In this embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the service of the user using the first terminal is finished according to the device idle notification information and the object monitoring result to obtain a service indication includes: when the equipment idle notification information is received and at least two adjacent object monitoring results indicate that no user exists in a service handling area, determining that the service handling of the user using the first terminal is finished to obtain a service finishing indication; otherwise, determining that the service of the user using the first terminal is not transacted and obtaining a service continuous execution instruction.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides an information processing method, which is applied to a second server (which may be implemented as a video analysis server), and as shown in fig. 4, the information processing method includes:

The method for acquiring the screenshot image of the real-time video of the service handling area corresponding to the first terminal according to the preset time interval comprises the following steps: acquiring a real-time video of a service handling area corresponding to the first terminal according to a preset time interval, and executing a screenshot operation to obtain a screenshot image; or, acquiring a real-time video of a service handling area corresponding to the first terminal in real time; and executing screenshot operation aiming at the real-time video according to a preset time interval to obtain a screenshot image.
The real-time video may be a real-time video collected by calling an existing website camera (specifically, a camera disposed above the service handling area). The real-time video acquisition may be actively reported by the camera or sent according to an acquisition request of the second server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, obtaining an object monitoring result according to each acquired screenshot image includes: acquiring an image proportion value of a user image with the largest image proportion in the screenshot images; determining that an object monitoring result is that a user exists in the service handling area under the condition that the image ratio is greater than a first threshold value; and under the condition that the image ratio is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, determining that the object monitoring result indicates that no user exists in the business handling area.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sending to the first server may be performed only when the object monitoring result indicates that no user exists in the service handling area, but not limited thereto.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal may send the target identity information to the second server, and then the second server obtains an object monitoring result according to the target identity information and each acquired screenshot image; if a user exists in a business handling area and the identity information of the user is matched with the target identity information, determining that the target user exists in the business handling area; otherwise, determining that the target user does not exist in the service handling area.
The information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is further described below with reference to multiple sides, such as a first terminal, a second terminal, a first server, a second server, and the like, where the first terminal takes a self-service teller machine (which may be implemented as a bank self-service teller machine) as an example, the second terminal takes a queuing machine as an example, the first server takes a background server as an example, and the second server takes a video analysis server as an example.
In view of the above technical problems, as the number of self-service devices introduced into a network site increases, more and more related services can be handled in the self-service devices, and a service blocking phenomenon gradually occurs in the service handling in the self-service devices. The embodiment of the invention provides an information processing method, which can be specifically realized as a scheme for intelligently queuing, calling and selling numbers of self-service tellers based on face recognition and human body detection technologies, and realizes the aim of 'consistent number and witness' in the whole process of service handling of the self-service tellers by integrating face data (corresponding to the appearance information) and the certificate information in the service handling process of the self-service tellers in a website, thereby helping to improve the pneumatic control level.

The queuing and number calling system related to the scheme relates to the following three parts:
1. queuing system software: communicating with a background management platform;
2. queuing and number taking host: a camera with a face recognition function (namely, a face detection camera) is embedded, and the camera is provided with a touch display screen and a loudspeaker so as to guide a user to carry out ticket (number) taking operation;
3. and a queuing state display large screen and a number calling device which are arranged in the waiting area.
The number sale system that this scheme relates to following three part:
1. ATM (bank ATM for example): a camera with a face recognition function is embedded (can be used for secondary verification); the system comprises self-service terminal equipment in bank outlets such as an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), a CRS (CRS), a remote Video Teller Machine (VTM), a Smart Teller Machine (STM), a self-service payment machine, a passbook check-in machine and the like.
2. Monitoring cameras (available for marketing numbers) in banking outlets: the existing camera in the network can be used for collecting monitoring video stream in the area in front of the self-service teller machine and pushing the monitoring video stream to the video analysis server in real time.
3. The video analysis server: providing video streaming service, human body detection service, human body identification service and message reporting service; the video stream is pulled from the monitoring camera, the human body detection service can be used for detecting human body information at a specified position in the video stream, the human body identification service can be used for comparing and judging whether the detected human body is a person handling business before, and the message reporting service is used for carrying out information interaction with a system background server.
The queuing and calling system, the self-service teller machine and the number selling system are all communicated with a system background server, and signal transmission and exchange are carried out through a private network in a bank outlet.
The scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is specifically shown in fig. 5, and comprises the following steps:
(1) The user enters a camera identification area, whether a face is detected or not is determined, if not, the user is prompted to prepare for detection, and whether the face is detected or not is determined again; if so, entering operation (2);
specifically, the queuing machine may perform face detection:
the queuing machine is provided with a face recognition module, and when a user enters a website and stands in an effective recognition area (namely a camera recognition area) of the face recognition module of the queuing machine, a face detection camera acquires information of the face of the user.
The specific operations can include: the face detection camera intercepts the front face image of the user, inputs the RetinaFace face detection deep learning model, and realizes face positioning and face high-level image feature extraction in the image. Secondly, traversing and matching the existing facial feature information in the face database (corresponding to the identity database), calculating the similarity of feature vectors by using Euclidean distance, and taking the face information with the highest similarity as a matching retrieval result. Meanwhile, the final matching success needs to satisfy that the similarity is greater than or equal to 0.9 (the complete similarity is 1.0, and the complete dissimilarity is 0).
In order to enhance the detection robustness, the system can be adapted to various special conditions, for example, when a face detection camera intercepts a face image of a user, the user does not prepare for detection and does not intercept the front face or wear a mask, a hat and other shielding objects. If the face is not successfully detected, the system reminds the user that the corresponding face information is not matched, and the user is ready to try again and repeats the matching detection operation. A total of three trial opportunities may be provided to the user.
(2) Determining whether the user identity is recognized, if so, entering operation (3), otherwise, prompting the user to use an identity card to take a number, and storing the face data of the user in a storage, and then entering operation (3);
specifically, the queuing machine may perform user identity information confirmation; if the face is successfully detected, the acquired face data is compared with a background face database (corresponding to the identity database), so that the user identity information verification operation is realized. The data of the face database can be acquired through facial features reserved when the user transacts business, such as facial photos reserved by opening snap links.
If the comparison between the face of the service transactor (namely the acquired face data) and the background stored face data (corresponding to the data in the identity database) in the operation (2) is unsuccessful, the queuing machine (namely the queuing machine) prompts the user to use the identity document for identity recognition and prompts on a screen, and when the user does not transact the service, part of the service can only be transacted by selecting a counter but not by the self-service teller machine. Meanwhile, the queuing and calling system brings the collected face data of the user into a user information database (corresponding to the identity database), registers and binds with the user information read from the identity document (corresponding to the corresponding storage of the document information and the appearance information).
(3) (queuing machine) receiving a user queuing request;
the method comprises the steps that a user queuing request is received, a queuing machine screen displays service handling types (corresponding to service type information) according to actual service requirements, a user can determine services needing to be handled (namely, a target service type is determined) by clicking the screen, in addition, the queuing machine screen displays channels and number waiting conditions (namely, relevant information of the candidate handling modes) capable of completing the services, the user selects a handling channel (namely, the target handling mode information is determined) by himself, and the channel comprises a manual counter channel or a self-service teller machine channel.
(4) Generating a queuing ticket number by a queuing machine, and adding the queuing ticket number into a queue;
specifically, according to the determined service transaction channel, the queuing machine generates a queuing ticket number of the corresponding channel (corresponding to the target transaction mode information, the queuing number of the user is determined), binds the ticket number, the certificate information (corresponding to the certificate information) confirmed by the user and the user facial feature data (corresponding to the appearance information) collected by the camera of the queuing machine one by one, achieves the goal of 'identity certificate (ID certificate) identity (holder, face information) consistency', and then adds the ticket number, the certificate information and the user facial feature data into a queuing queue. The ticket number bound with the user identity information (including face information and identity cards) is synchronously transmitted to a service transaction channel by a queuing and number taking background system (specifically, the ticket number is synchronously transmitted to the service transaction channel after receiving a number calling request, for example, the ticket number is transmitted to a corresponding self-service machine, and the subsequent self-service machine can determine that several numbers are currently transacting the service according to the ticket number and execute number selling operation according to the number). The traditional queuing machine is difficult to prevent the same person from getting a plurality of queuing numbers, which causes resource waste; the queuing machine ensures that each ticket number is 'real name authentication', and can effectively prevent the ticket number from getting disordered and standardize the queuing and calling order after the self-service teller machine is added into the queuing and calling system.
(5) The method comprises the steps that (a queuing machine) a number calling request is obtained, and the number is called in sequence (specifically, the number calling request is sent out after a self-service machine successfully sells the number), and the number for calling is determined by the queuing machine;
and the queuing machine calls numbers in sequence according to the number calling request after traversing the artificial channel and the self-service teller machine channel. The service processing channels comprise a manual counter channel and a self-service teller machine channel, and the user performs service processing in a designated channel after being called to fetch the ticket. When the ticket number of the manual counter taken by the user is called, the user goes to the counter, and the staff verifies the identity and the ticket number and then handles related services; and if the ticket number taken from the help counter by the user is called, the user goes to the corresponding self-service teller machine for handling. The scheme mainly aims to bring the service of the self-service teller machine into a service object of a queuing machine, and realizes automatic queuing management and order guarantee as same as the counter service.
(6) The client enters a camera identification area (namely the business handling area) and determines whether the number witness information is consistent, if so, the client enters an operation (7), and if not, voice or text prompt (corresponding to the execution of the corresponding prompt operation) is performed;
specifically, number-licensee information verification (identity information includes appearance information and certificate information for example) performed by the self-service teller machine:
after the ticket number taken by the user is called, the user goes to a corresponding service handling channel; the following describes intelligent queuing and number-calling (i.e. business transaction flow under the channel of the self-service teller machine) for the business transaction of the self-service teller machine.
The self-service teller machine is also provided with a camera with a face recognition module. When a user enters the identification range of the self-service teller machine (namely the business handling area), the self-service teller machine acquires information of the user, and the technical scheme of facial information positioning and feature extraction can be the same as that of first-time verification. The difference is that the secondary verification does not need to carry out circular traversal matching in a database, and the similarity calculation is directly carried out on the facial feature information bound with the number (namely the ticket number). If the similarity is more than or equal to 0.9, judging whether the user is the current called ticket number actual number-taking user. If the certificate information of the user is successfully matched with the certificate information of the user corresponding to the called ticket number, allowing the user to conduct the next business transaction; and if the matching fails, carrying out voice or text prompt and forbidding the next operation. The operation is to prevent the false number (namely, prevent counterfeit ticket number), and the corresponding user only carries out the next operation when the user handling the service is confirmed to take the number, so as to ensure the occurrence of the queue-inserting situation in the channel of the self-service teller machine without supervision. For example, when the number is repeatedly taken, the system automatically triggers the queuing prompting short message to be sent again, and prompts the user to check the taken effective number and the queuing condition. According to the scheme, a credit database and a blacklist can be established, the phenomenon that yellow cattle borrows the machine and reverses the number is effectively avoided, queuing disorderly phenomena such as random queue insertion of users when the self-service teller machine is used are prevented, and the service handling efficiency and the website experience of the self-service teller machine are improved.
Regarding "establishing a credit database and a blacklist," borrowing a machine "by a cattle" and reversing a number "are effectively avoided, which specifically includes: the self-service teller machine checks the number witness information according to the credit database and the blacklist; or the queuing machine determines whether to receive the client queuing request according to the credit database and the blacklist.
In the scheme, the counter business can be executed according to the existing mode, and the processing mode of a self-service teller machine channel in the scheme can be referred to, so that the counter business handling and number selling process is not repeated.
(7) (self-service teller machine execution) business handling;
and if and only if the information of the number witnesses is consistent, namely the transacted user is judged to be the user corresponding to the ticket number, performing the corresponding service transaction next step.
(8) Determining whether the service handling is finished, if so, entering operation (9), and if not, returning to operation (7);
the method comprises the steps that (self-service teller machine executes) a service handling process is judged and sent to a background server;
further, the video analysis server determines whether the user is still in the service handling area by collecting user behaviors of using the self-service teller machine, and sends a determination result to the background server, and the background server self-judges whether the user service is finished (ended) according to certain conditions (a service handling process sent by the self-service teller machine and the determination result sent by the video analysis server) and feeds back the service to the self-service teller machine. And if and only if the self-service teller machine confirms that the service transaction is completed, executing the next step of number cancellation.
(9) Intelligent number selling (executed by the self-service teller machine) and sending a next number calling request; a return operation (5);
and if the service transaction channel is judged to complete the service transaction of the user, the service is cancelled, and a next number calling request is sent to the queuing machine.
The background server summarizes the business process progress of the self-service teller machine and human body detection (namely the analysis result of the video analysis server) to comprehensively judge whether the number is required to be sold.
The smart pin function (operation (9)) in this embodiment is described in detail below (as shown in fig. 6):
when the number is sold, the scheme needs to be capable of simultaneously collecting the user behaviors of using the self-service teller machine and self-service judging whether the user services are handled and completed according to certain conditions: if the user service is completed, the number selling operation is automatically carried out, and then a number calling application (namely a number calling request is sent) is initiated to the queuing machine. Specifically, in order to collect user behaviors, the user behavior collection method can be started from two aspects, one is the service flow progress of the self-service teller machine, the other one is the human body recognition according to a network camera, and user information for operating the self-service teller machine is obtained through a monitoring video. The information collected in the two aspects is collected, and a background system (which can correspond to a background server) comprehensively judges whether the user service is handled completely.
On one hand, after the self-service device (i.e. the self-service teller machine) finishes the service handling process, and after the user does not have any touch screen operation (corresponding to the operation instruction not obtained within the preset time length) within the preset time period after the card is withdrawn or folded, the self-service device considers that the self-service device is in an idle state, determines the type of the service which can be handled currently, and then reports the idle state (corresponding to the sending of the device idle notification information to the first server) to the background system.
On the other hand, the monitoring camera above the self-service teller machine is used for human body detection and identification so as to realize automatic sales. The method comprises the following specific steps: the video analysis server pulls (real-time) video from the website surveillance camera and performs the screenshot operation at intervals of 500 milliseconds (one specific implementation of the preset time interval described above). According to the scheme, the image can be input into a YOLO target detection deep learning model, and high-level feature extraction, detection and positioning of the human body image in the image are achieved. The video analysis server reports the target detection result (whether a target user exists or not) to a system background server every 500 milliseconds (the background server can also actively acquire the target detection result, such as the self-service teller machine and/or the video analysis server does not report the target user for a long time). And the system background server comprehensively judges the progress condition of the business process of the self-service teller machine and feeds back the progress condition to the self-service teller machine. The reporting of the target detection result may be performed when the original administrative service user is not in the monitored area. A system business process may be specifically as shown in fig. 6:
the video analysis server actively carries out video stream pulling, human body detection and human body identification, then judges whether an original service handling user is in a monitoring area, if not, reports the message (namely feeds back the message to the background server), and if so, returns to the operation of human body detection; and/or, in the embodiment of the present invention, the background server may also send a video analysis data query request to the video analysis server, and then the video analysis server performs video analysis data feedback;
reporting the progress of the business process about the self-service teller machine; and/or the background server sends a business process progress inquiry request to the self-service teller machine, and then the self-service teller machine feeds back the business process progress;
then, the (system) background server comprehensively judges whether to cancel the number (namely, whether the service is finished) based on the two types of received information.
Further, in order to combine different practical application scenarios, the scheme is as follows: firstly, considering that the pedestrian flow of the network is dense, the monitoring camera can identify pedestrians passing through the far distance when detecting that the user in the business is away; this will cause errors in the automatic number distribution system and will not accurately identify whether the user in the transaction has left the self-service teller machine. Therefore, the judgment is needed to be carried out on a target object window returned by the human body detection model, and the target object window corresponds to the image of the target user and is a specific implementation of the user image with the largest image ratio. In the present solution, a threshold (i.e. the first threshold) may be set to 0.5, and only when the ratio of the detection window (i.e. the target object window) to the full map (i.e. the image ratio) is greater than the threshold, the detection window is determined as a user object (i.e. a target user) in business. Therefore, the discrimination error of the system caused by the pedestrian detected in the far distance can be effectively reduced.
Further, considering that a user in a business may be physically out of the detection range for some reason for a short time, in order to avoid such a situation to erroneously perform the automatic pin, the human body detection time interval is set to be 500 milliseconds, which is long. Meanwhile, the system background server needs to continuously receive signals that a human body (namely, a target user) is not monitored at least twice, and then the user object can be judged to leave.
According to the scheme, the number calling system is expanded to the self-service teller machine, a user needs to select corresponding service in the queuing machine and get the queuing number when handling the self-service, and the user needs to handle the service to the appointed self-service teller machine according to the system number calling. And after the service is handled, the self-service teller machine intelligently pins and sends a request for calling the number. The scheme optimizes the service scheduling of the network points, greatly improves the condition of disordered queuing when a user uses the self-service teller machine, and effectively improves the use efficiency of the teller machine.
The embodiment of the invention provides a self-service teller machine intelligent queuing and number-calling system based on face recognition and human body detection, which relates to the following steps:
(1) Through a queuing and number calling system based on face recognition, identity verification is carried out on a service transactor in a queuing and number taking link, and the queuing number, user face data and certificate information are bound one by one;
(2) Acquiring face data of a service transactor through a camera embedded in the self-service teller machine, and comparing the face data with the face data of the queuing and number-taking system to realize secondary identity verification in a service transaction link;
(3) Through a sales number system based on human body detection, comprehensive judgment can be carried out by combining the service flow of the self-service teller machine and video monitoring data after service handling is finished, and automatic sales is realized.

The implementation embodiments of the information processing method on the first terminal side or the second terminal side are all applied to the embodiment of the terminal, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a server, which comprises a memory, a processor and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor; the processor implements the information processing method on the first server side when executing the program; alternatively, the processor implements the information processing method on the second server side when executing the program.
The implementation embodiments of the information processing method of the first server side or the second server side are all applicable to the embodiment of the server, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, where the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the information processing method on the first terminal side; or, the program realizes the steps in the information processing method on the second terminal side when executed by a processor; or, the program realizes, when executed by a processor, the steps in the information processing method on the first server side; alternatively, the program realizes the steps in the information processing method on the second server side when executed by the processor.
The implementation embodiments of the information processing method on the first terminal side, the second terminal side, the first server side or the second server side are all applicable to the embodiment of the readable storage medium, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
It should be noted that many of the functional units described in this specification have been referred to as modules, in order to more particularly emphasize their implementation independence.
In embodiments of the present invention, modules may be implemented in software for execution by various types of processors. An identified module of executable code may, for instance, comprise one or more physical or logical blocks of computer instructions which may, for instance, be constructed as an object, procedure, or function. Claims (22)

1. An information processing method applied to a first terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a number calling request to a second terminal under the condition that a first condition is met;
wherein the first terminal comprises a self-service terminal;
the satisfying the first condition includes: and the first terminal completes the number canceling operation or receives the number calling instruction.
2. The information processing method of claim 1, further comprising, after sending the number calling request to the second terminal:
acquiring identity information of a user in a service handling area by using a camera corresponding to the first terminal;
comparing whether the identity information is matched with target identity information corresponding to the number calling request or not;
under the condition that the identity information is matched with the target identity information, service processing operation is started;
under the condition that the identity information is not matched with the target identity information, forbidding to execute service processing operation and executing corresponding prompt operation;
wherein the identity information comprises at least one of appearance information and certificate information;
the target identity information includes at least one of target appearance information and target certificate information.
3. The information processing method according to claim 2, further comprising, before comparing whether the identity information matches the target identity information:
and receiving target identity information and a target queuing number which correspond to the number calling request and are sent by the second terminal.
4. The information processing method of claim 3, further comprising, after initiating the service processing operation:
receiving a service end indication aiming at the identity information sent by a first server;
and determining that the service handling corresponding to the identity information is finished according to the service finishing indication, and executing the number cancellation operation aiming at the target queuing number.
5. The information processing method according to claim 4, further comprising, before receiving the end-of-service indication for the identity information sent by the first server, the following:
sending equipment idle notification information to the first server when a service process corresponding to the service processing operation is finished and an operation instruction is not obtained within a preset time length;
the preset time length refers to the preset time length after the first operation is executed.
6. An information processing method applied to a second terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a number calling request sent by a first terminal;
executing a number calling operation according to the number calling request;
wherein the first terminal comprises a self-service terminal.
7. The information processing method according to claim 6, further comprising, after receiving the number calling request sent by the first terminal:
and sending the target identity information and the target queuing number corresponding to the number calling request to the first terminal.
8. The information processing method according to claim 7, wherein before sending the target identity information and the target queuing number corresponding to the number calling request to the first terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring appearance information of users in a queuing identification area;
determining the identity information of the user according to the appearance information;
receiving a queuing request of the user;
determining the queuing number of the user according to the queuing request;
associating the identity information with a queuing number, and adding the identity information to a queuing information set;
the sending the target identity information and the target queuing number corresponding to the number calling request to the first terminal comprises:
and selecting target identity information and a target queuing number from the queuing information set according to the number calling request, and sending the target identity information and the target queuing number to the first terminal.
9. The information processing method according to claim 8, wherein the determining identity information of the user based on the shape information includes:
under the condition that the shape information is matched with first shape information in an identity database, determining the identity information of the user according to the first shape information;
and under the condition that the shape information is not matched with all the shape information in the identity database, prompting the user to provide an identity document, obtaining the document information of the user according to the identity document provided by the user, correspondingly storing the document information and the shape information, and taking the document information and/or the shape information as the identity information of the user.
10. The information processing method according to claim 8, wherein said determining a queuing number of the user based on the queuing request comprises:
displaying service type information and corresponding type options according to the queuing request;
determining a target service type according to a second operation aiming at the type option;
displaying relevant information and mode options of candidate handling modes according to the target service type;
determining target handling mode information according to a third operation aiming at the mode option;
determining the queuing number of the user according to the target handling mode information;
wherein the information related to the candidate transaction modes comprises: at least one of mode type information and equal sign information.
11. An information processing method applied to a first server is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving equipment idle notification information sent by a first terminal and at least two object monitoring results sent by a second server;
determining whether the service of the user using the first terminal is finished or not according to the equipment idle notification information and the object monitoring result to obtain a service indication;
sending the service indication to the first terminal;
the service indication comprises a service ending indication or a service continuing execution indication.
12. The information processing method according to claim 11, wherein the determining whether the service of the user using the first terminal is finished according to the device idle notification information and the object monitoring result, and obtaining a service indication, includes:
when the equipment idle notification information is received and at least two adjacent object monitoring results indicate that no user exists in a service handling area, determining that the service handling of the user using the first terminal is finished to obtain a service finishing indication;
otherwise, determining that the service of the user using the first terminal is not finished, and obtaining a service continuous execution instruction.
13. An information processing method applied to a second server, comprising:
acquiring a screenshot image of a real-time video of a service handling area corresponding to a first terminal according to a preset time interval;
and obtaining an object monitoring result according to each acquired screenshot image, and sending the object monitoring result to the first server.
14. The information processing method according to claim 13, wherein the obtaining of the screenshot image of the real-time video of the service transaction area corresponding to the first terminal according to the preset time interval comprises:
acquiring a real-time video of a service handling area corresponding to a first terminal according to a preset time interval, and executing screenshot operation to obtain a screenshot image; or,
acquiring a real-time video of a service handling area corresponding to a first terminal in real time;
and executing screenshot operation aiming at the real-time video according to a preset time interval to obtain a screenshot image.
15. The information processing method of claim 13, wherein obtaining an object monitoring result according to each captured screenshot image comprises:
acquiring an image proportion value of a user image with the largest image proportion in the screenshot images;
determining that an object monitoring result is that a user exists in the service handling area under the condition that the image ratio is greater than a first threshold value;
and under the condition that the image ratio is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, determining that the object monitoring result indicates that no user exists in the business handling area.
16. An information processing apparatus applied to a first terminal, comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending a number calling request to the second terminal under the condition that a first condition is met;
wherein the first terminal comprises a self-service terminal;
the satisfying the first condition includes: and the first terminal finishes the number canceling operation or receives the number calling instruction.
17. An information processing apparatus applied to a second terminal, comprising:
the third receiving module is used for receiving the number calling request sent by the first terminal;
the first execution module is used for executing the number calling operation according to the number calling request;
wherein the first terminal comprises a self-service terminal.
18. An information processing apparatus applied to a first server, comprising:
a fifth receiving module, configured to receive device idle notification information sent by the first terminal and at least two object monitoring results sent by the second server;
a third determining module, configured to determine whether a service of a user using the first terminal is finished according to the device idle notification information and the object monitoring result, so as to obtain a service indication;
a fourth sending module, configured to send the service indication to the first terminal;
wherein, the service indication comprises a service ending indication or a service continuing execution indication.
19. An information processing apparatus applied to a second server, comprising:
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring a screenshot image of a real-time video of a service handling area corresponding to the first terminal according to a preset time interval;
and the fourth processing module is used for obtaining an object monitoring result according to each acquired screenshot image and sending the object monitoring result to the first server.

22. A readable storage medium on which a program is stored, characterized in that the program realizes the steps in the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed by a processor; or,
the program implementing the steps in the information processing method according to any one of claims 6 to 10 when executed by a processor; or,
the program implementing the steps in the information processing method according to any one of claims 11 to 12 when executed by a processor; or,
the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the information processing method of any one of claims 13 to 15.
