Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the utility model and are not to be construed as limiting the utility model.
A wall-mounted type air conditioner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 100, a wind wheel 300, and a heat exchanger 200. The front surface of the casing 100 is provided with an air inlet plate 101, the air inlet plate 101 is provided with a first air inlet 102, and the air inlet plate 101 is a curved plate or a bent plate protruding outwards. The wind wheel 300 is disposed in the cabinet 100, and the heat exchanger 200 is disposed in the cabinet 100.
As shown in fig. 5, the front surface of the casing 100 is a surface of the casing 100 that can be seen by a horizontal rearward line of sight, i.e., the surface of the casing 100 that can be seen by a horizontal rearward line of sight is the front surface of the casing 100. For example, when the eyes of the observer and the casing 100 are located at substantially the same level and the observer is located in front of the casing 100, the surface of the casing 100 that the observer can see is the front surface of the casing 100. For example, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 may be mounted on a wall surface. The direction away from the wall surface along the horizontal direction is forward, and the direction away from the wall surface along the horizontal direction is backward. The front-back direction is shown by arrow a in fig. 5, and the up-down direction is shown by arrow B in fig. 5.
The front surface of the casing 100 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is provided with the air inlet plate 101, so that the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can realize forward air inlet, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is hung on an indoor wall when in use, the top of the casing 100 can be installed close to the indoor top wall, the air inlet efficiency of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is not influenced, and the indoor space utilization rate is improved.
That is, air in the environment may not necessarily enter the interior of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 from directly above the cabinet 100. Therefore, the distance between the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 and the indoor top wall can be greatly reduced or eliminated, the indoor space utilization rate can be improved, and particularly, the sense of oppression of the indoor space can be effectively reduced or eliminated for the indoor with lower height. The wall-mounted air conditioner 1 of the embodiment of the utility model has very low requirements on the installation space, the installation space only needs to be capable of accommodating the lower wall-mounted air conditioner 1, an air inlet space does not need to be reserved above the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, and the application range of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be expanded.
In some alternative embodiments, the portion of the first intake vent 102 located on the front surface of the casing 100 is inclined obliquely upward toward the wall surface (which may be understood as a mounting surface) with respect to the vertical surface. Thus, when the user stands on the floor in the room, the user cannot see the inside of the cabinet 100 (the wall-mounted air conditioner 1) through the first air inlet 102, and the internal structure of the cabinet 100 (the wall-mounted air conditioner 1) is not exposed to the user, which may improve the visual comfort of the user.
Moreover, in a scene of top air inlet, the top space is often limited and narrow, so that the air inlet amount is limited due to the narrow top space. In the technical scheme of the application, the air entering the casing 100 from the first air inlet 102 directly flows through the heat exchanger 200, so as to exchange heat with the heat exchanger 200 sufficiently, that is, the air intake of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is not limited by the narrow space at the top, air is taken from the front of the casing 100, the air intake can be effectively increased, the flow of the air flowing through the heat exchanger 200 can be remarkably increased, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 200 can be greatly improved.
In the present application, the first air inlet 102 is located at the front side of the casing 100, so that it is not necessary to provide the heat exchanger 200 in the substantially inverted V shape below the first air inlet 102, and it is not necessary to provide a water pan having a width greater than or equal to that of the heat exchanger 200 in the substantially inverted V shape at the lower end of the heat exchanger 200 in the substantially inverted V shape, so as to avoid that a part of the heat exchanger 200 does not substantially exchange heat with air due to shielding of the water pan. The first air inlet 102 is located on the front surface of the cabinet 100, so that the water-receiving tray 500 may not block the air flow from flowing to the heat exchanger 200, for example, the water-receiving tray 500 may not pass through the flow path of the air flow flowing to the heat exchanger 200, which may greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 200. Optionally, a drip tray 500 is provided below the heat exchanger 200.
In addition, because the air inlet plate 101 is a curved plate or a bent plate protruding outward, the surface area of the air inlet plate 101 can be increased, so that a larger first air inlet 102 can be formed in the air inlet plate 101, and more first air inlets 102 can enter the casing 100, so as to increase the air inlet volume of the first air inlet 102, and thus the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 has a large air inlet volume and high air inlet efficiency.
For example, the air inlet plate 101 is a bent plate protruding outward, and the air inlet plate 101 includes a plurality of portions, which may be arranged along the up-down direction of the cabinet 100, and a plurality of portions may also be arranged along the length direction of the cabinet 100 (e.g., the direction of arrow C in fig. 1). Each of the portions may be planar, and adjacent two of the portions may lie in different planes. Each of the portions may also be curved. Alternatively, some of the portion(s) may be planar and other of the portion(s) may be curved.
For another example, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the air inlet plate 101 is a curved plate protruding outward, it can be understood that at least a portion of the outer side edge of the cross section of the air inlet plate 101 is a curve, and the outer side edge of the cross section of the air inlet plate 101 may be the side edge of the cross section of the air inlet plate 101 away from the inside of the cabinet 100. Optionally, at least a portion of the inner side edge of the cross section of the air inlet plate 101 is also curved, and the inner side edge of the cross section of the air inlet plate 101 may be the side edge of the cross section of the air inlet plate 101 adjacent to the inside of the cabinet 100.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the air inlet plate 101 is an arc-shaped plate, that is, the outer edge and the inner edge of the cross section of the air inlet plate 101 are both outward convex curves, so that the surface area of the air inlet plate 101 can be further increased, the air inlet amount of the first air inlet 102 can be increased, and the processing and manufacturing are convenient.
In some embodiments, the enclosure 100 has a second air intake (not shown) located at the top of the enclosure 100, such as the upper end surface of the enclosure 100 in fig. 5. It can be understood that the upper end of the casing 100 is provided with the second air inlet so that the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can intake air from the top, so as to increase the air intake, and expand the application range of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1, so as to meet the use requirements of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 in different occasions.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the air inlet plate 101 includes an air inlet grille 1011, and the air inlet grille 1011 is disposed at the first air inlet 102, the air inlet grille 1011 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 of the embodiment of the present invention is disposed to reduce the entry of impurities into the interior of the cabinet 100, thereby reducing the failure rate of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 and improving the reliability of the operation of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the intake grill 1011 is movably disposed between an open position that opens the first intake vent 102 and a closed position that closes the first intake vent 102. When the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 stops being used, the air inlet grille 1011 can be moved to the closed position to prevent dust from entering the inside of the equipment, and the later-stage use and maintenance cost is reduced.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air intake grille 1011 may be movable along a circumferential direction of the casing 100 or a length direction of the casing 100 (e.g., a direction of an arrow C in fig. 4) to open and close the first air intake 102. For another example, the air intake grille 1011 may rotate along the circumferential direction of the casing 100 to open and close the first air intake opening 102. The air inlet grille 1011 can be automatically controlled by a motor or a power source, so that the automation degree of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is improved, or the air inlet grille 1011 can be manually controlled, so that the production cost of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air intake grill 1011 includes a rim 10111 and a plurality of blades 10112, and the plurality of blades 10112 are rotatably coupled to the rim 10111 to be switched between an open position and a closed position. For example, the plurality of blades 10112 may be driven by a motor to rotate the blades 10112 in a length direction thereof to open and close the first intake ports 102.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the air intake grille 1011 is in the closed position, the cross section of the air intake grille 1011 is an arc-shaped surface, and the arc-shaped surface is convex outward. It can be understood that the air inlet grille 1011 in the closed position is an arc-shaped structure protruding forward, so that the surface area of the air inlet grille 1011 can be increased, so that more air can enter the casing 100 through the air inlet grille 1011, and the air inlet amount of the first air inlet 102 can be further increased.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the air intake grille 1011 includes a frame 10111 and a plurality of blades 10112, the frame 10111 is disposed at the first air inlet 102, the plurality of blades 10112 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the casing 100, each blade 10112 is disposed obliquely, and an upper end portion of each blade 10112 is located in front of a lower end portion thereof. It will be appreciated that leaf 10112 is fixed relative to frame 10111 and is immovable. The upper end of the vane 10112 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is located in front of the lower end thereof, that is, the vane 10112 is inclined towards the front upper side, so that the air flow passage formed between the adjacent vanes 10112 is disposed towards the front upper side of the casing 100, so that the air on the front side and the upper side of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can enter the first air inlet 102.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the air intake grille 1011 further includes a plurality of connecting ribs 10113, each connecting rib 10113 connects the plurality of blades 10112 in sequence, and the plurality of connecting ribs 10113 are arranged at intervals along the length direction (left and right direction in fig. 3) of the casing 100. It can be understood that the connecting rib 10113 can connect a plurality of blades 10112 in series to improve the connection strength of the air inlet grille 1011 and prolong the service life of the air inlet grille 1011. Alternatively, the connecting rib 10113 may be integrally formed with the blade 10112 to facilitate the manufacturing of the air intake grill 1011 and improve the assembling efficiency.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the air inlet grille 1011 is detachably connected to the housing 100, and after the air inlet grille 1011 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is damaged, the air inlet grille 1011 can be directly replaced, so that the use cost of a user is reduced, and on the other hand, when the air inlet grille 1011 is dirty, the air inlet grille 1011 can be taken down alone for cleaning, so that the practicability of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 further includes a filter screen 400, and the filter screen 400 is disposed between the air intake grill 1011 and the heat exchanger 200. The wall-mounted air conditioner 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided with the filter screen 400, so that the air entering the first air inlet 102 can be filtered, the probability of dust and impurities entering the interior of the casing 100 can be reduced, and the later-stage use and maintenance cost of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 can be reduced.
Preferably, the filter screen 400 is detachably coupled to the cabinet 100 to facilitate daily cleaning of the filter screen 400. Specifically, the cross section of the filter screen 400 is also an arc-shaped surface, and the filter screen 400 is consistent with the protruding directions of the heat exchanger 200 and the air inlet grille 1011, so that the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is compact in structure and high in cleanliness.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the casing 100 has a supply air outlet 103, and the supply air outlet 103 is located at a lower portion of the casing 100. It can be understood that the air entering the casing 100 from the first air inlet 102 is discharged from the air outlet 103 after passing through the heat exchange of the heat exchanger 200 and the guiding of the wind wheel 300, so as to exchange heat with the air. Since the wall-mounted air conditioner 1 is generally installed at the upper portion of the room, the air supply opening 103 is disposed at the lower portion of the cabinet 100 so as to disperse the air after heat exchange to the room, thereby improving the heat exchange effect of the wall-mounted air conditioner 1.
