Abstract

Description

一种基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置
技术领域
本发明属于涂布装置领域,具体涉及一种基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置。
背景技术
涂布是指将糊状聚合物、熔融态聚合物或聚合物熔液涂于纸、布、塑料薄膜上制得复合材料(膜)的方法。涂布工艺涉及基材包括纸张、超薄线路板、玻璃纤维布、PVC透明薄膜,广泛应用于包装、装饰、电子、纺织等行业。现有技术中,涂布系统一般包括涂布辊、涂料槽、刮刀等装置。通常涂布辊辊面雕刻有盲孔网穴。涂布时,涂布辊先沉浸于涂料槽中,网穴充满涂料,刮刀将多余涂料刮除,然后转涂至基膜,形成涂层。
目前,涂料通常储存在开口涂料槽中,涂料中的溶剂容易挥发到空气中,成为主要的挥发性有机气体污染源之一。溶剂挥发太快甚至可以影响到涂料的浓度与粘稠度,造成涂布质量的偏差。其次,网穴在浸涂涂料时容易嵌入大颗粒固体粉料,影响涂料转移量,形成不均匀的涂布效果;并且堵塞的网穴为盲孔,后期清理极为困难。此外,网穴大小、位置相对固定,对于需要改变涂布宽度,或者需要定制化涂布图案(线路板印刷等)时不能满足要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的网穴易堵塞难清理、溶剂挥发大、涂布图案化难以操作等问题,本发明提供了一种基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,包括涂布辊、导辊、送料单元、加压单元和传动单元;所述涂布辊内部有空腔用于暂存涂料;涂布辊的内部空腔与送料单元的涂料注入管路相连通,所述涂布辊的外壁上分布有若干个通孔型网穴,其中有至少一个通孔型网穴被封堵材料封堵住。
进一步的,在涂布之前所有通孔型网穴均由封堵材料封堵住,在确定涂布图案之后,采用激光对涂布辊进行选择性扫描刻画,使得激光扫描过的通孔型网穴被去除封堵形成涂布图案。
进一步的,所述封堵材料为石蜡。
进一步的,所述通孔型网穴形状呈沙漏状,包括外侧碗形扩张孔、内侧碗形收敛孔以及连通外侧碗形扩张孔与内侧碗形收敛孔的毛细直孔。
进一步的,所述送料单元包括料桶和输运泵,输运泵将料桶内的涂料输出,经由涂料注入管路后注入涂布辊的内部空腔内。
进一步的,所述加压单元包括可调式空气增压泵,所述可调式空气增压泵的高压出口连接至涂布辊的内部空腔内,用于对涂布辊腔内压力进行调节。
进一步的,所述涂布辊内部还可以设置多个密封隔断,密封隔断将涂布辊的内部空腔分为多个相互不连通的子空腔;密封隔断中心设置有通孔,不同种类的涂料由各自独立的导管穿过所述通孔进入不同的子空腔内,可调式空气增压泵的高压出口同时连接至各个不同的子空腔内。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置通过将涂布辊设计为空心薄壁圆筒形,使得涂料能够储存在空心辊体的内部空腔中,从而阻隔涂料与外部空气接触,有利于降低涂料中挥发性有机气体的排放,改善操作人员劳动环境,绿色环保。
2、本发明所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置通过在涂布辊的圆筒形薄壁上均匀设置若干个蜂窝状排布的通孔型沙漏状网穴,以及加料单元和加压单元的辅助作用,使得网穴内部能够形成毛细效应+虹吸效应,再辅以网穴的表面亲水性,可以使内腔涂料均匀、顺畅、快速的流出网穴,从而大大提高涂布的均匀性、稳定性和涂布质量,提升工作效率。
3、本发明所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置首先将涂布辊薄壁上所有蜂窝网穴用蜡密封,然后采用激光对涂布辊进行扫描刻画,激光扫描过的蜂窝网穴即被去除蜡封,变为通孔;其他蜂窝网穴仍旧密封。在进行加料加压涂布时,涂布的图案即为激光刻画图案,即通孔部分形成的图案。该种设计可以方便的实现图案化涂布,并且涂布辊可以根据需要进行蜡封-激光刻画,实现重复使用。
4、本发明所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置设置有加料单元和加压单元,加料单元可以持续不断的向空心辊体内输送涂料,加压单元亦可持续不断的提供给压力,因此可以实现连续供料、高压高速、长时间的涂布。
5、本发明所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置通过设置加压单元来调节空心辊体内部空腔中的压力,可以控制涂料流出的速度和压力,从而控制涂布膜厚,方便的实现对涂布膜厚的调节。
6、本发明所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置通过改变涂布辊不同位置的蜂窝状网穴的大小,可以改变各位置的涂料流出的总量,进而可以实现对不同部位的涂布膜厚的控制。
7、本发明所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置上设置的通孔型沙漏状网穴,其沙漏颈处直径大于大多数涂料中固体颗粒的直径,可以有效减少大颗粒固相堵塞网穴。而且还可以通过向辊空腔内充入清洗剂,辅以加压单元的压力作用,即可方便的对涂布辊进行清洗,同时疏通堵塞网穴。
8、本发明所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置还可以在空心辊体内部设置多个密封隔断,形成多个相互不连通的子空腔。不同种类的涂料由各自独立的导管进入不同的子空腔内,在加料单元和加压单元的辅助作用下,涂料在离心力作用下依附于各子空腔的腔体内壁,随后在压力作用下渗入网穴,即可完成多种涂料同时涂布,或者多色多材料的条带状连续涂布。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明提供了一种基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,包括涂布辊1、导辊、送料单元、加压单元和传动单元。
所述涂布辊1呈空心薄壁圆筒形,内部有空腔用于暂存涂料,一端封闭,另一端开放;其封闭端通过法兰盘2与实心支撑轴3相连,其开放端通过法兰盘2和密封轴承4与空心支撑轴5实现密封相连,使得涂布辊1的内部空腔与空心支撑轴5内部中空腔的一端相连通,所述空心支撑轴5内部中空腔的另一端与送料单元的涂料注入管路相连通。
所述涂布辊1的材料可以为不锈钢或者陶瓷材料,其刚度高、耐摩擦、耐腐蚀,使用寿命长。所述涂布辊1的直径为50~200mm,壁厚为1~5mm。
所述涂布辊1的圆筒形薄壁上均匀分布有若干个蜂窝状排布的通孔型网穴,如图4所示,所述网穴形状呈沙漏状,包括外侧碗形扩张孔11、内侧碗形收敛孔12以及连通外侧碗形扩张孔11与内侧碗形收敛孔12的毛细直孔13,所述外侧碗形扩张孔11和内侧碗形收敛孔12的锥度相同,均为3~5°,采用激光旋切或多轴联动精密铣孔加工而成。
所述毛细直孔13的直径小于110微米,对于粘度较高的各种涂料均有很好的毛细效应,根据涂料中固体颗粒尺寸选择毛细直孔直径,使得毛细直孔直径大于大多数涂料中固体颗粒的直径,因此不容易堵塞,方便清洗。
所述外侧碗形扩张孔11的外孔径为120~280微米,深度为450~900微米,当涂料因涂布消耗会在微区形成负压,发生虹吸效应,促进涂料的流动。
所述内侧碗形收敛孔12的外孔径为120~280微米,深度为450~900微米,这将使涂料更平滑的进入毛细直孔13并给予涂料额外的压力,形成更大的出口速度,加速涂料的流动。
所述蜂窝状排布的通孔型网穴在涂布之前均由石蜡(或者其他封堵材料)封堵住,在确定涂布图案之后,采用激光对涂布辊1进行扫描刻画,使得激光扫描过的毛细网穴被去除蜡封,既被去除蜡封的毛细网穴可以形成涂布图案。
所述送料单元包括料桶6和输运泵7,输运泵7将料桶6内的涂料输出,经由涂料注入管路和空心支撑轴5后注入涂布辊1的内部空腔内。
所述加压单元包括可调式空气增压泵8,所述可调式空气增压泵8的高压出口连接至涂布辊1的内部空腔内,用于对涂布辊1腔内压力进行调节,可增压力范围为0~0.5MPa。
所述传动单元为皮带或螺纹传动的主动轮及其附属电机,用于引导涂布辊1的线速度达到100~180米/分钟。所述导辊用于引导膜卷15使其与涂布辊1接触。
上述基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置的工作过程和原理为:
在确定涂布图案之后,采用激光对涂布辊1进行扫描刻画,使得激光扫描过的毛细网穴被去除蜡封,既被去除蜡封的毛细网穴可以形成涂布图案。之后开始涂布,涂料由料桶6输送至输运泵7,经由空心支撑轴5注入涂布辊1的内部空腔内。涂布辊1由两个主动轮14带动旋转,涂布辊1内部空腔内的涂料在离心力的作用下会均匀依附于空心涂布辊内壁,并渗入密布于涂布辊1圆周的蜂窝状通孔型网穴内。涂料在空气增压泵8的压力作用下由网穴渗出,由刮刀9将超过网穴部分涂料截留并收集至集料槽10。
膜卷15经由第一导辊16和第二导辊17调整形状与涂布辊1接触,且运行方向与涂布辊1的线速度方向相反。涂布辊1表面的涂料经由剪切力转涂于膜卷15上,形成涂层。涂布辊1内部空腔内的涂料在压力或离心力作用下源源不断由内腔补充至网穴,做好进入下一次涂布循环的准备。
本发明所述涂布辊1内部还可以设置多个密封隔断18,如图5所示,密封隔断18将涂布辊1的内部空腔分为多个相互不连通的子空腔。密封隔断18中心设置有通孔19,不同种类的涂料由各自独立的导管20穿过所述通孔19进入不同的子空腔内,可调式空气增压泵8的高压出口同时连接至各个不同的子空腔内。涂料在离心力作用下依附于各子空腔的腔体内壁,随后在压力作用下渗入网穴,即可完成多种涂料同时涂布,或者多色多材料的条带状连续涂布。
本发明可改变为多种方式对本领域的技术人员是显而易见的,这样的改变不认为脱离本发明的范围。所有这样的对所述领域的技术人员显而易见的修改,将包括在本权利要求的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,其特征在于,包括涂布辊(1)、导辊、送料单元、加压单元和传动单元;所述涂布辊(1)内部有空腔用于暂存涂料;涂布辊(1)的内部空腔与送料单元的涂料注入管路相连通,所述涂布辊(1)的外壁上分布有若干个通孔型网穴,其中有至少一个通孔型网穴被封堵材料封堵住。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,其特征在于,在涂布之前所有通孔型网穴均由封堵材料封堵住,在确定涂布图案之后,采用激光对涂布辊(1)进行选择性扫描刻画,使得激光扫描过的通孔型网穴被去除封堵形成涂布图案。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,其特征在于,所述封堵材料为石蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,其特征在于,所述通孔型网穴形状呈沙漏状,包括外侧碗形扩张孔(11)、内侧碗形收敛孔(12)以及连通外侧碗形扩张孔(11)与内侧碗形收敛孔(12)的毛细直孔(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,其特征在于,所述送料单元包括料桶(6)和输运泵(7),输运泵(7)将料桶(6)内的涂料输出,经由涂料注入管路后注入涂布辊(1)的内部空腔内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,其特征在于,所述加压单元包括可调式空气增压泵(8),所述可调式空气增压泵(8)的高压出口连接至涂布辊(1)的内部空腔内,用于对涂布辊(1)腔内压力进行调节。
7.根据权利要求6所述的基于激光刻画的图案化涂布装置,其特征在于,所述涂布辊(1)内部还可以设置多个密封隔断(18),密封隔断(18)将涂布辊(1)的内部空腔分为多个相互不连通的子空腔;密封隔断(18)中心设置有通孔(19),不同种类的涂料由各自独立的导管(20)穿过所述通孔(19)进入不同的子空腔内,可调式空气增压泵(8)的高压出口同时连接至各个不同的子空腔内。
