Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals. Duplicate descriptions are appropriately simplified or omitted. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.
Embodiment 1
The building management device 10 of embodiment 1 will be described with reference to an elevator system 40 including the building management device 10. Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of an elevator system 40.
The elevator system 40 is constituted by the building management apparatus 10, the elevator 20, and devices different from the elevator 20. Hereinafter, the apparatus different from the elevator 20 is simply referred to as the apparatus 30. The device 30 is, for example, an autonomous mobile. An autonomous moving body is a mechanical device that can move autonomously even if a person does not operate the autonomous moving body. For example, the autonomous mobile body is a robot or a personal mobile car (personal mobility). The autonomous mobile body can move in the building by moving itself in cooperation with the elevator.
First, the building management device 10 will be described. The building management device 10 is configured to be able to communicate with the elevator 20 and the equipment 30. The elevator system 40 may be configured to connect a plurality of elevators 20 and a plurality of devices 30 to the building management apparatus 10. Here, an elevator system 40 in which 1 elevator 20 and 1 device 30 are connected to the building management apparatus 10 will be described. The building management device 10 includes a receiving unit 11, a notification request determining unit 12, and a notification instruction outputting unit 13.
The receiving unit 11 is capable of exchanging information with the elevator 20 and the equipment 30 by communication. The receiving unit 11 has a function of receiving identification information from the device 30 and determining whether the identification information is authorized identification information. The identification information is information inherent to the device 30 for identifying the device 30. When receiving the identification information from the device 30, the receiving unit 11 checks with the normal identification information stored in the elevator system 40 to determine whether or not the device 30 is registered. Further, the receiving section 11 transmits the determination result of the identification information to the device 30.
The normal identification information may be provided in any configuration of the elevator system 40 with a storage unit, and the normal identification information may be stored in the storage unit. For example, the building management device 10 may be provided with a storage unit in advance, and the regular identification information may be stored in the storage unit. The storage unit may be an external storage device connected to the elevator system 40, or may be a server that communicates with the building management device 10 via an internet line.
The receiving unit 11 receives a notification request from the elevator 20 and the equipment 30. The notification request refers to a request for the elevator 20 and the device 30 to notify information related to the operation of the elevator 20 at a car, a landing. Hereinafter, information related to the operation of the elevator 20 is simply referred to as operation information.
The operation information is, for example, information indicating that the car in operation is approaching a target floor (for example, 5 floors) and that the car is "5 floors to" in operation. The operation information is, for example, information that notifies "door is about to be opened" when the door of the car is opened or closed. The notification of the operation information is performed by using, for example, a voice from a notification unit such as a speaker provided in the elevator 20 or the equipment 30.
The notification request is transmitted from the elevator 20 and the device 30 to the building management apparatus 10. The elevator 20 and the device 30 make a notification request when a predetermined notification is to be made to the user of the elevator 20 regarding the operation information.
For example, when the car in operation of the elevator 20 approaches the target floor, a notification request is sent to the building management device 10 in order to notify that the car approaches the target floor.
In addition, for example, in the case where the device 30 is an autonomous moving body, before the autonomous moving body gets off the car at the destination floor, a notification request is made to notify that the car gets off. The building management device 10 may receive only the notification request received from the device 30 that determines the device 30 having the authorized identification information.
The notification request determining unit 12 has the following functions: a notification request to be notified is determined among notification requests received from the elevator 20 and the device 30, respectively. The notification request determining unit 12 determines which notification request is to be notified preferentially when receiving the notification request of the elevator 20 and the notification request of the device 30. The notification request determining unit 12 determines a notification request to be prioritized based on a preset condition.
The preset condition is, for example, a priority indicating which notification request is to be prioritized according to a condition including an index such as the content of the notification request, the location of the notification request, the operation mode of the elevator 20, and the type of the equipment 30.
The priority is explained in detail. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the operation mode of the elevator 20 and the priority of the category of the equipment and the like. For example, fig. 2 shows an example in which the priority is determined according to the type of the elevator 20 and the equipment 30 and the operation mode of the elevator 20. As categories of equipment and the like, there are the elevator 20 and the equipment 30. When the operation mode is the control operation, the priority of the elevator 20 is set to 1, and the priority of the equipment 30 is set to 0. In the present invention, the case where the priority is higher as the value is larger is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the priority may be higher as the value is smaller.
Here, the control operation is an operation performed by causing the elevator 20 to perform a specific operation to evade the user during an earthquake or a fire. For example, the control operation in the case of an earthquake is an operation in which a car is moved to a nearest floor and then a door is opened to allow a user to escape. The control operation in the case of fire is an operation in which the car is moved to the evacuation floor and then the door is opened to evacuate the user.
That is, in the case of the control operation, the notification by the elevator 20 is important for the user, and therefore the priority of the elevator 20 is made higher than that of the equipment 30. In addition, this is just an example, and various conditions may be set even in the case of the control operation. Of course, the operation mode is not limited to the regulation operation.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing the operation mode and the priority of the class of the device 30 and the like. As shown in fig. 3, when an autonomous mobile and a device 30 other than the autonomous mobile exist as the type of the device 30 and the operation mode is the autonomous mobile is operating, a condition that the priority of the notification request of the autonomous mobile is 1 and the priority of the notification request of the device 30 other than the autonomous mobile is 0 may be set. The device 30 other than the autonomous moving body is, for example, a guiding robot or the like fixed to the landing. The autonomous moving body occupying operation is an operation mode in the case where the elevator 20 is occupied by and used by the autonomous moving body.
Further, although not shown, in a case where the elevator 20 and the device 30 are present as types of devices or the like and the place of the notification request is a landing of the elevator 20, a condition that the priority of the notification request of the elevator 20 is 1 and the priority of the notification request of the device 30 is 0 may be set. That is, it is also possible to set that the notification request of the elevator 20 is notified at the landing of the elevator 20, instead of notifying the notification request of the device 30.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing priorities of the notification content and the categories of the device 30 and the like. As shown in fig. 4, even when the elevator 20 and the autonomous mobile are present as the types of the devices 30 and the operation mode is the normal operation mode in which the elevator operation is performed normally, the priority of the notification request of the elevator 20 and the autonomous mobile can be set according to the notification content. Here, as an example, the notification request for the arrival notification of the elevator 20 is set to the highest priority. The priority of the notification request is set in the order of notification of the door opening of the elevator 20, notification of the elevator getting off of the autonomous moving body, notification of the elevator taking on of the autonomous moving body, and notification of the door closing of the elevator 20.
For example, when the notification request (priority: 1) of the door closing notification of the elevator 20 is repeated with the notification request (priority: 3) of the getting-off notification of the autonomous mobile, the notification request of the getting-off notification of the autonomous mobile having a higher priority is prioritized.
Next, the notification instruction output unit 13 will be described. The notification instruction output unit 13 outputs a notification instruction for notifying in accordance with the notification request determined by the notification request determination unit 12 to the elevator 20 or the equipment 30. When the elevator 20 or the device 30 receives the notification instruction, the notification is performed according to the notification content of the notification request. The notification is performed by the elevator notification unit 22 provided in the elevator 20 or the equipment notification unit 33 provided in the equipment 30. Accordingly, the elevator notification unit 22 or the equipment notification unit 33 notifies the priority notification content, and thus the notification is not repeated. Therefore, the user can be prevented from missing the notification.
Next, the elevator 20 will be described. The elevator 20 includes an elevator notification requesting unit 21, an elevator notification unit 22, and an operation state managing unit 23. The elevator notification request unit 21 outputs a notification request of the elevator 20 to the building management device 10.
The elevator notification unit 22 notifies the notification content based on the notification instruction received from the notification instruction output unit 13. The elevator notification unit 22 is, for example, a speaker.
The operation state management unit 23 manages the operation state of the elevator 20. The operation state of the elevator 20 includes information such as an operation mode of the elevator 20, a registration status of a car call, a registration status of a hall call, operation information of the car, and presence or absence of user information. The operation state management unit 23 transmits the operation state of the elevator 20 to the building management device 10 according to a request from the building management device 10. When a notification request to be notified is determined, the building management device 10 inquires about the operation state of the elevator 20.
Although not shown, the elevator 20 includes various devices such as a device related to the operation of the elevator 20, a car, an elevator control device, a hoisting machine, ropes, and a counterweight. The elevator control device controls various devices and equipment related to the elevator 20. The elevator notification request unit 21, the elevator notification unit 22, and the operation state management unit 23 may be provided in an elevator control device provided in the elevator 20.
The car is controlled by an elevator control device to move up and down in the hoistway to transport a user of the elevator 20. The elevator control device controls, for example, the lifting operation of the car and the opening and closing operation of the car door. The elevator control device is provided in, for example, a machine room provided in a hoistway.
Next, a device different from the elevator 20 will be described. The device different from the elevator 20 includes an identification information output unit 31, a device notification request unit 32, and a device notification unit 33. The device 30 is, for example, an autonomous moving body that can move in a building in cooperation with the elevator 20 by taking an elevator car. The autonomous moving body includes an autonomous moving body control device that controls the operation of the autonomous moving body. In the case where the device 30 is an autonomous moving body, the identification information output unit 31, the device notification request unit 32, and the device notification unit 33 may be provided in an autonomous moving body control apparatus. The device 30 is not limited to an autonomous mobile body, and may be a mobile terminal such as a smart phone carried by a user.
When the device 30 communicates with the building management apparatus 10, the identification information output unit 31 outputs identification information for identifying the device 30 itself to the building management apparatus 10. The identification information may include information about the type and attribute of the device 30, in addition to the unique number required for independently authenticating the device 30. The device 30 can transmit a notification request to the building management apparatus 10 when it is determined that the identification information is the authorized identification information.
The device notification request unit 32 outputs a notification request of the device 30 to the building management apparatus 10.
The device notification unit 33 notifies the notification content based on the notification instruction received from the notification instruction output unit 13. The device notification unit 33 is, for example, a speaker.
Next, various operations in the elevator system 40 will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 7. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the building management apparatus 10, fig. 6 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator 20, and fig. 7 is a flowchart showing the operation of the device 30.
First, the operation of the building management device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 5. The building management apparatus 10 determines whether or not the identification information is received from the device 30 (ST 101).
When receiving the identification information from the device 30 (yes in ST 101), the building management apparatus 10 determines whether or not the identification information is authorized (ST 102).
The building management device 10 returns to ST101 when no identification information is received (no in ST 101). The building management device 10 checks the identification information stored in the storage unit to determine whether the identification information is authorized information.
Next, the building management device 10 determines whether or not a notification request is received from the elevator 20 and the equipment 30 (ST 103). When the building management device 10 receives the notification request from the elevator 20 and the equipment 30 (yes in ST 103), the notification request determining unit 12 determines the notification request according to the priority set in advance (ST 104).
The building management device 10 returns to ST103 if no notification request is received. When the notification request determining unit 12 determines the priority of the notification request, the notification instruction output unit 13 outputs a notification instruction to the elevator 20 or the equipment 30 according to the priority. Through the above flow, a series of actions of the building management apparatus 10 are completed.
Next, the operation of the elevator 20 will be described with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator 20.
When there is a notification request, the elevator 20 outputs the notification request to the building management device 10 (ST 111).
After that, the elevator 20 determines whether or not a notification instruction is received from the building management device 10 (ST 112). When the elevator 20 receives the notification instruction (yes in ST 112), the elevator notification unit 22 notifies the elevator according to the notification instruction (ST 113).
If the elevator 20 does not receive the notification instruction (no in ST 112), the routine returns to ST111. Through the above flow, a series of actions of the elevator 20 is completed.
Next, the operation of the device 30 will be described with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing the actions of the device 30.
The device 30 outputs the identification information to the building management apparatus 10 (ST 121).
The building management device 10 determines whether or not the identification information is the authorized information, and when determining that the identification information is the authorized information (yes in ST 122), the apparatus 30 outputs a notification request (ST 123). If the identification information is not the normal information (no in ST 122), the process returns to ST122.
After that, the device 30 determines whether or not a notification instruction is received from the building management apparatus 10 (ST 124). When the device 30 receives the notification instruction (yes in ST 124), the device notification unit 33 notifies the device according to the notification instruction (ST 125).
If the device 30 does not receive the notification instruction (no in ST 124), the flow returns to ST123. Through the above flow, a series of actions of the device 30 are completed.
As described above, the building management device 10 according to embodiment 1 can communicate with the elevator 20 and the equipment 30 different from the elevator 20, wherein the building management device 10 includes: a receiving unit 11 that receives a notification request from the elevator 20 or the equipment 30 to notify operation information, which is information on the operation of the elevator 20, by voice in the car of the elevator 20 or at a landing of the elevator 20; a notification request determining unit 12 that determines, based on a preset priority, which of the notification request of the elevator 20 and the notification request of the device 30 received by the receiving unit 11 is to be prioritized; and a notification instruction output unit 13 that outputs a notification instruction to the elevator 20 or the equipment 30 in accordance with the notification request determined by the notification request determination unit 12.
According to this configuration, the building management device 10 can sequentially output notification instructions for notification according to priorities set in advance for a plurality of notification requests, and thus can prevent the notification in the elevator system 40 from being repeated, and can suppress users from missing the notification.
Embodiment 2
The building management device 10 according to embodiment 2 will be described with reference to fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a block diagram of an elevator system 40 including the building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 2. Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing the operation of the building management apparatus 10.
In the following description, a configuration different from embodiment 1 will be mainly described, and the same configuration as embodiment 1 will be appropriately omitted. The building management device 10 according to embodiment 2 is different from the structure according to embodiment 1 in that it includes an permission notification determination unit 14.
The permission notification determination unit 14 determines whether or not to permit the output of the notification request based on the priority of the notification request determined by the notification request determination unit 12. When the notification request is permitted to be output, the permission notification determination unit 14 outputs a permission notification instruction to the elevator 20 or the equipment 30 that has made the notification request via the notification instruction output unit 13. The elevator 20 or the device 30 connected to the notification permission instruction notifies according to the notification permission instruction.
When the notification request is not permitted to be output, the permission determination unit 14 outputs a notification prohibition instruction to the elevator 20 or the equipment 30 that has made the notification request via the notification instruction output unit 13. The elevator 20 or the device 30 that received the notification instruction is not notified.
The notification permission determination unit 14 determines, for example, that notification requests having a predetermined priority or higher are permitted based on the priority of the notification requests, and notification requests having a lower priority than the predetermined priority are not permitted. The permission notification determination unit 14 may permit a predetermined number of notification requests from the notification request having a higher priority, and may not permit the remaining notification requests.
For example, the permission notification determination unit 14 may output a permission notification instruction for some of the plurality of notification requests, and may output a non-permission notification instruction for the rest of the notification requests. Specifically, an allowed notification instruction can be output to two notification requests for 3 notification requests, and a disallowed notification instruction can be output to 1 notification request.
In addition, when the permission notification determination unit 14 permits a plurality of notification requests, the notification is performed in order of priority of the plurality of notification requests from high to low. This can suppress the repetition of notification.
According to this configuration, it is possible to control whether or not the notification request is permitted or not to be permitted to notify the user while suppressing repetition of the notification, and therefore, it is possible to improve convenience for the user.
Next, the operation of the building management device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 9. Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing the operation of the building management apparatus 10.
Since ST201 to ST204 are the same as steps ST101 to ST104 of the operation described in embodiment 1, the description thereof is omitted.
The permission notification judgment unit 14 outputs a permission notification instruction or a non-permission notification instruction through the notification instruction output unit 13 according to the priority of the notification request determined in ST204 (ST 205). The elevator 20 or the device 30 that received the notification permission instruction or the notification non-permission instruction acts according to the instruction. Through the above flow, a series of actions of the building management apparatus 10 are completed.
As described above, the building management device 10 according to embodiment 2 includes the permission notification determination unit 14, and outputs the permission notification instruction or the non-permission notification instruction according to the priority of the notification request.
According to such a configuration, the building management device 10 can control whether to permit or not permit the notification request to notify while suppressing repetition of the notification. That is, the building management device 10 can issue an permission notification instruction for a notification request having a higher priority, and issue an impermissible notification instruction for a notification request having a lower priority, so that the convenience of the user can be improved.
The function of the permission notification determination unit 14 may be provided in the notification instruction output unit 13 in regard to permission or non-permission of the notification request.
In addition, as a modification, the permission notification determination unit 14 may output a command to set the command for which the permission notification was previously output to the command for which the notification is not permitted, in response to the notification request newly determined by the notification request determination unit 12. This is because there are the following cases: for example, when the device 30 notifies the building management apparatus 10 in response to the notification instruction, a new notification request is issued, and it is necessary to set the previous notification instruction that the device 30 is notifying to be not permitted in response to the notification request determined by the notification request determining unit 12.
In this case, when the device 30 receives the non-permission notification instruction, the device notification unit 33 stops the operation of notifying the device according to the permission notification instruction. According to such a configuration, the building management device 10 can timely instruct the notification request. The instruction output by the permission notification determination unit 14 is not limited to this, and an instruction to set the instruction for which the notification is not permitted to be output as a notification permission may be output. In addition, when a new notification request is allowed before the notification request for which notification is allowed is not yet notified, the notification may be performed by replacing the previous notification request with the new notification request.
Embodiment 3
The building management device 10 according to embodiment 3 will be described with reference to fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a block diagram of an elevator system 40 including the building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 3.
In the following description, a configuration different from the other embodiments will be mainly described, and the same configuration as the other embodiments will be appropriately omitted. The building management apparatus 10 of embodiment 3 is different from the structures of embodiments 1 and 2 in that it is connected to a plurality of devices 30. The other structures are the same as those of the other embodiments.
The plurality of devices 30 are autonomous mobile bodies, for example. Here, two autonomous moving bodies are connected to the building management device 10. For example, when both autonomous moving bodies get off the elevator on the same floor, the contents of the notification requests from both autonomous moving bodies may be repeated. As shown in fig. 4, when the priorities are set, since the priorities are the same for the arrival notification of the autonomous moving body, it is impossible to perform such control that one arrival request is notified and the other arrival request is not notified.
Therefore, by setting the criterion for ranking the plurality of devices 30, it is possible to suppress the repetition of the notification content of the plurality of devices 30.
For example, as a criterion regarding the descending order, the following control can be performed: priority is set for an autonomous moving body which gets off the ladder first and an autonomous moving body which gets off the ladder later, and notification requests of the autonomous moving bodies are output according to the order of getting off the ladder.
Fig. 11 is a diagram showing the notification content and the priority of the operation sequence of the autonomous mobile. Fig. 11 is an example in which, for example, when two autonomous moving bodies perform a step-down notification, the step-down order is set to 3.1 as the priority of the preceding autonomous moving body and the step-down order is set to 3 as the priority of the following autonomous moving body. Accordingly, since the descending notification of the autonomous moving body whose descending order is prior is preferentially notified, the content of the notification request is not repeated when a plurality of autonomous moving bodies want to descend on the same floor. The priority setting is not limited to this, and the priority may be set so that the boarding notification is notified according to the boarding order.
As another example, fig. 12 is a diagram showing notification content and priorities of categories of autonomous mobile bodies. Fig. 12 shows priorities of a boarding notification and a disembarking notification in a case where the autonomous moving body is a lead robot and a delivery robot, for example. When two autonomous moving bodies are provided to perform the boarding notification, the priority of the autonomous moving body as the guidance robot is 2.1, and the priority of the autonomous moving body as the delivery robot is 2. When two autonomous moving bodies perform boarding notification, the boarding notification of the guidance robot having a higher priority is preferentially notified, and therefore, when a plurality of autonomous moving bodies want to board on the same floor, the content of the notification request does not repeat. The priority setting is not limited to this, and the priority of the delivery robot may be set higher than the priority of the guidance robot, or may be set appropriately for other types of robots and notification contents.
The operation of the building management device 10 that communicates with each of the two autonomous mobile units is the same as the operation of the communication between the building management device 10 and the autonomous mobile unit according to the other embodiment described above, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
As described above, in the building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 3, the notification request output according to the notification request received from the plurality of devices 30 is determined based on the priority set in advance for the plurality of devices 30, and the notification instruction output unit 13 outputs the notification instruction to the device 30 based on the determined notification request.
With this configuration, the building management device 10 can suppress repetition of notification when the plurality of devices 30 operate.
The elevator system 40 including the building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 3 may include the device management apparatus 34 that collectively manages the plurality of devices 30. Fig. 13 is a block diagram of an elevator system 40 including the device management apparatus 34.
The device management apparatus 34 includes a device management unit 35. The device management apparatus 34 has a function of collectively managing the operations of the plurality of devices 30 by the device management unit 35.
The device management apparatus 34 transmits the identification information received from the plurality of devices 30 and the notification request to the building management apparatus 10. The building management device 10 receives the identification information transmitted from the device management device 34 by the reception unit 11, and determines whether the identification information is the proper identification information. The identification information of the device 30 may be identification information that is judged whether or not the device management apparatus 34 is authorized.
The building management device 10 also determines, in the notification request determining unit 12, which notification request among the notification requests transmitted from the device management device 34 should be notified.
The notification instruction output unit 13 outputs a notification instruction to the device management apparatus 34 in response to the notification request determined by the notification request determination unit 12. The device management apparatus 34 that received the notification instruction transmits the notification instruction to the device 30 that has made the notification request corresponding to the notification instruction, and the device 30 that received the notification instruction notifies the device notification unit 33 according to the notification instruction. With this configuration, illegal access to the building management device 10 from the autonomous moving body can be prevented.
Next, an example of the building management device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 14. Fig. 14 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a processing circuit of the building management device 10 according to embodiment 1. The configuration example of the processing circuit of the building management device 10 is the same as that of embodiment 2 and embodiment 3.
