Abstract
The invention discloses a fermentation traditional Chinese medicine preparation for inhibiting bacteria and promoting growth and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fermentation traditional Chinese medicine preparation for inhibiting bacteria and promoting growth is prepared by fermenting a traditional Chinese medicine composition and probiotics; the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises gallnut, pericarpium Granati and oak bowl; the probiotics comprise bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, enterococcus faecium and saccharomyces cerevisiae. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation is rich in tannic acid, has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, astringing, resisting diarrhea and promoting growth, and has the advantages of increased palatability, increased feed intake and increased feed conversion rate after fermentation. The fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation has an inhibiting effect on common intestinal pathogenic bacteria, and can promote the growth of broiler chickens.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock breeding, in particular to a fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation for inhibiting bacteria and promoting growth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, epidemic disease frequency and excessive use of antibiotics in the broiler breeding industry are one of the most serious challenges facing sustainable development of the broiler breeding industry in China. Disabling or reducing feed antibiotics has become an international social consensus. Under the background of comprehensive resistance limiting and resistance forbidding, the tie-off product becomes an urgent need for healthy development of the broiler raising industry. The probiotics and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation have the advantages of nature, safety, no residue, no pollution and the like, so that if the probiotics and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation can be adopted to develop the fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation with antibacterial and growth promoting functions, the preparation has wide market prospect in the broiler chicken breeding industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation for inhibiting bacteria and promoting growth and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the antibacterial growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared from a traditional Chinese medicine composition and probiotics by fermentation;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises gallnut, pericarpium Granati and oak bowl;
the probiotics comprise bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, enterococcus faecium and saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of gallnut, 20-30 parts of pomegranate rind and 10-20 parts of acorn bowl.
The preparation method of the antibacterial growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises the following steps:
(1) Inoculating the bacillus subtilis, the lactobacillus plantarum, the enterococcus faecium and the saccharomyces cerevisiae into a sterilized independent culture medium for culture, and respectively preparing a bacillus subtilis activating solution, a lactobacillus plantarum activating solution, an enterococcus faecium activating solution and a saccharomyces cerevisiae activating solution after heat preservation and activation;
(2) Weighing the components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to parts by weight, respectively crushing, uniformly mixing the components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition to obtain a first mixture, adding water into the first mixture, uniformly mixing to obtain a second mixture, introducing steam into the second mixture for steam heating treatment, and cooling to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine mixture;
(3) Uniformly mixing the traditional Chinese medicine mixture with fermentation auxiliary materials according to the proportion of 1 (0.2-0.3), and respectively inoculating bacillus subtilis activating solution, lactobacillus plantarum activating solution, enterococcus faecium activating solution and saccharomyces cerevisiae activating solution, and fermenting to obtain the antibacterial growth-promoting fermentation traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
Preferably, in the step (3), the fermentation auxiliary material is any one of corn flour, bran or soybean meal.
Preferably, in the step (1), the bacillus subtilis, the lactobacillus plantarum, the enterococcus faecium and the saccharomyces cerevisiae are respectively inoculated into a sterilized independent culture medium according to the inoculation amount of 1-2 percent for culture, and after heat preservation and activation for 2 hours, the bacillus subtilis activating solution, the lactobacillus plantarum activating solution, the enterococcus faecium activating solution and the saccharomyces cerevisiae activating solution are respectively prepared.
Preferably, in step (2), 15-30 parts by weight of water is added to the first mixture.
Preferably, in the step (2), the components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition are respectively weighed according to parts by weight and respectively crushed to 60-80 meshes.
Preferably, in the step (2), parameters of steam heating treatment by introducing steam into the second mixture are as follows: raising the temperature of the materials to 80-85 ℃ and treating for 2h.
Preferably, in the step (3), the parameters of the fermentation treatment are: fermenting at 37deg.C for 3-5 days.
Preferably, in the step (3), the addition amounts of the bacillus subtilis activating solution, the lactobacillus plantarum activating solution, the enterococcus faecium activating solution and the saccharomyces cerevisiae activating solution are respectively (0.1-0.5)%, (0.1-0.5)%, and (0.1-0.5)% of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, 4 probiotics including bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, enterococcus faecium and saccharomyces cerevisiae are selected for fermentation, and the bacillus and the saccharomycetes produce enzymes, so that the precipitation of tannic acid in the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be promoted; lactobacillus plantarum and enterococcus faecium are fermented by using the traditional Chinese medicine mixture and fermentation auxiliary materials to produce antibacterial substances such as lactic acid and the like.
2. The fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation has an inhibiting effect on common intestinal pathogenic bacteria, and particularly has an inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus.
3. The fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation can promote the growth of broiler chickens and improve the feed conversion rate.
