Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals. Duplicate descriptions are appropriately simplified or omitted. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.
Embodiment mode 1
The building management device 10 according to embodiment 1 will be described with reference to the elevator system 40 including the building management device 10. Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of an elevator system 40.
The elevator system 40 is composed of the building management apparatus 10, the elevator 20, and devices other than the elevator 20. Hereinafter, the equipment other than the elevator 20 is simply referred to as equipment 30. The apparatus 30 is, for example, an autonomous moving body. An autonomous moving body is a mechanical device that can autonomously move even if not operated by a person. For example, the autonomous moving body is a robot or a personal mobility vehicle (personal mobility). The autonomous moving body can travel on and off the elevator by itself in cooperation with the elevator, and can move in the building by the elevator.
First, the building management apparatus 10 will be explained. The building management apparatus 10 is configured to be able to communicate with the elevator 20 and the device 30. The elevator system 40 may be configured to connect a plurality of elevators 20 and a plurality of devices 30 to the building management apparatus 10. Here, the elevator system 40 in which 1 elevator 20 and 1 device 30 are connected to the building management apparatus 10 will be described. The building management device 10 includes a receiving unit 11, a notification request determining unit 12, and a notification command output unit 13.
The receiving unit 11 can exchange information with the elevator 20 and the device 30 by communication. The receiving unit 11 has a function of receiving the identification information from the device 30 and determining whether the identification information is legitimate identification information. The identification information is information unique to the device 30 for identifying the device 30. When receiving the identification information from the device 30, the receiving unit 11 checks the identification information with the authorized identification information stored in the elevator system 40, and determines whether the device 30 is registered. Further, the reception section 11 transmits the determination result of the identification information to the device 30.
In addition, the authorized identification information may be stored in a storage unit provided in any configuration of the elevator system 40. For example, the building management device 10 may include a storage unit in advance, and may store the authorized identification information in the storage unit. The storage unit may be an external storage device connected to the elevator system 40, or may be a server that communicates with the building management device 10 via an internet line.
The receiving unit 11 also receives notification requests from the elevators 20 and the devices 30. The notification request is a request for the elevator 20 and the device 30 to notify information related to the operation of the elevator 20 at the car and the landing. Hereinafter, the information related to the operation of the elevator 20 is simply referred to as operation information.
The travel information is, for example, information indicating that "5 floors are reached" indicating a travel state when the running car approaches a target floor (for example, 5 floors). The operation information is information for notifying the contents of "the door is about to be opened" when the door of the car is opened or closed, for example. The notification of the operation information is performed by voice from a notification unit such as a speaker provided in the elevator 20 or the device 30.
The notification request is transmitted from each of the elevator 20 and the device 30 to the building management apparatus 10. The elevator 20 and the device 30 make a notification request when prescribed notification is to be made to the user of the elevator 20 about the travel information.
For example, when the running car of the elevator 20 approaches the target floor, a notification request is transmitted to the building management device 10 to notify that the car approaches the target floor.
Further, for example, in the case where the device 30 is an autonomous moving body, a notification request is made to notify that the car is getting out of the way before the autonomous moving body gets out of the car at the target floor. The building management apparatus 10 may receive only the notification request received from the device 30 determined to have the proper identification information.
The notification request determination unit 12 has the following functions: the notification request to be notified is determined among the notification requests received from the elevator 20 and the facility 30. When receiving a notification request from elevator 20 and a notification request from device 30, notification request determination unit 12 determines which notification request is to be notified with priority. The notification request determination unit 12 determines a notification request to be prioritized based on a preset condition.
The preset condition is, for example, a priority indicating which notification request is prioritized according to conditions including indicators such as the content of the notification request, the location of the notification request, the operation mode of the elevator 20, and the type of the device 30.
The priority will be explained in detail. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the operation modes of the elevator 20 and the priorities of the types of the devices and the like. For example, fig. 2 shows an example in which the priority is determined according to the types of the elevators 20 and the devices 30 and the operation modes of the elevators 20. As the category of the equipment and the like, there are an elevator 20 and equipment 30. If the operation mode is the controlled operation, the priority of the elevator 20 is set to 1 and the priority of the device 30 is set to 0. In the present invention, the priority is higher as the value is larger, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the priority may be higher as the value is smaller.
Here, the controlled operation is an operation performed by causing the elevator 20 to perform a specific operation to evacuate users in the event of an earthquake or a fire. For example, the controlled operation in the case of an earthquake is an operation in which the car is moved to the nearest floor and the door is opened to evacuate the user. The controlled operation in the case of a fire is an operation in which the car is moved to an evacuation floor and the door is opened to evacuate the user.
That is, in the case of the controlled operation, the notification by the elevator 20 is important for the user, and therefore the priority of the elevator 20 is made higher than the priority of the appliance 30. This is merely an example, and various conditions may be set even in the case of the control operation. Of course, the operation mode is not limited to the controlled operation.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing the operation modes and the priorities of the types of the devices 30 and the like. As shown in fig. 3, even when the autonomous mobile body and the device 30 other than the autonomous mobile body exist as the type of the device 30 and the operation mode is the autonomous mobile body occupancy operation, it is possible to set the condition that the priority of the notification request by the autonomous mobile body is 1 and the priority of the notification request by the device 30 other than the autonomous mobile body is 0. The device 30 other than the autonomous moving body is, for example, a device such as a guidance robot fixed at a landing. The autonomous mobile unit occupancy operation is an operation mode in a case where the elevator 20 is occupied by an autonomous mobile unit and used.
It should be noted that, although not shown, when the elevator 20 and the device 30 are present as types of devices and the place of the notification request is the hall of the elevator 20, it is also possible to set the conditions that the priority of the notification request of the elevator 20 is 1 and the priority of the notification request of the device 30 is 0. That is, it can be set so that the notification request of the elevator 20 is notified at the landing of the elevator 20, and the notification request of the device 30 is not notified.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing the priority of the notification content and the category of the device 30 and the like. As shown in fig. 4, even when the elevator 20 and the autonomous moving body exist as the types of the equipment 30 and the operation mode is a normal operation mode in which the elevator operation is performed in a normal state, the priority of the notification request of the elevator 20 and the autonomous moving body can be set according to the notification content. Here, as an example, the notification request of the arrival notification of the elevator 20 is set to the highest priority. The priority of the notification request is set in the order of the door opening notification of the elevator 20, the descending notification of the autonomous moving body, the boarding notification of the autonomous moving body, and the door closing notification of the elevator 20.
For example, when the notification request (priority: 1) of the door closing notification of the elevator 20 and the notification request (priority: 3) of the alighting notification of the autonomous mobile unit overlap, the notification request of the alighting notification of the autonomous mobile unit having a higher priority is prioritized.
Next, the notification command output unit 13 will be explained. Notification command output unit 13 outputs a notification command for notifying the elevator 20 or the facility 30 in accordance with the notification request determined by notification request determination unit 12. When the elevator 20 or the device 30 receives the notification command, it performs notification according to the notification content of the notification request. The notification is performed by an elevator notification unit 22 provided in the elevator 20 or an equipment notification unit 33 provided in the equipment 30. This causes the elevator notification unit 22 or the facility notification unit 33 to notify the priority notification content, so that the notification is not repeated. Therefore, the user can be prevented from missing the notification.
Next, the elevator 20 will be explained. The elevator 20 includes an elevator notification request unit 21, an elevator notification unit 22, and an operation state management unit 23. The elevator notification request unit 21 outputs a notification request of the elevator 20 to the building management device 10.
The elevator notification unit 22 notifies the notification content in accordance with the notification command received from the notification command output unit 13. The elevator notification unit 22 is, for example, a speaker.
The operation state management unit 23 manages the operation state of the elevator 20. The operation state of the elevator 20 includes information such as an operation mode of the elevator 20, a registration status of car calls, a registration status of hall calls, operation information of the car, and information on the presence or absence of a user. The operating state management unit 23 transmits the operating state of the elevator 20 to the building management device 10 in response to a request from the building management device 10. When determining a notification request to be notified, the building management device 10 inquires about the operation state of the elevator 20.
Although not shown, the elevator 20 also includes various devices such as a device related to the operation of the elevator 20, a car, an elevator control device, a hoisting machine, a rope, and a counterweight. The elevator control device controls various devices and equipment related to the elevator 20. The elevator notification request unit 21, the elevator notification unit 22, and the operation state management unit 23 may be provided in an elevator control device provided in the elevator 20.
The car is controlled by an elevator control device to ascend and descend in the hoistway to transport users of the elevator 20. The elevator control device controls, for example, the operation of raising and lowering the car and the operation of opening and closing the car door. The elevator control device is installed in, for example, a machine room provided in a hoistway.
Next, a description will be given of equipment other than the elevator 20. The equipment other than the elevator 20 includes an identification information output unit 31, an equipment notification request unit 32, and an equipment notification unit 33. The device 30 is, for example, an autonomous moving body that can move in a building while riding on and off a car in cooperation with the elevator 20. The autonomous moving body includes an autonomous moving body control device that controls an operation of the autonomous moving body. When the device 30 is an autonomous moving body, the identification information output unit 31, the device notification request unit 32, and the device notification unit 33 may be provided in the autonomous moving body control apparatus. The device 30 is not limited to an autonomous mobile body, and may be a portable terminal such as a smartphone carried by a user.
When the device 30 communicates with the building management apparatus 10, the identification information output unit 31 outputs identification information for identifying the device 30 itself to the building management apparatus 10. The identification information may include information on the type and attribute of the device 30, in addition to a unique number required for independently authenticating the device 30. The device 30 can transmit a notification request to the building management apparatus 10 when it is determined that the identification information is the authorized identification information.
The device notification requesting unit 32 outputs a notification request of the device 30 to the building management apparatus 10.
The device notification unit 33 notifies the notification content in accordance with the notification instruction received from the notification instruction output unit 13. The device notification unit 33 is, for example, a speaker.
Next, various operations in the elevator system 40 will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 7. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the building management apparatus 10, fig. 6 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator 20, and fig. 7 is a flowchart showing the operation of the device 30.
First, the operation of the building management device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 5. The building management apparatus 10 determines whether or not the identification information is received from the device 30 (ST 101).
When receiving the identification information from the device 30 (y in ST 101), the building management apparatus 10 determines whether or not the identification information is legitimate information (ST 102).
If the identification information is not received, the building management device 10 returns to ST101 (no in ST 101). The building management apparatus 10 checks the identification information stored in the storage unit to determine whether the identification information is legitimate.
Next, the building management apparatus 10 determines whether or not a notification request is received from the elevator 20 and the device 30 (ST 103). When the building management device 10 receives a notification request from the elevator 20 and the equipment 30 (yes in ST 103), the notification request determination unit 12 determines a notification request based on a priority set in advance (ST 104).
If the building management device 10 does not receive the notification request, it returns to ST103. When the notification request determining unit 12 determines the priority of the notification request, the notification command output unit 13 outputs a notification command to the elevator 20 or the device 30 based on the priority. Through the above flow, a series of operations of the building management apparatus 10 is completed.
Next, the operation of the elevator 20 will be described with reference to fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing the operation of the elevator 20.
When the notification request is present, the elevator 20 outputs a notification request to the building management device 10 (ST 111).
After that, the elevator 20 determines whether or not the notification command is received from the building management device 10 (ST 112). When the elevator 20 receives the notification command (y in ST 112), the elevator notification unit 22 performs notification in accordance with the notification command (ST 113).
When the elevator 20 does not receive the notification command (no in ST 112), the process returns to ST111. Through the above flow, a series of operations of the elevator 20 is completed.
Next, the operation of the device 30 will be described with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing the action of the apparatus 30.
The device 30 outputs the identification information to the building management apparatus 10 (ST 121).
The building management apparatus 10 determines whether or not the identification information is authorized information, and when the device 30 determines that the identification information is authorized information (yes in ST 122), it outputs a notification request (ST 123). If the identification information is not legitimate information (no in ST 122), the process returns to ST122.
After that, the device 30 determines whether or not a notification instruction is received from the building management apparatus 10 (ST 124). When the device 30 receives the notification instruction (y in ST 124), the device notification section 33 performs notification in accordance with the notification instruction (ST 125).
If apparatus 30 does not receive the notification instruction (no in ST 124), the process returns to ST123. Through the above flow, a series of actions of the apparatus 30 is completed.
As described above, the building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 1 is capable of communicating with the elevator 20 and the device 30 different from the elevator 20, and the building management apparatus 10 includes: a receiving unit 11 that receives a notification request from the elevator 20 or the device 30 to notify operation information, which is information related to the operation of the elevator 20, by voice in the car of the elevator 20 or at the landing of the elevator 20; a notification request determination unit 12 that determines which notification request takes precedence among the notification request of the elevator 20 received by the reception unit 11 and the notification request of the device 30, based on a priority set in advance; and a notification command output unit 13 that outputs a notification command to the elevator 20 or the device 30 in accordance with the notification request determined by the notification request determination unit 12.
With this configuration, the building management device 10 can sequentially output notification commands for performing notification in accordance with priorities set in advance for a plurality of notification requests, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of duplicate notifications in the elevator system 40 and to suppress the user from missing the notification.
Embodiment mode 2
The building management device 10 according to embodiment 2 will be described with reference to fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a configuration diagram of an elevator system 40 including the building management device 10 according to embodiment 2. Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing the operation of the building management device 10.
In the following description, the configuration different from embodiment 1 will be mainly described, and the same configuration as embodiment 1 will be omitted as appropriate. The building management device 10 according to embodiment 2 is different from that according to embodiment 1 in that it includes a permission notification determination unit 14.
The permission notification determination unit 14 determines whether or not to permit output of the notification request based on the priority of the notification request determined by the notification request determination unit 12. When the output of the notification request is permitted, the permission notification determination unit 14 outputs a permission notification command to the elevator 20 or the device 30 that has made the notification request, via the notification command output unit 13. The elevator 20 or the device 30 which is connected to the permission notification instruction performs notification according to the permission notification instruction.
When the output of the notification request is not permitted, the permission notification determination unit 14 outputs a non-permission notification command to the elevator 20 or the device 30 that has made the notification request, via the notification command output unit 13. The elevator 20 or the device 30 receiving the instruction not allowing notification does not perform notification.
The permission notification determination unit 14 determines, for example, that the notification request having the predetermined priority or higher is permitted and the notification request having the priority lower than the predetermined priority is not permitted, based on the priority of the notification request. Note that the permission notification determination unit 14 may permit a predetermined number of notification requests from the notification request having the highest priority, and not permit the remaining notification requests.
For example, the permission notification determination unit 14 may output a permission notification command for a part of the plurality of notification requests, and may output a non-permission notification command for the remaining notification requests. Specifically, it is possible to output a permission notification command to two notification requests and a non-permission notification command to 1 notification request for 3 notification requests.
When the permission notification determination unit 14 permits the plurality of notification requests, the notification is performed in descending order of priority of the plurality of notification requests. This can suppress the repetition of the notification.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to control whether to permit or not permit the notification request and perform notification while suppressing repetition of notification, and therefore it is possible to improve convenience for the user.
Next, the operation of the building management device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 9. Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing the operation of the building management device 10.
ST201 to ST204 are the same as steps ST101 to ST104 of the operation described in embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
The permission notification determination unit 14 outputs a permission notification command or a non-permission notification command via the notification command output unit 13 in accordance with the priority of the notification request determined in ST204 (ST 205). The elevator 20 or the device 30 which receives the notification permission instruction or the notification non-permission instruction operates according to the instruction. Through the above flow, a series of operations of the building management apparatus 10 is completed.
As described above, the building management device 10 according to embodiment 2 includes the permission notification determination unit 14, and outputs the permission notification command or the non-permission notification command according to the priority of the notification request.
With this configuration, the building management device 10 can control whether to permit or not permit the notification request and notify while suppressing repetition of notification. That is, the building management device 10 can issue the permission notification command for the notification request having the higher priority and issue the non-permission notification command for the notification request having the lower priority, and therefore, the convenience of the user can be improved.
In addition, regarding the permission or non-permission of the notification request, the function of the permission notification determination unit 14 may be provided in the notification command output unit 13.
In addition, as a modification, the permission notification determination unit 14 may output a command for not permitting notification as a command for previously outputting the permission notification in response to the notification request newly determined by the notification request determination unit 12. This is because there are cases where: for example, when the device 30 notifies the building management device 10 in response to the notification command, a new notification request is issued to the building management device 10, and the previous notification command that the device 30 is notifying needs to be disallowed in response to the notification request determined by the notification request determination unit 12.
In this case, when the device 30 receives the non-permission notification command, the device notification unit 33 stops the operation of performing notification in accordance with the permission notification command. With this configuration, the building management apparatus 10 can give a command for the notification request in time. The command output by the permission notification determination unit 14 is not limited to this, and a command for outputting the non-permission notification may be output as a command for permitting the notification. Further, when a new notification request is permitted before a notification request for which notification is permitted has not been notified yet, notification may be performed by replacing the previous notification request with the new notification request.
Embodiment 3
The building management device 10 according to embodiment 3 will be described with reference to fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a configuration diagram of an elevator system 40 including the building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 3.
In the following description, the configuration different from that of the other embodiments will be mainly described, and the description of the configuration similar to that of the other embodiments will be omitted as appropriate. The building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 3 is different from those according to embodiments 1 and 2 in the configuration in which a plurality of devices 30 are connected. The other structures are the same as those of the other embodiments.
The plurality of devices 30 are autonomous moving bodies, for example. Here, the building management apparatus 10 is connected to two autonomous moving bodies. For example, when two autonomous moving bodies are going to the same floor, the contents of the notification requests of the two autonomous moving bodies may overlap. As shown in fig. 4, when the priorities are set, since the priorities are the same for the notification of the alighting from the autonomous mobile unit, it is impossible to perform control such that one request for the alighting is notified and the other request for the alighting is not notified.
Therefore, by setting the criterion for ranking the plurality of devices 30, it is possible to suppress the notification contents of the plurality of devices 30 from overlapping.
For example, as a criterion for determining the descending order, the following control can be performed: priorities are set for autonomous moving bodies that descend first and autonomous moving bodies that descend later, and notification requests for autonomous moving bodies are output in descending order.
Fig. 11 is a diagram showing notification contents and priorities of operation orders of autonomous moving bodies. Fig. 11 is an example in which, for example, when two autonomous moving bodies perform a descending notification, the descending order is set to 3.1 for the preceding autonomous moving body and 3 for the succeeding autonomous moving body. Thus, the descending notification of the autonomous moving body whose descending order is prior is notified with priority, and therefore, when a plurality of autonomous moving bodies intend to descend on the same floor, the contents of the notification request do not overlap. The setting of the priority is not limited to this, and the priority may be set so that the boarding notification is notified according to the boarding order.
As another example, fig. 12 is a diagram showing the notification content and the priority of the type of autonomous moving body. Fig. 12 shows the priority of the boarding notification and the alighting notification when the autonomous moving body is a guide robot or a delivery robot, for example. In the case where two autonomous moving bodies perform the boarding notification, the priority of the autonomous moving body as the guidance robot is 2.1, and the priority of the autonomous moving body as the delivery robot is 2. When two autonomous moving bodies perform the boarding notification, the guidance robot having a higher priority is notified with priority, and therefore, when a plurality of autonomous moving bodies intend to board on the same floor, the contents of the notification request do not overlap. The setting of the priority is not limited to this, and the priority of the delivery robot may be set higher than the priority of the guidance robot, or the priority may be appropriately set for other types of robots and notification contents.
The operation of the building management device 10 that communicates with each of the two autonomous mobile units is the same as the operation of communication between the building management device 10 and the autonomous mobile unit in the other embodiment that has been described above, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
As described above, in the building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 3, the notification requests received from the plurality of devices 30 are determined based on the priorities set in advance for the plurality of devices 30, and the notification instruction output unit 13 outputs the notification instruction to the device 30 based on the determined notification request.
With such a configuration, the building management apparatus 10 can suppress the repetition of the notification when the plurality of devices 30 operate.
The elevator system 40 including the building management apparatus 10 according to embodiment 3 may include an equipment management apparatus 34 that collectively manages a plurality of pieces of equipment 30. Fig. 13 is a configuration diagram of an elevator system 40 including the device management apparatus 34.
The device management apparatus 34 includes a device management unit 35. The device management apparatus 34 has a function of collectively managing operations of the plurality of devices 30 by the device management unit 35.
The device management apparatus 34 transmits the identification information and the notification request received from the plurality of devices 30 to the building management apparatus 10. The building management apparatus 10 receives the identification information transmitted from the device management apparatus 34 by the receiving unit 11, and determines whether the identification information is legitimate. The identification information of the device 30 may be identification information determined by the device management apparatus 34 as to whether the device is authorized.
The building management apparatus 10 determines which notification request among the notification requests transmitted from the device management apparatus 34 should be notified in the notification request determination unit 12.
The notification command output unit 13 outputs a notification command to the device management apparatus 34 in response to the notification request determined by the notification request determination unit 12. The device management apparatus 34 that receives the notification instruction transmits the notification instruction to the device 30 that has made the notification request corresponding to the notification instruction, and the device 30 that receives the notification instruction notifies the device notification unit 33 of the notification instruction. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent unauthorized access to the building management device 10 from the autonomous moving body.
Next, an example of the building management device 10 will be described with reference to fig. 14. Fig. 14 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a processing circuit of the building management device 10 according to embodiment 1. The configuration examples of the processing circuit of the building management device 10 are the same in embodiment 2 and embodiment 3. The same applies to the configuration examples of the processing circuits of the device 30 and the device management apparatus 34.

In the case of a processing circuit having at least 1 processor 50a and at least 1 memory 50b, the functions of the building management device 10 are implemented in software, firmware, or a combination of software and firmware. At least one of the software and the firmware is described as a program. At least one of the software and the firmware is stored in at least 1 memory 50b. The at least one processor 1 a implements the functions of the building management device 10 by reading and executing programs stored in the at least one memory 50b. The at least one processor 50a is also referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a Central Processing Unit, a Processing device, an arithmetic device, a microprocessor, a microcomputer, or a DSP. For example, at least 1 of the memories 50b is a nonvolatile or volatile semiconductor Memory such as a RAM (Random Access Memory), a ROM (Read Only Memory), a flash Memory, an EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), a magnetic Disk, a flexible Disk, an optical Disk, a CD (compact Disk), a mini Disk (mini Disk), a DVD (Digital Versatile Disk), or the like.
In case the processing Circuit is provided with at least one dedicated hardware 51, the processing Circuit is for example realized by a single Circuit, a composite Circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or a combination thereof. For example, each function of the building management device 10 is implemented by a processing circuit. For example, the functions of the building management apparatus 10 are collectively implemented by a processing circuit.
The functions of the building management apparatus 10 may be implemented partially by dedicated hardware 51 and partially by software or firmware.
In this way, the processing circuitry implements the functions of the building management device 10 via hardware 51, software, firmware, or a combination thereof.
While the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the building management device 10 of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in embodiment 1, but only shows a part of the contents of the present invention. The building management device 10 of the present invention may be combined with other known techniques, and may be appropriately combined with other known techniques, or may be omitted or a part of the structure may be modified without departing from the scope of the present invention.
