Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于防治黄地老虎的诱剂组合物及其应用,属于生物防治技术领域。黄地老虎诱剂组合物包括黄地老虎性信息素组分及协同剂,质量比为4:2~3,其中性信息素组分包括顺‑7‑十二碳烯乙酸酯、顺‑9‑十四碳烯乙酸酯和顺‑9‑十六碳烯醛,所述协同剂为β‑石竹烯、苯乙酸甲酯和柠檬醛中的一种或几种。本发明的诱剂组合物可同时诱集雌、雄蛾,能有效降低田间虫口基数,同时本发明的诱芯田间持效期长,成本低,可大面积应用于黄地老虎大量诱杀,虫情监测、干扰交配,对黄地老虎的综合防治具有重要意义。

技术领域
本发明属于生物防治技术领域,具体涉及一种用于防治黄地老虎的诱剂组合物及应用。
背景技术
黄地老虎Agrotis segetum属鳞翅目Lepidoptera,夜蛾科Noctuidae,又称土地蚕、切根虫等,广泛分布于我国各地,尤以新疆、甘肃、内蒙古、青海等地危害较重。黄地老虎是多食性地下害虫,危害棉花、玉米、小麦等100多种作物,3龄以上幼虫为害较重,主要通过取食近地面茎部嫩叶,造成整株作物死亡甚至造成作物绝收。1958年,南疆和田县100%棉花被黄地老虎为害,造成当年棉花绝收。
目前主要通过物理、生物、化学等方法防治黄地老虎,如主要利用糖醋液和黑光灯诱杀黄地老虎成虫;或利用姬蜂、茧蜂、昆虫病原细菌、病毒等防治黄地老虎,但防治效果并不理想。目前仍以化学防治为主,在幼虫盛发期或3龄幼虫以前,通过喷洒溴氰菊酯、辛硫磷、氧化乐果、敌百虫等农药,可快速降低幼虫虫口密度。虽然化学农药在防治害虫上具有一定优势,但同时也带来一些问题,如害虫抗药性、环境污染等。化学信息素是昆虫之间起通讯作用的化学分子,在害虫交配繁殖方面起重要的作用。目前昆虫性信息素已广泛应用于害虫监测、预测预报、大量诱捕、干扰交配等领域。植物-害虫-天敌三者之间是复杂的通讯系统,植物释放的的挥发性物质释放到空气中,可引诱害虫定向飞向植物源。因此,根据昆虫性信息素与植物挥发物结合能靶向引诱害虫的原理,筛选并优化最佳引诱配方,可达到防治黄地老虎的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于防治黄地老虎的诱剂组合物及其应用。
一种用于防治黄地老虎的诱剂组合物,其特征在于,所述诱剂组合物包括黄地老虎性信息素及协同剂,所述黄地老虎性信息素组分为顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯、顺-9-十四碳烯乙酸酯和顺-9-十六碳烯醛;所述协同剂为β-石竹烯、苯乙酸甲酯和柠檬醛中的一种或几种。
可选地,所述黄地老虎性信息素含量为800μg,其中顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯750μg、顺-9-十四碳烯乙酸酯30μg和顺-9-十六碳烯醛20μg;所述协同剂的质量为150~800μg,由以下质量百分含量的组分:β-石竹烯50~80%、苯乙酸甲酯10~20%和柠檬醛10~30%。
优先地,所述黄地老虎性信息素含量为800μg,其中顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯750μg、顺-9-十四碳烯乙酸酯30μg和顺-9-十六碳烯醛20μg;所述协同剂的质量为150~800μg,由以下质量百分含量的组分:β-石竹烯60%、苯乙酸甲酯20%和柠檬醛20%。
最佳地,所述黄地老虎性信息素含量为800μg,其中顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯750μg、顺-9-十四碳烯乙酸酯30μg和顺-9-十六碳烯醛20μg;所述协同剂的质量为400~600μg,由以下质量百分含量的组分:β-石竹烯60%、苯乙酸甲酯20%和柠檬醛20%。
本发明还提供了一种用于防治黄地老虎的诱芯,含有上述的黄地老虎的诱剂组合物。
一种用于防治黄地老虎的诱剂组合物的制备方法,用石蜡油将黄地老虎性信息素和协同剂组分稀释,并配置成不同浓度的溶液,并依次加入到聚乙烯毛细管中,待所有组分加入完毕后,用电熨斗将两端封口,并保存在-20℃冰箱,待用。
本发明的诱剂组合物对黄地老虎具有良好的诱捕效果,与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:1、能同时诱集雌、雄蛾,能有效降低田间虫口基数,并大量降低雌蛾产卵量,进一步减少幼虫危害;2、本发明的诱剂组合物专一性较强,田间诱捕杂虫率小于5%,可准确应用于黄地老虎的预测预报;3、该诱剂组合物原料易得,成本较低,适合大面积防控黄地老虎;4、持效期长,田间持效期大于100天。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1黄地老虎的田间诱捕试验
将含有不同组分的黄地老虎诱剂组合物的诱芯悬挂于船型诱捕器中,并放置在黄地老虎可能或大量发生的区域。为保证试验的引诱效果,将船型诱捕器之间距离设置为20m,诱芯高度设置1.5m,诱捕器随机区组排列。设置后每3天调查诱集到的黄地老虎数量,持续调查15天。
为了进一步筛选有效的诱剂组合物配方,表1给出15个具体的处理,其中黄地老虎性信息素(SP)含量为800μg,其中顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯750μg、顺-9-十四碳烯乙酸酯30μg和顺-9-十六碳烯醛20μg。

由图1结果可知,本发明的黄地老虎诱剂组合物对黄地老虎有理想的诱捕效果。首先,单组分或二元混合物的协同剂(β-石竹烯、苯乙酸甲酯或柠檬醛)几乎不能引诱到黄地老虎,平均诱捕数量与性信息素诱芯相比存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。而β-石竹烯、苯乙酸甲酯和柠檬醛组成的诱芯虽然能少量引诱到黄地老虎,但单一性较差,且平均诱捕数量与单组分或二元混合物无显著性差异。因此,可以得到单组分、双组分或三组分的β-石竹烯、苯乙酸甲酯和柠檬醛对黄地老虎引诱较差。当单组分或二元混合物的协同剂与性信息素组合时,同样不能显著增加对黄地老虎的引诱数量,即平均诱捕数量与性信息素(41.33±5.033头/诱捕器)数量无显著性差异。但三组分的协同剂对性信息素具有较好的增效活性,当协同剂的质量为400~600μg,β-石竹烯为60%、苯乙酸甲酯为20%和柠檬醛为20%时,引诱数量最多。考虑到成本,可选择As-12(顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯750μg、顺-9-十四碳烯乙酸酯30μg、顺-9-十六碳烯醛20μg、β-石竹烯240μg、苯乙酸甲酯80μg和柠檬醛80μg)作为大面积防治或监测黄地老虎的理想配方。
综上所述,本发明诱剂组合物对黄地老虎具有良好的诱捕效果,与现有技术相比,本发明的诱剂组合物专一性较强,可准确应用于黄地老虎的预测预报;能同时诱集雌、雄蛾,能有效降低田间虫口基数,并大量降低雌蛾产卵量,进一步减少幼虫危害;诱芯制备简单,田间操作方便,持效期长;同时该诱剂组合物原料易得,成本较低,适合大面积防控黄地老虎,对于黄地老虎的综合治理具有重要意义。

1.一种用于防治黄地老虎的诱剂组合物,其特征在于,所述诱剂组合物包括黄地老虎性信息素及协同剂,所述性信息素为顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯750μg、顺-9-十四碳烯乙酸酯30μg和顺-9-十六碳烯醛20μg,所述协同剂的质量为400~600μg,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:β-石竹烯60%、苯乙酸甲酯20%和柠檬醛20%。
2.如权利要求1所述的黄地老虎的诱剂组合物在黄地老虎生物防治方面的应用。
