The water extraction method of the antibacterial growth-promoting fermentation traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared by the invention has the best antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus; compared with the water extraction method, the alcohol extraction method has better antibacterial effect on escherichia coli and salmonella.

150 broilers are randomly selected 817 and randomly divided into 5 groups according to the principles of male and female halves, basic ration is fed to a control group, and four test groups (respectively, example 1, example 2, example 3 and example 4) are fed with basic ration plus 1kg/T of the antibacterial growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared by the invention, specifically:

test group (example 2): feeding basic ration plus 1kg/T of the antibacterial growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared in the example 1;
test group (example 3): feeding basic ration plus 1kg/T of the antibacterial growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared in the example 1;
test group (example 4): feeding basic ration plus 1kg/T of the antibacterial growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared in the example 1;
the feeding test stage is 1-35d.
The test results show that none of the four groups of test groups (example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4) died; the average daily gain of the four test groups (example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4) was increased and the feed conversion ratio was decreased compared to the control group. The results show that the antibacterial growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared by the invention can reduce the death rate of broiler chickens and promote the growth of the broiler chickens.

The invention provides a fermentation traditional Chinese medicine preparation for inhibiting bacteria and promoting growth, which is prepared by fermenting 4 probiotics including bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus plantarum, enterococcus faecium and saccharomyces cerevisiae, wherein the bacillus and the saccharomycetes produce enzymes to promote the precipitation of tannins; lactobacillus plantarum and enterococcus faecium are fermented by using the traditional Chinese medicine mixture and fermentation auxiliary materials to produce antibacterial substances such as lactic acid and the like. The fermented Chinese medicinal preparation has inhibiting effect on common intestinal pathogenic bacteria, especially Staphylococcus aureus. The fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation can promote the growth of broiler chickens and improve the feed conversion rate.

the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of gallnut, 20-30 parts of pomegranate rind and 10-20 parts of acorn bowl.
2. The use of a bacteriostatic growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation according to claim 1, characterized in that the preparation method of the bacteriostatic growth-promoting fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises the following steps:
(1) Inoculating the bacillus subtilis, the lactobacillus plantarum, the enterococcus faecium and the saccharomyces cerevisiae into a sterilized independent culture medium for culture, and respectively preparing a bacillus subtilis activating solution, a lactobacillus plantarum activating solution, an enterococcus faecium activating solution and a saccharomyces cerevisiae activating solution after heat preservation and activation;
(2) Weighing the components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to parts by weight, respectively crushing, uniformly mixing the components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition to obtain a first mixture, adding water into the first mixture, uniformly mixing to obtain a second mixture, introducing steam into the second mixture for steam heating treatment, and cooling to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine mixture;
(3) Uniformly mixing the traditional Chinese medicine mixture with fermentation auxiliary materials according to the proportion of 1 (0.2-0.3), and respectively inoculating bacillus subtilis activating solution, lactobacillus plantarum activating solution, enterococcus faecium activating solution and saccharomyces cerevisiae activating solution, and fermenting to obtain the antibacterial growth-promoting fermentation traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
