It should be noted that most of the mixing drums 100 are made by die casting, the bottom surface is convex after cooling, the end surfaces of the heating plates 300 are all flat surfaces, and are not tightly attached to the bottom wall of the mixing drum 100, which causes a problem of low heat conduction efficiency and weakens the heating performance of the kitchen waste machine. Spherical protrusion 310 attached to the bottom wall of the stirring barrel 100 is arranged on the top wall of the heating plate 300, the heating plate 300 can be closely attached to the bottom wall of the stirring barrel 100, the contact area between the heating plate 300 and the stirring barrel 100 is effectively increased, the heat conduction efficiency is improved, the heating performance of the kitchen waste machine is enhanced, and kitchen waste in the stirring barrel 100 is evaporated to dryness better.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, a filter device 500 includes a bottom case assembly 510 and an activated carbon cartridge 520, the bottom case assembly 510 having a buffer chamber 5111 and a mounting chamber 5112 communicating with each other. Specifically, the bottom shell assembly 510 is mainly composed of a first bottom shell 511 and a second bottom shell 512, the first bottom shell 511 and the second bottom shell 512 are spliced to form a buffer cavity 5111 and an installation cavity 5112, the second bottom shell 512 is communicated with the exhaust pipe 411, and the blower 420 is installed on the second bottom shell 512. Wherein, the air inlet of the blower 420 is communicated with the exhaust pipe 411, the air outlet of the blower 420 is communicated with the buffer cavity 5111, and the activated carbon box 520 is installed in the installation cavity 5112. The air current that the air outlet of fan 420 flowed through cushion 5111 from activated carbon box 520's whole terminal surface inflow activated carbon box 520 in, the activated carbon utilization in the activated carbon box 520 is more abundant, effectively improves filtration efficiency, and filterable effect is better. Alternatively, the activated carbon cartridge 520 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a large cross-section perpendicular to the flow of the gas stream. Further, referring to fig. 5 again, a buffer ring 530 is disposed between the buffer cavity 5111 and the mounting cavity 5112, and the activated carbon box 520 is slidably mounted in the mounting cavity 5112 and abuts against the buffer ring 530, so as to reduce the impact on the bottom shell assembly 510 when the activated carbon box 520 is mounted.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in a further embodiment of the present invention, the kitchen waste machine includes a cover opening device 600, the upper cover 120 is disposed above the mixing tank 100, the cover opening device 600 includes a cover opening motor 610, a rotating component and a contact switch 640, the cover opening motor 610 is connected to and drives the rotating component to rotate so as to drive the upper cover 120 to open, and the contact switch 640 is used for detecting the movement of the rotating component so as to determine the open and close states of the upper cover 120. For example, the outer wall of the kitchen waste machine is provided with the mounting case 140, the upper cover 120 is rotatably provided on the mounting case 140, the rotating component includes a first rotating rod 620 and a second rotating rod 630, the driving shaft of the lid opening motor 610 is fixed to the first rotating rod 620, one end of the second rotating rod 630 is hinged to the first rotating rod 620, and the other end abuts against the upper cover 120. The contact switch 640 is used to detect the rotation of the first rotating rod 620 to determine the movement state of the upper cover 120. When the automatic opening and closing device is used, the first rotating rod 620 and the second rotating rod 630 can be driven to rotate by the cover opening motor 610 so as to complete the automatic opening and closing of the upper cover 120, and the upper cover 120 is more convenient to open. In some embodiments, the contact switch 640 can control the driving motor 220 to stop operating while the upper cover 120 is opened, thereby improving the safety of the kitchen waste machine. It is easy to understand that the first rotating rod 620, the second rotating rod 630 and the upper cover 120 all rotate when the upper cover 120 is opened, and the contact switch 640 may be configured to detect one of the first rotating rod 620, the second rotating rod 630 and the upper cover 120, and all can function to determine whether the upper cover 120 is in an opened or closed state. In some embodiments, the sealing ring 130 is disposed between the upper cover 120 and the stirring barrel 100, the rotating component is mounted on one side of the sealing ring 130, an infrared sensor (not shown in the figure) is mounted on the other side of the sealing ring 130, a detection end of the infrared sensor is disposed outwards, the infrared sensor is used for sensing a human body action to control the operation of the cover opening motor 610, a user can operate the upper cover 120 of the kitchen waste machine in a non-contact manner to open and close, and the kitchen waste machine is more convenient to use.
It should be noted that there is a gap around the top cover 120, and air enters from the gap around the top cover 120, so that the odor generated by the kitchen waste will not overflow, and all the air is extracted by the dehumidifying device 400 and filtered by the filtering device 500.

the heating plate is used for heating the stirring barrel and abuts against the bottom wall of the stirring barrel;
the dehumidifying device comprises a plastic sleeve and a fan, the plastic sleeve is sleeved on the stirring barrel, an air suction pipe extends from the peripheral wall of the plastic sleeve along the central line direction of the stirring barrel, the air suction pipe is provided with an opening arranged towards the central line of the stirring barrel, and an air suction opening of the fan is connected with the air suction pipe and used for sucking air in the stirring barrel;
and the filtering device is communicated with the dehumidifying device and is used for filtering the air in the exhaust pipe.

The kitchen waste machine of claim 1, further comprising: the puddler includes connection handle, first puddler and second puddler, driving motor is used for the drive the connection handle rotates, first puddler with the second puddler is followed the circumference of connection handle is arranged, first puddler is located second puddler top, the diapire of second puddler is provided with the tooth of extruding under the second, the second extrude the tooth with the diapire cooperation of agitator, in order to extrude kitchen waste.
