s3, cutting off the connecting section 13 to enable the bottom plate 10 to be cut into an outer bottom plate 11 and at least one inner bottom plate 12 which are independent of each other.
Referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the bottom plate 10 is formed as a whole before the fin laser cutting tool is assembled, the outer bottom plate 11 is connected with the inner bottom plate 12, and the inner bottom plate 12 is connected with other inner bottom plates 12 through the connecting section 13, so as to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the fin laser cutting tool, and after the outer bottom plate 11 is connected with the inner bottom plate 12, and the inner bottom plate 12 is connected with other inner bottom plates 12 through the bracket 30, the connecting section 13 is cut off, so that the slag of the fin plate is smoothly discharged.
In this embodiment, the fixing manner of the base plate 10 and the bracket 30, and the fixing manner of the base plate 10 and the limiting plugboard are not particularly limited, and may be direct welding or plugging, and as an embodiment, when the bracket 30 and the limiting plugboard are installed, an adaptive installation hole site may be machined in the base plate 10 in advance, and spot welding is performed after installation.
In this embodiment, the fixing manner of the second limiting member 22 is not specifically limited, when the second limiting member 22 is a limiting plate, the mounting position of the limiting plate is determined by measuring the drawing line on the bottom plate 10 according to the width of the fin plate, and after the mounting position is determined, the limiting plate is welded on the bottom plate 10, specifically, a plurality of preformed holes are formed in the limiting plate, the limiting plate is fixed on the bottom plate 10 through spot welding, the welding points are located in the preformed holes, and the fixing manner of spot welding is adopted, so that the operation convenience and reliability are high.
In the present embodiment, the length of the connecting section 13 is not particularly limited, and may be any connecting point as long as it has strength to fix the outer chassis 11 to the inner chassis 12 and the inner chassis 12 to other inner chassis 12. The manner of machining the cutting connection section 13 is not particularly limited, and it may be cutting by machining, for example, cutting using an angle grinder, or cutting using a laser cutting device.
In this embodiment, the limiting plate, the bracket 30 and the limiting plugboard are polished and the burrs are removed, so as to reduce the scratch to the fin plate.

a bracket 30, a first limiting piece 21 and a second limiting piece 22 are arranged on the bottom plate 10, part of the bracket 30 is connected with the outer bottom plate 11, and the rest part is connected with at least one inner bottom plate 12;
the connecting section 13 is cut away so that the bottom plate 10 is cut into one outer bottom plate 11 and at least one inner bottom plate 12, which are independent of each other.
The first limiting piece 21 and the second limiting piece 22 are installed on the bottom plate 10, the first limiting piece 21 is clamped into the grooves of the fin plates, the fin plates are limited to move along the arrangement direction of the grooves, the second limiting piece 22 is matched with the fin plates, the rotation of the fin plates on the bottom plate 10 and the movement along the extending direction of the grooves of the fin plates are limited, the fin plates are accurately positioned, the bottom plate 10 comprises an outer bottom plate 11 and at least one inner bottom plate 12, an avoidance groove suitable for cutting the fin plates is formed between the inner bottom plate 12 and the outer bottom plate 11, slag is discharged from the fin plates, the bottom plate 10 is integrated before the fin laser cutting tool is not assembled, so that the dimensional accuracy of the fin laser cutting tool is guaranteed, after the installing support 30 is connected with the outer bottom plate 11 and the inner bottom plate 12, the connecting section 13 is removed, and the inner bottom plate 12 and the other inner bottom plate 12 are thoroughly cut.

a bottom plate (10) adapted to support the fin plate;

at least one second stopper (22) mounted on the bottom plate (10) and having at least a portion protruding outwardly from an outer surface of the bottom plate (10), the protruding portion of the second stopper (22) being adapted to restrict movement of the fin plate in a groove extending direction thereof;
the first limiting piece (21) is long, and the length extending direction of the second limiting piece (22) is perpendicular to the length extending direction of the first limiting piece (21);
the first limiting piece (21) is a limiting plugboard which is spliced and/or welded on the bottom plate (10), the plate surface of the limiting plugboard is vertically arranged, the part of the limiting plugboard protruding out of the outer surface of the bottom plate (10) is suitable for being inserted into the groove of the fin plate, the limiting plugboard can be inserted into the groove of the fin plate and can limit the fin plate to move along the arrangement direction of the groove, and the plate thickness of the limiting plugboard is smaller than the groove width of the fin plate;
the bottom plate (10) comprises an outer bottom plate (11) and at least one inner bottom plate (12), at least one through hole is formed in the outer bottom plate (11), the inner bottom plate (12) is arranged in the through hole, a avoidance groove suitable for cutting the fin plate is formed between the inner bottom plate (12) and the outer bottom plate (11), when at least two inner bottom plates (12) are arranged in the through hole, the avoidance groove is also formed between two adjacent inner bottom plates (12) positioned in the same through hole, the inner bottom plates (12) are connected with the outer bottom plate (11) through a bracket (30), part of the bracket (30) is connected with the outer bottom plate (11), the rest part of the bracket is connected with at least one inner bottom plate (12), and a slag withdrawal groove is formed in the part of the bracket (30) positioned under the avoidance groove;
the surface which is along the extending direction of a certain section of avoidance groove and is always equal to the distance between the left side and the right side of the section of avoidance groove is the groove width bisector surface of the section of avoidance groove, at least part of avoidance groove is parallel to the limiting inserting plate, the perpendicular distance between the groove width bisector surface of the part of avoidance groove and the thickness bisector surface of the limiting inserting plate is (0.5+z) d, wherein z is a natural number, and d is the pitch of the fin plate.
2. The fin laser cutting tool according to claim 1, wherein the height of the portion of the limiting insert plate protruding from the outer surface of the bottom plate (10) is smaller than the groove depth of the fin plate.

The fin laser cutting tool according to claim 1, wherein two congruent inner bottom plates (12) are provided in the through hole, the inner bottom plates (12) are right triangle in shape, the hypotenuses of the two inner bottom plates (12) are adjacent and parallel, and the right-angle side of one inner bottom plate (12) is aligned and parallel with the corresponding right-angle side of the other inner bottom plate (12).
4. The fin laser cutting tool according to claim 1, wherein the outer bottom plate (11) is provided with positioning holes (111) adapted for positioning of a laser cutting device.
5. The fin laser cutting tooling of any one of claims 1-4, further comprising an auxiliary fixture adapted to compress the fin plate with the base plate (10).
6. A method of making a fin laser cutting tool as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s1, cutting at least one non-closed avoidance groove section into a bottom plate (10), cutting the bottom plate (10) into an outer bottom plate (11) and at least one inner bottom plate (12), wherein a connecting section (13) is arranged between the endpoints of adjacent avoidance groove sections, the connecting section (13) is used for connecting the outer bottom plate (11) and at least one inner bottom plate (12), and the rest of the inner bottom plates (12) are connected with the adjacent inner bottom plates (12) or the outer bottom plates (11) through the connecting section (13);
s2, installing a bracket (30) on the bottom plate (10), wherein part of the bracket (30) is connected with the outer bottom plate (11), and the rest part is connected with at least one inner bottom plate (12);
s3, cutting off the connecting section (13) to enable the bottom plate (10) to be cut into the outer bottom plate (11) and the inner bottom plate (12) which are independent of each other.
