Claims (10)

1. A method of virtual ETC electronic payment, comprising:
receiving a virtual ETC electronic payment order sent by a signed user;
judging the order type of the virtual ETC electronic payment order, wherein the order type comprises an advance payment order and a real-time payment order;
if the virtual ETC electronic payment order is judged to be an advance payment order, carrying out order payment through a virtual clearing platform according to consumption terminal equipment in the virtual ETC electronic payment order, the travel information of the signing user and the deduction amount, generating an advance payment order two-dimensional code and sending the advance payment order two-dimensional code to the signing user; the real advance payment order two-dimensional code is used for scanning and passing the signed user at a starting station and a terminal station of a journey;
if the virtual ETC electronic payment order is judged to be a real-time payment order, generating a real-time payment order two-dimensional code and sending the real-time payment order two-dimensional code to the subscriber, wherein the real-time payment order two-dimensional code is used for scanning and passing the subscriber at a starting station and a terminal station of a stroke;
and determining the consumption terminal equipment taken by the signing user, the travel information of the signing user and the deduction amount according to the scanning record of the real-time payment order two-dimensional code, and carrying out order payment through a virtual clearing platform.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the receiving the signed user sending the virtual ETC electronic payment order, further comprising:
acquiring virtual ETC signing data and constructing a signing system; the virtual ETC signing data comprise signed user data, signed consumption terminal equipment identification, station position of the consumption terminal equipment and charging standard.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after said collecting virtual ETC subscription data, further comprising:
and carrying out data preprocessing on the virtual ETC subscription data.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and according to a preset time period, generating a clearing text of each consumption terminal device through the virtual clearing platform, and sending the clearing file to a clearing system corresponding to each consumption terminal device.
5. An apparatus for virtual ETC electronic payment, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a virtual ETC electronic payment order sent by a signing user;
the judging unit is used for judging the order type of the virtual ETC electronic payment order, wherein the order type comprises an advance payment order and a real-time payment order;
the first payment unit is used for paying orders through a virtual clearing platform according to consumption terminal equipment in the virtual ETC electronic payment order, the travel information of the signing user and the deduction amount if the virtual ETC electronic payment order is judged to be an advance payment order, generating an advance payment order two-dimensional code and sending the advance payment order two-dimensional code to the signing user; the real advance payment order two-dimensional code is used for scanning and passing the signed user at a starting station and an end station of a journey;
the generating unit is used for generating a real-time payment order two-dimensional code and sending the real-time payment order two-dimensional code to the signing user if the virtual ETC electronic payment order is judged to be a real-time payment order, wherein the real-time payment order two-dimensional code is used for scanning and passing of the signing user at a starting station and a terminal station of a stroke;
and the second payment unit is used for determining the consumption terminal equipment taken by the subscriber, the travel information of the subscriber and the deduction amount according to the scanning record of the real-time payment order two-dimensional code, and performing order payment through a virtual clearing platform.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a data processing unit and a data processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring virtual ETC signing data and constructing a signing system; the virtual ETC signing data comprise signed user data, signed consumption terminal equipment identification, station position of the consumption terminal equipment and charging standard.
