Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the utility model and are not to be construed as limiting the utility model.
The housing assembly 10 and the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a housing assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be used in a wall-mounted air conditioner 1, and the housing assembly 10 includes a cabinet 100 and a grill 101. The front surface of the casing 100 is provided with a first intake vent 102, an intake grille 101 is provided at the first intake vent 102, and the intake grille 101 is movably disposed between an open position for opening the first intake vent 102 and a closed position for closing the first intake vent 102.
As shown in fig. 3, the front surface of the casing 100 is a surface of the casing 100 that can be seen by a horizontal rearward line of sight, i.e., the surface of the casing 100 that can be seen by a horizontal rearward line of sight is the front surface of the casing 100. For example, when the eyes of the observer and the casing 100 are located at substantially the same level and the observer is located in front of the casing 100, the surface of the casing 100 that the observer can see is the front surface of the casing 100. For example, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 may be mounted on a wall surface. The direction away from the wall surface along the horizontal direction is forward, and the direction away from the wall surface along the horizontal direction is backward. The front-back direction is shown by arrow a in fig. 3, and the up-down direction is shown by arrow B in fig. 3.
In the housing assembly 10 of the present invention, the first air inlet 102 is disposed on the front side of the housing 100, so that the housing 100 can realize forward air inlet, and is hung on an indoor wall when in use, wherein the top of the housing 100 can be mounted close to the indoor top wall, which does not affect the air inlet efficiency of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, and improves the indoor space utilization.
That is, air in the environment may not necessarily enter the interior of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 from directly above the cabinet 100. Therefore, the distance between the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 and the indoor top wall can be greatly reduced or eliminated, the indoor space utilization rate can be improved, and particularly, the sense of oppression of the indoor space can be effectively reduced or eliminated for the indoor with lower height. The wall-mounted air conditioner 1 of the embodiment of the utility model has very low requirements on the installation space, the installation space only needs to be capable of accommodating the lower wall-mounted air conditioner 1, and an air inlet space does not need to be reserved above the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, so that the application range of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is expanded.
In some alternative embodiments, the portion of the first intake vent 102 located on the front surface of the casing 100 is inclined obliquely upward toward the wall surface (which may be understood as a mounting surface) with respect to the vertical surface. Thus, when the user stands on the floor in the room, the user cannot see the inside of the cabinet 100 (the wall-mounted air conditioner 1) through the first air inlet 102, and the internal structure of the cabinet 100 (the wall-mounted air conditioner 1) is not exposed to the user, which may improve the visual comfort of the user.
In addition, because the air inlet grille 101 is movable between the open position for opening the first air inlet 102 and the closed position for closing the first air inlet 102, the air inlet grille 101 can be moved to the closed position when the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is not in use, so that dust is prevented from entering the interior of the equipment, the later-stage use and maintenance cost is reduced, and the practicability is good.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air intake grill 101 may be movable along a circumferential direction of the casing 100 or a length direction of the casing 100 (e.g., a direction of an arrow C in fig. 4) to open and close the first air intake opening 102. For another example, the air intake grill 101 may rotate in the circumferential direction of the casing 100 to open and close the first air intake opening 102. The air inlet grille 101 may be automatically controlled by a motor or a power source, so as to improve the automation degree of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, or may be manually controlled, so as to reduce the production cost of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air intake grille 101 includes a frame 1011 and a plurality of blades 1012, and one or more blades 1012 may be provided. A rim 1011 is disposed at the first intake vent 102, and one or more vanes 1012 are rotatably coupled to the rim 1011 to switch between an open position and a closed position. It is understood that when there is one vane 1012, the single vane 1012 opens and closes the first intake vent 102 by rotating or translating. When the plurality of vanes 1012 is provided, the plurality of vanes 1012 cooperate together to open and close the first intake vent 102. For example, the plurality of vanes 1012 may be driven by a motor to rotate the vanes 1012 along the length direction thereof to open and close the first intake vent 102. Preferably, the plurality of blades 1012 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the casing 100, so that the manufacturing and processing of the air inlet grille 101 can be facilitated, and the practicability is better.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plurality of vanes 1012 are obliquely disposed when the vanes 1012 are in the open position. For example, the upper end portion of each of the plurality of blades 1012 is located forward of the lower end portion thereof, i.e., the blade 1012 is inclined upward and forward. It can be understood that, since the plurality of blades 1012 are obliquely arranged such that the air flow channel formed between the adjacent blades 1012 is arranged toward the front upper side of the cabinet 100, so that the air at the front side and the upper side of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can enter the first air inlet 102, the air inlet efficiency of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, when the vanes 1012 are in the closed position, the cross section of the air inlet grille 101 is an arc-shaped surface protruding outward, it can be understood that the front panel of the casing 100 is an arc-shaped structure protruding outward, and when the air inlet grille 101 is in the closed position, the vanes 1012 are arranged on the first air inlet 102 along the circumferential direction of the front panel of the arc-shaped casing 100, so that the air inlet amount of the first air inlet 102 can be increased, and the air inlet efficiency of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be further improved.
Alternatively, the cross-section of the air intake grille 101 is an outwardly convex curved or arcuate surface when the vanes 1012 are in the closed position. Therefore, the area of the air inlet grille 101 can be increased, so that more air enters the casing 100 through the first air inlet 102, and the air inlet volume of the first air inlet 102 is increased, so that the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 has a large air inlet volume and high air inlet efficiency. Specifically, the front surface of the bending surface may include a plurality of portions, a plurality of the portions may be arranged in the up-down direction, and a plurality of the portions may be arranged in the length direction of the chassis (e.g., the direction of arrow C in fig. 4). Each of the portions may be planar, and adjacent two of the portions may lie in different planes. Each of the portions may also be curved. Alternatively, some of the portion(s) may be planar and other of the portion(s) may be curved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, when the vanes are in the closed position, the cross section of the air-inlet grille 101 is an arc-shaped surface protruding outwards, that is, the outer edge and the inner edge of the cross section of the air-inlet grille 101 are both curved lines protruding outwards, which can further increase the surface area of the air-inlet grille 101, increase the air intake of the first air inlet 102, and facilitate the manufacturing process.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the air inlet grille 101 is detachably connected to the casing 100, and when the air inlet grille 101 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is damaged, the air inlet grille 101 can be directly replaced, so that the use cost of a user is reduced, and on the other hand, when the air inlet grille 101 is dirty, the air inlet grille 101 can be separately taken down for cleaning, so that the practicability of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the cabinet 100 has a supply air outlet 103, and the supply air outlet 103 is located at a lower portion of the cabinet 100. It can be understood that, since the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is generally installed above the room, the air inlet 103 is disposed at the lower portion of the cabinet 100 so as to disperse the air after heat exchange to the room, thereby improving the heat exchange effect of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
As shown in fig. 3, a wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a wind wheel 300, a heat exchanger 200, and a housing assembly 10, which is the housing assembly 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The wind wheel 300 and the heat exchanger 200 are arranged in the shell, the heat exchanger 200 is arranged between the wind wheel 300 and the first air inlet 102, and the heat exchanger 200 is arranged opposite to the wind wheel 300 and the first air inlet 102 so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 200.
According to the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, the first air inlet 102 is formed in the front face of the casing 100, so that the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can achieve forward air inlet, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be an indoor air conditioner and is hung on an indoor wall when in use, the top of the casing 100 can be installed close to the indoor top wall, the air inlet efficiency of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is not affected, and the indoor space utilization rate is improved.
Moreover, in a scene of top air inlet, the top space is often limited and narrow, so that the air inlet amount is limited due to the narrow top space. In the technical scheme of the application, the first air inlet 102 is arranged on the front side of the casing 100, so that air entering the casing 100 through the first air inlet 102 can directly flow through the heat exchanger, so as to fully exchange heat with the heat exchanger 200, that is, the air intake of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is not limited by a narrow space at the top, air is fed from the front side of the casing 100, the air intake can be effectively increased, the flow rate of the air flowing through the heat exchanger 200 can be remarkably improved, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 200 is greatly improved.
In the present application, the first air inlet 102 is located at the front side of the casing 100, so that it is not necessary to provide the heat exchanger 200 in the substantially inverted V shape below the first air inlet 102, and it is not necessary to provide a water pan having a width greater than or equal to that of the heat exchanger 200 in the substantially inverted V shape at the lower end of the heat exchanger 200 in the substantially inverted V shape, so as to avoid that a part of the heat exchanger 200 does not substantially exchange heat with air due to shielding of the water pan. The first air inlet 102 is located on the front surface of the cabinet 100, so that the water-receiving tray 500 may not block the air flow from flowing to the heat exchanger 200, for example, the water-receiving tray 500 may not pass through the flow path of the air flow flowing to the heat exchanger 200, which may greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 200. Optionally, a drip tray 500 is provided below the heat exchanger 200.
In addition, can remove air inlet grille 101 to the closed position when wall-hanging air conditioner 1 stops to use to avoid the dust to enter into inside the equipment, reduced the use and the maintenance cost in later stage, the practicality is better.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 further includes a filter screen 400, and the filter screen 400 is disposed between the air inlet grille 101 and the heat exchanger 200, and the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to the embodiments of the present invention is configured such that the filter screen 400 can filter air entering the first air inlet 102, so as to reduce the probability of dust and impurities entering the inside of the cabinet 100, and reduce the later use and maintenance cost of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Preferably, the filter screen 400 is detachably coupled to the cabinet 100 to facilitate daily cleaning of the filter screen 400. Specifically, the cross section of the filter screen 400 is also an arc-shaped surface, and the filter screen 400 is consistent with the protruding directions of the heat exchanger 200 and the air inlet grille 101, so that the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is compact in structure and high in cleanliness.
