Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil type low specific gravity emulsion cosmetic ingredient composition and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a water-in-oil type low specific gravity emulsion cosmetic ingredient composition comprising an oil having a low specific gravity and a powder having a low specific gravity, thereby having a fresh feeling of use in which the specific gravity of the cosmetic ingredient is less than 1, and a method for manufacturing the same.
Background
Cosmetic concerns have been limited to the female field, but as the millennium generation and the Z generation have advanced, men have also become greatly concerned with appearance management, and the cosmetic market continues to expand and grow, and cosmetics incorporating various new technologies continue to be introduced.
In addition, although development of cosmetics that can help moisturize, whiten, improve wrinkles, protect against ultraviolet rays, relieve acne, relieve allergy, resist inflammation, or solubilize gums has been a major priority as functional cosmetics that can achieve functions of masking defects of the skin, beautifying the skin, protecting the skin, and providing mental stability, development of cosmetics has been changing greatly since viruses that can threaten humans, such as new coronavirus infection, and further diseases may occur.
Particularly, wearing a mask is essential in future times when dealing with a large-scale virus. Therefore, the makeup cosmetics need not only to have the existing functions, but also to be non-staining, or to have a simple and refreshing feeling of use as a base cosmetic, and to have the original characteristics as a makeup cosmetic, and thus research on the composition of the related cosmetic ingredients has been actively conducted.
When pure water at 4 ℃ is used as a standard substance with a specific gravity of 1, conventional water-in-oil type cosmetic composition generally has various defects because a large amount of powder and a large amount of oil with a high refractive index are added to the composition with emphasis on cosmetic effects, and as a result, the specific gravity of the composition is higher than 1.
For example, a formulation focusing on the covering power shows a thick feeling in use due to a thick skin, and the pores are filled with the product, and the cosmetic is more difficult to make up the face with time, while a formulation focusing on the gloss is sticky due to a large amount of oil having a high refractive index, and the cosmetic is easily stained and durable.
In addition, few studies have been made on low specific gravity cosmetic ingredient compositions for basic cosmetics. Therefore, in the present invention, in order to solve various disadvantages of the cosmetic ingredient composition species having a specific gravity higher than 1, a water-in-oil type cosmetic ingredient composition having a specific gravity lower than 1, which is more refreshing and has a better feeling of use while realizing the function of a base cosmetic product, is manufactured.

Test items | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Example 4 |
Specific gravity of | 0.968 | 0.985 | 0.974 | 0.978 |
< method of measuring specific gravity >
1) A 10ml specific gravity cup was prepared and the weight of the specific gravity cup was measured.
2) The gravity cup is filled with water and bears the weight.
3) The weight of water was determined by subtracting the weight of the specific gravity cup of 1) from the weight of the specific gravity cup of 2) and water.
4) The specific gravity cup of 1) above was filled with each composition and loaded.
5) The weight of the composition was determined by subtracting the weight of the gravity cup of 1) from the weight of the gravity cup of 4) and the composition.
6) The weight of the composition was divided by the weight of water to determine the specific gravity of the composition.
The specific gravity measurement results showed that example 1, in which the content of disiloxane was the highest, had the lowest specific gravity, as shown in [ table 2].
< example 1 and examples 6 to 9>
In order to confirm the optimum content of the low specific gravity oil components in the low specific gravity emulsion cosmetic ingredient composition, the cosmetic ingredient compositions of example 1 and examples 6 to 9 were produced using the compositional components and contents (wt%) shown in the following table 3, and then specific gravities were measured and the measured specific gravities were shown in table 4. The manufacturing method and the specific gravity measuring method used were the same as those of the above-described examples.
[ TABLE 3]
[ TABLE 4]
Test items | Example 1 | Example 6 | Example 7 | Example 8 | Example 9 |
Specific gravity of | 0.968 | 1.043 | 1.021 | 1.009 | 1.002 |
The specific gravity measurement results show that the combined content of example 1 is the optimum content for low specific gravity oil components.
In the present invention, the above-mentioned low-specific gravity oily component contains 27 to 55% by weight, preferably 30 to 53% by weight, more preferably 30 to 51% by weight, relative to the total weight of the cosmetic ingredient composition.
When the content of the low specific gravity oil component is less than 27% by weight, the specific gravity becomes higher than 1, which makes it difficult to produce the low specific gravity emulsion cosmetic ingredient, and when it is higher than 55% by weight, the basic cosmetic effect is lowered due to the high oil component content.
In this case, the low specific gravity oil component to be charged may be one or more selected from the group consisting of disiloxane, dimethylpolysiloxane, isododecane, isohexadecane, octylmethylpolysiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane, methylpolytrimethylsiloxane, and a mixture thereof.
In addition, disiloxane is an optimum low specific gravity oily component of the base cosmetic ingredient composition according to the present invention because it has a fresh feeling of use and a peculiar high volatilization effect, has a better skin adhesion force than other low specific gravity oily components, and relatively reduces the time required for makeup.
< example 1, example 10 to example 12>
In order to confirm the optimum content of the low specific gravity powder component in the low specific gravity emulsion cosmetic ingredient composition, the cosmetic ingredient compositions of example 1 and examples 10 to 12 were produced using the compositional components and contents (wt%) shown in the following table 5, and then specific gravities were measured and shown in table 6. The manufacturing method and the specific gravity measuring method used were the same as those of the above-described examples.
[ TABLE 5]
[ TABLE 6]
Test items | Example 1 | Example 10 | Example 11 | Example 12 |
Specific gravity of | 0.968 | 0.975 | 0.977 | 0.971 |
The specific gravity measurement results showed that example 1, in which the content of polymethylsilsesquioxane was the highest, had the lowest specific gravity, as shown in [ table 6].
In the present invention, the low specific gravity powder component is 0.5 to 3.0% by weight relative to the total weight of the cosmetic ingredient composition. If the low specific gravity powder component content is less than 0.5 wt%, the adhesiveness and the sustainability are reduced, and if it is more than 3.0 wt%, there is a problem in functionality in using cosmetic components.
Here, the low specific gravity powder component may be one or more selected from the group consisting of polymethylsilsesquioxane, silicon dioxide, silica dimethylsilylate, silica silylate and a mixture thereof.
Further, polymethylsilsesquioxane is the most preferable low specific gravity powder component of the base cosmetic ingredient composition according to the present invention because it reduces wrinkles, plugs pores, and the like, and makes the use feel of the cosmetic ingredient softer by its characteristic soft texture.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, various modifications and changes may be made in the present invention without departing from the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the disclosed embodiments are to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. The scope of the invention is shown in the above description or in the claims, and all differences within the same scope will be construed as being within the scope of the invention.
