hot air) downwards and forwards, and the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further improved.
Also, the air outlet duct 322 may have an installation space in front of and/or behind it so that components originally installed at a side portion (e.g., a left side portion and/or a right side portion) in a longitudinal direction of the air duct 30 are installed in the installation space. This can effectively reduce the length of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, and further reduce the installation difficulty and the installation space of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1. The left and right directions are as indicated by arrow E in fig. 3, and electric control parts, piping, lines, throttle parts, etc. may be installed in the installation space.
Optionally, the third included angle θ 3 is greater than or equal to 130 degrees and less than or equal to 150 degrees. Alternatively, the third included angle θ 3 is 140 degrees or more and 145 degrees or less. Thus, the flow direction of the cold air (hot air) discharged from the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further optimized, and the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further improved.
Alternatively, the third included angle θ 3 may be, for example, but not limited to, 120 degrees, 125 degrees, 130 degrees, 135 degrees, 140 degrees, 141 degrees, 142 degrees, 143 degrees, 144 degrees, 145 degrees, 150 degrees, or 155 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in a vertical plane orthogonal to the length direction of the air duct 30, a first projected side 3221 of the air outlet duct 322 has a first straight section 3223 adjacent to the air outlet 312, and a second projected side 3222 of the air outlet duct 322 has a second straight section 3224 adjacent to the air outlet 312. A fourth included angle θ 4 between the second straight section 3224 and the central line L3 of the air outlet duct 322 is greater than 0 degree and less than or equal to 30 degrees.
In this way, the space occupied by the outlet air duct 322 can be reduced while ensuring the flow rate of air in the outlet air duct 322 (the air output amount of the outlet air duct 322), and a sufficiently large installation space can be provided in front of and/or behind the outlet air duct 322, so that components originally installed on the side portion (for example, the left side portion and/or the right side portion) in the longitudinal direction of the air duct 30 can be installed in the installation space. This can effectively reduce the length of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, and further reduce the installation difficulty and the installation space of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Optionally, the fourth included angle θ 4 is greater than or equal to 1 degree and less than or equal to 25 degrees. Alternatively, the fourth angle θ 4 is 2 degrees or more and 20 degrees or less. Alternatively, the fourth angle θ 4 is equal to or greater than 3 degrees and equal to or less than 10 degrees. Therefore, the flow rate of air in the air outlet duct 322 can be further improved, the installation space in front and/or rear of the air outlet duct 322 can be increased, the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further improved, the length of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further reduced, and the installation difficulty and the installation space of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further reduced.
Alternatively, fourth included angle θ 4 may be, for example, but not limited to, 1 degree, 2 degrees, 3 degrees, 4 degrees, 5 degrees, 6 degrees, 7 degrees, 8 degrees, 9 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 25 degrees, or 30 degrees.
Optionally, a fifth included angle θ 5 between first straight segment 3223 and second straight segment 3224 is greater than or equal to 5 degrees and less than or equal to 45 degrees. In this way, the space occupied by the outlet air duct 322 can be reduced while ensuring the flow rate of air in the outlet air duct 322 (the air output amount of the outlet air duct 322), and a sufficiently large installation space can be provided in front of and/or behind the outlet air duct 322, so that components originally installed at the side portion (for example, the left side portion and/or the right side portion) in the longitudinal direction of the air duct 30 can be installed in the installation space. This can effectively reduce the length of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, and further reduce the installation difficulty and the installation space of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Optionally, the fifth included angle θ 5 is greater than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 40 degrees. Alternatively, the fifth angle θ 5 is 10 degrees or more and 30 degrees or less. Alternatively, the fifth angle θ 5 is 10 degrees or more and 20 degrees or less.
Alternatively, the fifth angle θ 5 may be, for example, but not limited to, 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 11 degrees, 12 degrees, 13 degrees, 14 degrees, 15 degrees, 16 degrees, 17 degrees, 18 degrees, 19 degrees, 20 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees, 35 degrees, 40 degrees, or 45 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in a vertical plane orthogonal to the length direction of the air duct 30, a first projected side 3221 of the air outlet duct 322 intersects with a first projected side 3211 of the air inlet duct 321 at a first boundary point F, a second projected side 3222 of the air outlet duct 322 intersects with a second projected side 3212 of the air inlet duct 321 at a second boundary point P, and the rotation axis of the wind wheel 40 intersects with the vertical plane at a base point O.
A connection line between the base point O and the first boundary point F is a first connection line L1, a connection line between the base point O and the second boundary point P is a second connection line L6, and a sixth included angle θ 6 between the first connection line L1 and the second connection line L6 is greater than or equal to 120 degrees and less than or equal to 200 degrees. Therefore, the air inlet of the air outlet duct 322 has a larger air inlet angle, so that more air can enter the air outlet duct 322, the flow of the air in the air outlet duct 322 is ensured to be larger, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can have larger air discharge capacity, and the refrigerating and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further improved.
Optionally, the sixth included angle θ 6 is greater than or equal to 130 degrees and less than or equal to 190 degrees. Alternatively, sixth angle θ 6 is 140 degrees or more and 180 degrees or less. Alternatively, the sixth angle θ 6 is equal to or greater than 155 degrees and equal to or less than 175 degrees. Therefore, the flow of the air in the air outlet duct 322 can be further ensured to be larger, and the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can have larger air discharge amount, so as to further improve the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1. Sixth included angle θ 6 may be a suction angle of wind wheel 40.
Alternatively, sixth included angle θ 6 may be, for example, but not limited to, 120 degrees, 125 degrees, 130 degrees, 135 degrees, 140 degrees, 145 degrees, 150 degrees, 152 degrees, 155 degrees, 157 degrees, 160 degrees, 162 degrees, 165 degrees, 167 degrees, 170 degrees, 172 degrees, 175 degrees, 180 degrees, 185 degrees, 190 degrees, 195 degrees, or 200 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, in a vertical plane orthogonal to the length direction of the wind duct 30, the second side 3222 of the projection of the wind outlet duct 322 includes an arc-shaped segment 3226, and the arc-shaped segment 3226 is concentric with the projected outer contour 41 of the wind wheel 40. This makes the structure of the air duct 30 more reasonable.
For example, any point of arcuate segment 3226 is equidistant from the projected outer contour 41 of rotor 40. The distance between any point of the arc segment 3226 and the projected outer contour 41 of the wind wheel 40 is: a minimum value of the distance between any point of arcuate segment 3226 and any point of outer contour 41.
Optionally, the distance H2 between the arc-shaped segment 3226 and the projected outer contour 41 of the wind wheel 40 is greater than or equal to 4 mm and less than or equal to 9 mm. Therefore, the air can enter the air outlet duct 322 more smoothly, so that the flow of the air in the air outlet duct 322 is larger, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can have larger air discharge amount, and the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further improved.
Optionally, a distance H2 between the arc-shaped segment 3226 and the projected outer contour 41 of the wind wheel 40 is greater than or equal to 6 mm and less than or equal to 8 mm. Alternatively, the distance H2 between the arc segment 3226 and the projected outer contour 41 of the wind wheel 40 is greater than or equal to 7.1 mm and less than or equal to 7.9 mm. Therefore, the air can enter the air outlet duct 322 more smoothly, so that the flow of the air in the air outlet duct 322 is larger, and the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can have larger air discharge amount, so as to further improve the cooling and heating effects of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Alternatively, the distance H2 between the volute 327 and the rotor 40 may be, for example, but not limited to, 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm, 6.5 mm, 7 mm, 7.1 mm, 7.2 mm, 7.3 mm, 7.4 mm, 7.5 mm, 7.6 mm, 7.7 mm, 7.8 mm, 7.9 mm, 8 mm, 8.5 mm, or 9 mm.
