幕墙是建筑物的外墙护围,不承重,像幕布一样挂上去,故又称为悬挂墙,是现代大型和高层建筑常用的带有装饰效果的轻质墙体,按照材料的不同,幕墙分为石材幕墙、玻璃幕墙和金属幕墙,由于金属板材的优良的加工性能,色彩的多样及良好的安全性,能完全适应各种复杂造型的设计,可以任意增加凹进和凸出的线条,而且可以加工各种型式的曲线线条,给建筑师以巨大的发挥空间,倍受建筑师的青睐,因而获得了突飞猛进的发展,金属幕墙中使用最广泛的是铝板幕墙,铝单板经常应用在机场、高铁站、会展中心、歌剧院、写字楼、酒店、商场等各类空间。
但是,现有的铝单板降噪和隔热效果较差,不能对建筑外墙起到很好的降噪和隔热效果,使用感较差。
因此,发明一种环保幕墙铝板及其加工方法来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保幕墙铝板及其加工方法,以解决现有的铝单板降噪和隔热效果较差,不能对建筑外墙起到很好的降噪和隔热效果,使用感较差的问题。

所述隔热支撑结构包括第一隔热条19、第二隔热条20和两个隔热连接条21,所述第一隔热板13顶部开设有第一卡槽22,所述第一隔热条19设置在第一卡槽22内部,所述第二隔热板14底部开设有第二卡槽23,所述第二隔热条20设置在第二卡槽23内部,两个所述隔热连接条21固定连接在第一隔热条19与第二隔热条20之间,所述隔热支撑结构截面形状设置为口字型,通过设有第一隔音阻尼片3和第二隔音阻尼片4能避免发生低频共振,提高隔音效果,设有吸音条6、吸音块7和吸音孔8吸收噪音,设有隔音层5隔绝噪音,提高板本体1降噪效果,设有弹力块10和安装块11能对外力进行缓冲,提高板本体1抗压效果,设有第一中空腔体15和第二中空腔体16能有效隔热,以及设有隔热空腔18和隔热支撑结构,减少热量传递,提高隔热效果,本装置通过设有降噪结构,能吸收室内噪音,减少室内噪音对室外的影响,同时降低室外噪音对室内噪音的影响,通过设有隔热结构,减少室内与室外热量交换,减少外界高温或者低温天气对室内的影响,同时能够节约能源,设有缓冲结构,提高板本体1抗压效果,延长使用寿命。
如图2和4所示:所述第二隔音阻尼片4底部固定连接有阻燃层25,所述阻燃层25的材质为阻燃树脂材质,通过设有由阻燃树脂材质制成的阻燃层25,提高板本体1阻燃效果,提高防火性能。
一种环保幕墙铝板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、加工降噪结构:通过粘结剂将多个吸音块7粘合在吸音条6两侧,通过粘结剂将多个吸音条6粘合在隔音层5顶部和底部,通过粘结剂将第一隔音阻尼片3粘合在隔音层5顶部,通过粘结剂将第二隔音阻尼片4粘合在隔音层5底部;
S2、加工缓冲结构:通过粘结剂将两个安装块11分别粘合在弹力块10顶部和底部,将弹力块10底部的安装块11与板本体1上的安装槽12卡接,之后将缓冲板9上的安装槽12与弹力块10顶部的安装块11卡接;
S3、加工隔热支撑结构:通过粘结剂分别将第二隔热条20和第一隔热条19粘合在两个隔热连接条21顶部和底部,使隔热支撑结构截面形状设置为口字型;
S4、加工隔热结构:使隔热支撑结构底部与第一卡槽22卡接,之后使第二隔热板14底部上的第二卡槽23与隔热支撑结构顶部卡接,通过粘结剂将密封条17粘合在第一隔热板13和第二隔热板14四周外侧,使隔热空腔18为密闭空腔,之后通过粘结剂将防晒膜24粘合在第二隔热板14顶部;
S5、各个结构组装:通过粘结剂将降噪结构粘合在板本体1底部,通过粘结剂将隔热结构粘合在缓冲板9顶部。
本发明工作原理:
参照说明书附图1-9,通过设有第一隔音阻尼片3和第二隔音阻尼片4能避免发生低频共振,提高隔音效果,设有吸音条6、吸音块7和吸音孔8吸收噪音,设有隔音层5隔绝噪音,提高板本体1降噪效果,设有弹力块10和安装块11能对外力进行缓冲,提高板本体1抗压效果,设有第一中空腔体15和第二中空腔体16能有效隔热,以及设有隔热空腔18和隔热支撑结构,减少热量传递,提高隔热效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种环保幕墙铝板,包括板本体(1),其特征在于:所述板本体(1)底部固定连接有加强筋(2),所述板本体(1)底部设有用于提高板本体(1)降噪效果的降噪结构,所述板本体(1)顶部设有用于提高板本体(1)抗压效果的缓冲结构,所述缓冲结构顶部设有用于提高板本体(1)隔热效果的隔热结构;
所述降噪结构包括第一隔音阻尼片(3),所述第一隔音阻尼片(3)固定连接在板本体(1)底部,所述第一隔音阻尼片(3)底部设有第二隔音阻尼片(4),所述第一隔音阻尼片(3)与第二隔音阻尼片(4)之间固定连接有隔音层(5),所述隔音层(5)设置为波浪形,所述隔音层(5)顶部和底部均固定连接有吸音条(6),所述吸音条(6)两侧均固定连接有吸音块(7),所述隔音层(5)上开设有多个吸音孔(8);
所述缓冲结构包括缓冲板(9),所述缓冲板(9)设置在板本体(1)顶部,所述缓冲板(9)与板本体(1)之间设有弹力块(10),所述弹力块(10)顶部和底部均固定连接有安装块(11),所述板本体(1)顶部和缓冲板(9)底部均开设有安装槽(12),所述安装块(11)和安装槽(12)截面形状均设置为梯形,所述安装块(11)与安装槽(12)卡接;
所述隔热结构包括第一隔热板(13),所述第一隔热板(13)设置在缓冲板(9)顶部,所述第一隔热板(13)顶部设有第二隔热板(14),所述第一隔热板(13)内部开设有第一中空腔体(15),所述第二隔热板(14)内部开设有第二中空腔体(16),所述第一隔热板(13)外侧四周均固定连接有密封条(17),所述密封条(17)内壁与第二隔热板(14)外侧固定连接,所述第一隔热板(13)、第二隔热板(14)和密封条(17)共同围成隔热空腔(18),所述第一隔热板(13)与第二隔热板(14)之间设有隔热支撑结构,所述第二隔热板(14)顶部固定连接有防晒膜(24);
所述隔热支撑结构包括第一隔热条(19)、第二隔热条(20)和两个隔热连接条(21),所述第一隔热板(13)顶部开设有第一卡槽(22),所述第一隔热条(19)设置在第一卡槽(22)内部,所述第二隔热板(14)底部开设有第二卡槽(23),所述第二隔热条(20)设置在第二卡槽(23)内部,两个所述隔热连接条(21)固定连接在第一隔热条(19)与第二隔热条(20)之间,所述隔热支撑结构截面形状设置为口字型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保幕墙铝板,其特征在于:所述密封条(17)由三元乙丙材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保幕墙铝板,其特征在于:所述第一隔音阻尼片(3)和第二隔音阻尼片(4)均由丁基橡胶材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保幕墙铝板,其特征在于:所述第二隔音阻尼片(4)底部固定连接有阻燃层(25),所述阻燃层(25)的材质为阻燃树脂材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保幕墙铝板,其特征在于:所述隔音层(5)由泡沫塑料材料制成,所述吸音条(6)和吸音块(7)均由海绵材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保幕墙铝板,其特征在于:所述吸音孔(8)设置为方孔形,所述吸音条(6)设置为长条形,所述吸音块(7)设置为圆锥形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保幕墙铝板,其特征在于:所述弹力块(10)和安装块(11)均由橡胶材料制成。
8.一种环保幕墙铝板的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、加工降噪结构:通过粘结剂将多个吸音块(7)粘合在吸音条(6)两侧,通过粘结剂将多个吸音条(6)粘合在隔音层(5)顶部和底部,通过粘结剂将第一隔音阻尼片(3)粘合在隔音层(5)顶部,通过粘结剂将第二隔音阻尼片(4)粘合在隔音层(5)底部;
S2、加工缓冲结构:通过粘结剂将两个安装块(11)分别粘合在弹力块(10)顶部和底部,将弹力块(10)底部的安装块(11)与板本体(1)上的安装槽(12)卡接,之后将缓冲板(9)上的安装槽(12)与弹力块(10)顶部的安装块(11)卡接;
S3、加工隔热支撑结构:通过粘结剂分别将第二隔热条(20)和第一隔热条(19)粘合在两个隔热连接条(21)顶部和底部,使隔热支撑结构截面形状设置为口字型;
S4、加工隔热结构:使隔热支撑结构底部与第一卡槽(22)卡接,之后使第二隔热板(14)底部上的第二卡槽(23)与隔热支撑结构顶部卡接,通过粘结剂将密封条(17)粘合在第一隔热板(13)和第二隔热板(14)四周外侧,使隔热空腔(18)为密闭空腔,之后通过粘结剂将防晒膜(24)粘合在第二隔热板(14)顶部;
S5、各个结构组装:通过粘结剂将降噪结构粘合在板本体(1)底部,通过粘结剂将隔热结构粘合在缓冲板(9)顶部。
