10, and then the sealing handle 19 is pressed to drive the sealing hanging frame 21 to be tightly clamped on the outer surface of the positioning hook 10, thereby make sealed lid 20 seal up bacterium storage mouth 7 through the sealing washer 22 of internal surface, through control panel 5's control, can make sealing device 2 carry out the automatic rising to the inside cell of liquid nitrogen
