In practical application, when the soil crusher is used, firstly, soil is placed into the box body II 2 and is subjected to preliminary crushing through the crushing wheel 3, then the electromagnetic valve I15 is opened to place the soil into the crushing box 5, at the moment, the electromagnetic valve II 17 is opened to start the air compressor 7, the air compressor 7 crushes the soil through pulse, then the electromagnetic valve III 19 is opened, the forward and reverse motor 26 is started to drive the gear I27, the gear I27 drives the gear II 28 to rotate, the gear II 28 drives the screw rod 29 to rotate, and the screw rod 29 drives the moving block 31 to move, the moving block 31 drives the cleaning brush 18 to move, the cleaning brush 18 pushes soil onto the second guide plate 20, the inner wall of the guide plate starts to be cleaned after the soil is filtered and screened by the filter screen, the third electromagnetic valve 19 and the second electromagnetic valve 17 are closed, the water pump 10 is started to introduce water into the crushing box 5, the inner wall of the crushing box starts to be cleaned through the first plush brush 24 and the second plush brush 25 on the cleaning brush 18, the third electromagnetic valve 19 is opened to discharge the water after the inner wall of the crushing box is cleaned, and then the fan 12 is started to blow hot air in the heating barrel 13 into the crushing box 5 to dry the heating barrel 13 so as to prevent the heating barrel from rusting; the micro motor 46 is started to drive the rotating plate 47, the rotating plate 47 drives the second guide post 44 to reciprocate up and down through the swing rod 45, and the second guide post 44 drives the first guide post 42 to intermittently knock the filter screen 21 through the guide block 41, so that the filter screen 21 is vibrated to prevent blockage.
In conclusion, according to the technical scheme of the invention, soil is conveniently crushed by adding the air compressor, the crushing box is conveniently cleaned by adding the water tank, the water pump and the cleaning brush to prevent soil attached in the crushing box from influencing the next use, the cleaning brush is conveniently automatically cleaned in the crushing box in a reciprocating manner by adding the driving mechanism without manpower to reduce the labor amount, hot air is conveniently conveyed in the crushing box to dry the crushing box by adding the fan heating barrel, the crushing box is prevented from rusting to cause the reduction of the service life, the filter screen is conveniently vibrated up and down to screen the soil by adding the vibrating mechanism, and meanwhile, the efficiency is prevented from being reduced due to the blockage of the filter screen.
